    I ordered an HP 16 GB 3.0 USB pen drive on 1.5.16 which PaisaPay ID is [protected] and payment made by Debit Card. Ebay also informed me that order will delivery within 13.5.16 and on yesterday I got a mail that my order was delivered. But actually fact is I didn't get any delivery till now. So, either Ebay make delivery my order as soon as possible nor refund my money.

        I got 2 calls from ebay,

        1st call was from a lady ph no.+91-[protected] asking for my debit card number to transfer the amount immediately,, i wasn't sure about her so i did not gave her my debit card number.. Then she said she will return my money thru net banking within 4 hrs but i didn't get any amount.

        2nd call i got from ebay representative [protected] and he said ebay will return money back within 6-7 days.


        So my question is whom do i believe and i want a written confirmation about how much time it will take.

            Early may 2016, i ordered and paid for an iphone se. Within a few days, the courier arrived. To my horror, the package contained stones and tiles and not the phone!

            I raised a complaint/claim on ebay immediately. Reference:

            Ebay has been going around in circles and has not resolved the issue till date. I was asked to speak to the seller and clarify, which i did. I sent additional photographs of what was delivered.

            Despite all this, the matter is not being addressed seriously.

            I assume the unscrupulous seller here is the winner with all the money in his pocket!

            I surely did not expect ebay to be slow and insensitive to my issue.

                  Hello sir,
                  I have purchased a motorola turbo from ebay on 27 april which i have received on 2 may. My device is not in working condition i have raised the claim on 9 may for the same on ebay but ebay team ([protected]@tpa. Ebay.com) have forcefully closed my claim. Giving statements that the product is having manufacturing guarantee so we can't provide u any assistance for this.
                  And when i visited to authorised motorola service center they r saying that they are not giving any service to the products purchased from ebay. And they have given me mail that they have only three authorised seller and ebay is not in that. I have attached the mail recieved by motorola and the chat session of motorola care.
                  So will u pls resolve this issue and provide me refund of this claim.
                  The case is pending from last 15 days and i haven't got any support from the ebay team. I tried to call the grievance officer many times and dropped the mail for the same.

                    I have purchased a power bank which is defective and suspected to be second hand which your website says to be new one. That power bank takes more than 10 hours to charge the mobile which should have been 1 to 2 hours only. Now ebay tells me to contact to seller or intex service station.Intex service station is 200 km away which is not practical as the cost of product is only rs. 900.                       Y`day I got the call from CC exe of Ebay, Again He said as size issue is not in his policy so company can`t refund. He suggested me that If Seller Mr JIten Munjani ([protected]) confirm on mail to refund the same. Then only Company will refund. Today, Mr. Jiten confirm on call that he will send mail by tomorrow to refund the same. But, Why Buyer contact to Seller where I purchased the product from Ebay.

                      Is some body is their who can assist me to get refund from ebay. As, Now lost hopes to get refund from company. Now, I have to say that It is failure of Indian Laws.

                        I had ordered kingston datatraveler 101 g3 32gb pen drive on 9th may 2016. On 13th may 2016 what i saw on the ebay site while tracking my shipment, when i clicked on the docket number it had redirected to dtdc.In website and showing delivered on 12th aug. 2014 at tba, united states (Ref. Attached scree shot).
                        Yesterday i. E. On 17th may 2016, i had received the shipment after opening the packet what i received was of similar look and was not in a working condition and the product is fake.

                        And now when i see the seller details on ebay website (Ebay member id: digital. Store-5, mr. Anuj gupta, ph.: +91-[protected], email id: [protected]@gmail.com) seller’s phone is continuously switched off.

                        This is a very serious matter for kingston as-well-as ebay and the ebay users.

                        It was the worst experience on the ebay website and about the fake vendors that are registered on ebay. This seller was registered on ebay on 4th may 2016 and was showing no longer registered user on 12th may 2016. I don’t know how the ebay take this matter seriously and resolves the issue, till date i cannot see any option to cancel the order or to return the product.

                                  I have purchased one usb cable which was ordered on 3rd march 2016. Product was delivered on 7th april 2016 and on 9th april i reported them that it is not compatible with my phone and asked for refund my money.
                                  On 13th of april refund claim was approved but still i have not received my money back.
                                  After repeated calls and e-mails i am not getting proper response. Same reason is being told "sorry for the inconvenience. Wait for 48-72 hours, we have escalated the issue". Refund amount is around rs.149

                                  Dear sir My claim I'd is 188891.my refund was approved by eBay on 21St may 16. But till date I have not received by refund. When I call customers care. They told u received call back from refund team. Which will not happen. I am very annoyed with eBay service.

                                    I had ordered samsung galaxy s7 on 5th april, 2016 from ebay india website on payment of rs 37500. When on 11th april i received the shipment i opened and found instead of samsung s7 some old broken iphone 5s. Immediately on same day i raised a paypaisa claim on ebay website. I contacted the seller first who started abusing me on phone. I have uploaded all the pictures of the product which i received. From 18th april onwards i have spoken to atleast 20 customer support executives and 8 team leaders and floor supervisors. Every time when i speak to any one from ebay i get the same response that withing 24/48/72 hours i will get a resolution that out team will get in touch with you. On 25th april i was informed that the matter is with power ship team who are suppose to revert within 48 hours. Till date they haven't contacted me. When on 28th april i shot a mail to dl-ebay-grievance officer i received a sms from ebay stating that my escalation id is 058330 and that i'll be contacted within 24hours. I never received a call from the grievance team. I have dropped countless tweets to your ebay twitter handle.. Everytime i get the same robotic reply stating that we will get in touch with you soon. I have already uploaded all the pics and answered all the questions on 16th april when i received a mail from paypaisa team.In the mail i was informed that if i dont upload the pics within 48 hours my matter will be closed. Don't you think the same timeline should apply to ebay also. It's been 37 days since i have raised the claim and i am yet to get my hard earned money back. Today all of a sudden i received a mail from ebay stating that my ebay account has been suspended for no reason.Instead of suspending seller's account they suspended my account.

                                      I have bought two pairs of shoes (Paisapay id [protected] and [protected]) from same seller.
                                      As per the derscription both were made by adidas.
                                      As soon as me and my wife tried the soes we found something wrong with the shoes as both shoes were making huge cracking sound. And within one day o[censored]se both the shoes were broken.
                                      Tried to contact the seller but no response.
                                      Raised the complains with ebay (Claim id 1975204, 1944592) but ebay was not responding promptly.
                                      Took the shoes to adidas shop here in kolkata and they confirmed that both the shoes were fake and not by adidas.
                                      Now ebay is saying as the shoes are used thus they can't help.
                                      Complete loot.
