I have ordered a watch from ebay and paid the money through netbanking. But the next day i got a message saying that my account is suspended and my watch is also not delivered. So, i would like to submit a Complaint against the company that either they should return my miney or deliver the watch as soon as possible. If not i might have to go to court to file a case....
