Dear Sir/Mam, Greetings of the day..!!! This is Vicky Dadhich from New Delhi. I have placed a order on 16 Dec 2015 of Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate Oat Crunch 40 grams X 5 Pcs which Airway Bill Number is [protected]. I got this product on today itself and the great thing is that the product is expiry date. This is really disgusting.How can you people deliver a product which have even crossed it's expiry date, that too an internal use item...And when we contact you, You are not responding and not even answering the call and also put my call on hold..We have all the evidence regarding the product and the receipts!!. They did not give me correct response. One of my friend has eaten this chocolate also and now i am worry about his health. When I talked with some team leader Mr. Lokesh then he said to me that item is in category of non eligible products because it is in perishable. They did not resolve it ? I need my money back with fine of 10 times of the original value of the products. Otherwise I will go to consumer court. Thank you

    I am very dissatisfied with the working of ebay India.They cheats me and neither they delivered the product nor refunded the full amount. 1. I bought a LCD tv worth Rs. 27, 750 on 17-Oct-2015. (Paisa Pay ID : [protected]) 2. Product was not delivered in the expected time frame hence I raise a claim for refund. (Claim ID: 1373908) 3. Claim was approved but I received the refund of only Rs. 468 on 4-Nov-2015. 4. I shared my bank statement as well with the [protected]@ebay.com and [protected]@ebay.com (Doc Ref ID: 1-[protected]) 4. I discussed the issue with following customer service representatives, but all of them not responded well and told me to wait for another 24-48 hours without any resolution of my grievances. a) Sanjeev on 10-Nov-2105 b) Yamini on 14-Nov-2015 (Ref ID: 1-[protected]) c) Akhilesh on 16-Nov-2015 (Ref ID -1-[protected]) d) Vipin Pandey on 19-Nov-2015 (Ref ID: 1-[protected]) e) Karan on 21-Nov-2015 (Ref ID: 1-[protected]) Please look into it and refund my full amount and also establish a process so that such type of financial ambiguity would not occur in future.

      I have order an item from ebay 02 Nov 2015. But that product was not delivered to me. The buy (mobilemart) and courier service (FirstFlight) has confirmed me by mail that the product has not been delivered to me. I have contacted to ebay they got agree on it but still they are not refunding my money back. From last 2 month I not able to get this issue resolved.       After raising this complain I got call from this number : [protected]. He claimed himself as eBay representative. And asked he tried to take my debit card all sensitive detail including OTP and pin for refunding my money back.
      I have given him wrong details to fool him cause no one ask your all details in card.
      He is from delhi and his name is Ashish Verma. I have gone through other comments in this site I found that he tried to cheat other. Beware of this number.

        its taking too long to solve my problem. i can't understand why you guys taking that much time.
        Ebay making fool o[censored]s. Bad service. Ebay customer representative told me that my clain is approved on 14th jan 2016 but i didn't get my refund till now (6th feb 2016). Every time when i asking for my refund status they said to me to wait 24-48 hours but still no resolution. Worst service they have. Ebay's clain department doing nothing . more then 2 months has been gone and I'm still waiting for my resolution. I can't believe that MNCs doing this kind of dumb mistakes it may cause heavy penalty to them. I req please take an action on ebay so that i get my refund asap.

          I ordered a Samsung sd card 32 gb evo type from ebay but I received Samsung standard type sd card which is not as described and also the sd card is faked, that is not a original product of Samsung. When I raised complain for the product then they responded to contact service centre and closed my complain. And I complaint again and they told me to wait for 72 hours that they will call from eBay guarantee. But I didn't received any call. Then again I contact customer care and then they apologised and told me to wait for again 72 hours. But same as previous. I again complaint but I didn't received any response.             I have purchased - Item Name: Samsung 32 GB micro SD memory card evo class 10 + 5 year warranty - Pisa Pay ID: [protected] - Seller ID: ss3306754 eBay Document ID:[protected] from eBay.in I received my order which is not what i ordered, its color is different and it is with different sacks, also when i opened the item and installed in my mobile it shows corrupt and it is not working at all, i have generated refund request but they cancelled it because of it is manufacturer warranty. i have called on EBAY customer care they tell you have to contact Samsung service center, so i went there for the replacement but they tell we will not accept the item you have to contact seller. again i had contact EBAY they given me seller number, i have try to contact seller so many times but his phone is not available.and also the seller not longer registered on eBay &item listing is also over. Neither EBAY Seller except the item nor the Service center . also i had checked the review of the seller he has done this to so many people.he send the corrupt item and don't give the refund or replacement.

              I have ordered Ladies Elegant Chiffon Long Green V-Neck Womens Maxi Dress on 3rd NOV 2015. I have raised the claim . seller agreed to refund the money but ebay cancelled it without even informing or contacting me. I COMPLAINT ALMOST DAILY . ITS MORE THAN 25 TIMES THAT I HAVE COMPLAINT THROUGH Facebook, customer care number, message, email . but i have not received a single solution . I am frustrated now . i even courier them back their dress as told by seller . The dress was of completely different color as shown in the picture plus the stuff was extremely low quality.

                  It doesn't look like a same as in shown the picture .
                  The upper side adidas name is so dark in colour and down side adidas half name is not properly as looking fake .
                  The quality of this shoes is so bad.
                  I Dont want this product .

I have inserted it in my mobile phone ( Motorola 2nd Generation ) and tried it to access it but it failed to mount. It s not original item and all the items are copy/duplicate. The ebay folks cheated me. As per Seller comment It s imported watched . it s not imported it s just replica. I have ordered this item on 22nd Dec 2015 and return on 2nd Jan 2015. I have shipped the item back to eBay seller as per his comment. Till date i have received the money. I have attached the watch and item return return receipt detail.
