I have purchased Iphone 4s from eBay. I then called ebay to cancel my order and money to be refunded. As i called soo many times to eBay, they used to say that " Sir your money will be refunded " and a call will come from ebay that to verify either you wanna cancel your order and want your money back and they called but the cl cut suddenly nd they cancelled the claimed and and mail came that your claim has been resolved . Again i called eBay they said you have to received called and as i said they saying you have to receive the product. But the fact is that eBay customer care said earlier that they will refund my money. They said you have to call to the seller and as i am calling the seller is not receiving my phone call and other number is switched off. So what's game eBay are playing. They are denying to refund my money. So please take an serious action. Why eBay guarantee said that 100% satisfaction /refund/replacement. I am really fed up they are wasted my money and time too.They used to say yes your money will be refunded and now, As they record voice i said, ok then you listen the recorded voice, they said sorry we can't refund you have to receive the product in 24 days. They saying to talk to seller and he not receiving call. So what to do i have bought the product from eBay not from the seller to whom i could call and cancel my money and get my money refunded. Why the hell eBay said 100% satisfaction or Refund/ Replacement. So it's my request to get my money refunded.

    I ordered for a Iphone 5s on 11th of November 2015 from ebay online shopping and I received a used product without a proper Invoice which is ILLEGAL. I raised a refund claim for the same but after almost a month on 6th dec 2015 claim was rejected saying we should talk to the seller. I do not understand why we should talk to seller when we bought the item from Ebay. Ideally ebay should be talking to the seller for providing the used product. After this I have called several times and I am told my issue is been escalated but no action is taken. I have not received my refund yet. Therefore I am putting foward my request here on Consumer Forum. Out of experience of buying 4 Iphones in last 5 years I have following reasons to support my claim which I mentioned in CLAIM REMARKS given to EBAY : 1. There is no plastic seal on the Iphone Box [photo enclosed] 2. There is no default screen guard on the Iphone instead it is given in a some random celofin bag. This shows its a used phone and not a Brand new Iphone as claimed in the ad [photo enclosed] 3. There are marks of old screen guard if looked upon carefully around the speaker 4. The box does'nt seem to be a original box from apple. 4. There is no proper sales Invoice bearing sales tax number or Tin number of the seller. Only a ORDER STATEMENT [photo enclosed] is given which is not a legal sales Invoice. 5. We tried to contact the seller on the phone number given on the pack but that phone number does not exist. Later on seller did contact me from a different number. On enquiring about invoice he conveyed that it will be issued by ebay and ebay customer care informed that they are not the seller and seller is responsible for the invoice.You may be aware that selling of goods without invoice is ILLEGAL and calls for LEGAL ACTIONS from the Revenue Authorities of the state as well as UNION GOVT. OF INDIA. 5. Please refer your mail where you have asked me to provide an alternate mobile number. Its surprising that my alternate number is already registered with you and also printed on the parcel details. I don't understand why you are still trying to contact on the old number inspite of telling your customer care my alternate number again. It is [protected] 6. We had bought products from ebay first time assuming ebay to be a reputed e-commerce platform but our experience had been very disappointing. It appears ebay is facilitating sale of second hand goods without proper information and legal formalities. It is highly undesirable and unexpected from ebay. Hope you entertain our complaint in right earnest and take your product back and refund our money without further delay and trouble. An early resolution of the issue would be highly appreciated.       Sirs, I already raised a complaint on on Nov 30, 2015 against eBay which is as follows... "Dear sirs, i tried to purchase a shoe from ebay india on line shopping network on 16.11.2015. I logged into their website as a guest and as per the instruction from the site i made the payment of rs. 399.00 ( rupees three hundred ninety nine only) through net banking from my savings account # [protected] of punjab national bank. I received the confirmation from the bank that my a/c has been debited with the said amount, but unfortunately from ebay i couldn't get any confirmation. Immediately i contacted their customer care number and informed the same to the customer care executive, who promised me that if i'm not getting the payment confirmation from ebay, some error might have happened during the transfer of payment and the money will be refunded to my a/c within 48 hours. Subsequently i received an sms on 18.11.15 at 1:44 pm from them to my mobile number [protected] stating that "dear member, the payment for your purchase dt. 16 nov 15 on ebay.In, is not confirmed & the amount of rs.399 has initiated on 17 nov 15 will be refunded to you within 6-8 working days." nothing happened after that and when i again contacted them after this said period, their executive says that they do not have any records in this regard and i may not get my refund. My question is that, if they don't have any records about my payment, how i will get a sms from them to my mobile number. I made only one mistake that i trusted this network which seem to have business internationally. I hereby request to kindly do the needful to get my refund asap. Soliciting your kind compliance and thanking you i remain. Madhu menon, ponnuveetil, kizhakkumpattukara, thrissur - 680005. Kerala." I received the following reply from them and I furnished all the details as per their requirement. Please find below their response to my initial complaint and the furnished details from my side... We request you to kindly provide us Claim ID or Paisapay ID so we can assist you further. Hoping to get a reply from you as soon as possible so that we may resolve your query at the earliest. Once again, we request you to please get back to us at the earliest so that we can assist you and provide you a satisfactory resolution. we appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. Regards, Jishan eBay India Customer Service Dear Mr. Jishan, As I mentioned to you in my previous mail, during this attempted purchase, I logged in as a guest and after payment transaction, I couldn't get any details from your side. I can attach the copy of bank statement for your reference/ verification, if you can provide email ID in which I can use that facility. However for the time being please note the narration of the net banking from my A/C with Punjab National Bank for this particular transaction on 16.11.2015.           I purchased a Samsung microwave oven online from ebay.in. The product was to be delivered free of any charges. But the courier charged me Rs 400 on account of octroy and delivery charges. Then when the package was opened product received was in damaged condition. (RIGHT PART COMPLETELY CRUSHED) The same was immediately reported to ebay and the seller. The seller said it is the responsibility of eBay as he had handed over the piece in good condition. He asked to register complaint with eBay which we did once again. Then ebay asked us to upload picture of damaged part and we uploaded not only the product, but also the outer package and even thermocol inside which was damaged. ALTHOUGH they GUARANTEED FREE SHIPPING, they charged us about Rs 404 towards octroi and service charge. One OF THE REPRESENTATIVE checked the web and said it is indeed a mistake done by the Delhi seller. We have been dealing with Amazon, Snapdeal, Flipkart etc but never we had to undergo such problems as faced from ebay. Their demands are really ridiculous. THEIR respond time is very unsatisfactory. Now they ask us to send the product back to the seller. I am a senior citizen and being put to mental and monetary hardship like this. Now it is nearly two months and nothing has been done. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM EBAY

