I have booked an order to e bay company on 9.5.2016 for K7 Total Security Software on advance payment of Rs.206/-, being cost of the item.It was intimated to me by the company through E-Mail as well as SMS to mobile that the material has been shipped on 10.5.2016 and will be delivered latest by 19.5.2016. On10.5.2016, the seller named
csippu94 has sent an e-Mail stating therein
the Key No. of the software as KBC1V-B0BD-0A22-0F26-5C2A and Vendor ID-0.
Since the key number stated by the seller
later confirmed fromK7 Company over phone that it is fake number, I sent intimation to e-bay on the matter.But the
company on return sent me a E-Mail that the item has been delivered.I denied receipt of the item and lodge a complaint either deliver the item or refund the money paid for the purpose. The company was also contacted over phone twice to apprise. I think the company is cheating &looting public money likewise.Strong
action should be taken against the company forthwith.

        I have ordered samsung micro sd microsdhc 32gb memory card class 10 evo (Item no:[protected] on 21st may against paisapay id [protected]. Payment of inr 425 was made through citi bank debit card. Yesterday i got a mail from ebay saying that "item deleted or archived. Contact customer support."
        "since you've already paid for the item, you don't need to do anything else. If your item hasn't arrived yet, it should arrive soon. If it doesn't, then you'll want to open a case. You can learn how to do this, plus find timelines for opening cases, at:

        Although there is an dispatch details of dtdc updated in site. The awb no is updated as courier name dtdc airway bill number z90288025


        I have called ebay yesterday (23-may-2016) and i told them what happen as i am unable to track that z90288025 in dtdc site. Ebay customer care team told me that it will update in dtdc site shortly. Till now it has not updated in site. Now i called the ebay customer care today (24-may-2016) again and i told the same thing. But today they are saying that the seller has updated wrong dispatch information in site and i won't be getting the delivery. Then i asked them to initiate the refund process. But they are telling that i need to wait for 7days and call them again. Why should i call them every time. The interaction id is 1-[protected].

        The way ebay is cheating customer is really pathetic. I want my refund immediately.

        As per eBay policies, the seller is intimated to ship the item within 3 working days and he has to enter the shipping details in his PaisaPay. After 3 days of shipping, the delivery timelines of 7 working days is applicable for the item to be delivered to you.
        As per our records, your product was shipped on 23-May-2016 through DTDC . The tracking information shows that the item is in transit.
        So we would request you to keep patience to the delivery timeline of 7 days from the date of shipment are over.

        However, if you have still not received the item we would request you to file an ' Item was not received ' claim under eBay guarantee via 'eBay resolution Center'.
        It takes a maximum of 20 days to resolve a case, but your claim adjuster will keep you updated regarding the same.

        Hi Team,

        No response from ebay team. The maximum delivery date i.e 01-JUN-2016 is also passed . No update on the refund process. Very very bad experience . Tried to call customer care @ [protected] multiple time for around 2 hrs but nobody picked up the call and no reply through email.

              I am sorry to say but i have observed ebay as a site which uses customer money through online purchases and do not care any more.
              I have ordered through paisapay i'd [protected] an air cooler item no.[protected] on 30th april 2016 and finding no movement i sent an email to concerns that till 6th may no movement is observed. Immediately i got an email stating the product is been dispatched on 7th may and awb is mentioned saying will be delivered on or before 22nd may. When i checked the status on 18th may it shows it is delivered so i raised a complaint on ebay guarantee claim i'd 1997557 same day but no one is worried
              Today called the customer care they saying today sunday we will come back latter. This is not at all acceptable being as a consumer.
              I am really disappointed with such behavior of a company like ebay.
              This forced me to put my concern to ebay global as well as in consumer forum and other social sites for people to be aware and avoid ebay for their purchases.
              I hate such unethical company in india making their business to build their profits. Very bad. Request for justice n payback against customer harassment. Company n seller should be punished.

