    Dear sir/madam,

    Thank you ebay team!!! For cheating me very wisely through ebay purchasing.
    I dare to purchase a "sony xperia e4 dual sim smartphone" model: e2115 (Item id:[protected] and paisa pay id: [protected] under deal 21. As per the ebay communication the above said mobile phone was sold by ebay seller "appletreee2013".

    I felt cheated by you people through this "ebay" online shopping, as the seller sold me faulti mobile phone.

    The phone was received to me on 13/06/2015 and working well. On dated 17/06/2015 at about 1730 hours during talking over phone, its showing low battery and went off. I recharged the phone for 3 hours, but its charging indicator was showing "red" instead of "green" light and was not getting "on".

    On the behalf of ebay, the phone was repaired by the seller as it was under seller waranty. After repairing the i got phone back on 22/08/2015 and it working well.

    But, today 03/11/2015 at morning 920 in the office, i talking over phone and its got shut down instantly again and could not restarted. I tried it charge but its not responding and charging indicator light also not glow.

    First time its got electronicly dead after 1 month of purchase and its again got dead after 2 months of repairing by you (Seller). I am worried and could not understand how i handled this matter. This was the faulti mobile phone which was sold online and now customer is facing the problem.

    It is not possible to sent this mobile to channai for repair after each month or two and who will be wear the courier charges as its still under seller warranty and how long i will be victim.

    Further, what is assurance that this will not be happned again in future with this phone and will be run properly. It seems that the seller set the time for software or devise to automatically get it inactive after sepcified period of time.

    I requested to the ebay team please getrid me off from this problem as i could't wear more pain over this episode. If it is possible to arrange the repair work in the delhi ncr area

      I bought New "Blackberry Torch 2 9810 - 8 GB - Grey - Smartphone (Imported)" (Item number[protected] from ebay Guaranteed seller. But actual product was not delivered as per mentioned. Seller send me used or repaired product, Seller send me Duplicate Blackberry headset, Blackberry OEM Charger. Also return process is very bad and difficult as compare to Amazon and Flipkart. EBay call center is also not helpful. Their claim system is always down. eBay customer care employee's 48 hours and 72 hours can’t stop for last 20 days. So do not trust ebay & ebay guarantee, do not buy any product from eBay. Amazon and Flipkart is always better from ebay. Do not trust for e-forindia seller.

          I purchased iPhone on 27th and seller didn't ship the item. Seller not responding to my emails and not lifting the phone. And he has the deadline to ship in November 2nd. According to ebay if seller didn't ship the item in time. Amount refunds initiates automatically. It's on their site and they said when i called to ebay customer support.           Ebay Service is Wrost

          I ordered 4 Product on ebay.in but 2 product i don't received and 2 product received but its faulty product. I ask for refund or replacement but still ebay not providing solution for that. So please Don't Purchase Online Because if you received any damaged product then company not provide any refund and we west our time and money.

            Hi I have purchased power bank through online shopping ebay "Xiaomi 10400MAH Silver World Best Power bank" but i have received a duplicated product at the time of delivery when i raised the complaint for the same and requested for a claim as per the company policy now the claim has been rejected saying that product received is as correct and refused to return the amount

              Hi Team,

              I'm writing this concern with a hope of getting my issue resolved. I am adding the forwarded email below which I had sent to the Grievance team on October 5th for the same query which is pending a resolution. It will give you a high level on my issue from scratch.
              Followed by the recent update, I was in touch with Shalini Yadav from the grievance team who called me with a great will of helping me to get my issue resolved. She was good till an extent and I was really happy someone is really looking at my issue. I have got 2 replacements from the seller for my HTC one M7 phone. There were many issues with my phone and the best part was the seller was very well aware of it. I was not ready to take another replacement and that's when Shalini and the seller requested me to take a replacement. I did it, as I wanted the phone but I had no trust on the seller. But as eBay suggested, I went ahead with it and I got the phone with same issues. Irrespective of informing the seller about what a basic feature of a phone. Informed the same to Shalini and she conferenced the call with the seller (Cellpoint) and based on our discussion they asked me to ship the phone back to seller and she said once the seller receives the phone she will process the refund which was agreed by the seller and eBay. For your reference, Fedex Tracking No:[protected] which says its been signed and received by Satish (Seller). I have not received a single phone call from anyone to process the refund. I regret for listening to eBay and the seller now. I have placed several orders with eBay recently and I have accepted it without any concerns. Because, I'm not a person to create nuisanse with no reason. It has tossed my head now. This is ridiculous, Its just going haywire. I don't understand why don't anyone take a good step to get only one issue resolved.
              15000/- means a lot for me now. I understand you are a big brand, but I believe this customer service will lead to frustration where i would need to think before placing an order any time with eBay.
              Please check my account on the number of orders that I have placed with you and then take a decision on it. I need someone to call me asap and get this issue resolved with no less time or else I would be forced to take this concern legally and return all the purchases made from eBay.

              Hi Officer,

              Hope you doing well.

