I order one phone from EBay website as offer comes. as i see images in website i ordered for the same. But after few day i received the phone as too much scratchy. Seller says its refurbhised but scratches was not marked in images or not in descriptions that this phone having scratches. Once i raise a claim in Ebay they see the case and take times of 20 days. but once 20 days completed they close the case with out informed to registered Email ID . its on sunday when ebay close the claim and drop e email that your case is close.and remarks also your phone number as registered phone number was not answering.I have not received the any call from there side. Seller also refusing to refund the money to me. Company Ebay & seller selling the second hand items on website on the name of "REFURBISHED" and selling the scratchy item to user when user complain they not refund money or not solve the case. Please note down your complaint ID: 207946.2.2016 for further assistance. As per i see product on website your company provide wrong images in product and provide the too scratchy product which i cant able to handle as i am already send images in Claim ID 1522139.

      My guarantee claim ID 1491891 had been approved on December 14, 2015. But the refund is not reflected in my bank account yet. I did not also receive a coupon covering the shipment charges occurred to me for the return shipment. I emailed ebay to which there was no reply. Then I registered a complaint in ComplainBoard.in to which the ebay team responded that they are working on my issue and would be resolved at the earliest. Since, I have not been contacted from ebay. It is a month since the approval of my guarantee claim. I want to know what happened to my money. If ebay had no intention of repaying me, why approve my refund in the first place? Now my situation is, I payed for an item but I do not have the item with me. I shipped the item back as per eBay's instructions. I was promised a refund which I did not receive. I am a valued customer. I have a few items in my cart even now. EBay sends me messages constantly reminding me of the items left in cart. But not a single email to tell me what the exact issue with my claim is. This is total injustice. I want my money back.

        i really fadup with their service. they sell USED, BROKEN PRODUCT to costumers. i have been talking to all supervisors (senior costumer care) of ebay for last two months I haven't got my refund money yet, ..!!!

              I placed an order on ebay.in on 1-dec-2015 which was supposed to be delivered within 10 days. I stay in Bangalore and the order got delivered in Gujarat. And i got the mail stating, "Your PaisaPay transaction for eBay order [protected] has been returned back. Our shipping partner has confirmed that the item was delivered to you, however you rejected accepting it the time of delivery. Hence this transaction has been cancelled". Also spoke to their customer support couple of times and the kind of service i got from them is disappointing. I don''t find ebay reliable anymore.

                I have ordered the card of MicroSD 32+32 MB on 14th Dec 2015. I received that on 18th Dec 2015. I opened one card, It was damaged, So I have not even bothered to insert in the mobile and request for replacement. Ebay team have not revert on that for 2 days. on the third day he come up with the blah blah qustion of sending the proper image.Now How can I send them a card which is having a minor crack which even can not be seen by the photo also. I told them to send your executive to check and replace that immediately. but they have close my request by saying lack of image. Again I told them to reopen and told him that give me proper resolution else i need to submit my case to consumer complain, they revert by we are looking into this on 1st Jan. Now it is 11th Jan and still I am not getting any resolution. Now Situation is, I have one card which is functioning well and other is not working. I need your support to get a replacement of one card.+ a letter of not attending the customer in well manner by ebay because ebay states that 100% customer satisfaction, A fake word of them.

                Ebay didnt help. It was Sanddisk who helped inspite that was a fault of Ebay. Inspite of telling Sanddisk that fault is from Ebay site ( Vendor side), They were ready to give me new card because they knows the value of loyal customer. and Ebay and that vendor are very unprofessional... No words to say for this Ebay...Veryb bad experience with them. Resolved by sanddisk.. Thanks sanddisk...

