I have been treated unfairly by the Ebay customer care. I purchased a Mobile from the Ebay, and on arrival(21st Nov 2015) it was unsealed and not working. I called for 2 days, but ebay customer did not respond.
After that I raised a claim on (26th Nov 2015)through portal and there the customer care called and told me that they are rejecting this claim and spoke to me in a rude way.
I again called customer care and I was told to visit the Xiaomi service centre. When I visited the service centre, Ebay customer care person spoke to service centre guy to issue a letter to me.
I brought that letter and sent it to ebay on 9th December 2015. I spoke to ebay customer care person 5-6 times and everytime they told they will process the refund within 6-8 days.
On 2nd Jan 2016(after 35 days of raising the claim), ebay customer care person Sagar called me and sent an email for initiation of the refund and arranged for the return of the item.
Later on, he abused me told me that I am a cheater and cancelled the return pick and told me to get one more letter from Xiaomi service centre.
Also, he asked me for legal action option, I agreed and again he refused and abused me and spoke to me in a rude manner.
After some days, I was told that the claim would be rejected.
I would like to ask is it my fault that I have purchased an defective item from Ebay.
Kindly arrange the refund asap, and maintain ebay's integrity.

even micromax tv customer care people given letter that they can't do because this is ebay msitake. we forwarded that letter also to customer care still problem didn't solved
