I ordered Lumia 535 matte screen guard worth Rs.59 on eBay.in on 27/12/2015 and showed that transaction failed but it debited Rs.59 from my account. Please refund that amount .Thank You.

I have ordered a watch from ebay and paid the money through netbanking. But the next day i got a message saying that my account is suspended and my watch is also not delivered. So, i would like to submit a Complaint against the company that either they should return my miney or deliver the watch as soon as possible. If not i might have to go to court to file a case.

PaisaPay ID [protected] On 19th December I ordered samsung 32gb memory card EVO class 10 from ebay india. my however when product was received on 24th December. i discovered that it was non-working condition as well as product was not correct or same which i was orderd from ebay. I ordered Samsung memory card Class 10 EVO.Instead of samsung HDHC class 10 32 gb memory card which was received today from ebay india.. the seller name was Royal shop which was shipped non working memory card to me.it is really very pathetic service from ebay i didn't expected such kinds of worst service the e-commerce brand like ebay india... the worst online shopping site I have ever seen.Everything product which is sold by ebay is fake. The condition of the item was your responsibility up to the point I received it and accordingly I am entitled to a replacement as soon as possible. I would request that you confirm in the next 3 days. if i do not get any confirmation from ebay india then I will have to drag out this mattrer to legally consumer court action on ebay india.. Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased a new Exclusive Launch IRIST Smart Watch | 1.2 Ghz Dual Core | 512 MB RAM | Black-DOW Item number:[protected] from Ebay.in . The watch was delivered on 4/12/15. I have checked the watch and found the call and voice quality and wrist band quality are bad. The very next day i have reported the issue to the ebay customer care. Instead of replacing my watch or refunding my money back they asked me to visit the service center of Intex citing there could be some minor problem which Intex service center will resolve it at hand. So I visited their suggested service center twice -13/1215 and 23/12/15 only to discover that it is permanently close. Then i again called the ebay customer care and told about my efforts and they just simply gave one more address of Intex service center. I requested them many times to please replace this defective watch but they gave very simple answer that they are not responsible for any defective product and it's only the seller or Intex responsibility to replace it or fix the defective piece. Then i again went the new service center as per their directions on 23/12/15 and they agreed that the watch is defective and asked us to get it repaired and told us that it will take 10 days to get it repaired. Then i again communicated the same thing to Ebay customer care and they told they can't help us saying it's the seller responsibility. Then we contacted the seller "goylan" as told by ebay and only to discover that goylan too is not responsible for any defective piece and we should get it fixed from the service center. My issue is very simple i have paid my hard earned money to get a new fully working quality watch not some defective watch. These people ebay the e-commerce company and goylan the seller have sold me the defective item which is clearly a breach of integrity, trust and customer harassment. Pardeep Sharma Dec 2 to ebay I am sorry to inform that the Iphone 4 purchased by me was giving problem since that was received. It used to become black and dumb most of the times, however, used to restart affter some time. Finally it closed down and did't restart inspite battery having fully charged. I have shown the set to Apple Authorized Service Provider-M/s B2X Service Solutions India Private Limited, SCO 664, !st Floor, Sector 70, SAS Nagar, Mohali-160071, Chandigarh, Punjab (Phone[protected] who after inspection has told that The Sim Tray is old one and of Black set when this a white set. The phone is not of any use since then. 1. Please explain how it happened though Ebay a reputed company. 2. Please collect back the phone and send back the refund. 3. Failing which you will have to face negative publicity and claim in the consumer Court. I recvd an email from Ebay.in about daily/promotional offers and also a gift coupon of 100Rs ; it would be applicable on min purchase of 200Rs. So I decided to use this coupon and added a Xiomi Earphone worth 210Rs, I added the coupon code after which the Final Payment is 110Rs. But when I clicked on Pay and selected NetBanking, some error was displayed and page was refreshed; I further continued with my shopping bag, but now this time Ebay site was displaying to use this COUPON after 1 Hour, So I tried it after 1 Hr but still same error image.. Then I checked without coupon code, then clicked on Buy, then Internet Banking, then banking site page was opened, But when I try with Coupon COde it was showing Error.. I just want to ask if EBAY dont want to its products on Discount Prices to its Customers, , THEN WHY EBAY PROVIDES BOGUS COUPON CODES to it customers???????????????????. Just to increase their TRP on thier Websites???

I have bought Motorola attrix (china mobile) worth 'rs. 4500 without realizing that it is not branded one. I got the product in 4th Dec . I raised a claim on 5 th Dec asking them for refund as I dint like the product .the product which I received was also tampered but that's not the concern . After multiple follow ups I received a call back on 11th Dec stating they would not refund based on likes n dislikes of customer and claim was cloSed. I raised complained with grievance dept on 12th Dec, I received a call on 18th Dec n spoke with bhopendee who is flood supervisor, he also stated that refund will not be provided n i should love with the problem . He says that its my mistake that i dint read the description before buying . I asked him to transfer the call to manager but he said he would arrange a call back in 48 hours but bit no luck till now .it seems they would not resolve any issue. Such a sick online shopping site I have never seen . I would not recommend this site to anyone. Guys but from paytm, jabong, myntra, snapdeal but not this site . Guys my money is gone be very careful with this site don't ever buy anything .
