    I have purchased a iphone6 from ebay on 2nd october throgh my paisa pay id [protected], which was delieverd to me on 7th october ..when i opened the packet the box was not sealed and the headsets were missing ..i immidetly raised a claim on ebay website under claim id 1312497 and also contacted them through a phone call and asked them for a refund, they told me that within 5 days ebay will contact you ...but till date 7 days has been passed but nothing is done in this regard..

          My name is ANOOP.R am your customer. purchasing so many items from ebay. i am from Perambra KERALA. i have ordered for an ASUS ZENFONE 5 display. and i want to change the delivered item. am calling your customer service around 100 times . i received the item 15 September 2015. every time am calling you said that 24 hours, 2 days, with in 1 week, ... what i do? not get correct. feed backs. am so sad. there is only 3 days remaining to exchanging time. the days will be going on end. 2 days back am calling you. you said me with in 2 days we will solve your problems. no phone calls or replay i got. PLEASE I WANT KNOW, WHEN YOU RETURNED THE DELIVERED ITEM.             Hi, I have ordered for Samsung TV to gift my cousin on her marriage on 21st of Aug, and received my order on 5th of sep but before gifting it to her, I just crossed checked it. when i opened it and switched on TV i was shocked it see the damaged screen. and felt upset by seeing that as i my regular customer of ebay. we never hope that you will cheat us like this that too such a valuable thing. Hence i will not order any thing for your website and will strongly recommend all friends and family member not to purchase any item from ebay and will share my negative experience with photos though social media. this is not the first time which is happening i ordered for I phone 4S on same ebay website but even that is also a worst conduction I will not leave this so easy i will file a issue in consumer court if you don't give me solution with in next 24hrs find the attached copy of photos which was taken when i on the TV.

              I purchase a New Dell laptop from CGlobal.in via Ebay. When opened the product the DELL Service Tag was showing 1.5 month already used. I really socked as I have purchase the new DELL Laptop and how it is used fro 1.5 Month. When I called to DELL, they said this product is Purchase in USA and registered in some one in USA not with my name. And this product can not be transferred to my name. What a stupidity? I have paid 52, 000 and still I can not be authenticated by DELL. When I contacted to seller, he accepted the truth and said it's SELLER warranty. Then I decided to refund the product but I can not as Ebay is saying it's written as seller warranty. So I can not refund this product. Want to know if any product come with 100% satisfaction or money back gurantee policy, but Ebay is refused to this. My advice is not to trust Ebay and not to buy untill u read all the minor points. Ebay has poor service, they have taken 28 days to response my query. I have all the recordings and not satisfy with Ebay.

              CGlobal.in given the trust to give warrenty for 1 year. Poor SSupport ervice from Ebay, they took 28 days to answer my question and Ebay was failed to return Money back guarantee. Luckly CGlobal.in provided the trust to provide service for 1 year.

                  Sir/madam I ordered Samsung 48H6400 TV with item no.[protected] and PayPaisa id: [protected] from eBay.in that I received on[protected] in damaged condition. Under eBay guarantee I was told to raise a claim against which refund/replacement was supposed to be given. I raised a claim with claim id: 1156754 and reshipped the damaged item back to the seller via ICL courier with tracking no. 15359801 along with all necessary details that were required. The seller has already received the item on[protected]. After calling eBay customer service so many times, they always say that my issue would be resolved in next 48 hours. It's been more than 1 month since the seller has received the item and I wasn't informed properly about my refund/replacement from eBay or the seller. I claim the amount of Rs. 44954 (cost of TV)+ Rs. 6200 (reshipping charge) from eBay. Kindly look upon the matter. Thank you

                    I bought Sony Wireless Speaker on 3rd September 2015 after receiving the product i checked it but it is not compatible with all bluetooth devices as they have mentioned on online, so i requested ebay on the same day to take back and refund my amount, and i spoke to them more than 20 times, every time they say their claim department will call with in 24 to 48 hrs and initiate the refund process, but till today they have not refunded my amount. Few of their service token numbers are mentioned below: 1-[protected] on 19/09/2015 at 11:20am 1-[protected] on 22/09/2015 at 10am 1-[protected] on 24/09/2015 at 5:30pm and 1-[protected] on 1/10/2015 and 1-[protected] on 7/10/2015, I would request you to do the needful.

