Grievance team of Ebay is also not replying of my mail. I mailed them approximately 8-9 time but they are not giving any reply a single time. I am very very disappointed with ebay and its team. please suggest me what i do now. my claim is open till the date of perches of mobile phone that is 27 of march and today is approx 2 month plus. I will get my money back or not. all the details are mentioned below please check. when i am calling to them then they are reply me that i have to wait 5 to 7 days and this is happening continues 4 time since 17th of may 2016.
Anything will happen in my case or not. I am very frustrated.

      I have ordered dell inspiron laptop on 03.05.16 through e bay india. The supplier was high stores chennai. As usual laptop was delivered on 05.05.16 and the supplied item was defective. I lodged complaint with ebay and requested for refund. E bay asked to upload the image of the laptop and accordingly uploaded the image. Ebay then asked me to reship the item to seller and upload the image of the currior receipt for further processing of my claim. I reshipped the item through dtdc currior on 11.05.16 and uploaded the image of the receipt on17.05.16.In the mean time i have contacted ebay customer care for redressal of my claim they told it will be resolved within 24 hours. Even i have sent mail to customer care as usual i have received system generated acknowledgements and further no response. Again on 25th i have received one more message to my mobile as, ", reminder about your ebayclaim 1949678, we request you to pack and ship the product to the seller, and upload clear images of the despatch slip on our ebay guarantee portal http:/*within 3 days, or the claim will be rejected.". When i have already reshipped the item to seller on, 11.05.16 how can i once again send the item which annoyed me and however uploaded the image of the receipt of dtdc currior on25.0516. Again with much difficulty i am able to contact customer care they told it will be resolved within 24 hours. So further no response. After facing these problems i understood that ebay is cheating the customers and enjoying the funds of customers. Kindly advise me how get back my hard earned money form these cheaters/day robbers.

Order ID:[protected] dated Postal Order for May 3 2016, from ebay.in for an amount of INR 2999.00 First i will try to call custmer caire of ebay but There has not been any response from them, but after 2 day they contect me asking for problem I told him that tbe shoes was not as accepted size i want replace or refund that product but they are not ready to replace or refund but they do nothing and that shoes was worth for me because i cant wear it.

            I, Siddharth Srivastava customer of ebay. I purchase many products through ebay. My Last product is “LENOVO K4 NOTE”. When I open the product (Mobile phone) on the screen there is no sticker of the configuration of the phone. After using few hour touches started not working I call to ebay they asked me for a DOA letter. I mailed them DOA letter on 28 March 2016 which is also my claim open day. They told me that they will call me in a next 48 hour and they will update me. But I did not get any call or mail within 48 hour. After 48 hour they call me and told me that scan copy is not clear and I have to mail again with stamp. I go back to the Lenovo service center and take a stamp on that and again mail them. I got same mail that they will call me in next 48 hour and update me date is 4th April. My claim is open on 28th march and now it is 4 April 2016 (8 days gone but nothing updated). After 4th April I call them and they are continues saying the same think that they will contact with seller and update in next 48 hour but they did not call me. After 48 hour I call them and ask for the update they are now saying your claim is open and your problem will resolve within 20 days. Again they did not call or mail me with any update even after 48 hour pasted. Now it’s 11th April I again call them and ask for update again the same think happen I will get a call from ebay or mail for update now I started shouting now they told me I am arranging a call for you in a high priority but again the same thing is happen I did not get any call. Now I am very angry but still have some passions and ask why they are not providing me update and now I ask for any high officer so they transfer my call to any other people who are saying the same thing. Now they mail me on 13th April 2016 that I have to send back the product (Mobile phone) to the seller.

