Sir, I have purchased an Asus MotherBoard A88X-Pro bearing Item No. GEB[protected] ASUS A88X-PRO FM2+ / FM2 AMD A88X on[protected]. I received the item on 29.10.2015. When I tried to install the board it showed an error : Q-Code '00'. The system neither booted nor any display occured. When I contacted the local Authorised Asus Service Center in visakhpatnam, they told me that the purchased board has no global warranty, hence they cannot help me in this regard. Since the board is not working and there is no Warranty and service support I made a claim on 31/10/2015 which was registered by eguarantee.ebay.in as per the ebay procedure with a request to refund my money and get the mother board back. I have attached the image of the motherboard while displaying the onboard error. The following are the claim details Claim ID: 1394209 Registration Date: 1/11/2015 PaisaPay ID: [protected] Item number: [protected] Even after registering the claim on 01/11/2015 I was getting mails from ebay that I have to reply them whether the item is received or not before 15/11/2015, other wise the item is deemed to be received by me. Meanwhile I got a phone call from ebay customer care telling that they arranged for reverse pickup of the item and they will send an email with all details and address to be pasted on the package, the courier service name etc. I received a call from FedEx courier, Visakhapatnam on 13/11/2015 evening for the reverse pickup. But by that time I did not receive any mail with details of address for the shipment etc. Neither the FedEx people do know the address where it has to be shipped to. When I contacted the ebay customer care they told me that I will get the mail by 2:00 PM on 14/11/2005. I did not get any mail. Again I contacted the customer care. Again they told me that I will get the mail by 7:30 PM in the eveing. I did not get it. When I contacted the customer care again, they told me that as Saturday and Sunday are holidays they cannot respond to me but surely I will get the mail on Monday. Even after Monday also I did not get mail. Then I again I contacted the ebay customer care. They told me that a person from claim management team will talk to me and send mail. On 18/11/2015 a person from ebay called me and told that they will arrange for reverse pickup again and immediately send the mail also with shipping details etc within one day. Today ie., on 19/11/2015 at about 1:00 PM I received a call from FedEx for reverse pickup. But the story is same. Neither I nor the FedEx courier people do not know where to ship the item. With this I am feeling that may be to avoid refund or replacement of the item which is not working, ebay authorities are performing this drama of arranging for reverse pick up and not sending the mail with details, so that they can claim that "though we have arranged everything, the buyer could not properly avail the opportunity with in the time frame. So we are helpless in this regard". I am very much astonished that how the ebay website can send me an email that I have not responded in time i.e., before 15/11/2015 for their mail that whether I received the item or not, even though I registered a claim with all the details including the image well in advance i.e., on 1/11/2015 itself. So I am getting a doubt about the settlement of the claim in a proper manner. I am attaching the images of the Motherboard which is showing the error code '00' in red colour that it is a defective one. So I request you to kindly look into this matter and do justice to settle the claim at an early date. with regards, Kompella Subbaraya Sastry.

            I ordered in ebay website, the iem is minha fashion metallic jewellery necklace, but when i received product it is not original product, the chains are duplicate, i write mail to ebay, and sending photos to ebay they are reply to my mail An amount of Rs. 212.50 has been refunded for the following reason: eBay Guarantee Claim 1413218 on the following item . Track your PaisaPay activity You should be able to view the refunded amount of Rs. 212.50 in your credit card statement / account within 3-4 working days if your issuing bank is private bank else it may take 12-15 working days for nationalized bank. Note: If you have paid using debit card the refund may take longer than 3 working days.               The complaint is to filed over a shop named "India Mart 2014" Who promised to deliver a one year Seller warranty on the product xperia z1. As i used the product for 5 months the product seems to be dead . The seller asked me to sent back the product to him for free repair under warranty .As i shipped the item he is saying that the warranty seal is broken and no warranty will given on the product .At same time he opened the product and made its condition more vulnerable . He also threatened me that unless i pay the shipping charge of Rs.400, i will not get the phone back . The seller is trying to fool me by saying some technical term whenever i called him .

                I have purchased HTC desire 626g Plus for RS 14290 from ebay.in around 1 months ago and its was in 12 months HTC warranty . So, recently i started facing problem in handset so i approached to HTC service center but they denied and gave the reason that the producy has been purchased from ebay so we will not provide any service. So, i talked to the ebay customer care but they are also not helping me. Yaa but now i have a proof & i am uploading the same on this site. You are worst site i have ever experienced in my life & i can bet that even a CHINESE COMPANY can give a better service than you people. Kindly stay on your words as i am uploading the screensgot in which HTC has clear mentioned that we will not provide warranty from the products purchased from ebay.in

                  I have a claim: 1349647 which is pending 30 days. I have refused to accept the item from courier as i felt the courier box was empty. So bluedart representative took back the item and sent back to seller. It was delivered to seller on 27th October. It clearly says the product is been delivered to back to seller on 27th october. Since 30days ebay is torturing me, I am calling continuously daily and speaking with them for more than one hour. Every time they say our claim adjuster is working on the issue. I have never seen such a pathetic customer service and worst customer care service team in my life. Is the claim adjuster sleeping? Worst team they have. They take very long time to close the issues and never care for customers... Dont know whats wrong with them in refunding money. #Dont buy any thing in ebay india. They are cheaters and blocking my money since 40 days. I have decided not to buy in ebay india. Such a worst online shopping company, they are.
                  My Sincere suggestion to every one. Dont every buy anything in ebay india.
                  Worst customer service team they have. Poor response, Pathethic Service .
                  You dont know when you will get your hard earned money.

