Sir,
I parches a mi 4i (White, 16 gb) with +6 month manufacturer warranty. At 13th may 2016, from ebay.In. At rupees 9990.00. Item id[protected].

Then i received the product from blue dart courier and open the phone. The phone sound cant working properly. Then i send a complain to ebay guarantee*. Claim id : 1995905 (Customer service) for replacing the product at 22th may they call back me and said "please repair the phone to nearest service center". And after few hours i received a mail from ebay. "your problem is solved"

They have return or replace policy wrote on website but they could not provide to customers. Mujhe insaf chahiyen..

      I bought a bluetooth headphone from ebay ..n they sent me a cheap nonworking headphone without bluetooth...on complaining 1st the seller called me n said they sent a different product by mistake...n promised me to return the product...in the mean time i opened a claim under ebay guarantee program on 19 may 2016 n till date got no response from them...now seller is not replying to my messages n mails...
      Please help me to get my money back i promise i wont buy anything again from ebay...

      i bought a bluetooth headphone to gift my friend on birthday...i got that on 19th of may n the moment i open it ..i found it was not functioning...on contacting seller i was told he sent me a different item...i asked for replace then he said i hav to pay for courier...
      I was shocked that why shoulf i pay for your mistake...
      Then i raised claim on 19 may, not yet recieved any call when i tried contacting i was told that my claim is approved n i will b refunded through coupons..
      Did i pay you in coupon??
      How can you choose this way without my permission?
      Ok later i adjusted with the fact that ok i will last time buy smthing with coupon from ebay...but its 25 i dint get anything...
      So the moral is i paid money for my friends' birthday to give him gift on 15 may n today is 25 may n i m struggling to get my money back n that too in the form of coupon which i know again be wasted on fraud company like ebay.in
      Its irony of time only thanks ebay its good i started with low amount only...try learning something from flipkart

              I ordered a galaxy s6 edge phone from a Parul Mehta. Seller claiimed to be in Bangalore. I have ordered a phone and when the courier boy came for delivery, its just an envelop. I that time, I didn't receive that envelop. I raised a claim on 5 May 2016. Ebay even for such fraud lisings where Rs 28, 499 is involved seems to want to take forever to resolve it. Not only that i found that the seller had registered on ebay on that day only. Later absolutely the same listing appeared on ebay but with a different name, again from Bangalore. Whenever I call ebay support they promise to get back within 48 hours. So far it is 15 days since i raised the claim and no get back from ebay. Wonder what the ebay understanding of 24/48 hours is.
              It is very worrying that ebay allows listings of this sort and then seems little interested in curbing these.
              I was also trying to contact the seller, but no one is picking the call.

              I had paid Rs. 28, 499.00 which is not a small amount. I feel like cheated on me.

              So, I request you to please look after in this issue on urgent basis to solve my issue and refund my money.

                    This device lots of time but not connect when try to another mobile also face same problem. Try to call seller not pickup my phone try more than 10 time. Than create claim against call defecting product. Still waiting for my problem not solve. Daily i check ebay guarantee page never update today i will see write down my phone switch off how it possible my phone never switch off. Also i attach copy of proff this device not connect with mobile kindly look meter serious suffering with ur solution.

                      I ordered Mason Jars on eBay.in on 10th of May 2016 via my debit card.
                      AWB no. [protected].
                      The estimated delivery date was 15th of May 2016.
                      I have been trying to call bluedart courier service since 15th and they kept procrastinating the delivery and kept asking me about what had I ordered.
                      Today finally the delivered me the package will all the broken jars.
                      I tried contacting eBay as well as the seller via email and calls.
                      But they are so unresponsive.
                      Kindly look into the matter and either ask them to refund me the money or replace the broken jars with new ones.

                        I would like to tell you that after getting affected by your pathetic services still I am not getting any response from your end. From the day I purchase the memory card of Samsung 32 GB EVO, first the product I put in many handsets it was not working & then I had a doubt & I checked it in the Service Center of Samsung where they told that the EBAY has provided me a Duplicate memory card first of all the memory card is duplicate second the services of EBAY is very pathetic where I will am not going to recommend any one to purchase any product from EBAY. After I call to the EBAY customer care they told me that I will get my refund back of that duplicate stock of the data card but still I haven’t received any response from your pathetic services. Again I called to your service today & I had a word with the executive Mr. Kumar on your service wherein he assisted me that now you guys are going to lock the refund placement of the duplicate memory card & then after 7-10 days you will check the product is duplicate or not & then you will refund my balance. In this manner because of your poor services why would I face such a pathetic service from your END. You guys know how deliberately I had purchased the memory card but due to the duplicate product sent by Fraud Samsung & Fraud EBAY I am feeling very bad of your service. Me & my colleagues had ordered 5 Memory cards of the same brand & same company & same features but all o[censored]s face the same concern. Now watching this pathetic service now I am going to do, 1st I had filed a case against Fraud Samsung & Fraud EBAY in the consumer court, 2nd I am going to write to the same with more pathetic service description & how to you all cheat the customers on Facebook as well as on the Gmail ID of your company’s board of directors including your area manager, CEO, director & manager & everyone I can, 3rd I will make sure you guys will do some action on this cause watching this much of pathetic service I am feeling very embarrassed to be your customer & last but not the least I am going to recommend everyone not to purchase any product from EBAY as you guys only sell duplicate & old stocks to customers & cheat them.

