I have purchased HTC desire 626g Plus for RS 14290 from ebay.in around 2.5 months ago and its was in 12 months HTC warranty . So, recently i started facing problem in handset so i approached to HTC service center but they denied and gave the reason that the producy has been purchased from ebay so we will not provide any service. So, i talked to the ebay customer care but they are also not helping me & as a proof that HTC has not provided me warranty for 5 months but now i received a mail from them & i am also uploading the screenshot as a proof .     This is Arun from Mumbai.I have placed an order of ladies bag from ebay.When i have received that bag i feel like ditched.ebay cheated me.That bag was local and look like road chap.Cost of that bag was 1500. I file the return request in the official website of ebay.After 6 days we received a cal from customer care and they told me that you have to upload the pics of the product.The worst thing is they told me that ebay is not responsible for any type of quality issue. I feel like i am cheated by ebay.14 days have been passed but still i did not received any response from ebay side. I am so mentally harased from ebay and if i have any problem related to related to tention or BP, whole and sole ebay will be be responsible. This is the declaration from my side. Thanks...       Dear Sir, I have ordered ([protected]) one mobile charger online when it was showing stock on ebay site, Further received confirmation for the same stating that it will be delivered on or before 21st Oct, but till the time there is no dispatch confirmation provided to me, when I spoke to their customer care executive around 2-3 days back they have promised me to deliver the item before 21 Oct 2015, Further Today I talked again with customer care and get surprised that this item has been deleted, When I have asked them for money refund which I have already paid to them they said it can not be claimed right now, you have to wait for some more time then claim request can be taken and further it will take around 20 days to refund the money... My concern is that If I have already made the payment and in case Ebay is not able to deliver at least Ebay Team should inform on time and refund the money immediately.

        With high grief, I have furnished my complaint with ebay grievance team. i have been calling the team through a tool free number [protected] first I will have to speak to an executive to check my credentials and then i have to explain about my concern regarding the product, after that the call will be transferred to a supervisor. i have almost spoke to 15 supervisor and many executives regarding this, but for all I have got is plenty of SR numbers and the words from them saying " will arrange for a call back in 2 hours, 4 hours, 24 hours and 72 hours. I haven't received any call so far. the only response I have got from the eBay team is below. Many of few SR numbers i remember 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] and the escalation ID- 044078 Please go through the complaint and provide us a better solution. It's really sad that I have spent many hours in speaking to them and haven't got any solition for the complaint. Hi Team, Reference: Service request/ Call recording number -‎ 1-[protected] On March 29th, I purchased a Blackberry Z10, ‎ Ebay Order Id : [protected] from your Store in the ebay.in site, for Rs.12249. I have just completed paying the EMI for the 6 months and suddenly the phone just crashed and does not restart anymore. On contacting BlackBerry authorised service centre they said that the phone cannot be fixed and that I need to contact the seller in order to either replace the phone or get a refund. I called up eBay customer care to sort the issue and was advised to contact the seller. The seller was not contactable as the contact number is no more in use. I also mailed the seller as advised by ebay regarding the issue and after 48 hours there s still no reply from the seller. I was asked to inform eBay if I did not receive a response for more than 48 hours from the seller which I did and was told by the customer care team that I will get a response from ‎eBay guarantee team or grievance team to sort out the issue for which I have been waiting for two days and still haven't received a response even though I was promised twice for a call back with specific deadlines promised by the eBay customer grievance representative. I am not satisfied with the product because it has not performed as it should (or) it was faulty from the time it was purchased. I have used the mobile for almost six months with no problems. On the 19th Sep 2015 the phone stopped working and got locked. When I tried to switch on the phone the device asked for a password which I had never set from the day o[censored]se. The phone automatically started restoring for almost four days and stopped loading when it reached 99%. I switched off and switched on after few hours and from then it’s showing a danger symbol with bberror.com message. I have checked the user manual and followed all of the steps listed in the troubleshooting guide, but nothing helped. The phone appears to be faulty and is not of satisfactory quality. ‎ I was informed that the claim settlement team would contact me to discuss on how to proceed with the issue and haven't heard from them since. I'm deeply dissappointed with eBay and it's service due to the delay in adhering to the issue at hand which has left a very bad feeling and I will not be interested to purchase from eBay going forward and request you to provide a full purchase price refund for the product that was purchased and I hope that you will be able to solve this issue at the earliest. It's Thursday and I'm still awaiting a call from the executive to provide me with an update about how to take this issue further. This experience with eBay has left a bitter taste and I'm extremely appalled by the customer service that eBay is offering. Kindly note that this is a grievance raised almost a month ago. Request you to kindly look into the issue and provide me with a quick solution. If eBay is not able to contact the seller, it would be great if a full refund is initiated at the earliest.             I ordered 1 product from eBay, i was not satisfied with the product so i told them to return back it after lot of conversation they ready to return it they told me to reship it after receiving the product we will refund money and courier charges so i returned the product after that i did lot of emails, chat and calls but i did not get response i sent all mails with attachment finally after 50 mails they respond me and tell me to refund money in my account within 7 working days and courier charges will give me in coupon form i said okey after that i got 3999rs coupon that was my product amount and not received courier amount then i did mail and told them as you said please refund me my amount in my account not in coupon form because i don't want to do shopping further with eBay and yet not received courier charges but they did not respond me after that i did lot of emails and chat every time they escalating ticket but no solution one they give 1 ring and then message me we called you but you didn't pick our call i told them it was only 1ring i got so how can i receive you give me call again but i didn't get call and any mails from their side again i did lot mails to their all ids but didn't get response after many week they given me response of my mail and told me to send account details with paisapay id but yet i didn't received mail i told them to go consumer court but after 5 month yet not i received my refund in my account and courier charges. i really disappointed to service of eBay. it was worst experience with eBay and i highly recommended to people don't buy anything from eBay . eBay product details: Paisa pay ID: [protected] Item ID :[protected] Escalation Id: 035636.

