    I purchased Dell laptop battery for Latitude D530 model. Since I was out of station I started using battery only after 1.5 months from the date of purchase. To my surprise the battery was not working. I called seller but the number is always switched of and no response to mail.I started calling Ebay from that time and continuously I was calling each week but I get same reply that my case will be escalated and they will get in touch with me within 48-72 hours. but nodbody called me. On one day again I called Ebay customer care and the executive placed a claim for me although knowing that my product is undewr seller warranty. But the next day one more executive called me from ebay and told me my claim is rejected. If this extends still then I may lose seller warranty period also. My money is wasted on this product and Ebay.

      PaisaPay ID : [protected] Seagate INTERNAL 3.5" NAS HARD DRIVE 4 TB Item was ordered on 16th Nov 2015...item was delivered after much delay on 30th Nov. Seller was non responsive to emails during this period. Further the delivered item was not working. Called the seller and was referred to eBay. Called eBay customer service on 10th Dec and got assurances that the matter would be dealt with soon. Called again on 17th Dec and again the agent promised that it has been escalated and I would get a callback within 48 hrs. Did not get any callback. So called customer care on 21st Dec and spoke to Akash Vehanvaal and was given a compliant number 1-[protected] and was promised a refund and was told the matter is escalated and will get a call in 24 hours. Till now have not got any call.They have delayed resolution and not given the refund and now its almost 2 months since purchase of the item. I send them an email to customer care about 1 week back and I have got only automated responses. Nobody is bothered about resolving the matter and refunding my money.

      Still no response after so many days. This is exactly why I think eBay is the worst eCom site in India today.
      How horrific the eBay guys are - they have not even bothered to respond to my complains even after so long and so many repeated times. They are not even bothered to call me about this matter and still have not refunded my payments. These guys are just cheats. DO NOT USE eBAY for any purchases. They have the worst customer service.

        Sir I brought lenova k3 note from eBay on 06 oct15 I paid online and it cost Rs 12990 but other sites it was showing Rs 9990 only the packet eBay supplied the mobile is have the print value 9990 in India so plse clarify the discrepancy as I paid extra 3000

                      I ordered Xiomi RedMI battory from eBay india. I got it in next 10-12 days within Bangalore iteself. When I tried to use it. It was already used and spoiled battory. And when i try to access my query and complaint to eBay they have already closed the window time span of replace/changes within this 10-12 days from my order. @eBay: My gentle advise to you either you should sell your product directly or from trustworthy sellers.                               I bought one Apple I phone through ebay and the shipper was you. It was a cheating made by your shop through this business. My order for 32 GB and you shipped 16 GB product with 32 GB bill and box. Moreover all the inserted accessories of the item are copy versions and I am totally disappointed on the deal.                                 It is very surprising that reputed store like ebay is making such kind of things. i had received an item which was not working from my first use and also it was not having proper document to have warranty claim. As a customer everyone suppose to have a working product on their first use. For this i had also raised refund request but unfortunately received call from ebay that they will not refund money and rudely instructed that i should go to warranty center or else contact to supplier ebay is not able to proceed any kind of refund or anything. It is kind of loosing faith on ebay.My PaisaPay ID : [protected] claim id- 1516412. They had closed my Refund ID just because product is having one year warrenty so that i have to contact service center. and they had not provided warranty card or anything. i requested too many time but they have responded with the same answer.

                                  I had purchased Portable Hard drive (Seagate Expansion Portable Hard Drive 500GB) from ebay on 22.12.2015 The revieved product is not funcitoning from first day. It is not getting connected to my laptop / computer. I have tried onto different laptops & computers still its not working. When I raised a ebay guarantee claim the customer care person said ebay.in is not responsible for this defect & you must contact to Seagate Service center to get to repaired. When defective product is handed over to me still ebay.in is not taking responsibility of the product.

                                    I bought a Nokia 701 LCD replacement display on September 11, 2015. After receiving an item completely different from what I ordered, I raised a claim for return and refund. They asked my to send images for both the original Nokia 701 and item received, and I did. They gave me four reference numbers that images were received and request is under process. SR# 1-[protected] SR# 1-[protected] SR# 1-[protected] SR# 1-[protected] They said they will respond in 48 hours, 72 hours, 24 hours, 5 days, 10 days.I called them to keep the communication open and continued being given such deadlines for resolution. On October 20th, 2015, they closed my Ebay guarantee claim #1267930 on the basis of me not being contactable on that day. Since then, I called them more than 15 times to reopen the claim as I already provided them with images and got an acknowledgement that it was received BEFORE THEY CLOSED IT ON 20TH OCTOBER. I finally got to speak to supervisor in December. He gave me the seller's contact number. The seller said it has been 3 months, He does not know anything about it and will not do anything from his side UNLESS Ebay gives him a email stating that I had provided them with all they asked, and It was a proper cause. I tried calling to Supervisor but Ebay customer care gave me 3 working days to call back to me. Again, I did not receive any call, so I called after 1 week, on December 28th. After hearing that seller wants an email from Ebay, Supervisor started denying receiving any mails containing images of the product, and he said that I received system generated response but actual mail were never received by them. They are putting all blame on me that I was not contactable on October 20th. And they did not receive the images. The Supervisor is discrediting my claim based on that. I spoke to many customer care executive, they all said they can see the images I sent to them. They even gave their service request numbers: These are 4 which I actually wrote down. 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] These past 3 months had been truly frustrating as I have an item which I absolutely cannot make use of. I have appropriately justified reason, yet I am being denied the return and refund. Loosing faith in Ebay due to slow processing is another thing but hearing a straight lie that I did not sent any images..that is beyond loosing faith.

                                      Hi, I have ordered a product on November 30th 2015 from eBay. My PaisapayId is [protected]. I haven't received the product so far. I havent received the item so far (till Dec 28th 2015). I have called theircustomer support team 5 times and they would have called me around 5 times. They have been talking the same content during all the conversation (in 72 hours some one will resolve my problem).I think that someone is on long leave and wont join back to eBay. Please listen to all the conversation which i had with your team. They will learn, what customer support team should not do. . I spoke to 5 different team members from support team. I have noted down their name for my record and dont want to mention their name here. 1. As per eBay they dont own my problem. 2. Seller is not reachable and dont even bother to response. They dont have contact number as well and your eBay dont have any control over them. 3. Shipping company says, the transaction is abandoned and they have asked me to talk to eBay I have been doing online purchase for the last 10 years and never had such a pathetic support with any online players. This is my 2nd bad experience with eBay.

                                        Sir, This is regarding a serious issue against buyer ahansiddiqu_0 ( 0 ) who with fake and changing ids collected item cleverly from me. After receiving the item he cleverly claimed that he has received nothing. The seller produced proof of item delivery and photo of item packing in insellerverification system of ebay. Still the buyer cleverly managed to get both the item and refund with the help of ebay customer care as ebay called a unregistered wrong number and resolved the issue. I will move to cyber crime cell if you do not resolve the issue within 3 days
