Please check the two declarations and daily run sheet for the product that it is delivered correctly.

No response for claim id : 1739770 from 90 days.
Everything is completed by me. Given on time still no action from 90days.
Cheap services never buy anything from ebay.. They are cheater. Scamist.

My claim was rejected fakely. Many requests are made by me to cs to reopen the claim but no one is listing to me for my claim every time i call ebay they said wait for 48-72hrs for reply. Today 3 months passed no solution provided by ebay. This is harassment to customer by ebay.In. For the same if my claim is not resolved before 72hrs i will definitely go for legal action for customer harassment and against scam.

I provide every letter within timeline and everything is provided by me which is required by ebay. But still ebay is not taking any action against my claim. Its too much now.

This is my final warning to ebay.In to improve results in not responding and for poor quality.
Grievance is also fake which is not caring customer from one month. No response from ebay grievance team also.
Ebay is totally fake.

    I am struggling to process my refund via ebay, i had purchase one time for which i received damaged item and had returned back to the seller and had a word with seller he said that they are ready to refund the amount but through ebay and i need to open a case. I had opened a case in ebay case reference number is post which i have called thrice to the customer service toll free but everytime i receive a same answer that i will receive a call from ebay in next 48 hrs and the refund will be processed, i am highly dissatisfied with the ebay customer service and same was not expected by ebay

      I bought a sony headphones from ebay.In on 11-05-16. I recived my product on 13-05-16. When i recived the product, i was completely shocked. The packaging was not up to standards, a fake earphone of "sony" branding was given. I raised the claim on ebay, the same day, i recived the message stating 'thank you for raising an ebay guarantee claim (Id[protected] for paisapay id - [protected]. We will contact you within next 5 days.' but there is no response from their side as on 17-may-16. When talked with ebay representative they told we know your problem, our team will be in touch with you, and will solve your issue. Which is not done yet now.

        I placed an order for samsung tv for rs 59085/- on 12th may 2016. The payment was successful and the amount was debited to my card. I got a mail from ebay on 14th saying my paisapay transaction id : [protected] was rejected as i could not be contacted.
        I checked with my bak and they informed me that the payment for rs 59085/- done by me on 12th to ebay has successfully gone through and the money was with ebay (Or paisapay which is owned by ebay) and they must refund the amount if the transaction was rejected by them. Today is 17th may and i still have not received refund from my bank.
        Ebay support on phone informs me that the transaction was rejected hence money is not with ebay so it cannot refund the amount.
        I know my bank has correctly executed the transaction and the money has been transferred to ebay which they won't accept.
        Please advise me on how to recover this amount debited to me.

          I got 2 calls from Ebay,

          1st call was from a lady ph no.+91-[protected] asking for my debit card number to transfer the amount immediately, , i wasn't sure about her so i did not gave her my debit card number.. then she said she will return my money thru net banking within 4 hrs but i didn't get any amount.

          2nd call i got from ebay representative [protected] and he said ebay will return money back within 6-7 days.


          So my question is whom do i believe and i want a written confirmation about how much time it will take.

It came to my city, local delivery guys are not delivering so called vistar logistics (Fedex) even not responding calls, but they told me item delivered, sometimes said not its in other vehicle, will come later, i am on leave... Etc. Etc. Manager in office also not responding cut phones. Such a big fraud they are.

                                I recently puchased a gaming console from ebay item no[protected]. The product i received is defective and its unable to play game cds. I talked to the seller and he told me to raise a complaint and he agrees to take the product back. I talked to customer care and they said our team will contact you. I been waiting for 3 days and still no call from ebay. I m flying out of country in couple of days so this is high priority. Every time i want to talk to ebay customer care. It shows me waiting time from 40 minutes to 2 hours. They are mentally torturing me and i dont know how to deal with such a company. The seller has no problem in taking the product back. I dont know whats ebay problemis. First they are using my money by keeping it with them and not returning. I am gonna file a case against them. I have no other option.

                                  I have received a damaged product from ebay. When i asked for returning the product and refund the money. They have given some irrelevant answer to cancel the return request. The product is damaged and also its not fitting for me. She asked for images to show, how its not fitting which is really invalid question. How can i show her that its not fitting with images. Ebay is cheating customer's by sending damaged products and making money. Ebay is the big cheater. I will never ever purchase on ebay. I also suggest my friends not to entertain this site. This is really a fake.
