I ordered a camera(PaisaPay ID: [protected] and Claim ID: 1311357) from ebay.in on[protected] and i received it in[protected]. On receipt, I found that the manual and the battery of the camera were missing. I immediately raised an ebay claim asking for the battery and the manual. The seller immediately called me up and said he would send them by courier. He sent a battery which was of a mobile phone and was totally irrelevant to the camera. I called him back and he said he has no stock and that he would ask ebay to refund my money. As he said, he indeed asked ebay to refund my money and ebay had also replied to him in a positive way. The seller forwarded me the conversation through mail. So, i asked ebay customer service about the refund and they said that a 'claim adjuster' would call me. The maximum wait time for receiving a call from him is 5 days from the opening of the claim. I waited and i called ebay customer service on the 6th day. They said that i ll get a call in 48 hours, but i denied bevause i waited for the time line set by them. Also, i came to know that as per ebay policies, any claim has to be resolved in 20 days! So, i threatened ebay customer service by tellingthem that i wiuld go to the court. But their reply was.. 'sir, its your wish to go or not but even if you go court will ask you to wait for 20 says' how can someone say that when they themselves have said that i would get a call in 5 days. So i kept calling ebay customer service daily till 27th (which was the 20th day from opening the claim). The customer service said i would get a call in 48 hours! It is utter nonsense because the time limit for resolution of claim has been exceeded! I complained to ebay grievance officer on 28th october and immediately i got a call from the claims department. To my shock, their reply is that the description of the product hasn't mentioned the presence of the battery. But It is clearly mentioned in the description that the battery is 900mAh and 3.7v !! I got furious and i said that it is foolish statement of the claim adjuster and thatthey are trying to loot my money!! My problems are- 1) both the parties (buyer and seller) agreed to refundmy money. Then why does ebay have a problem in giving me a refund!? 2) on what basis does ebay employ their customer support executives!? I would have called them nearly 20 times and always i have been told to wait for 48 hours and many of them have bo respect when they speak! 3) who is the claim adjuster to decide if i should keep the product or not when both me and the seller know it's defective! ? I have waited enough and i need a resolution

    I have ordered 2 Samsung galaxy j5 phones from EBay India on 16th October 2015. Till now I did not received my order. The date of order delivery was 23rd October, but somehow due to festival season the order kept getting delayed. According to eBay's guarantee policy- "If the seller is unable to provide any information about product shipment, product will automatically be refunded to the respective account" it has been more than 20 days, I didn't get any information regarding product shipment or refund. EBay itself is not true to its policy and I've already paid Rs.23784, using my HDFC credit card. I have called customer care support 5-6 times. Each and every time I have been told to wait for some more days, just giving me hope that I'll get my money some day but they can't provide information on when will I get the refund. It's my money and I'm not asking for borrowing from them that they are taking this much time. I feel like cheated. And it's really shame no action is taken against these type of companies. Please help me regarding this issue. I'll be very much thankful to you.

      My paisa pay id:[protected], i bought i phone on ebay one month ago, as soon as i received the product is not functioning because of some hardware defect. Immediately we raised the claim but from that day till today am calling their customer care but they are least bothered abt our concern and always gifs a programed answer like within 42 hrs i ll get a call bt i have nt receivd any resolution for the claim... its really frustating., because no one is there to respond also. Ebay its the worst site i ever seen and their representatives are unbelievably irresponsible. I need justice from this cheaters. Kindly help me..

        My PaisaPay ID is [protected] and my claim id is 1198145. it has been around 2 months and each time i contact the customer service they say that their representative will contact me within 24-48 hrs and give me the update regarding the claim. They close my claim in september because i received a call from aguy and i didnt understand his language what he was saying and due to this confusion they closed my claim and i again reopened the claim and today again i received that my claim is closed. i had asked for the refund as i didn't received the product. And now i don't think they are going to give me a solution as i had not even received the product and nor i got the refund. I had contacted even the seller and the courier service. No one is helping me to solve my problem