                  Product 1 : I had purchased a product from ebay which turned out to be total filth in terms of quality. I filed a claim to return it but it got rejected, saying ebay doesn’t cover quality issues. How much can a customer be sure about quality just by looking at pictures !! (Every online e-commerce website covers that. Ebay should too) Then they asked me to get it resolved with seller . I did the same via email keeping [protected]@ebay.in in CC in every mail. The seller got the product back and asked ebay to give me the refund, twice. But, Ebay keeps saying that it did not receive any mail, whereas I can clearly see the mail, sent to me and ebay. Now there could be a problem in their system but they are least bothered about it and even refuse to call the seller for this. I asked seller to personally give me the refund but he says only ebay can do that. I have been wasting my precious time, money and peace of mind for past 5 months on this, but all in vain. Latest mail sent by seller (creations, on 7 jan 2016 5:21pm PaisaPay ID : [protected] Product 2 & 3 : Two more products that I purchased turned out to be cheap !! I returned them and got the refund after 3 months of hassling !! Even now, I have not received the refund for the return courier charges that ebay is supposed to bear for the two products. Every time I call them, I get a false promise that they will soon provide the DD to me.                       Dear Team, I Had purchased a Kenstar M/O KJ20CBG101 20 L Convection Microwave Oven from ebay on 20/10/15 and the product was delivered on 4/11/15 and the demo person came on 14/11/15 to give demo which confirmed that the product is not in working condition and after which i filed a complaint to ebay with claim no 1432672 and after few days they replied that its not covered in our policy and we cannot do anyting and said you can talk to seller as he is not ready for replacing the same. I had a talk with seller and seller was ready to replace the same and said to ebay to arrange a pickup on 23/11/15 via mail and till date there is no reply from ebay to get the pickup done after that also i had send mails to ebay and called also but they are not replying. They have closed my claim also without informing me and without any specific reason and solution to me. I have a mail from the seller (Rohit- rohit.[protected]@vgmail.in) also stating to arrange the pickup on 23//11/15 and all other mails and recordings to prove that they are just assuring but not doing anything.                           I have ordered Maybelline Colossal Kajal form eBay. I got duplicate product. It is not applying properly and also the cap is very loose. It is smudge in just 5 minutes. It is totally duplicate product. Now i am contacting eBay care and they are saying that contact seller.I have already talk with seller they are also not giving proper answer and cutting the call without giving satisfied answer. eBay is also not giving me satisfied answer. They are listing these king of sellers who are sending fake and duplicate item. I want my money back and eBay is not replying me. What should I do now. Please help me.

                          My PaisaPay ID is [protected]. Never buy cosmetics from eBay. They are sending duplicate product. They are also not solving this problem. They said that this is quality issue and not covered in eBay guarantee clam. Then why they are selling such a duplicate product.

                            I bought Apple iphone 4S 16 GB item id[protected] from ebay on 9th Nov 2015 which delivered on 28th nov with PaisaPay ID : [protected]. Phone i received was non-functional, can't even start. After putting complaint with Claim ID : 1446892 they only contacted once after which they closed the claimed on 8th dec 2015 before which seller 'eg.life' has been deregistered from ebay and not responding to phone neither email. Even after 9th Dec 2015 ebay manager/customer care officer never called me, after i putted call back for every 2 days till 9th Jan 2016. They told if may take 48 hrs but since its more than 720 hrs i never received call from ebay. I feel like cheated. I don't want their product i want my money back

For this reason I prefer snapdeal. They have COD and can deliver the item within 2-3 working days. What a shame "ebay"... It really is such a shame

                                  Hello, My registered email id on www.ebay.in is [protected]@YAHOO.CO.IN.I bought a blazer form www.ebay.in on 01-oct-2015 under the paisapay id:[protected].when it was delivered to me and when i checked it, i came to know that its large sized for me further there was no tag on the blazer to confirm that it is the same size that i ordered. i raised a complaint against this under the claim id:1320839 with the few days after receiving the product.the customer care told me to send the snapshots as proof, i did that too but still no action has been taken in my case.my case was shutdown without giving me any proper response.i tried to contact the seller but even he isn't responding.it has been two months now and still i haven't got my refund.please help me in resolving this issue.following are the details of seller:Seller Id: kalanidesigns Name: Mayank Kalani Number: [protected] email Id: mayank.[protected]@gmail.com. My problem is in this mobile CDMA card is not detected. I registered complain on 19/12/2015 and also changed my registered mobile no. I have send 2 video to ebay but thereafter everytime ebay called me on my old no. and send me mail you are not contacting.                                       This has been a fully messed up experience with ebay. One of those I'll-never-buy-from-ebay-again ones. I ordered a philips radio from ebay. When I received it, the antenna was broken & speaker was not working. I thought customer care would help me. I didn't realize just how wrong I was. They flatly refused to help. They said "go to the Philips service sentre, its still in warranty." I couldnt believe what I heard. Didnt have much options, so I went to the service centre (50 km away). Voila! another shocker from service centre, "a broken antenna is not a manufacturing defect. Its probably a transit damage. Sorry we cant help you." Then I conveyed that message to ebay customer care. They said "its not our problem, as the product is still under warranty." I filed a guarantee claim on ebay. They refused it without even talking to me. I have contacted ebay multiple times now. Even requesting them to put me through to the "senior people" with "real authority". All in vain. Either they are in a meeting, or they have gone home, or they will get back to me within 24 hours on "high priority", as "I am their most valued customer." That was the moment, when I realized ebay is going to badly lose the Battle-of-India to the trio of Amazon-Flipkart-Snapdeal. ebay doesnt even stand a chance among them. Its a sham website. Its been 2 months now. They have not just tortured me, they've made a fool out of me. Hope everyone knows their reality.

                                      btw the service centre did tell me something interesting though. They saw the bill and asked, "Why did you pay Rs 999 for this radio? Its mrp is only 775." Boy, that was the ultimate shocker. I had paid 999 + Free delivery. I felt like the greatest fool in the world. ebay, you did that to me. I trusted you. May you rot in hell!!
