I have ordered a product firstly my account deducted but order was not placed again I did another transaction for same product and order confirmed. Seller sent the product with the courier company named others. I reached again and again but do not get any resolution. After collapse of last date of delivery they are returning my only money which I never wanted. I urged for the same product always. complain id is 1340378

    I have ordered this Dell Venue 7 3740 BlackTablet (16GB, WiFi, 3G, Voice calling) and I received tablet without SIM card i.e. without 3G-calling facility..

    I have raised the complaint for replacement immediately on 1st Oct.but it took them 4-5 days to reply. Now I have asked for refund of amount and still after 25 days .. no assured and confirmatory response from ebay or seller.. Is this the way the EBAY - India deals with customer... very poor and pathetic service ..

    I need my money refund, I don't want the product tablet,

      I had paid Rs.11228.49 with PaisaPay ID. [protected] for item Samsung galaxy J5 on Ebay on the 16th of Sept 2015. The last date for shipping the item was 27th Sep 2015. But didn't receive it till date. On their site they have mentioned that the item was delivered on 27th Sep 2015. After that and i raise claim my Claim ID: 1290385 my claim also approved on date[protected] Whereas, Hence the are not processing the refund after making multiple complaints through calls and emails. The seller has shipped it through speed post. but tracking no is fake.They are not providing a proof of delivery also. I HAVE PAID FOR AN ITEM WHICH I DIDN'T RECEIVE AT ALL! None of the customer care people or senior people are responding to my complaint properly. Is there someone who could help me with this?

      This is regarding a long pending issue of refund from past few months,

      I am yet to recieve a coupon code of Rs 800/- till date .There is no

      positive response from E-bay, Every time when i call E-bay they

      mention they are working on this due to technical problems they are not able to solve it.

      Details are here below...


      Details : Item ordered -11 Aug for Rs 1122, Recieved short fall of 2

      items on Aug 20.

      Contacted Customer care : Customer care insisted to wait & mentioned i

      will recieve a coupon for 800.

      Contacted Customer care again on 5 Sep-2015, Recieved coupon code for

      rs 800.

      Purchased an item on 9th september using this coupon, Got a

      conformation mail (Paisa pay ID : [protected]), Didn't recieve the

      order.

      Contacted Customer care : Customer mentioned order was not conformed

      due to technical reasons.Told to wait for 7 working days, Gave a

      reference number for complaint (1-[protected]) on 23rd September

      No response recieved, Again contacted customer care

      Customer care :Told to wait for 2 working days, Gave a

      reference number for complaint (1-[protected]) on 10th October.


      Till date i havent recieved the coupon, Please help me in resolving this issue

        My name is Lori Nik. I purchased Moto G 3rd generation. My email is [protected]@rediffmail.com. My ebay ID is ni-in11. The seller did not send the invoice and the product was faulty. I raised an ebay claim and ebay rejected it without any notification. But thank God that the seller asked to return the porduct and agreed to refund the money. The seller gave me a service request number that he got for requesting to ebay to refund my money. I called ebay and gave the service request number and the customer service guys said that the refund will be processed in 24 to 48 hours. Again, called the next day. What they told then is that it will take 6 to 8 working days. You can see here, what a crap ebay is. When I called again due to insecurity, they are telling that seller do not have sufficient balance for ebay to refund. Which of the three statements is true? I think that the training given to ebay customer service is, how to softspeak and cheat the customers using various reasons instead of providing resolution. I asked for a supervisor. Whenever I call, the supervisor is not available. I think ebay supervisors has 8 hrs break and 1 hour work time. It has been 10 days now for the refund to be processed and still no response.


        And regarding the seller not having sufficient balance, it was also a lie. The seller send me an email with the balance in his paisapay account and also the email that he send to request refund and the reply that he got for that request. The service request number given to the seller for the refund is SR# 1-[protected]. The reply email clearly stated that the refund will be processed and the seller can inform the buyer regarding the same. Along with breakfast, ebay customer service guys are also having and they throw that and crap at every call from different customers. It also should point to the management of ebay, which is worse than .


        I am still waiting for my Rs.22500/- refund. If I didnot get the refund. I am not going to stop. I am working in a reputed company and most of them are ebay customers and buyers. I will state what happened to me with ebay and paste it in the common notice board of the tech park, with a BEWARE sign. Also, I don't care care spending some additional money in publishing the same in newspapers. Atleast future buyers should be BEWARE of ebay. Even few of my friends were about to purchase some home appliances and smartphones from ebay. But I resisted them. I told them what happened to me. I told them that amazon is the best. they bought stuffs worth lakhs from amazon. Ebay does not deserve valuable customers if they are treating them as clowns.


        Ebay has asked to wait further 6 days more. After that, if my refund is not processed, I will do some good to buyers who is thinking they are buying something good with their hard earned money. Not only buyers, but also sellers faces even more trouble than buyers. Very poor customer service. customer service with pathetic and good for nothing supervisors with crap management.


        I am waiting to see of ebay processes my refund.