          Paisapay id:[protected] description i placed an order on ebay of sandisk usb dual otg pendrive (with seller-abdul muqeet muchhada) on 11 oct’15. Till 15 oct, no progress on delivery was made.On 16 oct i received a message from ebay that my product is ready to be shipped but when i tracked yhe order, nothing was there. And hence i sent a mail to seller on 18 oct enquiring the same but no reply came in next 24 hours. Also on 19 oct i called him and sent him a message about the issue. Also i contacted ebay via live chat on 19 oct(a copy of which is with me) and they promised to help me asap. On 22 oct, i got a mail from seller that my product is shipped. On 23 oct evening, i got a call from unknown number about my product that he is coming in 5 minutes. (no message from aramex courier company was sent about delivery of product and about details of courier boy.) when courier boy arrived, first thing was he asked for money even before taking out parcel out of his bag. I asked him to let me open the parcel and see whether bill and product is in it or not, because i grew suspicious as a small pendrive is in a parcel sized twice of palm. Also, while my earlier shopping experience through other e-sellers, the delivery person helped in verifying the product before taking payment.Even many sellers of ebay on their product page have written that user must check open product before paying delivery guys. But this guy refused and started making excuses and wrote “no open delivery” on his own on parcel, on which i asked him to let me contact seller and he refused plainly saying he doesn’t want to talk with anyone and fled away flinging abuses. Next moment, i contacted seller and he told me that i must have accepted the parcel in any case. When i said if any problem arised in future or if product is damaged, he said he is not liable for it. Next he said that he would mange to deliver it again, and i need not panic.Also, i sent a mail to aramex courier for rude behaviour of their personnel( received no reply till now). Furthermore, i contacted ebay via live chat and they asurred me of quality experience. Next morning on 24 oct, again i called ebay and described them the events and sought their advice for further proceedings. They replied in a helpless way that they can’t contact seller nor courier company, and i must do it on my own. After this frustating conversation, multiple times i called seller but he didn’t receive the call. I had telephonic conversation with aramex courier service and they apologised for delivery boy behaviour and said that my case would be given priority andthe product would be delivered today itself. When asked why delivery status message wasn’t sent to me, they said that even they don’t know when the product is going to be delivered and by whom! after few hours when i enquired about the status, they said it is in process and product will be delivered on 24 or by 26 of oct. No update of my order was made on “order tracking”, neither i received any mail or messages from ebay, aramex or seller. On 26 oct, i enquired with aramex and they gave me a silly answer that i’m calling them for first time and tried to show themselves generous that they will sort this issue today itself. Again after few hours, contacting them on my own, they said that product will be delivered on 26 or 27 oct. On 26 evening, i made a final call to ebay and the personnel asked me to wait till nov 2 (order date was oct 11). Late night, a update was made that product is back with seller. Next moment i raised a clim with ebay, to ship back my product . Claim id:1377078 paisapay id:[protected] item number:[protected] and on wednesday, october 28, 2015 i received a mail which tells my case has been closedwithout providing any convincing reasons. Summary 1. Seller never responds on time and doesn’t want to help either 2. A delivery from mubai to delhi via air is taking 12 days 3. No genuineness of delivery guy; rude behaviuor 4. Aramex has no idea about parcel and deliver boy and is making customer fool 5. Ebay can’t contact seller neither courier company, then for what it stands 6. Even ebay don’t know what to do and is having time pass with customer and at last gives a refusing answer.

            I bought a Glen GL4045 G Mini Grinder 350 Watt DOW for Rs.1350/- The item was shipped by Flat Rate Courier Shipped on: 12-Sep-2015. I realised soon as I saw the pack that the item was too small for my purpose. So raside a claim on 17/10/2015. There was absolutely no response till 6th of October. Then again I sent a mail for return of the said product. An agent called and she was literalliy beratting why would I order if I thought it was some other product. I was so rebuked and I disconnected the call saying better watch what you say. The agent who attened my call closed the claim saying issue was resolved. I wonder what this could mean? Is the agent feeling superior over a customer to dare her to say whatever she thinks befits? The attitude of the agent was so humiliating and I asled for a refund which was by the way okayed by the seller. The pack still lays dormant on my shelf for the past one and half month. The beauty is Amazon was selling Maharaja Mixer Grinder for 800/- on Sale and Snapdeal was selling Arise Mixer Grinder for 1000/-. So why would I go for such a tiny little grinder for such an exorbitant price?               This is in regards with HTC m9 plus phone purchase from ebay. in website through Sarf trading, bill number [protected], dated 16 October. When the phone came it was packed however when we started using the problems started, when kept on charging it was getting over heated, then it showed charged 100% and after some time it showed battery at 60%, which means there is a charging, battery issue. When connected to internet it said update software, so uptated software, again got the same message and suddenly there was no network on the phone. Checked the sim card noo issues it was work in another phone. Tried manual network setting, it was only searching for network. Visited Vodafone gallery to chrk if sim was fine they said its okay no issues with the sim. Also tried another sim still it says no network. Then on 26 October took the phone to HtC repair centre they told you need to speak with eBay. Called up eBay contact centre spoke with Rajeev Sharma and there was no help from him at all he kept on saying speak with Htc and get a letter, so everyone is trying to pass it to other person. Htc refuses to exchange or return the phone says eBay is not authorised to sell Htc products which means eBay is not selling a genuine products they are just fooling us. Never expect a international brand like eBay doing such kind of business I demand return of the phone and have my money back. U can contact me on [protected]@gmail.com

