I bought lenovo k900 in eBay.
There is no headset with this product. The mobile is also damaged with lot of scratches on both sides. They have mentioned storage as 32gb, but this product internal storage is 16 GB. I didnt expect these much problems. The back meatal body of this phone is so damaged. My money is totally waste.I need my money back..no response from seller. I have also opened claim before one week. No response from eBay customer also. They are not resolving my problem.

      Dear Sir, i had purchsed one apple iphone 4s 8 gb in the month of september 2015.During warranty period it showed some problems which have been communicated through telecom to your personnnals and so the warranty claim was raised for refund.I had subbmitted the POD copy as per directives through mail and the material was sent through blue dart courier for which the acknowledgement of the material recieved by the seller in Bombay sakinaka as a confirmation was recieved on 19th of dec through message.The POD copy is also enclosed here with for your ready referance.Through my telecom descussion with your ebay representative it was confirmed that from the date of submission of POD copy the money will get refunded within 10 days.Sir, more than one and a half months have passed I have contacted several times in ebay customer care every time they ensure me with a request to wait for 3 days, 1 week, 4 days but till date no refund has been made.I do not understand that in whaT CAPACITY my refund has been held when all the document have already been submitted and all formalities done from my end? and my last disscussion i had with two seniour team leaders with their assurance to wait till 29th of jan and another team leader's assurance till 9th of Feb. Anybody please explain how long customer has to wait and what the customer should do in such circumstances with no fault of his, all the delay is being made from your end and nobody is giving the resolution instead every time i am calling and your customer support people are asking for some more time every time.
      I'm really fedup and surprised by such unprofessionalism of your company people. What i want now is my refund without any delay.
      Kindly look into the matter on top priorty and provide the resolution immediately

        Dear Sir,

        I have purchased tricycle during Aug 2015 from ebay and they have supplied different item and I have contacted them to replace. they told me to keep that tricycle and they will refund the difference amount in the form of Ebay coupon of Rs. 500/-. But till Dec 05.12.2015 I did not received any mail or SMS for coupon code. I have called ebay customer care on 05.12.2015 to give the Coupon code and they told me coupon code is B7WxxxxxWI for Rs.500/- . As per ebay guarantee policy coupon code is valid for 3 months. So I have trying to purchase some item on 02.02.2016 applying this coupon code but that coupon was expired. today I have called ebay customer care, they are telling coupon was generated on 27.08.2015 and valid till 27.11.2015. I told them I have not recd any SMS or mail but they are telling it is not our problem and some time mail and sms will bounce. and also customer executive didnot inform me on 05.12.2015 regarding expiring of this coupon. she has given me the coupon code.

        Therefore I request you to kindly ask them to refund my 500 Rs. coupon/money at the earliest.

          I bought an Iphone from Ebay on 23rd Oct, 2015
          After putting in the sim card, the phone was not picking up signal and was not connecting to the network. An authorized apple store checked the serial number and said that it was of an Ipad, not an Iphone and told me that the phone is not a genuine product and is a fake phone. I've attached the service letter that I received from the apple store.

          I opened a claim on Ebay on 02 Nov, 2015
          They wanted proof of item damaged.
          I uploaded the apple store receipt stating that it was a fake phone.

          Ebay then waited for the seller to respond on this claim.

          I finally had a telephonic call on Nov 25th with Ebay where the representative told me to ship the item in two days. I told them that I was out of town in Calcutta.
          The representative said that I could ship it back whenever I returned and upload the shipping details.

          I shipped the item on Dec 4th but when I went to upload the shipping details, Ebay had already closed the claim on 27th Nov (two days after the call), stating that I had not uploaded the return on time. They can check their phone records, the ebay person specifically told me that I could ship it once I was back in town, no hurry and they will not close the claim. I have already emailed the courier receipt to ebay and contacted them several times.

          It has been two months and several phone calls and EBay staff is not opening the claim or refunding my money.

          I expect a full refund (Rs 33, 000) plus the courier charges (Rs 1690).

            We had raised a complaint on 24.12.2015. and its annoying that we have not recd any reply from ebay. and i am sufferring for the past 1 and half years

            Its been over a year that i am having a tough time with ebay... first i had ordered xenon bulb which arrived and was not working- Item Information Claim ID: 891233, Paisa Pay ID: [protected], Item number: [protected]. We requested for a return and they said that they will not be able to provide the same product and order some diff product and told us they will provide us a coupon worth 110% of cost after several months of follow up we finally got our coupon and we purchased a zook selfie stick as a replacement. That product that came was again not in working condition and then i had the most terrific experience with ebay... disgusting warranty policy creating a torture to us. we were to recieve a coupon worth 729 and 105 Rs was to be refunded in my credit card. its been more then 6 months now and we have not recieved any credit in my card after. When u give a a coupon it says validity is 1 month and what compensation are you going to give us for the torture we r going thru for 1 over 6 months.                             I have ordered Nokia lumia 521 of cost 2050 rs and I didn't get the product and later I got call from eBay regarding about my address and phone number they asked me and later the number which I have given is linked to paytm also . they hacked my account and I didn't get any notification also regarding my account and when I tried to make a purchase my account balance was nill and they robbed my 2000 rs also . please help me I thought to buy a phone and indeed I am left with nothing ...                             This is to bring to your notice that a seller from ebay sell name-viza-seller, [protected]@gmail.com posted ad on ebay.
                            He confirmed that if we buy the phone using paytm then only the offer is valid.
                            I checked paytm and found no such phone model listed and called seller.
                            He told that he is generating an order and asked my mobile no and mail id and hacked my paytm wallet 4500 and transfers his account. I complain in paytm, paytm replay me the amount can't be refunded now. you can report this issue to your nearest Cyber Police station. And provide the bank detail of the hacker

