I bought a Tribocor Chain Lube + Chain Cleaner Spray Tc208 (500ML*2) from ebay and only received CHAIN LUBE. and chain cleaner is missing then I claim a complaint for the missing product but they didn't give my product and not giving refund. the claim I made in 21/01/16 today 28/01/16 after 8 days of complaint they didn't initiate any refund what should I do?

      Hi Team,
      I brought Recron Certified Bliss Bed Pillow -(16X24)CM, White, quanthity 5 through ebay.in website for Rs. 2090 and paid the money via PaisaPay on[protected] and the ID is [protected]. The transaction was successful and they supplier delivered the product. when I received the item noticed that the pillow is not in good shape and it is in worst condition . So I spoke to ebay customer care.
      They requested me to register a complaint, I too did the same as suggested by the representative. I got a reply saying that they wil resolve the issue or call back to me with in 72 hours.
      As I have not received any call by ebay . again I sent a mail to ebay with all the details. on[protected]. Again after 5 days I called the customer care. they replied me to send the photo copies of the item received. I sent all the detail with pictures of the item received. Since after 10 days I have not received any information from them. Again I called the customer care and they replied that they have messaged me in ebay site itself instead of replying back to me to my mail or to my phone. Then I noticed that they asked me to return the goods to the supplier. the details of supplier

      On Nov 22nd I tried to send the item through Professional courier which cost me again Rs.600. Due to rain disaster in chennai the goods didnt reach in time to the supplier and they received it on 1st december.
      when I called the ebay customer they said since i have not replied for a long time they had closed the issue and I need to directly contact the supplier and get back the money.
      From that time onward I am speaking the the supplier Mr. Ravindra goel, who is cheating me saying I will do it today Sir.. But till now I have not received any money form them.
      Nowadays when I call him he is not picking the call.
      Please any one can help me to resolve this issue.

            My eBay account is just 2 month old. I have purchased blutooth speaker 1 month ago but due to item was not proper I claim for refund. EBay allotted me coupon instead of bank transfer of rs 450. Now when I am going to do transaction of my next purchase with using that coupon it is horrible to find me that ebay permanently suspended my account from new purchase. So it is fully cheating by ebay here..that is not giving me bank transfer or alloting me ebay coupon.and when I have to use it they suspend my account.. Please solve this concern either give me bank transfer my money or reopen my account so I can do purchase using that coupon of rs 450.eBay email id [protected]@gmail.com

                I’ve initiated a refund request on 11th Dec 2015 Below the item and claim details

                Got an email saying that the claim resolved / approved by Ebay guarantee team on 26th Dec 2015 and refund is initiated which will be credited to my account in next 6-8 working days.
                I didn’t receive my money even after 10 days, so I did contact the customer care center of Ebay India
                - They said that the payment status is on hold and asked me to wait for 48 hrs
                - Called the support again after 48hrs, they said the same answer and asked me to wait for 72hrs
                - Waited and called again, they gave the same answer again and asked me to wait for 48 hrs
                - Again Waited and called, they gave the same answer again and asked me to wait for 48 hrs
                Till now there is no answer or update from Ebay india team about my refund request, every time I call the support they gave me FREE SERVICE REQUEST NUMBERS, following the SR numbers

                  I Gaurav Aggarwal purchased 360 Rotating Leather Stand Case cover For Apple iPad Air 2(iPad6) from ebay site Artilcle no.[protected] on 22Nov2015 which was supposed to be delivered before 29Nov2015, Anandi Enterprise is a seller of this product. Paisa Pay ID that claims to secure your transaction is : [protected].
                  Initially after my many reminders they responded with one that it has been delivered to me & hence it has been closed. Then I showed them the courier details
                  with AWB no. EM[protected]IN from India Post from Kandivalli(Mumbai) to Ghaziabad (UP), that shows it was taken back to seller Kandivalli East from where it started.
                  Now despite of many attempts "ebay" is not responding & my money is not being refunded till now.
                  These multinational companies where claims to establish great standard in their home countries starts corrupt & malpractices when it does businesses in India. Because of their lax attitude & lacks of stricter norms they expolits customers & claims to be best.
                  Please help me to get this.