              I purchased an Apple iPhone 5s from ebay on Sep 21, 2015. On the very first week, it was identified that the charger was un registered and stopped working. I raised a complaint and with the seller and was sent a new Apple iPhone 4s charger instead. The second week, the iPhone gave another surprise as the camera showed nothing but a black screen. I contacted the seller, I was asked to re-boot the phone and do factory settings. It still did not work so I was left with no option but to return. I send it through courier paying around 1000 rupees which got delivered on Oct 14, 2015 return initiated within 20 days of purchase. The item was received and was informed that the full amount will be refunded on Oct 15, 2015 which I have not receive and yet when I call them, they do not answer the call and no reply to my emails. I am filing a case in consumer court for the misguidance and faulty product.

                  Hi, I have purchased two laptops "ASUS X200LA-KX037H" @ Rs 48, 554.00 from eBay PaisaPay ID [protected] on 16-Oct-15 and today on 20-Oct-15, I have got an email that material has been return to origin and money will be refunded. This is totally fraud case, which eBay is doing. They are taking money and keeping the money for few days and sending email that material will not be able to delivered without any reason.                     This is regarding Claim ID : 1285050 for PaisaPay ID : [protected] I had purchased a camera Fuji FX660EXR from geb portal of ebay. The camera was defective. The defective camera was reverse picked up on 3rd Oct and Fedex delivered the defective camera to seller on 6t Oct using Fedex Tracking No:[protected]Reverse Pickup no KNUA26 on 3/10/2015) Now (20th Oct, after 17 days) I am informed that current status is: "Pending from Logistics for the Reverse Pick up" Earlier my feeling was that JUST ONE SELLER on EBAY cheated me by wrong listing of his item (faulty item was shown as new). But now I am feeling more cheated. A camera which was 30% defective costing around 10, 000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) has been picked up by Ebay, send to seller and there is no sign of my getting my money back. I have lost both the camera and my money. Every time I call customer care number I am promised a call back within 24 to 48 hrs by Ebay claim department for past 10 days, but no call back has taken place. Earlier some persons answering customer care number promised refund on even same day/next day. It is impossible to belive that management in Ebay is so pathetic that one department (Claims department) can not ask another department (logistics department) what the actual status is. What is more likely is that to reduce further claims (and hence their work) they are delaying the process so customers inform others so that other customers move to Amazon/Snapdeal and their work reduces. Or maybe they are just cheats.

                      I already complain in ebay about my defective item having my claim id : 1167170, paisa pay id : [protected], item no. :[protected], seller id : roshniinfotech. they told me on telephonic conversation on dated 2nd september 2015 (6:34 pm) that my claim refund approved but till now they did not refund me. Kindly approved my refund i will be greatful to you. i am also complain on consumer forum before. please resolve my case soon Thanking you

