Hi, I bough a Laptop (NEW LENOVO G5080 CORE I5 5TH GEN 12GB RAM 500GB HDD WINDOWS 8.1 1YR WARRANTY) on 24/10/2015 and I received on 31/10/2015. I found a damaged in the laptop on, 1/11/2015 I raised a claim regarding the damage on, 4/11/2015 I get a call back from ebay after my call to post a proper proof of damage I also sent the proof on that day itself. After that every day I call to ebay customer they said wait for 48 to 72 hours to get the resolution still now I didn't get resolution from them. Today 15/11/2015 I again call to ebay but the staff give a irritating replay (what can I do for that and he said I'm not the proper person to reply ) I totally upset with this reply.     I placed the order of Small EPABX / Intercom System 308 (Item No.[protected] with ebay India’s seller: securitysystemmart on July 4, 2015 with PaisaPay ID [protected]. The item was delivered on July 11, 2015. However, smoke started coming out of EPABX within 1 hour of installation. I contacted seller on July 18 by email, who advised me to return the item for replacement, which I promptly returned by courier. The seller acknowledged the receipt of Item vide his email dated July 25 and promised that I will get replacement after July 29, 2015. After July 29, I have repeatedly requested the seller to ship the item, but he is not responding to my mails. After repeated reminders, seller informed me on 14 September that manufacturer has delayed delivery. That item will be delivered in one week. However, till date I have not received the item. Now seller is deliberately ignoring my calls made and if ever seller answer calls, he always make false claims that item will be delivered in one day or two days. The seller and ebay have caused too much harassement and financial loss to me. Though ebay claim of consumer protection, but in my case they are responding that case is closed for ebay.

    Though assured by ebay to solve this problem, but this problem was never resolved and the concerned dealer is looting other customers. This is evident from similar complaints in review of that dealer.

      I have ordered an I phone 16gb, silver color on 20th Oct and the phone that was delivered to me was micro-max 3 dummy phones .They asked me to send the picture of the phone delivered, i have sent the same PFA .

      i have paid 39000 to eBay for dummy phones which was delivered . Now all i have to do is beg for my money or phone .

      They asked me 20 days for the resolution and within 20 days you will get the replacement of the phone . i waited for that 20 days .I did not get any calls from Ebay anytime after that as well . On 10TH Nov i called them first asking for the update and surprisingly they have no update on the system No claim ID nothing . i explained the concern to one person and when he couldn't find any solution he cuts the call .

      I called Ebay 5 times on 10 Nov they asked to wait for 24 hrs saying the seller has to respond us . Next day i again called 4 times and again they asked for 24 and repeats for 12 Nov and 13 Nov .

      Today again when i called i get the same response and i told them to connect me to supervisor . The person was stubborn before to even connecting to the head .

      later when he connects, she again repeats the same thing and tells me the seller is not updating us on the same . we need 48 hours to resolve your issue . I am sure this cheater company would not give me the phone . All i expect is my amount to be refunded so that i don't have to waste my energy with this everyday .

      I have been mentally tortured for buying this phone from Ebay . Explaining same things every day and waiting for the update and again fighting for it .

      i have never seen such bad service is from any online company .eBAY gives dummy phones to customer and make them run behind them for money .

          when order is not generated or not seen at my ebay id, then how can you ask me paisa pay id?? Already I mailed at your customer care, but not replied to my mail, again I have given complaint at online chat of ebay, they have given service request id: 1-[protected]. So, after three days, you have given me complaint no. Then, after how many days you will provide the reversal of money. Very Very poor response time and RTAT.

                  On 9/11/15 I bought an item for Rs 2749 after applying 10% discount coupon in short paying Rs 2474.10 to ebay. Money was debited from my SBI Account, but the order was not confirmed . Accordingly, I called eBay customer support they told me that i will get a call from eBay within 72hrs regarding this issue and i will either get a refund. but its already 72hrs and i have not got any calls from eBay. As the promised deadline has already crossed can you give me any suggestions of what is to be done??

                  Like I have clearly mentioned Money was debited from my SBI Account, but the order was not confirmed by eBay. If you want me to be more clear then let me explain :

                  " I HAVE MADE A TRANSACTION AND MONEY HAS BEEN DEBITED FROM MY SBI ACCOUNT. THE PAYMENT WAS SUCCESSFUL IN BANK SITE, BUT IT AUTOMATICALLY RETURNED TO EBAY PAGE WITH AN ERROR MESSAGE.
                  NOW, THE TRANSACTION IS NOT VISIBLE IN THE "BOUGHT LIST”, THERE IS NO CONFIRMATION OR TRANSACTION ID FROM EBAY OR CONFIRMATION FROM PAISA PAY. WHICH LITERALLY MEANS THAT EBAY HAS RECEIVED THE PAYMENT BUT MY ORDER WAS NOT CONFIRMED."

                  AND THAT CLEARLY MEANS THAT THERE WAS NO PAISAPAY ID OR CLAIM ID FROM EBAY'S END.
                  ALL I HAVE IS A ESCALATION ID: 046495

                  eBay has stolen my money.. Now eBay is trying trick me with these confusing statement

                      I had ordered Item number '[protected]' (paisapay ID [protected]) on 7th Oct 2015, and the item not received on the date mentioned. So I raised a claim[protected] 'Item not received' after few days I received that item and found out that it was not the item as described. SO I decided to raise one more claim on calling eBay customer support I found out that you have to first cancel previous claim then only you can raise the next claim. SO I cancelled my first claim and tried to raise to raise a new claim...
                      ...surprise surprise...
                      YOU CAN MAKE ONLY ONE CLAIM AGAINST AN ITEM!!!
                      after making couple of calls+chat I was able to reopen that claim[protected]
                      after that I made 14 calls, 7 chats my claim still remain open, every time customer care executive offer a 10 day resolution + a call back in 5 days.. nothing has happened till date...

