I never seen this kind of fraud service in my life. You waste my time and also my money. still i didn't receive any product or any information. i called you regarding this information but i am waited nearly 1 hour. you doesn't any timing sense or your executives busy with fraud service.

    Hello,

    I had recently placed the order for 2 items from ebay.In in which i had complaint and have raised the issue at ebay claim and have asked for the refund for both the orders, but i have still not received any revert on the same.

    Details are as below.

    (1) claim id : 1931924 paisapay id : [protected] - mobile charger which is in non working condition and have paid cash for the order. Still the complaint is unresolved.

    (2) claim id : 1934607 paisapay id : [protected] - needles which is not what i expected and therefore want to have the refund for the order but the same is still not been replied.

    Also, i have been trying to contact the customer team[protected]
    From last 1 week and emailed them on [protected]@ebay.com and [protected]@ebay.In but no one is receiving the call neither replying on emails, and on call getting the same reply that the customer care team is busy as the wait time is high.

    Can someone please help me as the services of ebay are getting worst day by day.

      I ordered a item "160 gb sata internal imported desktop hard disk drive (Hdd) 3.5" wd / seagate " (Item id:[protected] but its not working so i raised a claim-1868670. Then the customer executive said me to reship the item to the seller. So i reshiped the item and it was deliverd to the seller. But still i didnt got my refund.. This is very unacceptable to me.. Ebay is waste... I think i did a big mistake by purchasing item from this site.. Good for nothing.. Poor customer service... It should be banned in india

        I have ordered 2 memory cards kingston 64gb micro sd card with free card reader and samsung 32gb memory card from ebay. After receiving the product i have found that the both items corrupted even i think these are duplicate products. Then i tried to call the seller but he didn't picked up my phone also sent an email but no reply.

        There is no bill attached with samsung 32gb meory card and also product is different.

        Finally i raised a request to return the product in ebay after 2 days then replied that claim has been rejected as items has year manufacture warranty. What is this?

        Before giving order my friends were telling me that "don't give any order from ebay". Most product of ebay are not genuine. I think they were correct.

        Dear ebay, please don't do like this with customers.

        I have attached the screenshots of the order and claim. Please have a look. And request to you ebay please refund my money as you have sent a bad/corrupted item to me. Fyi i will never go to any service center.

          I purchased nokia lumia 730 on 21- apr - 2016 on ebay. On 1st may evening i received the item in
          Professional courier. Airway bill number :- cgn485737. But the mobile display has been broken i contact the courier office they told its not our response you must contact ebay or whom send the item you contact that person.
          As per our telephonic conversation regarding the claim id 1929236 i have attach all the picture of item which is broken. Imei, and box packing images please find out images. For further enquiry you can contact me any time. On 7th may i got mail claim denied

            Seller linogoimpex has cheated me. In my case he kept promising me that he will ship the item. He cleverly put a fake tracking number so that order is not cancelled.Seeing good reviews I trusted him and keep believing he will ship the item. He neither cancelled nor shipped the item. In-fact in two cases he lied to me item is shipped. Once over email and once over phone. On last day of my paisa pay guarantee. I realised my mistake and raised a claim for refund. He wasted my time and now if I look back I say Thank God! he didn’t ship. At-least now there is a hope of getting refund. Had he shipped and there been a defect no hope that he will rectify? Big surprise is even after duping so many customers (search internet), eBay let him list and sell the products on it’s platform.

                I have ordered lcd for asus zenphone 4 (Paisapay id : [protected]) mobile which cost rs.1295 and what i have received is something very smaller (Not sure if it is for asus phone) see attached images on my broken screen mobile and what i have received. Contacted ebay customer service for 5-6 times and no response till now. The claim id : 1935180 which is logged to complaint at ebay and still no response from no one, when contacting customer care they say that their claims will contact in 24 hours and no show and again i end up contacting and same answers. It is almost 7 days and i have spent rs.200 for contacting customer service itself. Please help me to get my money back. It is only with one particular seller who indeed cheats like this. Seller id/:mariya-traders from kalyan, mh, india. Please help to get this issue resolved.

                    I had purchased one of the product from ebay.in but when i received tha product from bluedart courier office jaigaon product id-[protected] that is empty from inside i searched it thoroughly but the same result i found only one box is there in inside the pirsel under the box there is a no bill no valid product i received only a bengali news paper is there inside the pirsel so i register a frode case against ebay.in and i want my valid product which was i order earlier, please solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i take a serious action against it...

                      Ordered iphone 5s (Paisapay id [protected]) on 17th march. Expected delivery was 21st march. So, i raised a claim on 31st march 2016 that i didn’t receive the product. I received the product on 1st april 2016 and the product found was defective and fake chinese product. Kindly go through the sequence of events:
                      First cheating point: if you raise your claim once, you cannot raise claim second time. As i already raised a claim regarding non-delivery of product earlier, i couldn’t raise another claim regarding the defective product. Even, my earlier claim was closed 20 days later.
                      Second cheating point: they don’t have customer service mail id so you cannot drop them mail. You can only contact them via their toll free number [protected].
                      Third cheating point: you can’t post on ebay india facebook page as they are aware that they will not be able to handle so many customer complaints daily. I made complaint by messaging and commenting on one of the post.
                      Fourth cheating point: i call ebay customer care on 3 instances, on 4th april, 18th april and lastly, on fourth chea26th april. They assured me that they have registered the service request and will be receiving call within 3 days. Today is 6th may and i am still waiting for the call.
                      So, looking at the sequence of events, i am assured now that they are not taking back the defective product.