            On 14th April I send the product through first flight courier. On 17th of April it is received at the Bangalore center and delivery boy went to deliver the product but they did not receive the product I again call ebay and ask for update they give me the excuse that product is not reach at the Bangalore yet when I give the whole information of the product then they check and told me that Sorry sir I will inform the seller he will receive the product and you will be updated with in next 48 hour and on 18th of April my 20 days is over which is also my time line and when I ask them today my time line is going to end then they told me that my time line is extend till 23rd of April 2016 they again didn’t call me within the time line I again call them and ask for the update same answer I received from them which I hope they will call me and update me in next 48 hour. Now I contacted with grievance team via mail they mail me that they will contact with in 24 hour. They call me within 24 hour I discus the whole problem they give me the moral support that they will resolve as soon as possible. And again my hope is still with they and on 28th when I call them again they started saying the same now I am very angry. They talk with claim team and inform me that I will get my money back within 15days. 15 days is time line for the DD. I start waiting 15 days more but on 2nd May morning I received a call from ebay and then they told me that they are closing my claim and I will get DD after 15 days from 2nd may today is 5th May and I did not receive and update of DD. I think DD is also take 30 days plus to made. Now I don’t have 15 days because I don’t have no more trust and passions. So I am giving you 5 days for returning my money back. And I did not get any update regarding DD. Today is 23rd of may now there saying to me your DD is genrated on 5th of May but it has to despatch. On 17th of may I called to ebay and they told me that I have to wait till 23rd may and today is 26th of may time is but till now i did not get any information any information till now. I will get my money back or not. Now i am hope less and metaly disturb due to ebay.

              Sir/madam,

              Being an old customer of ebay for almost a decade and continuously relying on service standard offered by you i had purchased blackberry z-10 smartphone -01 pcs (Black color) dated 29.03.2016 through your online store-ebay (Seller id : satnaamwaheguru), having paisa pay id [protected] with cash on delivery as mode of payment. The set was received on date-02.04.2016 through blue dart courier (Tracking id:- [protected]).

              Regret to inform, in a period of mere 1 month of delivery, i observed that bbm messenger system was not working in the same phone. I made a contact with seller on mobile no [protected], [protected] for aforesaid problem in phone. The seller listened to my problem and advised me to send the mobile set at the address kuldeep singh kalsi, house no 820, sector 22, housing board colony, faridabad-121005 haryana state given by him for check and rectification/repair free of cost as the mobile set was under warranty/guarantee period.

              Thereafter i sent the mobile set through professional courier to the seller’s address as given above dated 5.05.2016. The same was received at seller’s end at 7.05.2016. (Tracking id :- pro3379481).

              This is more than 15days since i sent my defective mobile set for rectification/repair at seller’s address but the same is not received by us after due rectification/repair of the said problem. I have contacted seller many a times but he continues giving us false assurances. I have turned doubtful of his assurance. I am anxiously waiting for rectified/repaired mobile set.

              This is too bad experience for me due to fraud by ebay and their sellers too.

                I ordered a product from ebay and got fake product with half of quantity i ordered, i complain about it to ebay and they told me the we will provide refund to u. but now it almost been a month neither i got any refund nor any coupon code of ebay. If i call their customer care they always keep telling me that it takes 72hrs to resolve your problem..                   I am really very disappointed now I purchased Tynor Cervical Collar Soft with support size Medium eBay item number:[protected] from ebay.in on 25 May 2016.but amount debited successfully 4 time 2 time from Payumoney wallet account and 2 time from my saving account i did not get order confirmation yet. please find the attachment Account statement proof i am highly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service and same was not expected by EBAY that such a big company and the processes are so weak.This means when I purchase from ebay i have to be prepared and take out time to fight with ebay, today also I have purchased one more item and I think I have done a mistake by relying on ebay processes, it seems like that Very bad experience from eBay.No Response From eBay Team.I will not buy anything again and will surely stop others too.I will go to consumer forum for cheating me like this. In grief and mental stress.eBay is giving me this kind of mental sufferment which is not a good.I will go to consumer court if this doesn't get resolved in a day. Heights of irresponsibility!!!

                    I am purchase Frontech-Multimedia-Headphone With-Mic(Jil-3442) in ebay.in. After get product i will check it's sound quality, but it's not sound. Then after i am check headphone Mic using skype call and i am see that it's not working. I am check Mic in different System but it's not working. Also mic screw is removed, it's move in all direction. So finally i am decide to return this product and back my refund.

                    So for this i am contact with ebay customer support person. So they tell me please contact with product seller. So i am contact with seller regarding my problem. Seller tell me that for return product contact with ebay. So i am again i am contact with customer support person and they tell me that in this case we can't get return product and we can't give you refund. I am full of tired in this process. Last two week i am try to contact with ebay customer support person, But they not provide me positive response.

                    So please help me so solve my problem. and help to back my refund.

                      When i called ebay customer care, udit bhardwaj picked the call and frustrated me in the name of authentication for more than one hour and more over it took me 30 mins to connect to customecare.


                      My issue was, i have taken phone from ebay 6 months back and facing issue with its display screen. I tried contacting seller from one month, no reply, sent email no reply.


