Hi Team,
I would like to register a complaint again Ebay.in for the giving me the defective product.

My name is Chirag Mittal and this is regarding the (MI Power Bank) which ordered with ebay.in on 21 December worth Rs 998. Ideally it should have been delivered maximum till 29 Dec'2015. But I did not get this product. The service center was telling me, that due to complaints they cancelled the tie up with seller.
Somehow the product delivered on 1 Jan 2016 and the condition was pathetic:
1. The packing cover was broken, as if it was replaced by someone already.
2. The condition of the wire and MI Power bank was appearing very old.
3. The LED lights were not working and Power bank itself was not working properly.
I have raised the complaint with eBay Guarantee claim (ID: 1583880) for PaisePay ID: [protected] on 2 Jan'2016. In between, I did not get any call/message/mail for uploading the images of the product and on 8 Jan 2016, the claim was rejected due to images.
On 11 Jan 2016, I raised my reasons with ebay.in and sent them all the images to their email id on 13 January 2016. After this, they are not giving me any update.
My Concern:
1. Even after calling them 1000 times, they are now allowing me to create new refund claim or reopen the existing claim. This is not written anywhere in Ebay rules.
2. The product was totally fake and defective. When they cancelled with seller, then why did they delivered me wrong product?
3. Every time I call them, they used to say the same words, sir we don't know and when I give them history, they say we are working internally.
Team, this is totally frustrated and they are making fool of customer. I have all the recordings of their discussion. Initially they were saying it will get refund in few day. Now they are saying that it will take time.
I request your assistance.

Complaint marked as Resolved I am not satisfied with this forum as some body has done a fraud with my bank account and deducted 4500Rs. They were telling, they are from ebay.in, but it was a fraud call. So I request everyone not to post their message on such public portal where everyone get clue of your problem. Further, if you want to post don't ever give your telephone no.
eBay.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
