Sir, I purchased Intex Aqua A2 mobile but they changed the color.In the description in ebay page they mentioned black color..I actually ordered black colour.But they have sent it blue colour.I applied for the claim. But they closed my claim with 5oo rupees coupon.BUT ACTUALLY THE PHONE IS NOT WORKING..FREQUENTLY IT IS SWITCHING OFF AUTOMATICALLY..CELL IS NOT SHOWING ITS SIGNAL BAR..SIM CARDS ARE NOT WORKING AT ALL..My Claim ID in ebay is: 1440695.My PaisaPay ID : [protected] Item ID :[protected] So i request you TO REFUND my money immediately.They actually cheated my money by giving repaired phone..Thank you..

We at eBay provide 30 days of purchase protection i.e. eBay Guarantee*.
But as per eBay policies products with Manufacturer warranty are excluded from eBay Guarantee* coverage as you can visit nearest Authorised service center of the Brand and get the issue resolved. So we would request you to visit the nearest service centre and get the issue resolved.

And as per our record we have already issued the compensation coupon of Rs 500/-

    Dear sir, i have to make a humble request to you kindly help me. details are as follows I have purchased hp laptop from ebay on date 29-11.2015. And there was some error with the page resulted in failure purchase but my money got deducted. I have made payment of 39, 990rs. At 7:42 p.m. through American expresse card. authorisation code 170901.given by bank as they given money to ebay. after that i made contact contact to your customer care executive they told me that my money will be automatically transferred in my a/c. in 72 hrs. again whenever i called them on customer care each executive says me for 72 hrs . sir, i can not understand how many 72 hrs they actually need . on chat they end there session and leave me without any answer. is this is the way to handle a customer. i am really irritated., dear sir, till today[protected]after 6 days) i have not recd . my money back in my a/c, please please help me if you can . as my child examination are coming and i need a laptop for his support. again sir my humble request to you . kindly help me. thanks truly yours, ASHOK KATARIA.       Even after several reminders n calls ebay is not turning up to pay my refund. Every time m calling them, they are telling that I will get a call from the authorities within 72 hours but its been a month and i didn't receive any calls. M filing this last complaint to this website and if i didn't get a reply from ebay in 72 hours then m going to drag you guys to consumer court.         I have contacted ebay regarding the laptop was faulty and they said to return the package to the seller they refund the amount when i returned the item ebay is saying that they are unable to track the shipment and the seller is saying that received the item broken when i asked the seller to attach the pics that the laptop is broken seller didn't respond to it tried calling seller many times but not receiving the calls both ebay and seller both are frauds my claim id is 1291236

                    No response ! Ni call from eBay neither the shipment is traceable i want my refund immediately

                    No solution till date only eBay passing time every time they call me and say we are working on your claim..i dont understant its almsot 2 months of my purchase every alternate day i have to chase eBay every time a new customer support person and every time i have to explain the matter from starting and in the end he has only one reply the claim settler will call you in 24 to 48 hours.. is this redicolous to buy online they harass in such a way to refund money i dont have any other work every alternate day i have to chat with eBay and they are not refunding my money my courier is manfeisted clearly can be seen in their site too.. very bad experience with this purchase

                      I ordered V-guard stabilizer from eBay.in but I received it in Broken Condition. I have contacted e-bay customer care and GRIEVANCE more than 30 times over the call and also I have sent 'n' number of emails(I have evidence). I am not at all happy with their response and it is your and seller problem for which you are troubling me. If you don t have hold on your seller that is not my problem. Now after all my struggle in contacting the team managers they have agreed that they have arranged re-pick. below is the Service request numbers.(I do have many other Service request number) 1-[protected] - Anupam Prasoon 1-[protected] - Lokesh Note: E-bay Guarantee is the worst service I have seen in my life time. I have wasted my precious time and also the currency to talk to GRIEVANCE team. The claim ID - 1360002 was open from more than 40 days!                       Hi,

                      They asked me to courier the product at last moment when claim was about to expire. On the very next day when I called customer care and informed that I will be sending the product they replied that the claim is closed and asked me to get in touch with seller and get this resolved. This was purely intentional they just wanted to close the claim or i think it would expire/close automatically after 60 days so at last they thew ball into my court. Can you please tell me what your customer support was doing for 2 months i.e., 60 days. I even have evidences that I have called them more than 25 times and I have spoken to 5 floor managers nothing helped out, everybody tries to escape from the call as they know there are 4-5 e-bay centers in India and probability of call connecting to the same person is less when we call again. If this is the way u value your customer then you will surely pay for it.