                        I bought One Phone from ebay on 3rd march and seller send me spy pen instead of phone so i opened a claim as product is not as i ordered on 7th march. I waited for so long to resolve my claim and after 10 days item got treated as received and when i checked claim status the claim was closed and seller got blacklisted. I contacted seller but he/she did not answered. I contacted ebay customer care 3 times and they told ebay reopen case would take 10 days but still it did not open yet. when i again contacted ebay customer care they told you had confirm receive product so ebay could not help you and you have to contact seller directly and solve your matter by your own.

                          On 22-ap-2016, i had placed order for purchase of new htc one m9 plus phone which was supposed to be unused and in new condition. But on 26-apr, i had received an old phone with scratches on metal body and dirt all over the torn package. On 27-apr, the ebay claim was raised, the details are:

                          Till date seller has agreed on phone, to refund the product on reverse pick up by ebay. But no action has been taken by ebay to arrange for reverse pick up or refund of the item. The claim is still pending with their powership team.
                          They are saying as per schedule it will take 20 days for next step. Nowhere in website it is mentioned that complaints are addressed only after 20 days by ebay.

                          Till date no action by ebay. On contacting them today they said nothing will happen before 12-May-2016.
                          Till date no reply from ebay, but I did following to avoid their useless customer service:
                          1. Contacted the seller directly and returned the item to her 6 days back.
                          2. She sent a mail to ebay to refund the amount back to me.
                          3. Ebay still did nothing so I contacted the credit card AMEX.
                          4. The disputed transaction was suspended by AMEX immediately on receiving my phone call.
                          5. AMEX told they will handle the issue with EBAY directly and I need not worry.
                          6. I have sent the courier charge receipt of Rs 300/- to ebay for refund.

                          No response from ebay at all.

                                Fyi... I'm neeraj kumar from jalandhar, punjab(Ph:[protected]) ..And i ordered i ball rocky headsets(Qty:2) from ebay. When i received my order, the assets i received (I_ball rocky headphones qty:2)were in faulty condition and are old and used.One headphones cushions found teared off and other has a manufacture default with a huge curve band ...Does not fit on head properly. This was an embarrassment...I didn't ever expected like this from ebay. I also have sent them the snaps of ordered material i received .


                                So please help me out with this, i want my money back asap. I've already claimed or filled a complaint with ebay:--

                                  Ordered Nexus 5 screen glass, Received it with broken state.
                                  It took long process and at-last customer service provided a Ebay-coupon with same amount as a refund.
                                  With the coupon, i have ordered cereals pack "post honey bunch of oats" worth of Rs 995, once it got the pack i could see it was of weight 0.2 Kg.
                                  While ordering they dint mention the weight and content.
                                  The same brand "post honey bunch of oats" is now seen in amazon for Rs 430 with 411 grams.
                                  What we realized is using Ebay orders was not worthy and waste of time.

                                    I recently ordered [100 dr. Morepen bg03 test strips + free 2 microlithium 2032 cells worth 100/=" (Item id:[protected] from seller "sanjinimedisys" ].

                                    As it is for medical use i checked the seals and found that they were tampered with and contacted the vendor who accepted to refund the money after he asked for pictures of the tampered seal on the box. Ebay refuses to refund my money even though i return the product to them as received, unopened! They say it is ‘company policy’ and money will only be returned after they have ‘investigated’. I told them if i surrender the product to them they should refund my money. The vendor has accepted, i am willing, only ebay refuses to close the case amicably! When i refused to surrender the product without getting my refund they unilaterally and summarily closed the case. I am sure if taken to court their refusal will not stand court scrutiny, but at the moment i have no recourse and the vendor probably won’t get paid because of ebay’s company policy! Is this their alleged ebay guarantee?

                                      We had placed an order for the subjected waistcoat for engagement purpose, since due to lack of days we were asked to opt for express delivery through DHL and paid 4 times of the cost of waistcoat hoping that we will receive the product but despite of numerous follow ups they failed to deliver the item as promised. So we refused to receive the product and asked the DHL to return to the shipper itself and asked for refund the entire chargers borne by us and compensation for mis leading us.

                                      EBay contacted constantly asking to sign for the item and then return back the product without realizing our state of mind which is very much annoying. They were creating so many emotional dramas to make us sign for the product and just to sign for the product we had to pay 650rs despite paying everything earlier.
                                      I have entire mail conversations and proofs for all this.
                                      Initially they were telling they would repay us entire amount and compensation as well just to make us sign for the product so that they will be on the safer side. But we did't sign for the product and take risk.

                                      Now they say that they will not refund us since we did't accept the product in a rude manner.

                                      I would like to furnish all the proofs I hold and file a complaint to get back my refund.
