As per advertisement on 29th Nov2015 I have booked the powerbank and debited my account Rs 1173.00 on that day but not yet deliver the goods till date. As my lawyer advised me to complain consumers forum otherwise refund me the Rs. 1173.00 with intt. @14.5% immediately.

The seller( www.ebay.in/usr/west_deals) is a fraud one. He got a top rated feedback but he is selling refurbished mobile on the name of new one. My Case: Claim ID 1525705 and PaisaPay ID [protected] Those who are purchasing from this seller must check that whether your device is brand new or refurbished by simply sending an email to the Manufacturer. My Experience with Ebay and seller west_deals I purchased a One Plus One mobile online(From Ebay). My mobile serial number is: Q000112A0424514 and IMEI no is: [protected]. The seller claims(as per ebay listing) that It is a brand new phone and it is under manufacturer warranty for 1 year. I got the phone perfectly pack also( The refurbished mobile comes in a official company packing so you can not tell whether it is refurbished or not just by looking to it ). Though, I want to conform the seller claim with the manufacturer itself before releasing the payment. So I send a mail to OnePlus support team inquiring following three things: 1) Is my mobile a brand new set? or a refurbished one? 2) What is the warranty duration(last date) on my set? 3) Who will provide the service on this device(Seller/Manufacturer)? I got the following reply from the customer support: (attached in photo) Dear Irshad, Thank you for contacting OnePlus. My name is Sai Giridhar. I ll be glad to assist you. I understand your concern. I would like to inform you that the device which you purchase it s a refurbished one. The device contain one year seller warranty, however the device have only six month service warranty from OnePlus. For first six months OnePlus will provide the warranty. So that make it a case of clear cut fraud activity by the seller. Then, I put a claim on ebay with Claim ID 1525705. I was asked to provide the proof. I already provide that to ebay. I don't no what ebay team is doing. My claim is still in process. Then, seller contacted me via phone. The seller was ready to provide me the refund after accepting his mistake. He already put a mail to [protected]@ebay.in and told me to wait for 24-48 hours for refund process to initiate. I believe him but later it terns out that the correct email ID for claim resolution is( [protected]@ebay.com ) after my chat with ebay customer care. I asked seller to send a mail to [protected]@ebay.com but he asks me to first give him positive feedback( Feedback Once given can't be changed ) on ebay. I declined the same and he declined to help me(This all happen over a telephonic conversation). Though, I promise him not to give any negative feedback(Even he did fraud activity with me), If he help me to settle the claim fast. It seems that seller wants to trick me again by sending an claim resolution email to wrong ID and asking me to wait so that resolution time get passed. But by God's grace, till then I already arranged the proof from OnePlus(Manufacturer of mobile) itself. The seller cheat me twice, first; when he sends me a refurbished mobile at the place of new mobile. Second; when he sends a claim resolution email to wrong ID and asked me to wait so that resolution time get passed. People believe on ebay and that why buyer hardly verify the mobile originality and condition with the manufacturer till the packing is decent enough. One day the buyer will surely get to know the status, when they visit the service center and then their loose trust from ebay. Such fraud sellers are not only threat for the buyers but for the Ebay itself. I know that I will win this claim for sure(I have sufficient proof) but you see the situation; I will return the mobile to seller and then he will sell it to some other innocent buyer. What is the loss of seller? It is the buyer who is suffering; Ebay should impose big financial penalty to such fraud seller, who did a wrong listing of items and Ebay should put such cases in public domain so that buyer can have more trust on Ebay. I shared this information here so that more and more buyers check their device authenticity and condition status with the manufacturer itself. Don't get fooled by these sellers.

I have purchased a product i.E.Zoom led 2000 lumes light zoomable led flashlight torch from ebay but after receiving the product the item not satisfy me.So that i raise a claim for return the item vide claim details= claim id: 1504187, paisapay id:[protected], item number:[protected] on dated 09.12.2015.But unfortunately they rejected the claim without contacting me on dated 13.12.2015. I ordered an item of Rs. 651 from ebay.in on 29th October and it was to get delivered in 7 days and it was not delivered so i raised a claim for refund but till date i have not received my refund. Whenever I call them then they say that I will get in 2 days but i have not received yet. Even after several reminders n calls ebay is not turning up to pay my refund. Every time m calling them, they are telling that I will get a call from the authorities within 72 hours but its been a month and i didn't receive any calls. Dear sir My paisapay id- .[protected] i received defective bulb then i file a complaint i got a call regarding claim id 1510086 and claim was approved on 13 Dec 2015. But refund of Amount is still not credited to my payumoney wallet account. I can confirm that amount was paid via payumoney wallet account. Ideally amount is expected to be credit within 3-4 working days. Now its almost 6 days but till now its not processed to my account. Very much disappointed with this kind of support from ebay. I have ordered many items but this one problem made me to check for other online options. Since got scared with ebay on refund process and I doubt whether my money will come or not. Sir Whenever I want to buy the products I am unable to login with my mail I'd even we get otp and after resetting the password also. So many times I have failed. For many purposes the app is much user friendly like other online shopping apps. I have placed 2 orders so far. Now I could not. The customer care personnel is unable to solve my problem. I have ordered the Iphone 6 from Ebay and paid the money as advance online through PaisaPay ID: [protected] . When received the set I find it is Demo handset without the apple applications .and raised the return order No-1436131 .but they are not returning the money, which is huge for me app Rs.37500.00 Niether they are returning the money nor giving any reply, Asking to their toll free no all the time they said that they are forwarding my complaint to claim settlement committee and they will contact you in 3 days or 4 days but never received the call from them I don't know what action they have taken . Contacted the seller and he was ready to refund, but the eBay asked me to take the product to the service center if there is any problem and they closed the claim without verifying. I have ordered a mobile of rs. 18000 through eBay on 29.11.2015. I got empty Box through courier on 5.12.2015. I immediately complained this regarding eBay on the same day. I also got embraced because I want to give present to my wife on my marriage anniversary on 6.12.15. I am complaining almost every day regarding my refund. But they are always asking for more time. Today is 16.12.15 and I don't know when will I get my money and what to do next.
