I am in follow up with ebay since 15 march and they are just passing time by givning me bulls around i ordered product and for which i entered my old address which is in buit saved in my ebay account and after placing order i realized address needs to be changed therefore i called them they told me to get in touch with the seller directly i called the seller immediately after 2 min told him the situation messaged him the new address and also emailed through ebay site to the seller to change the address, waited for 10 days for the product to be shipped and in between also i tried calling these guys to confirm that the product should be deleivered to right address, they keep telling me we cant do anything untill unless seller dont dispatch the product and that too they said that we cant follow up with the seler you have to, that i did already and din got any response from the seller and after 12 days when seller shipped the product address was not changed, i called blue dart courier services to cancel as address was wrong they said seller has to cancel it, tried calling seller he didnt responded, tried calling ebay they said cant do anything let the product be deleivered will refund your money, now the product has been deleivered to wrong address and i opened the claim also for refund and they have closed it saying product deleivred, insane people they have everything in their recored how many times i called and email i had send to the seller to deleiver the product to corrct address.. Still they are such a pathetic team sitting in back office fooling customer, the product was only for rs 120 which i dont care but their service is what i will not have entertain in india, so that they keep on foling other as well they have to apologize and refund now, will try my full to make them realize what indian consumer are capable of...

      1. I have ordered two speakers in paisapay id : [protected] but i recieved only one quantity, so i loss my money, i tried contacting eabay but no use, i have not recived any proper response and claim get closed.
      2. I ordered samsung galaxy note3 (Paisapay id : [protected]) battery but seller sent some different battery which could not fit in phone, i tried a lot but no refund or replace from ebay guarantee,


      Finally there is no ebay guarantee full waste of monetey if trusted on ebay

        I am deepak sanotia, i had purchased gionee marathon m3 from your site at 23.10.2015, today i go to the service centre for some repairing issue, but the gionee officers denied me to provide service they said this handset is already been replaced with new one, first this handset was purchased by mr, prakash in rajasthan state, he returned this set due to defect & company provide him a d. O. (Replaced with new set).

        As, i understand this would be brand new handset, but this is second hand & defective handset, not cover under guarantee. The seller cheated me via ebay, at that time i am also claim for return but i have not got any response from seller & by your customer services support, now i am going to report this on consumer forum.           I had orderd samsung cdma mobile from ebay i received my order from courier company and make payment but when i open the packet i was getting shocked ebay deliver the product to me but that was not original samsung cdma mobile they deliverd me duplicate product and when i talk to ebay helpline no. then they advice me to contact with seller if he is ready to accept the product then only they can replace the product or return my money but seller denile to accept his fault and ebay too

            As i perched a smart phone htc one m7 on[protected], from ebay and the dealer was waheguru waheguru chandigarh.
            I received that product on[protected], when i open that parshal, that phone found used one.Initially i made a complaint on ebay within 1 hour regarding this.
            Ebay initially they told me we will assist you. Dont worry.
            Drop snaps on ebay mail id with highlighter. Same i have done.
            As i made payment seven days before, and still i haven't received any confirmation from ebay instead of auto generated mails.
            When ever i tried to call ebay customer care, they will take unnecessarily 1;30 hrs for call connectivity.
            As i made the payment through credit card with emi. After few days my installment and interest both will start. For that used product.
            Ebay is not taking responsibility about my complaint, so i want to rase complaint on ebay. And also i will go to raise a written complaint on ebay.
            Ebay is having bundles of fraud dealers, and ebay self is biggest thief.
            They are also supporting their fraud dealers.

              I have ordered online Samsung Galaxy S4 I9500 White Touch Screen Digitizer+LCD.
              but the back touch button and the display brightness level on the display is not working,
              So I raised the claim to return back the display and to refund the money.
              Also I have been continously following e-bay for the present status.
              but every time they reply the same that is our concern team will call you in 24 hours.
              but no calls and no feedback, has happened so far.
              Its almost 30 days passed away . the request was made within the 30 days return policy but no feedback from E-bay yet.
              Also e-bay once replied me that seller is not replying them and if seller does't reply they will refund the money within 48 hours .
              but after this, a week has passed away and still they are saying to wait.

              So I request you to kindly look into this matter.

                Hi,

                I have purchased 4 perfume bottles from ebay.in. In the site, it is shown as 150ml bottles of 4. However, they have delivered it of 50 ml each. Also, 1 product is broken in that and all the items are more than 1 year old.

                On top of that, MRP of each item is Rs. 80. So for 4 bottles it will be Rs. 320. However, they have sold it for Rs. 399 which is more than 25% of the MRP.

                When enquired, they are saying shipping charges included in that. But in the site it is clearly mentioned that 'FREE SHIPPING".

                It was sold by [protected]@gmail.com . Contact No. [protected]. Also, the response from the seller is so rude and not accurate. I want full refund now. Pls assist.

                    By making advance payment by rupay debit card on 20-3-16, i purchased an item from ebay.In. The item was not as it was claimed in technical specification. I wrote to ebay and they asked me to return the material in original packing to the vender. Accordingly i returned the material through bluedart and also got sms by bluedart that packet is duly delivered.

                    I sent the courier receip to ebay and they sent an email to me on 2-4-16 that your claim is passed and money will be refunded to me in 6 to 8 working days. Against courier charges of rs 350=00 i spent, they sent a credit coupen of rs 350/- which i can redeem in my nest purchase. It is obvious that no one will ever buy thing from such a fraudulant site. I therefore wrote to them to add courier amount also in my claim amount.

                    1790=00 ordered material money i paid in advance.
                    350=00 bluedart courier charges i paid to return the ordered useless item
                    =
                    2140=00 total to be refunded

                    As of today, e. G. 11-5-16 i have not received my refund aven after wriring 10 reminders. If you say, i can forward those follow up emails to you.

