Dear Sir/Madam,
I am very sorry to take your time for a trivial issue but believe me I am writing to you after nothing has been done till now in regard of my issue and as a last resort. The summary of my case is as follows:
When I received the product i.e. “Intex cloud V smart phone”and the moment courier person left I felt that the phone battery is not lasting more than two hours even when I switch off all of the applications. Secondly, phone speaker is not working i.e. if someone calls me he/she can hear me but I cannot hear him/her. Thirdly, None of the apps is working on my phone. Fourthly, media files are not supported. Fifthly, it does not read Mico SD card. Sixthly, 1st SIM card slot is not working. I am sorry to say but I also feel like the phone is second hand because I can clearly see the silver paint sprayed at several places. In total I feel like I have been cheated because I didn’t get the product I ordered after viewing and seeing the details at your website. The worst part is the vendor who sent/sold us the phone is not picking up the phone even after calling hundred times. I lodged the complaint with following details at e-bay Guarantee and asked for the refund of my money but when I check the status at website it says I have asked for “REPLACEMENT”. I am in a fix now because no where I got the correct information also neither the vendor nor any customer support executive has called me yet.
Another nightmare is when I called ebay customer care at "[protected]" and talked to Mr. Pramod and Mr. Aakash they straight away said that "Go to manufacturer and get it repaired as it is under manufacturer warranty and your case has been closed". I am surprised why and how my case has been closed without any information to me and without any solution of the problem. Then “WHAT is EBAY GUARANTEE”. I have not got even a single call or email from ebay. Ebay is such a big brand name across the globe and this is how they are providing service to their customers? Are not these people tarnishing the image of ebay and Intex? Please help!

eBay.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have ordered for Samsung TV to gift my cousin on her marriage on 21st of Aug, and received my order on 5th of sep but before gifting it to her, I just crossed checked it. when i opened it and switched on TV i was shocked it see the damaged screen. and felt upset by seeing that as i my regular customer of ebay. we never hope that you will cheat us like this that too such a valuable thing.
Hence i will not order any thing for your website and will strongly recommend all friends and family member not to purchase any item from ebay and will share my negative experience with photos though social media.
this is not the first time which is happening i ordered for I phone 4S on same ebay website but even that is also a worst conduction
I will not leave this so easy i will file a issue in consumer court if you don't give me solution with in next 24hrs
