Product 1 : I had purchased a product from ebay which turned out to be total filth in terms of quality. I filed a claim to return it but it got rejected, saying ebay doesn’t cover quality issues. How much can a customer be sure about quality just by looking at pictures !! (Every online e-commerce website covers that. Ebay should too) Then they asked me to get it resolved with seller . I did the same via email keeping [protected]@ebay.in in CC in every mail. The seller got the product back and asked ebay to give me the refund, twice. But, Ebay keeps saying that it did not receive any mail, whereas I can clearly see the mail, sent to me and ebay. Now there could be a problem in their system but they are least bothered about it and even refuse to call the seller for this. I asked seller to personally give me the refund but he says only ebay can do that. I have been wasting my precious time, money and peace of mind for past 5 months on this, but all in vain.

Product 2 & 3 : Two more products that I purchased turned out to be cheap !! I returned them and got the refund after 3 months of hassling !! Even now, I have not received the refund for the return courier charges that ebay is supposed to bear for the two products. Every time I call them, I get a false promise that they will soon provide the DD to me. I want all my return courier refund in my bank account not in some reward points because I am never ever getting back to this website ever for shopping.