I had received a response from Mr. Ajoy Antony of eBay customer service on 31-July-2015, stating the details have been sent to the relevant department and they are looking into the issue and they will get in touch with me soon. ____________________________________________________________________________ On 26-August-2015, I had to write back to eBay to remind them to look at the issue and resolve it at the earliest. ____________________________________________________________________________ On 05-September-2015, I received a last email from Mr. Jaypal Patil of eBay customer service stating: On checking the details of my account they noticed that the claim filed by me was failing under non-eligibility criteria, Hence they regret to inform me that the claim has been closed and the refund request has been rejected. They say that, As per eBay policies they cover items under eG only if the item received is not as described / not as expected. And then they say that, in this case the item I received is completely as per description but not as per my expectation. So, eBay would not be able to intervene in this anymore hence as the claim falls under non-eligible criteria. While they have completely ignored the fact that the product was never received at my end. ____________________________________________________________________________ I have not contacted them after receiving this last email communication.                             Respected sir, i am totally helpless, ebay india suffering me a lot still now.My PaisaPay ID : [protected], item id[protected] and complain id-1238568.I purchased sandisk 32 gb memory card on 27 august, After deadline date i raised a complain 5th september.After my complain ebay request me to wait for next 20 days to resolve my problem.But they do not do it.Then i call them up every 3 days gap in a week.All time they takes 48-72 hours to solve the problem but all time they make false promise.After complain in consumer court they send me a messege on 21 october that within 6-8 days they will refund my money but this also they did not do it (re;buying refunds SR#1-[protected]).After 10 days another time i made again complain that time they give the refer id (Re, buying refunds SR#1-[protected]}.And wants 3 days to refunds my money but this time also they did not refunds my money, I am totally shocked that ebay is a big e-commerce giant But they do it this kind of cheating activity with customer.All time i attached oxigen wallet statement to paisapaydocs @ebay.in.But they dont respone my email.Well i am surprised that what kind of service ebay provided.I am still waiting for my funds

                            Finally i got my refund money back on 4th December 2015.After submitting so many complaints since last 3 and 1/2 months. Guys go to National Consumer helpline website.And submit your problem.After submitting you should call them on their toll free number and tell them about your problem.They give you the proper guidance to solved your problem.I am 100% satisfied of their guidance.It would help you guys.

                            All the time when i request to ebay customer care that please provide me the higher authority contact number and email id, i want to talk with them directly to solve my problem.But they are not provide me higher authority contact number or email id.All the time they ignore me.Some of customer care executive cut the phone when i raised the complain.This is the very worst customer service which i have faced in my life.Some of customer executive waiting me 30-40 minutes and then cut the phone without answering the solution.I do not know what kind of services ebay is provided?
                            Not yet solve my Complaint by ebay, even not yet contact to me. Ebays customer services is the worst service which i have faced since last 3 months.They are not contacting me even a single time.Please do some legal action against them.This is my humble request.

                              I bought a product called “12 Color Glitter Nail Art Tool Kit Acrylic UV Powder Dust” on 12/Oct/15 at ebay.in for the amount of 258.00 INR (including shipping charge). Initially the item was not delivered until its due date, which was set to 19/Oct/15. Hence I raised an Claim ID : 1355322 for not receiving the item. Later the item was finally delivered on 23/Oct/15. But my claim was REJECTED by ebay team and surprisingly this was not notified to me! Later on it is found that the delivered product is not as described in the ebay website. In the ebay product description, product picture gives the impression that it is a crisp glitter powder. And the container is completely filled with the glitter. Whereas the actual delivered product is like a colored fine flour having little shimmer here and there. The real product is purely a colored dust and NOT a glitter, which cannot be applied on nails. It is really a major health concern to apply some dust on nails! When the lid is opened, most of the dust flies off. And the quantity in the container is so very less (not even half filled in the container). Hence I wanted to return the product and get my money 100% reimbursed (Rs. 258.00). So, I tried to open a new claim and found that ebay does allow only 1 claim per product! And also since ebay has rejected and closed my old claim 1355322, I was unable to reopen it. After checking for multiple options finally I opened an SR : 1-[protected] with ebay customer care team on 5/Nov/15. It’s been one long week since I have opened this SR and ebay team has not taken any action on it. Every time I call to the customer care team, they are asking me to wait indefinitely and are acting irresponsible and not doing anything in order to get the reimbursement. Hence I am looking towards consumer court to get the resolution immediately. In this case neither the seller is taking responsibilities to my feedback nor ebay is taking responsibility for guaranteed money reimbursement.

                                I have ordered a product from Ebay nearly one month back and i have been told that, i will receive my order within 16th-oct but when i didnt received my product within specified time, i call Ebay Team they Agreed there mistake and told me that my product has been delivered to some wrong address and apologized for the same and assured me that my complaint will be resolved with in 72 hrs. But it has been a month there is no response from Ebay inspite of frequently calling them back everytime i am getting some unwanted answers from ebay team.

                                  Am ordered samsung headset through ebay on[protected].My shipping address quoted as no.24/31 akbarabad 2nd street kodambakkam chennai 600024 tamil nadu(Office address). But they delivered at jammu as per their awb ee[protected]in.I contaced e bay on[protected] via phone they said will deliver the product on[protected] but i didn't got the product. Am confirmed the product not received via mail which is sent by them on 2nd nov 2015.After the conformation they said(You have requested for a refund on 02-nov-15 since you did not receive the item by the deadline of on 02-nov-15.
