This is regarding claim id – 1306735 and critical id – 045961.
I had order a HP7 G2 1311 tablet, which is not working properly, as per eBay Clain Guarantee, it was requested for a return on 5th October and expected to be resolved within 20 days !!!
My return request has been raised on 5th October and I haven’t got the refund yet after 31 days also. I call them everyday, fight for at least 30-40 mins minimum, explaining the concern.
The product was shipped back to the seller and since seller was not traceable, it was sent back to me by the courier service after about 10 days.
Seller was fake, he is not responding on calls/mails. As there was no response from seller it was decided on 28th October that I will get my refund. But the customer care has been very harassing with providing no update for the claim. They just say to wait for 24 hrs/48 hrs that you will get a call back which never happens.
Today, I get a call from them saying the product needs to be shipped again, and I need to send the copy of the proof that I had sent it.
They have FEDEX details, that the product was sent and attempted to deliver at least for 4 days !
I have been harassed everyday with the worst customer care I have seen till date !
I demand my full refund plus compensation for the harassment..
