I had bought Brand new HTC one from eBay.in via seller Elixircart2014 on 4th Apr 15 (paisapay id [protected]. It was sold with one year warranty. Product is not working now. HTC service centre does not accept warranty from eBay products. I complained to Ebay but Ebay is not helping honour advertised product sold by them. Dealer is not responding. I was cheated.

    I Purchased size M but received size L of Item ID[protected]. It was totally unusable and drain of money to me. I raised claim ID 1310143. Ebay customer care repeatedly asked for proof of image. I several time send them the images to the seller email. Via email and several time telephonic discussion, I asked them for any email id where I send the images. As there was no option to upload images once claim raised. They did not send me any id or did not agree to see photos at sellers mail id. I send photos as below:

    See the photos and do the argument about size L which was not listed. Ebay customer care personnel was also not so caring. This mail for Ebay CC, as that CC person told me that he would send me their email address for photos but still I didn't received. So I use this email ID.

        I placed the order of lenovo k3 note back cover, they cancelled the order because my location was non serviceable. company executive told me your amount will refund in your account within 2 - 3 days, after 3 days they told me you will receive it after 6 - 8 days, after 8 days they told it will come within 48 hrs.. but after 16 days I'm waiting for the response. they are making fake commitment.

              I had ordered for two cosmetic items from e-bay in November 2015. A mail came from e-bay that they are unable to deliver the items. They refunded the money for one item and for the other item not refunded any thing till date ( 22.01.2016). I got a mail from e-bay that my claim has been settled and I am likely to get the refund in 6-8 working days. This mail says my refund has been approved on 08.12.2015. My claim Id was 1496116. I am talking to e-bay on a regular basis, but of no use. They are not serious at all. It is very very dangerous to purchase any thing from e-bay. If the material is delivered in time you must thank god, and if not delivered, then you are nowhere.

                I order for a new i phone 4 S phone but E BAY delivered me a used and old product .I informed the e bay customer care many times.but different executives are giving different reasons every time .In the month of November I paid full cash for the product but even today I not received my money.

                They told me that as per their company policy they sent a reverse shipping tag and I returned the product through fedex. Now already closed to months over but still now I not received my amount.

                Please help me to get my amount.

                  This is regarding with Paisapay ID: [protected] and Claim Id:1369317 which was raised on 24th Oct'2015.
                  I bought "Videocon D2H HD Set Top Box With 1 Month Super Gold Pack"[protected] from seller dth_india on 9th Oct'2015.
                  The seller stating a reason that they can't book product on my mobile number as it was used by someone earlier.
                  So i requested the seller to cancel the order and bought TATA sky.

                  Now it's 9th Dec today and till now i didn't received the money.
                  And also i'm getting frequent emails saying i have received my item and closed my claim id also without giving proper information. How can you guys close the ticket without sending the product or without any confirmation from my end.

                  I have contacted seller recently and they stated that they already reversed my payment from their end.

                  This has been worst experience ever.
                  Let's see how much more time they would take.
                  When I tired calling the customer care for an update, they just ask to wait for10-12days and all they do is escalate the case.
                  I have following Service Request No's which i had discussion with your team.
                  SR 1-[protected] SR 1-[protected]
                  Finance pending - Accounts team pending and the case has been escalated is all they have to say but nothing really happens. It has been more than 2 months but they have failed to transfer the money back.

                  Should never trust ebay.

                    I placed a order for Apple Iphone -5s Gold 32 GB. But while checking IMEI it shows Apple Iphone Silver and warranty also expired. I tried many times with EBAY customer care. Every time they are telling that will resolve the issue. But no calls regarding the issue is coming for me. No response from Customer care. Very worst service in E-bay. Its a cheat company.                         In reference to earlier complain you are to know that after 52 days I have got the power bank but without cord. There was no power cord nor the connector cord from power bank to mobile. This two cords are not available in the market. So the product is unusable to me. Please arrange to return the product and refund the amount with interest @12.5% for 52 days plus days of rerun.

                            I usually shop online but eBay is the worst shopping experience I have ever had.
                            First time I have order on ebay.in and the first time experience was the worst experience.
                            I had ordered "Anti-Dandruff Shampoo" on 13 Nov 2015 from eBay.
                            Item should delivered before 24th Nov 2015.

                            On 24th Nov I called to eBay customer care & asking about the status.
                            As per there information my product was undelivered due to wrong address.
                            My question is why they don't call me when they have my mobile number.
                            on the reply eBay guarantee send me a mail and regret about bad experience with ebay.
                            At the end I demand to resend the product.
                            They promised me that you will get your product within week else you will get the refund.

                            On 30th Nov I again called, I got reply that your product was unavailable, and your refund is approved.

                            Thereafter I called to customer care 15 times, every time call route to different office in different state.
                            Every time customer care people escalate the problem freshly i.e they generate new request id and it
                            will take 48 hours to escalate the same problem for which I called 15 times.

                            Customer care people will never give you single point of contact who will escalate the issue.
                            And I believe they told wrong names to customer.
                            I called to Gagandip, Ashish, Govind, Nandan(Gujrat Branch) and many more.
                            When I request them to please transfer my call to those person, they never do that.
                            Customer care people always promised me that I will personally note your mobile number & called you to give updates on the issue
                            and also you will get refund within 48 hours because your refund is already approved on 26th Nov 2015.

