    I ordered Iphone 6S 128GB Product through EBay dated 17/08/2015. The delivery of the product was prompt but after proper check and inspection i found that the product was already used by some one.

    I have taken sincere follow up with the ebay team regarding second hand product delivery with the price of Brand new product and got no positive response.

      I had purchase one time for which I received a damaged item. So against this I had opened a case in EBAY, and details are; Claim ID: 1336028, PaisaPay ID: [protected], Item number: [protected], Seller ID: dev-kisal. Many times I called to the customer service toll free and even following through mail. But every time I receive a same answer that I will receive a call from EBAY in next 48 hrs. I am highly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service and same was not expected by EBAY that such a big company and the processes are so weak that it takes 1 month to process the refund. I claimed for return and refund on september 29 with claim id 1293600.They have asked for images and i also provided them.Till now there is no progress.I tried to contact customer care but they are not responding.               This is regarding claim id – 1306735 and critical id – 045961.
              I had order a HP7 G2 1311 tablet, which is not working properly, as per eBay Clain Guarantee, it was requested for a return on 5th October and expected to be resolved within 20 days !!!

              My return request has been raised on 5th October and I haven’t got the refund yet after 31 days also. I call them everyday, fight for at least 30-40 mins minimum, explaining the concern.
              The product was shipped back to the seller and since seller was not traceable, it was sent back to me by the courier service after about 10 days.
              Seller was fake, he is not responding on calls/mails. As there was no response from seller it was decided on 28th October that I will get my refund. But the customer care has been very harassing with providing no update for the claim. They just say to wait for 24 hrs/48 hrs that you will get a call back which never happens.
              Today, I get a call from them saying the product needs to be shipped again, and I need to send the copy of the proof that I had sent it.

              They have FEDEX details, that the product was sent and attempted to deliver at least for 4 days !

              I have been harassed everyday with the worst customer care I have seen till date !

              I demand my full refund plus compensation for the harassment..

                  It is very painful to see that new indian currency notes speically newly launched One Rupee Note bundles & Rims are openly sold on www.ebay.in . These new currency note bundles are sold on ten times of the value of the currency. I strongly believe that it is totally illegal and against law. That's why, new currency notes are not available to common people even at the occasion of the festival of Diwali. Please introduce onlline and offline strong transparent and monitored system to distribute the new currency to all. The brokers / agents with the help of the officers of RBI /Banks, are getting maximum part of the total new currency and sale in open market on high premium. Please do something to stop this menance.

                    I have purchased Nike Shoe from ebay.in on 23-sep-2015 and i got the product on 30-sep-2015. Shoe sole was broken and i raised the complain to ebay on 30-sep-2015 same day to refund my money as product is not genuine(Nike shoe can''t be broken like that). I have not used the product. Its 35 days till now ebay is not doing anything to refund my money. I want my money back and there customer service is pathetic. They closed my claim also today saying that we cant help talk to seller. Seller is saying i will not refund i will do replacement. I said i dont want replacement as its a fake Nike shoe. Please help me in getting my refund.

                    Ebay service is pathetic. They have seller who sell fake product. I have asked for refund and after 35 days they told that it doesn't fall under ebay quality check. So, we cant do any thing plz check with seller. initially they approved my refund but after 5 days they cancelled my claim without sending email or talking to me.

                      I have ordered Sandisk 16GB pedrive on October 6, 2015 and till November 5, 2015 I havent received the product. I have contacted the customer care hundred times but they were unable to resolve the problem. Now they are not ready to ship the product and forcing me to accept the refund. I haven't received the refund and I dont want it either. I want the Pendrive to be delivered to me.

                        This is 2nd complain in regards with eBayin product sold by Sarf trading bill number [protected]. 1st complain was made on 28 October and there has been no revert for it by eBay.in. This is worst experience every had with a online shopping. They seems to very unprofessional and degrade website selling old and bad stock of phone to there customers. In 1st complain letter had mention wheen we receive the phone it was kept on charging and then after using it for 20 to 30 minutes it says battery level is at 60% when charged again it showed as charged and again batter power came down. It started heating. Got a message for a software update, hence updated software and a magic happened, there was no network on the phone. Even after trying manual network settings there was no results found. Checked sim card there was no issue. Took the phone next day to Htc service centre and it was a shock to hear from Htc that eBay.in is not authorised to sell there phones. Which means eBay.in is not selling original box pack phones from Htc. Even the response from eBay.in services centre was very bad they just kept on repeating contact Htc and were very unhelpful and unprofessional service was given. A call back was promised from a manager called Hussain and there has been no revert for it. When ask on a advisor at contact centre to transfer call to Hussain who is taking care of this issue was told no manager works in morning. This is a wonderful service one expect from an international brand like eBay.in After a lot of hardship and was able to get a letter fron Htc tell the phone no good and claim are true. All i want is now a refund of my money. Have attached a copies of bill and letter from Htc. A humble request to please check amd revert asap. Thanks.