            I had ordered a refurbished mobile from ebay.in on 7th of November and received the delivery on 10th november. The mobile condition was very bad and had many scratches and the IMEI no. was rubbed out and on 11th of november I had registered a claim against this product. I have done all the needful asked by the Ebay. After a long wait time I was asked to reship the item back to the seller on 29th November.Therefore I reshipped the Item back to the seller on 30th of november and even the seller has confirmed that he has received the product in his inventory too. But till date I have not received any resolution neither the refund has been initiated from the Ebay. As i reachd the order summary page i payback points were shown i redeemed those payback points and also applied a 10% off coupon by some reason by mistakely i pressed cancel tab and the page got cancelled..again i selected thr product n went on order summary page but this time my payback points were showing 0...kindly check on the same and revery asap.                   I placed an order on 25/11/2015 of earphones costing Rs.245. First it was supposed to be delivered on 03/12/15, then the date itself got changed to 06/12/15 and just now it has got changed to 10/12/2015. No tracking information shows on the tracking link. When asked for refund, they want me to reply with screenshot and there is no option to reply.

                  Hi Today I got a call from this mobile number [protected]. The person said that he is calling from consumer complaints and is going to process my refund. To process the refund he asked my debit card details. I provided him the 16 digit card number and validity date but refused to provide the CVV. I didn't felt it safe. To which he responded that he is unable to process the refund. I asked him that he can send me email through his official email address to which I can revert with my card details. To which he denied. Please confirm is it safe and the call was from consumer complaints??