                        I ordered Mobile Intex Aqua Power HD on 14 Jan 16. Same is delivered through the seller Golyan India Ltd on 18 Jan 2016.Cash on Pay delivery. After receiving the product the same is checked for performance. During the process found the mobile is not charging. For the same Claim is raised ID No.1635782. on the 4th day they informed through telephonically, mail that the item is covered under manufacturer warranty, go to service centre to resolve the problem other wise contact to seller. Sellers reaction is also same.

                        Please notify me when you contact. In your refund/replacement of damaged and non-functional item check box your authenticated that you are refund or replace the item. But when I raised a claim your company simply said it covers under manufacturer warranty, go to service centre. It is not the way to run the on line store. If you don, t refund for non-functional item it is to be deleted. You are thinking that in India courts do nothing, or people are unaware, these are the points your cashing. I think I will not get any phone from my lifetime.

                          Hi Team,

                          I would like to register a complaint again Ebay.in for the giving me the defective product.

                          My name is Chirag Mittal and this is regarding the (MI Power Bank) which ordered with ebay.in on 21 December worth Rs 998. Ideally it should have been delivered maximum till 29 Dec'2015. But I did not get this product. The service center was telling me, that due to complaints they cancelled the tie up with seller.

                          Somehow the product delivered on 1 Jan 2016 and the condition was pathetic:
                          1. The packing cover was broken, as if it was replaced by someone already.
                          2. The condition of the wire and MI Power bank was appearing very old.
                          3. The LED lights were not working and Power bank itself was not working properly.

                          I have raised the complaint with eBay Guarantee claim (ID: 1583880) for PaisePay ID: [protected] on 2 Jan'2016. In between, I did not get any call/message/mail for uploading the images of the product and on 8 Jan 2016, the claim was rejected due to images.

                          On 11 Jan 2016, I raised my reasons with ebay.in and sent them all the images to their email id on 13 January 2016. After this, they are not giving me any update.

                          My Concern:
                          1. Even after calling them 1000 times, they are now allowing me to create new refund claim or reopen the existing claim. This is not written anywhere in Ebay rules.
                          2. The product was totally fake and defective. When they cancelled with seller, then why did they delivered me wrong product?
                          3. Every time I call them, they used to say the same words, sir we don't know and when I give them history, they say we are working internally.
                          Team, this is totally frustrated and they are making fool of customer. I have all the recordings of their discussion. Initially they were saying it will get refund in few day. Now they are saying that it will take time.

                          I request your assistance.

                                I bought an one plus one mobile cover from eBay and that cover was not suitable for my mobile
                                so I just wanted to return it and raised a request but still there is no proper response from your side.

                                Its more than 1 month..No proper response from eBay.
                                When I talked to the customer service they are simply saying that they called me once after I raised
                                my claim request but my no was not reachable so they closed the request simply.
                                They didn't even tried to contact me one more time.
                                When I called, They are saying that they will not do anything on this.
                                They asked me to contact the seller. That seller is not attending the call and not even replying for my messages.
                                EBay is completely a BS.. I lost my 499. Anyway that case cover not even worth for 200 but they charged me 499.
                                Anyway I want my money back.

                                    Ebay is a cheat they sell fake products a bought a blackberry from ebay which was heavily discounted when i received i found that the product was fake as the imei no displaying on phone was different from the one at the back behind the battery when i complained ebay and seller, the seller called me and tried to deal with me directly by resend a new one but i denied it.i have even told the whole story to ebay but they were like ok anyways thats not troubling me i want my money back they have been fooling me since december i would like to request ebay, dear ebay please refund my money it has been a month you are earning interest and it is hurting my pocket Please dispatch my dd under the name of Anshul Gupta tel [protected] add 3 d tashkand marg civil lines Allahabad