                        I have ordered samsung galaxy j7 in ebay i have placed order on 03/10/2015 and it was mentioned as estimated delivery on 07/10/2015 but yet shipping not done the seller is a1 gadjet world today i have contacted the seller and the seller gives the reason that his father has passed away and so only he dint ship the product ! not a professional way at all and now the seller sends the message as the product will be delivered by 17/10/2015 very slow processing worst ever ! i am very frustrated abouth the transaction i am now feared about the product too wether the original roduct will be recieved ? please help me out from this problem am really angry on the ebay.in company

                              Dear Sir/Madam, I am very sorry to take your time for a trivial issue but believe me I am writing to you after nothing has been done till now in regard of my issue and as a last resort. The summary of my case is as follows: When I received the product i.e. “Intex cloud V smart phone”and the moment courier person left I felt that the phone battery is not lasting more than two hours even when I switch off all of the applications. Secondly, phone speaker is not working i.e. if someone calls me he/she can hear me but I cannot hear him/her. Thirdly, None of the apps is working on my phone. Fourthly, media files are not supported. Fifthly, it does not read Mico SD card. Sixthly, 1st SIM card slot is not working. I am sorry to say but I also feel like the phone is second hand because I can clearly see the silver paint sprayed at several places. In total I feel like I have been cheated because I didn’t get the product I ordered after viewing and seeing the details at your website. The worst part is the vendor who sent/sold us the phone is not picking up the phone even after calling hundred times. I lodged the complaint with following details at e-bay Guarantee and asked for the refund of my money but when I check the status at website it says I have asked for “REPLACEMENT”. I am in a fix now because no where I got the correct information also neither the vendor nor any customer support executive has called me yet. Another nightmare is when I called ebay customer care at "[protected]" and talked to Mr. Pramod and Mr. Aakash they straight away said that "Go to manufacturer and get it repaired as it is under manufacturer warranty and your case has been closed". I am surprised why and how my case has been closed without any information to me and without any solution of the problem. Then “WHAT is EBAY GUARANTEE”. I have not got even a single call or email from ebay. Ebay is such a big brand name across the globe and this is how they are providing service to their customers?                                 I purchased redmi 1s mobile from ebay.in for rs 5798 on may 11 2015 the seller agreed 6 months warranty on the product After using for 2 months the mobile's battery life reduced and became very worst and its condition became slow And after 3 montgs the data cable and charger is not working I complained regard this many times for ebay.in and redmi but their is no proper response and the seller does not replaied for my requests So please check it out and resolve my problem Thanking you

                                    Hi I purchased a product worth Rs 729 .on eBay website with PayPaisaID :[protected] on 2015 Aug 27. eBay said as seller did not shipped product auto refund has been initated. But whenever I called they are telling technical issues. please bear with us. They gave a service request number 1-[protected] in October 2015. After calling many times quoting this number still no response.

                                      I bought an I phone 5 from eBay in July by cash on delivery service, the day I got my phone I paid them at that moment, it was damaged so I further contacted eBay then they asked me to send it back . I sent the phone by courier and they received it on August 25, 2015 . after that they told me that they will pay my money back via demand draft DD . and now it's been more than a month and they have still not sent my DD . I am worried now . eBay doesn't reply to my mails properly and mostly they don't reply at all . and when I call the helpline they don't tell any details that when I will get my draft, they only tell me that yes it is in process and we will get back to you soon . please help me what can I do . EBay claim Id is 1168877. Thank you .
