Dear sir,

i purchased micromax tv from ebay.in

ebay delivered and left the home

we connected tv . but its internal damage. not external damage. when we connected its shown the breaking inside . external viwew is perfect.

we went to micromax customer care located at nellore. they said that tv broken in transport so contact ebay.

so we contacted ebay and seller too. Please see the image atatched ebay-replies.png

after one month also no action taken place. the product is worth of 35k .

please help us for my claim. i dont want to take product from them because they are not caring about customers . please refund my money.

its already 2.5 months over. customer care are not responsible and not solving my issue.

even micromax tv customer care people given letter that they can't do because this is ebay msitake. we forwarded that letter also to customer care still problem didn't solved

        I bought a JBL GO Speakers on Ebay.in with a seller ID:justbuy_2014. I received the hardware as a faulty one and When raised a claim for a replacement the ebay support directly closed my Claim asking me to go in search of JBL service center to fix the issue. CLAIM ID:1548780. When reached out to the service center which is far off from where i live i finally found the seller nor Ebay is an authorized JBL seller, Hence the warranty of the product is invalid as per the Manager of Sahilinternational(Ashok) who are the dealers of JBL speakers. Now i get back to ebay on this and its been over a month i bought this product(19-DEC-2015) Till today there is no response nor a refund of my money which i had requested in between as i do not trust the products nor the ebay anymore. They sell all fake products and the ebay guarantee is a good game plan where you never get what you have promised for. There is no 100% guarantee/Refund as they claim on the site, they asked me to resolve this issue with the seller (who never responds to calls/mail) How will i get my money back?

                                  This is regarding my claim ID : 1356037 which was closed by eBay before providing refund to my returned product which was actually defected. I purchased "IEDIFICE STEEL AND GOLD MEN'S CHRONO EF-556SG-7AVDF" wrist watch cost Rs 4099. I received defected product then I contacted seller he asked to return product and ebay agreed for refund. I have returned product and sent a receipt of courier via email to ebay. Ebay assured to provide refund via cheque/DD within 14 -16 working days. I have taken many follow up and eBay only giving assurance that I will get refund but I did not get anything yet.It is really very disappointing for me.It is more than a month now from the day I returned product.                                     I have been treated unfairly by the Ebay customer care. I purchased a Mobile from the Ebay, and on arrival(21st Nov 2015) it was unsealed and not working. I called for 2 days, but ebay customer did not respond. After that I raised a claim on (26th Nov 2015)through portal and there the customer care called and told me that they are rejecting this claim and spoke to me in a rude way. I again called customer care and I was told to visit the Xiaomi service centre. When I visited the service centre, Ebay customer care person spoke to service centre guy to issue a letter to me. I brought that letter and sent it to ebay on 9th December 2015. I spoke to ebay customer care person 5-6 times and everytime they told they will process the refund within 6-8 days. On 2nd Jan 2016(after 35 days of raising the claim), ebay customer care person Sagar called me and sent an email for initiation of the refund and arranged for the return of the item. Later on, he abused me told me that I am a cheater and cancelled the return pick and told me to get one more letter from Xiaomi service centre. Also, he asked me for legal action option, I agreed and again he refused and abused me and spoke to me in a rude manner. After some days, I was told that the claim would be rejected.                                         Hello, I purchased "E12 USB Bluetooth Stereo Audio Music Receiver" on 06-Jan-2016 and delivered on 09-Jan-2016 15:36:48 IST. But it was in not working condition. I called to Seller on given no with the product "[protected]". He also guided me to use the same it. but not working at that time as well. then seller told me request for return from ebay it may be faulty product. I did the same at ebay. And then I received a call from ebay. told me ebay is not going to return the product and asked me to go service center. I asked him, I bought the same product in new condition from your website not faulty product. Therefore, why I go for service center. I again requested for return but they denied and closed my return request.