                Hi this is ashish gupta i have orederd an i phone 6 on 25 oct and completed the payment through credit card that moment. my paise pay id-[protected] . now i just got an email from ebay i.e on 27th oct that my payment has been rejected without any reason. now my money from the account had been deducted and now neither i have my phone nor the money . i have been thugged by ebay . i just lost 53000 rupees thats why i m gonna complaint of ebay in the consumer court and considered it as cyber crime. please kindly look into that matter soon as possible

                    Myself Tanay Tandi, I had ordered two power banks of Rs.700 on 18th August 2015 and made an online payment but till now I haven't received my items.On 3rd September I had claimed for refund but after few days my claim was closed.Now whenever l try to enquire about the items some of their representatives say I will receive a call within 24 hours some say within 48 hours.2weeks ago when I called then1 of their representatives said I'll get a phone call within next 72 hours but yet I have not received any phone calls..Sir kindly help me out to get back my money or else the items.                       My ebay claim id is 1210708. I ordered a laptop from 'cglobal' through ebay on[protected]. When received it it was found defective. Right away told the about it. To avail the warranty i needed the original invoice of the laptop which the seller didn't provide. Opened the ebay claim on 25-8-15 and ebay asked me to return it to the seller. I returned the item to the seller on[protected]. Since then no body is answering to my e-mails. I might have called customer service for about 15 times by now still no body cares about me. Being in teaching profession I desperately need a laptop for making assignments, delivering lectures, research etc. on daily basis. So it can be easily judged that hoew much loss i have suffered in last two months and how mental pain, agony, tension and frustration I have gone through all this time. Unfortunately I have to say that ebay is totally insensitive and unprofessional company to deal with.

                        My pay pal id in ebay is [protected] and i have ordered 16gb pendrive(item number[protected] on 10th oct 2015. However i didnt receive the product till 20th oct 2015. when contacted the customer care, they told the product has not yet shipped. This is really disgusting and there is no courtesy from ebay to inform me. I raised a claim(no 1358030) on 21st oct 2015 to get money back and was told that will get call in 5 days. I didnt receive any call withing 5 days. When i called back to customer care the useless customer care people disconnected the call. Thats ridiculous.                           I have booked an item on 10th oct 2015 and the amount is debited from netbanking of my HDFC bank account. till the time my order placed successfully. But after 2 days when I was unable to track my order I contacted to eBay customer support they said we are also unable to track your order please wait for the expected delivery date which was 19 Oct 2015. Now when on 19th I didn't get my item I again called eBay customer support no. then they said please raise a claim. I claimed and under this claiming process they asked what would you prefer your refund or your item, I said I want my item they said I register a claim regarding your issue our claim department will approve your claim within 5 working days and then they will contact you. I said OK. But till today no any call is reached to me from there and today on 26th Oct 2015 I called them again and he said we already approved your refund It will credited to your account in next 7 working days at the same time I said him I don't want refund because I have never done this shopping for refund my money and at the time of claim I already said to you that I want my item back. So please arrange the same item for me from any other seller. Now I'm seeing on my eBay account that they closed my claim status and I don't get my item till the date. Please help me regarding the same.

                                I have purchased MPORTED CASIO EDIFICE STEEL AND GOLD MEN'S CHRONO EF-556SG-7AVDF watch to gift my husband the product I received is defective.The dialor button is very lose and its not proper and the product quality was very poor not as per expectation.
                                I did not know about the defect as I have gifted that watch to my husband and he knew regarding the defect in the product. I raised claim I got call from ebay representative. She just hold one sentence we don't support quality issues.When I told about the defect she was not ready to accept. The attitude was just like they don't want to refund for the product and she was very rude, arrogant not at all professional way of talking with the customer.
                                I don't want this defective product and after talking to your representative our decision is not to buy any product from your site. and will inform to our friends and relative also to be aware before wasting valuable money.
                                Once, I have claimed for a product due to quality issues with another shopping site and they have taken care of everything till refund. Really appreciated their support.
                                Worst experience with ebay.in very dissapointing.

                                        I purchased the item on 23rd sep and the item was delivered to me by 4th oct. On 6th oct, i mailed pics of the old product received to ' [protected]@ebay.com' for refund. Ebay claim id 1291392 was raised against it. On 17th oct i called ebay customer care about the status of the claim who behaved very rudely and abruptly cut down the phone. On 22nd oct i courierd back the product to its seller with scan copy of the courier challan mailed to ebay. Now ebay says that they dont have any role and that i may have settle the issue with seller directly.now the product is not with me and ebay is refusing to help Pl help me getting back my refund.
