This is my 3rd complaint regarding this issue. I purchased an item on 15th October. I didn't receive my item so I claimed a refund but even after several reminders, calls and emails, I have got no response from them. I bought a WD Hard disk on 14 Oct through ebay and from the first day the disk is not is not working. Issue - The shades are supposed to roll back into the body automatically by spring action. As from the photos, out of 4, 1 was dead on arrival, not working. Another 2 stopped working after a day. With 75% fault, I raised a claim. Ebay...
