    I ordered a "HOME GYM PACK (20 kg of discs + rods and bars etc)" through Ebay online site on November 29th.. at that time i got the confirmation of delivery on or before december 1st.. after getting my tracking number of fedex it will shows that the order will be delivered on or before 19th december.. actually thats not my complaint.. my complaint is am ordered that product for my current address ( LIJO CR, Kadicheeni complex, Chalakudy 680307, kerala ).. But the tracking details shows that the destination is PONDICHERY IN.. How its happen ?? i just called the fedex care for my enquiry.. they told me that the order destination is actually at PONDICHERY IN.. in a local address.. and the tracking details shows that the actual weight of product is 18kg.. actuallu am ordered a 20kg of Dumbell and 5 ft bar HOME GYM PACK.. I can't get any clear idea about my product.. please tell me a solution.. i need my product on the date.. is any solution for forwrd the product to my given address.. please.. its very important.. please call me or mail me and give a possible response..           Dear Concern, I have placed an order on for refurbished Apple Iphone 4s 16 GB on dated[protected]. For which ebay mentioned delivery date on 27-Nov-15, as the product is coming India from US. So I have called ebay CC on dated 17 Nov-15 where they asked me that your phone is out for delivery and could reached by you on 18-Nov-15. On 28-Nov-15 I have received a msg regarding that your Apple Iphone was delivered and confirm to receipt. I am shocked to view this msg, how ebey delivered the phone to wrong person as I have not received the phone till date. I am regularly contacted to ebay for resolved this issue and want my money back. In this regard i am also contacted both seller and the courrier company but they are speak like a IVRS mechine and only said that the phone was receieved to the address mentioned while oredring. I have raised cliam(Claim id 1441712) for refund again and again but all in vain. Now my money nor the phone both are at ebay side.             Product received in the damaged condition .The moment i receive it informed the courier guy that product is been opened and speaker is not working .So he replied to check with the ebay as product is been opened so cant be returned by him but ebay will get it returned . who would be responsible for the product damaged in transit . clearly mentioned that product on product page (Returns: Replacement and refund for this product is covered through ebay guarantee ) Pathetic service i wont be ordering with ebay again .Get the product returned and get it replaced asap .                 I have purchased sony xperia e4 new mobile from ebay.in. But i received a open seal product. and the ebay refused to return this product, i'm very disappointed such type of deal from ebay. I tell you ebay not have a reverse courier partner. and the ebay not a shopping store it is only platform to buy product from seller for any complaint only seller responsible for damage, wrong, faulty product. and the seller don't easily accept the return product. all of guys, please take care to buy any product from ebay. Ebay is good site but the thoushand of seller are fake on ebay. they say' we send or deal with original product but they send duplicate product. if you received duplicate product than you found that you will be unable to return that product because seller would be not accept you product. So please take care if you buy any product from ebay

                      I recently ordered SAMSUNG 32 GB MICRO SD MEMORY CARD EVO CLASS 10. product id[protected] and received a different product than the description which happens to be a fake product all together which doesn't work. I had raised a claim id 1503491 which was rejected stating product is under manufacturer warranty. But if they haven't delivered the product that was described and that i paid for theres no point talking about manufactures warranty. Furthermore seller is now shown as unregistered, he doesn't respond. All in all it looks a clear online fraud. I talked with ebay customer care they say they cant help in this problem nor they can escalate case to higher authorities.

                                    This has been a fully messed up experience with ebay. One of those I'll-never-buy-from-ebay-again ones. I ordered a philips radio from ebay. When I received it, the antenna was broken & speaker was not working. I thought customer care would help me. I didn't realize just how wrong I was. They flatly refused to help. They said "go to the Philips service sentre, its still in warranty." I couldnt believe what I heard. Didnt have much options, so I went to the service centre (50 km away). Voila! another shocker from service centre, "a broken antenna is not a manufacturing defect. Its probably a transit damage. Sorry we cant help you." Then I conveyed that message to ebay customer care. They said "its not our problem, as the product is still under warranty." I filed a guarantee claim on ebay. They refused it without even talking to me. I have contacted ebay multiple times now. Even requesting them to put me through to the "senior people" with "real authority". All in vain. Either they are in a meeting, or they have gone home, or they will get back to me within 24 hours on "high priority", as "I am their most valued customer." That was the moment, when I realized ebay is going to badly lose the Battle-of-India to the trio of Amazon-Flipkart-Snapdeal. ebay doesnt even stand a chance among them. Its a sham website. They have not just tortured me, they've made a fool out of me. Hope everyone knows their reality.

                                    btw the service centre did tell me something interesting though. They saw the bill and asked, "Why did you pay Rs 999 for this radio? Its mrp is only 775." Boy, that was the ultimate shocker. I had paid 999 + Free delivery. I felt like the greatest fool in the world. ebay, you did that to me. I trusted you. May you rot in hell!!

                                      Hello Sir! I Have ordered a winton winsor newton oil painting set at 5th nov 2015 paid by HDFC credit card.Due to not receive of any info by the seller the order has been cancelled by ebay service.I have claim on ebay guarantee they had given extension and did not receive any information.I again sent a refund request approval they have approved and told me that within 6-8 working day your refund will be credit by same payment method.I waited since 5nov now its 12 dec 2015. Deadline cross by the company.Please resolve it.