                        Worst customer support i brought note 4 on 24th april.. I got phone without invoice when i visited service center for warranty lookup they told me this phone left with 3 months only and with valid bill.. Lol.. I put complaint they told me 3 days after 3 days i put a request again this time they said it gonna take 7 days and finally after day it was 10 day more lol.. At the end they ended up with.. "sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.. We are extremely sorry for this but ebay grantee is for 30 days" annoying service and pathetic service

                          I was to be getting Rs.7586.85 on 5th May 2016 for the item I've sold i.e. the Lenovo A6000 Plus on eBay whose Paisapay ID is [protected]. I received a mail on 4th May near about 7 PM that My Remittances are on hold and the hold will be removed if I Send the Signed POD i.e. Proof of Delivery to eBay. First of all it was hard for me to get the POD, but somehow I managed to get it. I have sent the POD to ebay in the email [protected]@ebay.com on 19th May at 8:19am. But still now the remittances are on hold. I tried to contact the customer care on phone but it says that all the members are suggesting other members for the call. Moreover I've sent them an email about this issue two days ago i.e. on 21st May 2016 but they haven't responded me. It was written that they will respond me within 48hrs but it has been more than that. I want my remittances to be removed from hold as soon as possible.

                            I bought this item on 2nd of april 2016. After waiting patiently for the delivery for 15 days, i got to know that purchase got cancelled by the seller (Reason best known to them). Now the real dilemma starts, till today 23rd may 2016, i am waiting for my refund.

                            I called multiple times to their customer care (Don't forget the wait period for 15-30 mins on phone), all they come up for "wait for another 5 days" (Frankly these "5 days" never came. The amount is so pity (In term of money) that i feel so nonsense to mentioned it.

                            Now i am totally frustrated with ebay and logging this complain, lets hope, if this help few other customer like mine.

                              I purchased a product on ebay & the same was faulty & i opened a claim wide ref No 1846808. i returned back the product to seller & it has been 51 days my refund has not been approved. everytime i call ebay customer care, i got only 1 reply that we will call u within 48hrs but actually they never called me. I provide all the documents for my claim like courier receipt, DRS copy & decleration letter from DTDC to prove that i shipped back the product to seller.
                              Im a regular buyer on ebay from last 3 yrs & purchased products worth Lacs but i had never expected this from ebay.

                                  I bought a nokia 535 touch screen on ebay at 27 march.. And ebay sent me a wrong product that was not same as ebay described at the time of purchase.. And after 7 days at 5th of april i claim on ebay guarantee.. But almost after 2 month i didnt get my money from ebay... So guys dony buy anything from ebay it is a waste and lousy company...

                                    I am hariprasad. I have purchased samsung evo 32gb from ebay. I got fake chip. It is not taking any data. I have have spoke to ebay customer care no use. Why ebay is selling fake chips. Please provide refund. Don't cheat customers.
                                    More over item seems to be fake. Why ebay is not doing quality check before delivering to customers. Fake company, fake rules.

                                      I have purchase 2 product for ebay e commerce site. Product name 1. Is nokia 2300 original body with compatibility charger i have received product but charger not working, second product is samsung e-1282 mobile but this product not a genuine. Box mobile chipe and mobile display imei no is different i have call to seller seller inform to me i am sending to bill to your mail but till date not provide bill to me. I am inform to ebay customer care but no any solution for me. I have rise claim and follow me ebay executive for inform t o me ebay arrange reverse pickup curiar arrange but till date not arrange. And last time say to me kindly send to product sellar address and provide to me proof. No arrange reverse pickup curiar our end. And my claim close.                                         I have purchased microsoft lumia on 7th of may 2016. Its been 3weeks and i didn't receive the product. I have raised a claim asking refund request to ebay and its not taken care. The refund request was put on hold by the seller and the seller phone was switched off when i'm trying to reach to him. Also i have tried reach out to courier service (Dotzot) but they are not picking up the call.