                            Customer care people always regret & give promise that they will escalate the issue to manager. When I request while writing mail please keep me in cc.
                            They denied that too. How one can keep faith on eBay !!! Guarantee !!! ?

                            I have all call recording logs. Though amount is not big, but I feel like cheating.
                            After sending this mail, I will wait for 1 week then I will request people from facebook, whatsapp, twitter to do not buy anything from eBay due to there bad service and cheating tendency.

                            Just after filing complaint, I got called from ConsumerComplaints.in.

                            Deepak was asking me debit card details & CVV number. By saying you paid for the product through HDFC debit card and currently HDFC server is down please provide other bank debit card details.

                            When I denied he cuts the phone.

                            Does this Consumer complaints website is trust worthy !!!

                              I purchased Sony BDP-S4500 3D Blu-Ray Player 31.12.2015 from Ebay.

                              it is not at swiching on. i raise a complint on ebay, they are telling that please contact sony cust care, i contacted and they are simply reject the call an they tell that you are not purchase for there authrised dealer/distrubiter hence no warranty cover this product. i shocked it is sony product but they are telling like this, the same convay the ebay people, they simple telling we are unabul to refund my money.

                                I ordered two items on 17th Dec'15 .One item was received on time but the other item (women's Bag) was not dispatched. EBay initiated the refund via message dated 28th Dec'15. Thereafter, we called to customer care (4 times on different dates) for getting our refund.So far the same is not received. I would request for E bay
                                1. To immediately refund Rs 849/- as it is due for more than a month. We expect efficient service from them for future relationships.
                                2. Request them to black list suppliers who are not able to supply the desired item (they may give wrong information that item was not received).
                                3.Customer care employees are not well trained to satisfy the customer's needs?

                                I usually shop online but eBay is the worst shopping experience I have ever had.
                                First time I have order on ebay.in and the first time experience was the worst experience.
                                I had ordered "Anti-Dandruff Shampoo" on 13 Nov 2015 from eBay.
                                Item should delivered before 24th Nov 2015.

                                On 24th Nov I called to eBay customer care & asking about the status.
                                As per there information my product was undelivered due to wrong address.
                                My question is why they don't call me when they have my mobile number.
                                on the reply eBay guarantee send me a mail and regret about bad experience with ebay.
                                At the end I demand to resend the product.
                                They promised me that you will get your product within week else you will get the refund.

                                On 30th Nov I again called, I got reply that your product was unavailable, and your refund is approved.

                                Thereafter I called to customer care 15 times, every time call route to different office in different state.
                                Every time customer care people escalate the problem freshly i.e they generate new request id and it
                                will take 48 hours to escalate the same problem for which I called 15 times.

                                Customer care people will never give you single point of contact who will escalate the issue.
                                And I believe they told wrong names to customer.
                                I called to Gagandip, Ashish, Govind, Nandan(Gujrat Branch) and many more.
                                When I request them to please transfer my call to those person, they never do that.
                                Customer care people always promised me that I will personally note your mobile number & called you to give updates on the issue
                                and also you will get refund within 48 hours because your refund is already approved on 26th Nov 2015.

                                Customer care people always regret & give promise that they will escalate the issue to manager. When I request while writing mail please keep me in cc.
                                They denied that too. How one can keep faith on eBay !!! Guarantee !!! ?

                                I have all call recording logs. Though amount is not big, but I feel like cheating.
                                After sending this mail, I will wait for 1 week then I will request people from facebook, whatsapp, twitter to do not buy anything from eBay due to there bad service and cheating tendency.

                                  I order a new original lava irix x1 battery in cost of 340 through ebay.In but when i found this battery it is not working properly and totally damaged battery. When i check it at mobile repairing centre they said to me that it is local and damage battery. When i complaint ebay customer service then they said you talk with rakesh yadav mob no. [protected]. When i contact rakesh yadav then he miss guide me. I want my money back or replacement

                                    I purchased from Ebay Omron make BP monitor on eBay in the belief that if defective item is supplied it will be replaced or money will be refunded . A defective unit was supplied. Complaint was lodged within an hour of receipt with photo.and replacement was requested. The matter was lingered and finaly they have informed that I have to take up with manufacturer under their warranty . They are selling defective material and putting the ball in the court of buyer to get it repaired from manufacturer.

                                      We are a waiting to get product, coupon or change the receiving payment mode due to original wallet has been blocked for last 5-6 months and ebay commited to provide us product or coupon or change the receiving mode of payment.

                                      I have all the request id from ebay and after 5-6 months, now I got sms from ebay that refund amount has been send to original payment mode without inform us. It is my loss.

                                        I have Purchase products on eBay my paisapay id [protected] i received defective products then i file a Claim ID : 1571790 eBay India approved my refund request on 30 dec 2015 but i did not received my refund amount yet and i did not received any response from your side.whenever i contacted for my refund they did not provide me refund reference number if you are not able to provide solutions then I will go court for my right, WE are now totally dissatisfied with this eBay India.The mistake we made is buying eBay products