                    I placed an order on 25/11/2015 of earphones costing Rs.245. First it was supposed to be delivered on 03/12/15, then the date itself got changed to 06/12/15 and just now it has got changed to 10/12/2015. No tracking information shows on the tracking link. When asked for refund, they want me to upload the screenshots of the proof of not receiving it. How is it possible to have screenshot of not receiving the product even when it doesn't show on the tracking website. Also their is no upload option where they want me to upload as per the steps provided by them. Here is their email: " We tried to contact you on your registered number to discuss your concern. However, the number was switched off.                       Paisapay ID [protected] SR# 1-[protected] Claim ID : 1409816 I purchased a Nokia Lumia 1020 mobile from EBay and deliverred to me on 4th Nov, 2015, Product was faulty since mobile camera was not working, hence immediately raised a claim for replacement or refund, As usual, Ebay has closed the claim mentioning product under manufacturer warranty, I visited Nokia Centre they confirmed and issued a letter that product is not under warrranty and refused to repair the product, In turn Ebay has again asked for DOA letter, I again visited to nokia centre and they confirmed that as per their policy they are unable to issue DOA letter, DOA can only be issued only incase product is purchased from authorized nokia centre and incase of any manufacturing fault within 4 days from the date of purchase, where the product was not under warranty Then i logged a complaint on microsoft website that Ebay required DOA for resolution of my case, Microsoft reverted on mail and refused to issue the DOA, In all above episode, Ebay tried to forcefully close the case, i got a call on 7th Dec, 2015 that they are closing the case since you did not provided DOA, since same has been asked by the seller. I feel frustrated, cheated... alot of harrasment was already done by Ebay and Seller as seller doesn't feel any responsibility and asked buyer to liaise only with the ebay for resolution, Seller shipped faulty produuct, ebay protect them, ebay even refused to accept the letter issued by Manufacturer that product is not under warranty, Ebay India also asked buyer to again go to nokia care and seller ... Ebay and Seller in partnership with cheating the buyers, Once i reivewed the seller and product... Ebay deleted my id and comment and suspended my account too...such dictetorship by Ebay india, whatever negative review was given i have all the documented proof of that...despite of that...Ebay India has their own policy and they change as per their convenience, You can not reviewed genuinenly...to let other customers understand. Seller has their shop in mumbai and sells all the product from the shop, whatever faulty product they have ...they sold online and ebay protect them by rejecting the buyers claims, its easy ...just need to mention manufacturer warranty that all. Now please investigate the case...i am sure you wont because its again ebay. Lot of struggled in resolving the issue...which i am sure not going to resolve because of partnership

                        I have placed a order in ebay.in of the item "SKMEI 1081 Fashion Luxury Dual Time Waterproof LED Analog Digital Sports Watch" Blue Color, and i have applied the Coupon PAYTM15NOV, and i have paid a amount from PAYTEM Wallet amount got deducted but i am unable to see item in my order list in ebay, please find the paytm transaction ref: BILLDESK Order #EPT[protected] Paytm Cash Txn ID[protected] 14:53:18. I have raised this issue with ebay.in but amount has not refunded back to paytm account. Please help me on this issue.

                              Respected Sir, I have Purchase Asus Notebook on ebay.inmy paisapay id [protected] when i checked the tracking status on-line its showing return back to seller address then i had already contacted bluedart they told me ebay requested to return back the products on shipper so we will not able to send delivered the packaged kindly contact eBay for refund please refund my money with coupon which i used for this transpiration as soon as possible i am totally frustrated this situation now i am going to consumer court and provide me compensation for mental harassment.

                                      Dear Ebay, I have bought a 64 gb pendrive from ebay on 30th Sept From Seller name- pkjee.11. I have received the pen drive on time but from the day one the pendrive was not working properly from day one.I did contact the seller and he replied that i can get it change from service support from local Sandisk service center . I was surprised to know from service support that product is not original, The pendrive was duplicate (fake) product .Neither the serial number of product was available with sandisk service support nor the bill was having original serial number . After all these incident, i have contacted the Seller & he replied that i should send it back to the seller But i was very doubtful with his conversation as he was not taking like professional seller so I contacted the ebay support . Initially i was trying to register my complain from ebay website for 3 -4 days but due to technical error i was failed to filled that.Then on 30th Sept i have contacted the ebay support through a call & they filled my refund having with refund id[protected]i am having ebay msg also).I have waited for 5-6 days then i contacted ebay support again & came to know that the customer care executive filled a wrong refund. Then on 6th Nov I have registered a new refund claim with id 1410129 but this time also ebay executive filled wrong refund (i want to registered for complete refund as i want ebay should pick up and refund my money) but the executive filled the wrong refund that i haven't received the item (this thing i came to know on 11th nov after I called up ebay for 5/6th time ) and your ebay refund inspector didn't call me to confirm the problem instead the have closed my refund application . now from 11th nov i have called ebay many time to get the solution but each time they gave me assurance that i will get the call from ebay but ebay is failed again to retain this promise and no solution has been provide till date. I am having a platinum status as i am using ebay from last 7 years, but this kind of behavior from ebay was never expected and due to regular fail in helping a genuine buyer ebay is going down and all the new website like snapdeal etc going up. it is my humble request pls intervene the matter and provide my money back unless i will go to consumer forum for the same. In all this process my precious data also get lost Also now the seller is also not available on call/email as he is now unregistered seller now which is very surprising thing and i don't understand how can you allow a seller to sell fake/duplicate product on your website. also your ebay escalation is very poor, nor your website is working for escalation .                                       In short Ebay sold me fake product and now not refunding my money, i have been calling ebay from last 1 month each time they say that i will get back in 48 hours and this promise has been made by ebay more than 12 times but each time they fail to do so.