                          I bought a bluetooth headphone from ebay.in. it turned out to be dysfunctional. So I raised a ebay gurantee claim. They refunded me a coupon worth the amount of the product. I bought a Sony power bank from ebay.in. That too turned out to be dysfunctional. I again raised a claim but the ebay people didn't responded. When I called them they told me that they have closed the claim as the seller is not certified. They gave me the number of the seller. I contacted the seller SELLU. He said it was not an original product and that he'll refund my money. Asked for the shipment details and bank details. I provided everything. Now he is not picking up my call. I just want to have my 600 rupees refunded.

                          I tried everything. Your helpdesk is [censored]. Never received the refund. They kept on asking me the same questions again and again. Lost 600 bugs which means a lot to me. Have stopped shopping from eBay altogether now and I keep advising people to do the same.

                            I buyed a stereo wireless Bluetooth headset . product value was 399.00 Product discription didn't matching, which product I booked & I received. When I contact to it's executive, they told me that refunded money will be credited in my account within 7-8 working days. But after that more than 20 days I can't receive my payment by e-bay. E-bay cheated me. Plz solve my problem.

                              From past three days i m trying to reach ebay india customer care on #[protected], but i couldn t reach the concern person - as i was getting all our executives are busy attending other members... Please wait... You will be attempted shortly!!!. Every time i was waiting on call for almost /12 an hr., but finally no response. Seems like even ebay customer care people intentionally keeping customers on waiting for long time.

                              Since i couldn t cantact customer care, i ve uploaded a few more photos and updated the claim with these details. So that at-least now you people will give due consideration for this issue and resolve it at the atleast. I never expected this kind of reply from ebay india customer care and from seller.

                              Especially this purchase wise... Its clear that ebay.In is good for sellers, not for buyers. After uploading so many photos and all photos are showing how the packing is done, not getting... Any reply either from ebay or seller is very bad.

                              Still requesting you to quickly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest. Hope this issue gets resolved soon and will get needful reply at-least now.

                                  I received first order from ebay, but was not completed due to payment problem. It was found that the order was placed by a foreign buyer on ebay.com and payment was not processed since i didnt have paypal a/c. I already informed the buyer and ebay that i dont intend to register with paypal.

                                  However, i registered with their paisapay service run by ebay india, but the problem was not resolved.

                                  I talked with the buyer to cancel the order and also with ebay india support about this to no avail.

                                  Later, ebay sent me an invoice towards fees for the product sold.
                                  I talked with ebay support several times, but the fees are not reversed. They are harassing me by sending numerous reminders 34 so far, but not addressing the problem.

                                  This is highly unprofessional business practice. They neither accept their mistake nor do they show any intention to help resolve the problem.

                                    I bought lg g3 phone on ebay for rs.14499 and the phone i received was in very poor condition. That i wouldn't have used the phone even if i got that for free. So i asked for refund on ebay they told me to reship the product to seller on my own and i did it which cost rs.700. After the product was received by the seller there is no msg from ebay for next action. I waited for 8 days and on 8th day i called ebay and only then they responded me to close my claim and will refund through dd and my reshipment charge will be provided as ebay coupon in 7-10 working days. On 8 th day of my timline i called ebay to know if my dd is ready or not and they told its not ready and i should wait fr the timeline and at 10th day i again called ebay to know my dd is ready they made the same reply as on previous call. Not even my ebay coupon is provided for me which worth 700 and the timeline was over but no response from ebay. Now my amount of 14499+700 is with ebay and they or not making any steps to return it back. Please help me with this issue i am not so rich to let go that amount. I am dependent on that money to buy phone for me

                                      I had ordered a watch from eBay indias site in November 2015, it turned out to be broken and was returned by me.

                                      As per eBay's process the refund for the watch was approved yet after various enquiries on my end no action was taken.

                                      Whenever I have called the consumer forum of eBay all they have said is the refund will be initiated soon or in ten days or so.
