Sir, I purchased Intex Aqua A2 mobile but they changed the color.In the description in ebay page they mentioned black color..I actually ordered black colour.But they have sent it blue colour.I applied for the claim. But they closed my claim with 5oo rupees coupon.BUT ACTUALLY THE PHONE IS NOT WORKING..FREQUENTLY IT IS SWITCHING OFF AUTOMATICALLY..CELL IS NOT SHOWING ITS SIGNAL BAR..SIM CARDS ARE NOT WORKING AT ALL..My Claim ID in ebay...

Even after several reminders n calls ebay is not turning up to pay my refund. Every time m calling them, they are telling that I will get a call from the authorities within 72 hours but its been a month and i didn't receive any calls.
