I ordered a camera(PaisaPay ID: [protected] and Claim ID: 1311357) from ebay.in on[protected] and i received it in[protected]. On receipt, I found that the manual and the battery of the camera were missing. I immediately raised an ebay claim asking for the battery and the manual. The seller immediately called me up and said he would send them by courier. He sent a battery which was of a mobile phone and was totally irrelevant to the camera....

I have ordered 2 Samsung galaxy j5 phones from EBay India on 16th October 2015. Till now I did not received my order.