                      Note : Just give me the reason why no action was taken on claim and why was I not informed to courier the product before 58 days from claim close. why all the action was taken on last two days before the claim close! isn't it intentional? is this the way to fool customer? Do you think if you do so you can improve your business.

                        The mentioned claim ID was approved on 12-Nov-2015 but kept on hold. The seller CROMA also given confirmation that due to technical reason they are unable to provide the goods so they already refunded the money to eBay but eBay team are unable to provide me the refund amount and they are even not responding now my emails.

                                I don't say the product is not genuine. But it gave me half product. I purchased a zenfone charger and what I receive is only an adaptor. No cable included in it. Tried to contact dealer no response. Claim for refund or replacement cust service contact me saying 110% guaranteed coupon but noting I receive. I need a case against eBay to stop eBay selling their products.

                                  Hi, I had ordered a product from eBay India on Oct. 27th 2015 and the Estimated delivery time was Thu. Nov. 12 till Thu. Dec. 3 2015 but I haven't received the product as yet. I had also paid for the same through Online transaction. The worse thing is I am unable to locate my shipment which reflects the authenticity of a brand like eBay. I tried calling Customer support, but they not more than a headache.                                     Sir, This mail is regarding the issue in eBay coupon provided from eBay. This coupon I got it from eBay as eBay guarantee claim. This story starts 25 th August 2015 .on that day I registered in eBay. On that day I bought on one power bank with paisapay id [protected]..5.that item deliver on 1st sept 2015. That was my first experience with eBay. I got that item but that was not working. I applied for a complaint with claim id 1232672.after consulting you many times you provided eBay coupon around 750 rs.By that coupon again I ordered a power bank on 22 nd Oct 2015 with paisapay id [protected] .this power bank is having 799 rupees.I got the item around 30th Oct 2015.again I checked the item. This was also not working. Again I given complaint in eBay guarantee claim with claim id 1397553.afer contacting you may times you provided again a eBay coupon with 800 rs on 15 th Nov 2015. While you checking the date you can able to understand that I wasted how many days for buying a power bank that is fom Aug to November 2015. I thought this time this issue will resolved. But the same story repeated. I decided that I am not going to buy power bank again. So decided to buy any another item using this coupon.i am having 800 rs.so by using the 2 nd coupon I decided buy one Nokia lumia cover and one churidhar material from eBay. So at first I selected a lumia 730 cover .it is having 198 rupees. By using this 2nd coupon I purchased the lumia cover. Then I thought I am having 602 rs balance. So using I decided to purchase churidhar material. So I selected and applied the coupon.but it is saying that coupon already used. So I contacted eBay customer support. They are telling that it can't use more than once.but it is not specified any where in the mail or no body told any thing aboutthis.it may be your policy. But that want to specified once before giving it.from the customer service 1st time experience was not fair. You consider my experience in eBay. I purchased the item in eBay on November. I didn't got the item.my time wasted. My money wasted. For 800rs I only got 198 rs. This is my right to ask money other than requesting you.because I lost my 602 rs without any benefits.I this eBay having consideration in customers difficulty.                                       I have purchased a one plus one mobile, and I have received it in not working condition, sim is not detecting on phone..when I asked eBay to take return and refund amount, eBay is asking to contact the seller, Why should we contact the seller, as we have purchased the product from eBay directly.. The seller is saying that the product is under warranty, u can reach ur nearest service centre. The product reAched us wth not working condition.. I request eBay to be more responsible towards the customers...the pathetic response from the eBay makes us more worried about shopping in eBay further.                                         i can't believe that ebay can do this. 2 months already gone and i didn't get any resolution. I've tried 15-20 times to contact customer service of ebay to get my product or refund but always they told me to wait 2-3 days. ebay is multinational company so how can you so lineant. 30 days money back guarantee in customer policy but its totally fraud. 60 days already gone and still customer support told me to waid 2-3 days . thats too much i can't believe that it happens on ebay. so disappointed.