                          Hi, I received a call from some person stating that he is calling from ebay India. Instead of accepting his fault by not attending to my refund claim that I have raised threatened by stating if I wanted my refund back or not.
                          He went to the extent of stating that I can even report this to the POLICE (crime and fraud) that ebay India is involved in.
                          I received the call from +[protected] and he didn't even reveal his name and a customer being called at 10 PM doesn't seem to be a good time and over and above that threatening from an organization like ebay India seems like this organization is LIKE FAKING and cheating customers.

                          I will take the extreme step and will name in the note ebay India stating that it was because of the kind of harassment that they have given me that I had to take the extreme step and this person who had called me is RESPONSIBLE FOR ME TAKING THE EXTREME STEP.

                          I will post this note on facebook, and other forums and send it to the Police department and other websites stating that ebay India has not only cheated me but also has been harassing and threatening me to take this extreme step.

                                I bought one 4g data(huawei) card from ebay with wifi facility but found it is 3g and no wifi. I claimed for refund but ebay discarded my clam. Is it not cheating by ebay in India. Customer are placing order to ebay but material supplied by some other party. again is it not cheating customer? I hope Govt administration should take strong steps against such scrupulous farms.

                                  I have purchased a smart phone htc desire 626g+ in september 2015 from ebay. Now when I got to the Indian shop regarding warranty then shope keeper and htc is denying to give me any warranty as this is not made for india. Now I am feeling cheated. As I am citizen of india and living here as well ordered the same in India. Then Product should also be delivered which is made for India while I got the product which is made for Taiwan. This is very serious issue of fraud and custom. plz have a look into the same

                                    Dear team, i had update a complaint on oct 29, but till date i had not got any response from e bay eBay.in Complaint Status Update [ID: 1166886] was orederd one mini chopper from ebay on dated 05.10.15 and apply acoupan of 4s 800 and cash payment of rs 400, the ordered is cancceled by seller on same day, seller had refund the 400 rs after 4 days, but for 800 rs coupan ebay team is not clarifying about that, on 15th they had shared a coupan code which is already used, after that they say that new coupan will be issued on 25th yesterday they say that it will be isued on 29th and finnaly they had given me the date of 05.11.15,

                                      I ordered a SAMSUNG GALAXY BRAND NEW A7) of Rs.22, 990 on 3rd October and i got it on 5th October. I saw the phone camera was broken so as per the company policy i raise a claim for refund on the same day. I am continously calling them to sort out this matter. But the constantly replying the same the wait for 24 or 48 hours. I received a call from 21st October form ebay team i have to ship the item to the seller. But i denied for the same as i don't want to take risk of shipping because in between the transit if anything misplace or something they reject my refund claim. Today it is almost 28 days but i didnt get any response from their side. Please help me on this as this is turning mental trauma for me and my family. As it become my daily basis work to call to ebay and got the useless response. Please look into the matter asap. And, advise for the new buyers that they are not concerned for the consumer satisfaction only selling defective products to the buyers by doing fraud to them. So, please dont choose Ebay to buy anything.

                                        I bought New "Blackberry Torch 2 9810 - 8 GB - Grey - Smartphone (Imported)" (Item number[protected] from ebay Guaranteed seller. But actual product was not delivered as per mentioned. Seller send me used or repaired product, Seller send me Duplicate Blackberry headset, Blackberry OEM Charger. Also return process is very bad and difficult as compare to Amazon and Flipkart. EBay call center is also not helpful. Their claim system is always down. eBay customer care employee's 48 hours and 72 hours can’t stop for last 20 days. So do not trust ebay & ebay guarantee, do not buy any product from eBay. Amazon and Flipkart is always better from ebay. Do not trust for e-forindia seller.