                      For this issue, udit from ebay has frustrated me for hours in the name of authentication, when i was already given and informed contact seller only.


                      And said there is no option and he don't have any details. Ebay took money from me and i booked in ebay, they should give some alternate way..


                      Worst and frustrating service, ever seen

                          Hi,
                          I bought a saree from ebay from the seller name Anku marki phone number [protected], product received on time but the quality was not as expected and one of the side was torn off. So, I contacted ebay and they told to contact seller as this is not covered under ebay gaurantee. When I contacted seller, he told me to send the saree back to us and we will refund the amount once we received from you.

                          So, as per the sellers instructions I send the saree back to the seller and he received the product. (attached message and courier details) But now it's been more than a month now I have not received my refund from the seller and ebay is not responding when I will get my refund.

I already created a claim for the duplicate item i received. And it shows resolved and refund is approved on 5th May and shows that refund will be credited in my account within 6 to 8 working days. its almost 20 days my refund got approved but still not get refund for the duplicate product. I have complained for 3 times but they did not reply for my comlain.

                            How much time you will take to give me refund because it is almost one month
                            Hello,

                            I have contacted to email ebayindia.[protected]@gmail.com for 3 to 4 times but they are not responding properly and saying give us some time. How much time you will take to give me refund.

                            Its 1 and half month i have listed complaint for duplicate item. Please give me my refund or will sue you to the consumer court. This is my last warning.

                              The product “videocon refrigerator was purchased on “18 april 2016” and the refund claim raised was on “23 april”.
                              The product reached to the seller on 5th may through fedex, still my rs.8200 is not refunded.

                              The last reference number i got from ebay is :[protected]Last complaint which i did on ebay)

                              Ebay customer care is doing false promises that we will discuss this within 48 hours and there are no signs of my refund. I call the ebay cc and it takes around 30minutes.

                              I just want to shout that take legal actions against ebay, so the customers looking to buy something on ebay should be saved from this conditon.

                              Sent a mail through registered email ID.. Plus the seller confirmed me that he updated the details before 20th May.

                              Soon I will be taking this all to legal notices filing about the fraud and the ebay itself term n conditions are not upto the mark and denial of there own terms n conditions.

                              Plus the arrogant ebay customer support, who shouts on customer.

                              I have a list of cases and the screen shots from sellers as well, which proofs the ebay is doing fraud with the customers.

                              Attached is the screenshot which proves that after 17th may, there is no action taken by ebay refund department and the complaint id raised on :[protected] which i had raised long back.. still no signs of call and nothing is done.

                              Still no signs of my refund.. The refund request was raised on 23rd April and now June has started.
                              Confirmed from dealer as well, he told that he updated the information on ebay on 17 May 2016 about the product received at his end, but there are no updates from ebay till now i.e Refund of Rs.8000.

                              I believe that I have to take the Bangalore Police department help for resolving this issue and have to file the legal case against ebay customer care for this fraud..
                              Still no signs of my refund.. Same answer from customer support, claim team will respond within 24 hours, but there are no signs of my refund and contacts till now.
                              Seems I have to file a complaint against cyber crime and fraud this weekend.

                                  I have purchased symphony diet 22i air cooler (Product code[protected] through ebay. It is delivered to me on 28.04.2015 in a damaged condition and the product was not as described. I have lodged a complaint with ebay guarantee vide complaint reference no. 1928673 to take back the product and refund the amount paid by me. It is almost 25 days are over now and my issue is not resolved. Whenever i contact their customer care, every time i get a standard reply as "it will be attended and resolved within 48 - 72 hours". I want the product to be taken back and refund my money at the earliest.

                                    In the website clam that i will receive new condition apple i phone 4 but when i received this phone i found that apple i phone 4 is not proper working. Then next day i cross check of received product serial number (87032s5fa4t) with apple phone website and i discover below comment.


                                    “our records indicate that this product has been replaced. Please provide the serial number for your replacement product to find the support and warranty coverage information. For more information, please”


                                    It means received phone is used apple i phone 4, so feel ebay cheated me with this product.

                                    Hence i request you to pls return this product and return my money in my account.

                                        I purchased venus bucket molted washing machine from ebay.in, after 1-2 months it stopped working so i raised complaint to ebay however i received email saying it is respnsibility of manufacturer. I contacted manufacturer they told me to contact another local manufacturer, local manufacturer told me it is respnsibility of ebay and not venus. I sent that email to ebay but no response.