                    Hi All, My name is karteek and mob [protected] i have brought ipod nano and it was received in news paper package and it looks like second hand quality and when i try to return back they where telling me to contact seller directly but they where not interested to return back the money and customer car guy who i called showed an unethical behaviour and not even interested to lisen my voice and disconnected the call and claims department of ebay in it was 2 worst and not even informing me with msg or updating the status in portal and worst service i have never seen in my life So please dont buy products in ebay

                    We at eBay provide 30 days of purchase protection i.e. eBay Guarantee*.
                    But as per eBay policies products with Manufacturer warranty are excluded from eBay Guarantee* coverage as you can visit nearest Authorised service center of the Brand and get the issue resolved. So we would request you to visit the nearest service centre and get the issue resolved.

                    However, if the item that you received was dead on arrival or fake you may provide a DOA / Declaration letter from the authorized service centre to [protected]@ebay.com within 48 hours stating the same. If you fail to provide the requested document within the stipulated time we would have to go ahead and close this case from our end.

                          I purchased Microsoft Lumia 640 XL LTE mobile from ebay on[protected] and my paisapay id is [protected]. Immediately after making the payment, ebay's site said that the item treated as received. as there was some server problem in ebay. I then contacted ebay customer support. Then asked me to wait for 7 days and then to raise a claim in the site which I did. My claim id is 1377804.The maximum timeline mentioned in ebay site for the resolution of any claim is 20 days. I created the claim on[protected]. It's been almost close to a month and still I haven't received the refund. In these 20 days I never got any call back from them nor the Refund. I have contacted them for almost 10 times and every time I call I get the same response that they will arrange for a callback within 72 hours. I got the same response for 5 continuous times. Kidnly help me out with a solution as soon as possible.

                              I am struggling to process my refund via Ebay, I had purchased one item last year in 2014 which I have not received yet and had contacted to the Ebay and to the seller but they are not ready to refund the amount . And before that I had purchased a "Manual Tread Mill" which I got damaged. I sent the photos of the damaged item but again "NO Positive RESPONSE" .They are not taking its responsibility . Now it’s too much dissatisfaction. And I want to open a case for both these items.I know its too late to register a complaint. I am highly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service and was not expected by EBAY that such a big company and the processes are so weak that it takes so many days to process the refund and response. This means when I purchase from ebay I should be prepared and take out time to fight with ebay, I have purchased many items with ebay and I think I have done a mistake by relying on ebay processes.                                 PaisaPay ID [protected] I am facing a big time lie by you. I purchased an iphone 5s and faced a problem, returned the phone, the seller received it and accepted the return and processed the payment but now, ebay is telling me that it is in process and has been a month and not received the refund. I have provided them with the proof of delivery of the product back to seller on Oct 12. The DTDC consignment number is V24022021 and attachment of the screenshot of the DTDC page which proves that the item was delivered to the seller's address on 12th Oct, 2015. First, the seller never ever acknowledged the receipt of the items. It was when I called on Oct 14th he confirmed that he has received product back. I was already surprised by the unprofessional demo of handing things and what happened thereafter is something that I'm dealing with till date. I would also like to mention that I have an email confirmation by the seller stating "I have processed it" on Oct 14, which clearly indicates that they lied to me and tried to MISLEAD me. WHILE THE REFUND WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CREDITED TOWARDS MY ACCOUNT ON OCT 14TH, TODAY IT IS OVER A MONTH, I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE MONEY THAT BELONGS TO MYSELF. IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME TO FIGHT THIS CASE THAN I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO FINE THEM A HUGE AMOUNT IF THERE IS A WAY.                                       I have purchase Nokia 130 Mobile Phone + Dual Sim + White Color (NA[protected]#[protected] of Rs. 1, 599.00 on 27-Oct-2015 which is not described as i want. So after discussing with ebay for canceling the product and order another one from same seller i did not get solution as the denied to canceling the product and ask to contact direct seller, so called seller & from seller side i got instructions that not cancel this product now you just need to do another transaction for another mobile and after receiving the first phone you just need to raise claim on ebay side to return & refund and ebay will simply help you and by trusting Ebay and Seller i made another transaction with immediate payment of Rs. 1, 599.00. But after receiving both the product when i raised the claim for the one which i did not want, ebay had simply told me that they are closing this claim as your justification is not valid and as well as i spoke to seller the simply denied from there statement and told me that the concerned person talking with you from our side was not aware of ebay process that's why she may be suggested you this and canceled my call. Now both the ebay and seller are blaming to each other and refusing my request. As i am totally cheated from both the Ebay and Ebay's seller all because of miscommunication, now they are not giving any response and reply on my plenty of mails gone from my side continuously.                                         I purchased a product (HP compact battery for Laptop)against Paisapay ID-[protected] from ebay.in but unfortunately the product was which I was received is bad conditions. So, I complain to the company and then they raised a Claim ID[protected]Sept.2015) and requested to me send it back to the seller. Then I send it to the seller by DTDC courier and scan copy of the courier which I will be send through [protected]@ebay.com . But after at least 50 Days of my claim no any resolution provided to me by the company.