              I'm writing this concern hoping you would be able to help me out. This is in regards to a new phone (HTC ONE M7) which I ordered on August 15th (PaisaPay ID: [protected]). The phone came in and unfortunately there were several issues with the phone (Camera, Network issues, Sim card slot issues). However, I contacted the seller and through eBay claim[protected] I got it replaced. It took close to a months time to get a replacement. I faced a lot of issues to get that replaced which is not my concern for now. However, I was really happy that I finally received the phone and it worked well for some days. The seller said its a new phone, but it wasn't. As it had scratches on it. However, that was again not my concern, I was ready to use it. Just after I received the phone after 2-3 days my phone was dead. I tried few troubleshooting to fix it. It did not work. After a day it turns on and then again goes off. Now the phone is as simple as a show piece. I was helpless. I was just thinking that do I really have to go through all this again? However, with all courage and patience I called eBay again informing the issue and they said they are going to reopen the claim and will get it replaced or refunded.

              And that's where your eBay customer service came into picture. I spoke to ample number of reps and managers. No one wanted to help me. The only thing which they could say is "Sir, You will get a call within 24-48 hours" I don't want to blame them. But as per their protocol, they could not do any thing and I understand. I asked them to escalate it to a Supervisor/Manager. I spoke to Ravi Sharma, Raman, Manoj Kumar from Gurgaon team & finally Akash Bhatt from Ahemdabad. The best part was they all had the same tone and just repeated the same thing what an agent could say. They were just able to say that I will receive a call from the claims manager and he will resolve it. What I liked about these managers and supervisors is the way they make promises and swears. No one can beat them. NO ONE CALLED ME. And, Yes after 20 days of my continous calling/follow ups and talking to managers, I got a call from Vivek (My Claims Manager) who had made up his mind that he doesn't want to help me. He just directly told me he can't help me and cannot do anything for me. I asked him about eBay guarantee and gave him information about your own terms and conditions. He did not wanted to discuss on anything and trust me, an arrogant person among every one out there. He was being very rude and since he did wanted to help me with no words, he cut me off the phone. I simply don't understand if this is called Last mile resolution team? He very well knew that I'm not that kind of a person to simply argue for no reason. Nor, I forced him for anything. But if you see under my account, I have purchased many accessories including 3 phones from eBay and I don't have any complaints about them. Its only one phone which I have an issue with? I don't need any replacements as I don't trust any sellers. I need my money back for my phone which was for 14, 299/-. Its not a small amount for me. Hope you understand.

              I'm just hoping that you would be able to take care of my Grievance and will provide me a resolution. If I don't get a resolution ASAP, I will be forced send out all the other products which I recently bought trusting eBay.

                Dear sir, i had purchased a pendrive from ebay.in on 6th of oct 2015. after waiting for a month i got on inquiry found that the pen drive could not be shipped and under the guarantee clause execuse i requested the to reship my item as per conversation with customer execuetive within 5 days i will get response and will be received in 20 days. to my astonishment on completion of the 5 days i receive no calls from their side and on dicussion they asked me for the refund as product not available. if the product was not available the why did they sell me the product on waiting from aroun one and half month company gives me lame excuses. money got deducted from my account and item was also not shipped . we small consumer get cheated from such big websites and we are left with no resort . i request the forum to provide me the product as promised by the company. my paise pay id is [protected]

                if your company was soo much concerned i wouldnot have received a mail after posting on the forum for refund of money i think i should raise a legal recourse against fake promises by big website committing fraud and chargeable under consumer protection act taking undue advantage of dominant position unfair trade practise. AS ebay guarrantee claim PROMISES TO meet upto customer demand and fulfill there order on time for the product and doesnot exchange product against refund. your website is liable for adequate action

                    I bought a product- apple i phone 4s 16 gb from ebay on 8th september 2015 at 10, 057 rupees.
                    Item number[protected] and paisapay id : [protected]

                    I got the product on 19th september 2015. When i opened the box i got very disappointed as it has several scratches and irremovable marks on the screen as well as on the backside of the phone.This is only about the outer look.

                    When i tried starting the phone their was another disappointment waiting for me- the phone that was delivered to me is almost like a dead and damaged phone. It takes too long to start and on the top of that it hangs on the language selection screen and does not functions for a second beyond that screen.

                    I wonder as ebay has such a big name in market and i guess ebay was one of the first few companies who started the ecommerce business in india still they do not even have any quality check process before delivering the faulty products to the customers.
                    I called customer care and requesting a refund and the customer care executive told me and i had also read on the website while purchasing that this product is covered under ebay guarantee(So i can get refund if not satisfaied with product). As of today i did not have any update from ebay that what went wrong since i opened a request for return? Neither ebay nor the seller is interested in contacting me. I sent a number of mails called at least every alternate day but did not get any resolutions. I also talked to the senior persons of customer care executives including suman and huzafa .Everyone assured me that i will be definitely getting a call from the concerned department but no response yet it is approximately 2 months now. They told me to upload the images of damaged product i did that too but still i did not get any updates for the refund or replacement of the product.

                    I am fed up now, my patience level has reach to an endpoint now.

                    Please help me as 10, 057/- means a lot for me.

They didn't deliver the product nor contect me Yet . I was trying to contact them last 2days no body is responding the call.today evening I gone the branch and asked about the product, they then search and not found there, they then gave me another branch contect no I called him also. He also not responding after some time he msg me the add.i gone ther also but shop was closed. I lost 2hrs there. I don't known how's the dtdc company's management. I want my product its too urgent.

                                  I bought a headphone from ebay on 4th of october 2015. Seller shipped the item on 8th. On 13th the courier automatically(without informing me) returned the item to the seller. I raised a claim on 16th and19th. Till now I have neither received the item or the refund.