This person has cheated many and still continuing his business. I want my money back and you should take strict action against him. Sorry to say that the faith which i had with paytm and its transaction security policy has loop holes in it. Please take the required concern seriously. The seller picks up phone and answer "do anything you can" Please help as such people are misleading and steal money from people.

                                I purchased Lg G3 mobile through ebay which was faulty and I have to pay Rs. 700 for sending it back. I was, though, refunded the cost of mobile. Then I purchased Lg G flex 2 through ebay at a cost of Rs. 22000, which is a different model than indicated in advertisement in ebay. It was 2 GB Ram, as against 3 GB Ram as per original circular. Further internal storage is 16 GB, as against 32 GB in circular. This thing was brought to the notice of ebay. Ebay advised me to return the item to seller. I returned it but seller returned the same item to me without conveying any reasons. Again I requested ebay to do the needful but ebay is helpless since Seller is not under its control. Now the item which was called back by ebay and I was made to spend Rs. 700 towards transportation has suddenly became the item which is not within the purview of ebay guarantee claim. This is a cheating and needful is required to be done before a Case is filed in the Court.

                                  My regd. email id with ebay is [protected]@gmail.com. I bought a back cover for my friend's phone whose amt was rs.309 on which I applied a coupon of rs.100. It was delivered on time but it was not as described due to which I raised a claim on 30.12.2015 and it was approved on 01.01.2016. I was told that I will receive DD for that amt within 20 days of claim approval but that has proven to be a false commitment by ebay agents, supervisors as well as stupid ebay policies. Ebay CC agents are not their-selves aware about their policies or else they are not provided with proper training. Maybe Ebay is in short of funds so aa to provide proper training and solve customer claims. Whenever I call CC agents either they apologize for the inconvenience or else they beg for 72 hrs of time. This is what they know or maybe they are trained to this only. This is not just the frustration, even supervisors over there do the same. Some of the supervisors name are- Suman Tomar, Yashu Arora, Vinay. These are Gurgaon heads and one more is Suzana in Gujarat who gave false statements just to ignore my grievances. Maybe they are paid to do so. Neither I receive any acknowledgement from ebay regarding the time I have just wasted talking to them nor do they reply to any mail. Simply frustrated and want to give so many bad words so that they come to know where are working, Idiotic and studpid ebay with pathetic services. I pray Ebay gets shut down ASAP. Each and every time I am provided with a reference ID of my call which is not at all useful. Again I gave a call today (30.01.2016), after 30 days of claim approval, I am requested to wait for more 72 hrs and I'll have to wait bcoz I can't go to Gurgaon wasting my money for them. Ebay doesn;t fulfill their policies. Policy was to wait 20 days so as to get the claim settled and receive my amt but now I think it will take 2000 days to receive such a small amt. Ebay just want to stick their bloody coupons to everyone rather then giving the refund because no one is going to waste their money and is bounded to purchase from them again. But I won't do so. Flipkart and other portals are far better then ebay rather I will say they are best and ebay is worst. Ebay has a policy that if customers have paid by COD then they will receive DD but other sites refund in bank acc. without irritating customers. That's the reason they are leading. I hope before ebay gets shut down my amt will be refunded.

                                    Its more than been two months since the refund approved.


                                    Its been more than a month. Everytime when i asked for the refund the reply i get is We have taken this issue to senior officer. I have not recieved the payment still now. I have sent the Bank statement and credit card statement N number of times still i didnt recieve the refund. I have been mentally stressed for this issue. kindly give my money back. and i am asking for my money.

                                      I purchased iphone 5 on 23rd of Nov 2015 and ebay delivery b 17th Dec 2015. The item wasn't delivered to me in timeline and ebay kept on saying to wait. Finally i smelled it fishy and claimed refund on 20th dec 2015. Ebay delayed the refund by 22 days and credited my account on 12th Jan 2016 which resulted in my credit card getting charged for Rs 767/- I contacted ebay and they simply refused to pay me the charges even though it was their negligence that resulted for these charges. You are requested to take up the matter with ebay and ask them to pay the same as the delay in refund was on their part. Please resolve the issue asap.

                                        I have purchased an mobile from eBay.in before 15 days.but when i use it there is a problem in it from first day that its switch off automatically in approx.15 minutes and than automatic switch on.i tell eBay customer executive about this.they said me that this is under manufacturer warranty so go to micromax service center.micromax service center is 30 km from me so i can't go to service center and i bought new phone why i go service center.i told this to them than they said call in micromax care and register a complaint to them by telling your imei number.if they will not help you we are still there so i call micromax and submit my request they said me that a man come to my doorstep for taking my phone in next 7 days but now its 10 days and no one come.now when i talk to eBay again they are not talking to me.please resolve my problem.
