I have purchased a iphone6 from ebay on 2nd october throgh my paisa pay id [protected], which was delieverd to me on 7th october ..when i opened the packet the box was not sealed and the headsets were missing ..i immidetly raised a claim on ebay website under claim id 1312497 and also contacted them through a phone call and asked them for a refund, they told me that within 5 days ebay will contact you ...but till date 7 days has been passed...

I have applied for seller protection and i have given all documents which indiapost provided and they have rejected the claim asking from seller some rubbish thing which india post doesnt provide and they are doing wantedly so that claim cant be approved.