          Ebay also one of the worst service provider in the market now,

          I order an Xiaomi MI Power Bank 10400 mah original power bank with authorized site is filpkart, But In ebay they offer me 299rups only which is also original, I brought that product on 11/10/15, As per dead line they have to deliver by 24/10/15, Still not get my product, Now I don't want any refund, I want product only because In filpkart original one is around 1000 rups, Even They give 110% it won't satisfied, So kindly give the product only

            Myself (Nutan Kumar. Phone No.: [protected], Email Id: [protected]@gmail.com) purchased an Apple iPhone 5 64 GB White on August 5, 2015 with prepaid amount in ebay.in. ebayin delivers me an another damaged product. I called them and told the same. They said me to return it via courier. I sent it via DTDC courier. They said me that they received an empty parcel later said they did not receive only the phone. Finally neither returned my amount nor delivers me the actual product i ordered. ebay FRAUDS ME and not responding me!!! Does not take care on me even i lost more than Rs.25000. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

            ebay is FRAUD website. Do not shop on ebay. ebay FRAUDS!!!
            On[protected], continuous phone calls from various phone numbers through out the day, stating in the phone call that they are from ebay, asking my bank details includes DEBIT CARD NUMBER, EXPIRY DATE and BACK SIDE OF THE CARD 3 DIGIT NUMBER, OTP number received, also they need myself to have about Rs.4000 to be in my bank account to process refund/return of my amount i spent on purchasing Apple iPhone 5 64 GB White on August 5, 2015. Now, ebay hacks my account and my card is now blocked by ebay... EBAY FRAUDS!!!

                    Dear Sir/Madam, I had sent the following mail for my complaint on 18th oct 2015 but today i have not received any positive feedback nor any of your representative had called me to solve the problem. when i called the customer care number i was told to call the seller on his mobile number ( [protected]) but his mobile is always switched off. So please solve my problem which is not refund but shipping of the product which was confirmed through ebay website. (Previous Message :This is with respect to my order: PaisaPay ID [protected] which was confirmed after making a payment of Rs, 5000/- on 17/10/2015. But i got a message on my mobile on 18/10/2015 that my amount will be refunded (ECIT [protected]). I booked the handset beacuse the offer was attractive and even though there were other offers from flipkart & others, i didn`t enter as i had already made the payment with ebay and the above mentioned order was confirmed.                           I ordered a body weighing scale machine from ebay .in on[protected] at 10:28 am for which I choose to pay by debit card I entered all the details of my debit card and made the payment I got message on my mobile as rs. 599 /- been deducted but at the same time ebay.in payment window showed it as unsuccessful transaction, I called them they assure me to solve the issue within 24 hours but nothing has been done so far ...

                          in another transaction for another product on[protected] of rs. 2023.12 at 00:03 am ...

                          . for a dvr the payment was deducted, I got message on my mobile of my bank account but their window showed as the payment was not success ful ..

                          I mailed all the details they mail me of assuring the solution within one day


                          kindly provide a solution as I want those products and I m unable to get that and also my payment is blocked...

                            After complain here EBay team was contact me and raised a claim after verification they. cancelled my. Claim.after that I contact to seller he agreed with me and he told he didn't help me. I have to contact eBay. But eBay team didn't agree to resolve the issue.screen shot of mail corresponding with sellers is attached as reference

                            I contacted to seller who actually accepted that this is an error from e-bay but eBay is still now didn't accept the error and rejected my claim. the screen shot of the correspond with sellers are attached here for my proof.

                              Ebay Seller: surf2getonline Order ID: PaisaPay ID [protected] Ebay Claim ID: 1236734 My phone no: [protected] Hi, I ordered a product from ebay (iPod Touch 6th Gen) and paid the amount through net banking since cash on delivery was not available. However, i received a damaged parcel and the product was missing from the package. So, i raised a claim through ebay but after waiting for a long long time about 30 days, they first called me and told me that the seller has provided a proof that the product was activated through my phone no. which is impossible because its an ipod, it does not take in sim cards, secondly they told me the seller has provided proof through the courier company (Blue Dart). They told me that the seller has provided a letter from the courier company...but obviously the company wont take the blame on themselves, how can you accept that as a proof??My big question is that the seller sent me images of the activation result of the ipod which was ACTIVATED ON 31st AUGUST 2015, HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE WHEN I RECEIVED THE PACKAGE ON 1st sep. You can check the delivery date as well, its 1st sep. I told them this at least a hundred times but they just wont listen. Consumer Forum was my only option, so i wrote this complaint. You can ask the seller for the details of the delivery date which is clearly 1st Sep and for the activation result on apple.com which is 31st august. I didn't receive my product, i had requested for either a new product or refund. Please help me in this matter, this is my last hope. Thanks

                                I received an mail that "pataka offer" from eBay. Offer is Apple iPhone is 83% off [screen shoots attached here]I accepted that and ordered to them after that a confirmatory massage was received from eBay that I purchased Samsung grand. Then I try to contact customer care by mail and phone. They didn't reply.

                                  I got purchased Sony experia M2 dual sim black mobile phone from eBay, I just need some services to my phone I just gone nearest Sony authorised service centre pattom, so they replied that eBay is not there authorised dealer so they will not service. After that I contacted eBay customer service they told me that I need to obtain one letter from Sony service centre that they will not service the phone so I contacted Sony service centre they again said that there is not have such provision to give such letter they will not give, so I tried to contact eBay they are not giving solution for this issue it is not cleared. In warranty statement already said that "FOR ITEMS UNDER MANUFACTURER WARRANTY, THE PRODUCTS HAS TO BE TAKEN TO THE RESPECTIVE SERVICE CENTRE, and also states that Seller warranty is for 1 year (Software and Hardware) please try to sought it out immediately, and reply me, please do the needful.

                                        I contacted ebay.in customer support due to one of my refund claims was rejected. I was frustrated and did say that I will not purchase from ebay anymore. The customer support was very rude and did not even ask for the details of the issue. He started mocking and closed the chat without even my permission. I have not used any profanity over the chat. There was a message saying that the chat will be sent to my email after closing, I did not receive that either. I however did copy the chat and also took screenshots of the chat.                                         Hi ebay,

                                        I know that the issue with the mobile will not be taken care off since you will say that the phone is under warranty and I will have to got to the service center. The main issue is your poor customer service department who mock people who have spent money for purchasing something and are treated as . They should understand that if we (customers) are not there, they do not have a job. I want to teach this lesson.