                    Now on web site, it shows "case closed"

                    I will be highly obliged if you can take up the matter with ebay or concerened customer grievances cell and ask the ebay to refund immediately.

                    Thans a lot to consumer complaints services to help suffers of online fradulant cos. It is because of their intervention that I received email 1st time ever from [protected]@ebay.com asking me to send the proof that I have not recd the refund. I immediately logged into my bank a/c and got the statement online from 30-3-16 to 12-5-16 and sent to them . there is credit or debit entry of any kind after 26-4-16. I also sent copy of the mail to

                    Pl add courier charges of rs 350/- along with the refund amount of rs 1790/- as your discount voucher is of no use to me as I am never going to buy anything from ebay in future.

                    I hope there will not be any more hdelay in refunding me the full amount of rs 1790 + 350 = 2140

                    I replied to them on 19th as follows. it is for sure that they have no intension of making any refund to me.. I would request customerscomplaints.in to take up the matter again strongly to settle the issue.

                    I am sorry to say that your above reply is made in absolute irresponsive way. As desired by you, I have already sent copy of my bank account page as email attachment long back showing that no refund is credited even after 2 months. you already assured that the refund will be made as early as possible.                       Ebay is a proper thief who takes away customer money and earn interest on it, i have filed a claim around 20 days ago on the website that seller didn't ship the product and my refund has been put on hold, even after this much also, i called the customer support on 22nd or 23rd and you people told me that resolution will be there finally by 27th april 2016. Now today its more than a month and i have no piece of words from customer support, this is what type of service you have in 2016. Totally crap!!! I already called customer care 15 times, but getting same asnwer every time "that we will call you in 24 hours" but i didn't received a single call from ebay. I want solution.

                            This product is not at all working except a red light. The display is just blinking with red light and i could not set frequency matched to my car.

                            I raised many complaints to ebay customer care and also to the seller. I dont receive any response from them so far. I called to ebay customer care number[protected]. I was waiting more than 25 mins (Prerecorded voice is repeating wait until our executive answers you) and i cut the call.

                            Dont buy any product through ebay shopping site. They are selling fake and duplicate product.

                              I ordered one I phone 4s 32 GB and one Intex cloud x15. I cancel the order iPhone before its shiped then the order canceled but my debited amount not received yet I contact many more times with eBay customer care officers but no use.Intex mobile was shipped but not received and also refund. Ebay payment method is not good because when the payment approval was reject that amount loss for the consumers . that amount not refunded

                                Hey guyz never shop from ebay, it is selling fake & duplicate products which offers cheap quality.

                                Recently i bought a 32 gb memory card from ebay india i paid online on 16 april because there was no cash on delivery available, it was showing expected delivery till 21 april & last date (Maximum time) 27 april 2016, on 17 april i got a confirmation message about shipping of product by dtdc courier, when i didn't get product till 23 i tried to contact these people they people again assured me that you will get till 27 april anyhow, i drop mails and kept regular touch with on fb page at https://goo. Gl/iaa6yu always they people said we are checking your issue more than 7 days when i didn't get any solution & last date was also passed i contacted them again but they bloody people have just learned a line sorry for inconvenience we are working on your issue, like these kind bull excuses they have given and finally product came on 3 may 2016 (6 days after the last date), i thought leave it at least i got my product perhaps they might have some confusion or something mess, but as i was already reached on the heights of irritation & frustration from these people, as i opened the packet i found it is looking like fake product & when i tried to using it, the product was also not working, showing a message need to format this device but system was unable to format this drive, they people have so worst services that you'll need to hold their calls for 30 minutes & after that your call will be disconnected automatically. I have decided to teach them a lesson. I have used other online portals as well like amazon india, flipkart, snapdeal and many more but believe me ebay india is the worst company i have ever found, no support, no customer services, i suggest you all my friends that never shop from ebay, these people are doing fraud with us. To teach them a lesson plz do share this.

                                  I placed my order sports edifice ef-535bk 1a watch worth 3, 147/- on 9th april and i received on 23rd april which is 13 days. Moreover, when i received, i found it to be a defective one and since then till now i am struggling to get it replaced. Connecting to customer care is very problematic and every time i get the same ans of a callback in 48 hrs but that too doesn't happens ever time. Yet the watch has not being picked up from me and neither i'm given any clue by when the replacement/refund will be done.

                                  The product has been picked up from my residence on 16th May and the docket number, i have communicated as well to ebayindia.[protected]@gmail.com on 17th May. However, since then have not yet received and communication from ebay side till date.

                                  Unfortunately, i am not even seeing any positive action from your (Consumer Forum) end on this issue as well. Thus would request you to please look into the matter and please communicate the next plan of action from your end.

                                    I had purchased 3 remote controls for my daikin ac on 19 april 2016
                                    The same were defective and i contacted the seller jhankar electronics
                                    2/12 bhuta niwas dr ambedkar riad matunga east munbai 400019
                                    They replaced the same with new one
                                    However the replaced item is also defective
                                    Now when i contact them they r saying that they can't do anything since it is more than 10 days
                                    Any item is returnable within 30 days esp defective one

                                        This is to bring to your notice that i have received a order on approx 10-11 april, its the power bank for mobile. This power bank is not working on charging my phone for even half an hour so there is something thing wrong with the product sent to me.

                                        I have requested on the ebay site for returning the power bank. There is still no action being taken by any one from the customer care to resolve my problem. I don't want to keep this useless power bank with me. With the purchase of this product from ebay, it wasted my time and money as well.. I needed power bank for my emergency stuck situations but my first experience with purchase from ebay has been very poor.


                                        Hope some one reads this from ebay and they if still don't care about resolving this matter. I would never ever be participating in any purchase from it in the future.