I contacted the seller after 4 days of my purchase and got a response like it will be shipped before 19th Oct'15. But today 19th Oct'15 and still i have not received any instructions from the seller. Nowadays many company's like ebay are using the buyers money in investing most of the things in share and other business to get a higher turn over on this. Booking the products in online and waiting for 10 to 15 days to get the product shipped. What they are doing without product available with them.                           I had purchased an Apple mobile phone via eBay India . Amount of Rs 11599 .00 was paid by me through my Axis Bank account .                               Hello, My name is Rahul Deshmukh and I am Managing Director of a Software Firm. I had bought "Canon DSLR 1200D Camera (Item Id:[protected]" on 19-Jul-2015 worth Rs. 27, 999. Seller failed to deliver item in 30 days so according to eBay refund policy; they had initiate refund on 13th Aug 2015 which was supposed to deposit in my account in 6-8 working days. But due to technical difficulty or eBay server error, Refund hasn't actually initiated. Whenever eBay initiate a refund transaction, it is supposed to create a "Refund Reference Number" & "Auth Id" as proof of transaction. I had received a refund notification email but with Blank/No "Refund Reference Number" & "Auth Id" fields. (Proof: http://screencast.com/t/l9ZDwZ1QFM ) It’s been more than 2 months after refund date 13th-Aug-2015 (& 3 months to purchase date). I tried to contact eBay customer support many times but they are not taking any responsibility. They always keep telling me that it’s a strange thing that "Refund Reference Number" isn't generated so they are trying to forward enquiry to Technical team. And Technical team is supposed to solve this in 48 hrs but then no response from eBay. I do call them to remind in every 15 days but no resolution of issue. They are not even want to initial failed refund process again which could be easiest way to solve it. Now I have started losing patience and want to lodge a complaint against eBay. They take care of customers before you place order and they just ignore customer if we caught into any issue.                                 They are deceiving customer, as i purchased a shoe from ebay with size 7 and it comes small on my feet.So i contacted them for a replacement with a bigger size and also for a refund.Then they clearly rejected my request of replacement and refund.They said its not under ebay policy to return and replace the product once it purchased, completely deceiving the customer with their so called 100% guarantee and replacement.As like other online shopping site such as Amazon, Snapdeal, Jabong and many more site replace the product relating to shoe size, but they don't.Even the entire shop in India will replace the shoes atleast regarding the size if the money wont be refunded.

                                    I am purchasing on Ebay from last 7-8 years and never face any issues like I am facing now. Now when I used to order, the order either not gets shipped at all or shipped but never delivered or if delivered then its badly damaged product. This is happening with me 3rd time in a row and even its customer care and ebay guarantee couldn't able to do much as it seems that they don't care for their truthworthy customers at all. With this treatment I am sure slowly but surely they will loose all their customers and finally site shut down due to bad publicity, low standards and cheap customer care. My recent experience of purchasing geyser is a nightmare. Their courier partner Blue Dart refuse to deliver at all and even if I want to receive myself then they said they send back to seller. It seems that they want to keep it for themselves as winters are approaching and Ebay Customer care acts like nothing serious happen. They are not much keen to refund my money even on repeated request. So this kind of experience must be shared with the public so that everyone must be aware of it. I might loose my 4300 amount but Ebay will loose the loyal customers like me who keeps ordering all the time. If they will not do anything to improve themselves then surely end is coming soon for Ebay.

                                      I placed the order with Paisapay ID [protected]. I have putted the request within next one hour of order placed to update the delivery address pin code for product and still continuously following up with ebay. Response received from ebay is: product has been shipped they can't do anything... I am unable to digest the update received from ebay because, i already informed to ebay for updation request within next one hour of order placed, they how they can ignore the request and shipped the product. They said on call, seller contact number is mentioned on the site you can call to them or email to them. I am unable to digest that all sellers of ebay will be trusted / responsible sellers, because i tried to call on the sellers number since long time and received the answer that "The number you have dialed is switched off" and there is no response received on mail. How they can responsible and trusted seller if they don't have any SLA for sellers and representatives. If SLA is predefined, it means all seller and representatives are ignoring the SLA, Its different lookout. Last time i called on ebay customer care, and they said they can't help in this regards you can received you refund in this case..Why?? Why i suffer with the punishment of ignorance of request. Where is my fault. Request you please help me to get the product only. and punish the culprit.                                       I received the call from ebay department and they are offering me Rs. 1100 gift voucher...and asking for bank details user id ATM card number expiry date...Why? I received the bank user id saying that please do not share the user id with any one. and they are asking me to share the same with them...How can i??

                                      I place of resolving the issue...they are giving me offer and asking for confidential details. As per other gift voucher they can give the code of gift voucher...why they are offering cash amount...????

                                        I orderd samsung charger with ITEM ID[protected] and Paisa payID with [protected] from EBAY. I raised claim claim ID 1322975 but it did not resolve yet, they just considered that item had been received to me and sent mail regarding this, however I already confirmed on phone to them that it was not received to me.Very poor service by them, I mentioned in mail already that i want refund back but no action taken by them.
