Hi, I placed an order on eBay.in from REFURBISHED sale which displaying on the home page for "iPhone 4s 16 GB (UNLOCKED)" and i received a totally fake product and ptoduct is used not new..Product which is received is a cheap duplicate product and I have paid around 13K INR for my order. Now I need to return this and want my money back.To do this i have raised an eBay Guarantee claim 20 days back and till now they have not resolved my issue. Every time when I call to know the status, Customer Care says, We will get back but in actual nobody is trying to resolve. I even escalated this to Grievance Team and also got a call on 9/26 but no one rply me, i provided all the pics the same day but still no response and progress and when asked, They are saying still in progress. The maximum time to resolve the claim is 20 days which has passed but still not progress. I want to tell you that service at eBay.in is worst I have ever experienced and seller they have are frauds and delivering duplicate cheap products. I have totally lost the trust in eBay. I am just looking forward to get my money back but till now no progress. Its been more than an month I did the transaction.     Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased a Blackberry Z10 Verizon phone from ebay on 3rd September 2015 after paying the complete amount of Rs 9889.00 through my ICICI credit card the same day . After a lot of follow up, the phone got delivered on 19th sep late evening . I was so tired by then for waiting, that I wrote to them on 19th afternoon that i do not want this product anymore . However, since i got the product in the evening, i felt relaxed . After opening the product ( which had a huge white line at the right bottom side ), It asked for software update . After completing the update, the set up started . The phone got stuck at the final step of set up and since then, for last 20 days, it is as the same point . I informed about this to ebay team and they took 10 days to first address it that too when i called them almost everday . Since then neither they called me nor they have taken any pain to resolve my problem . Whenever I call them, the executive says that i will recieve a call in next 24-48 hours and that never happens. Whenever I write to them, they reply back with one line saying that it will be settled soon. It is such a third class company that most of their executives can not even speak properly in hindi or english . I have gone thru lots of pain and agony in last 20 days due to this and they should pay me minimum 1 lac rupees now as a compensation . It is such a vague company with no ethics and values and that is the reason they dont stand even one percent in front of companies like flipkart and snapdeal who are so professional and easy to shop with . Please file my case against ebay india asap and do the needful .

        I had ordered a TV (~45000 Rs) but i never received the item as the seller was not able to fulfil it. Seller has acknowledged it and asked ebay to process my refund some 1 month back. But ebay.in has still not process my refund. I called their customer support like 10 times but they always say it will be resolved in next 48hrs but nothing happens. I am tired of it.           As i order Pan Drive from eBay.in and my order has been confirmed as well as amount is also deduct from my account and i reeived the paisa pay ID order details . after two days once i not received the my order i call to helpline number so they are saying that your order due to technical issue not been updated. So u can not be able to avail this offer any how. i want my offer its not my fault so why should i bear, you have the arrange.

            Sir, Yeh Saman 1 din me kharap huwa, us k bare me complain kiya but Waha ka jo Seller he (bigzero2015) maan ne ko tayar nahi he ki uska saman kharap ho sakta he, customer care me complain v kiya tha, but me v seller ne complain cancel karwa diya, next try kar ne liye bol k, us k bad try kiya par same result dekhaya, product kharap huwa, us k bad v seller ko call kiya, seller maan ta hi nahi ki product kharap huwa, bad me testing miter se test kiya, us me result nikla kharap he, us k bad product ko return kiya, par ab seller bahana mar raha he, k refund nahi karega, agar replace v dega tab v 900/- pay karna parega us k bad hi product milega, or seller ka response tik nahi he, koi call nahi aaya seller k taraf se, agar Ebay pe complain karta he to Ebay bala bolta he k Seller se bad karo, par seller ka to koi response hi nahi, yehse Online Shopping Baleko to Band karna chahiye Sir India me. or Sir me abi v Seller ko Phone try kar raha hoo, par mera no hi Block kar k rakha he jo ab phone nahi ghus raha.               I have purchased a Lenovo a6000 Plus mobile phone through eBay on 21/05/2015, seller has delivered the mobile phone but no vat bill has not been sent. I have contacted to the seller (fast_shipping_dealer) and also eBay but till now they have not been sent any bill. eBay has said that they are not responsible about that.                 I bought an item through ebay on 10th August. When the item was not delivered to me by 18th August, I contacted the bluedart through which they had shipped the item with tracking number [protected]. Bluedart confirmed that my item is lost. I contacted the ebay and the seller regarding the same and put for a refund. Ebay updated that the item has been recieved by me and cancelled my refund. I had tried contacting then atleast 20 times and everytime they promised a call back within 48 hrs which never happened. I also contacted them via email twice but to no vain. Hence now i am forced to file a complaint against them. I am attaching the copy of the shipment details with this complain.

                      I placed an order for Sports Hubb Protoner 30 KG 20 in 1 PROTONER MULTI BENCH AND 4 RODS[protected] in ebay on on 26-Jul-2015. I paid Rs. 6, 698.32 through my debit card. Item was not delivered.Supposed to be delivered on 12-Aug-15. Contacted ebay and sports hubb on Aug 14, 2015. Later raised a claim[protected] in ebay and asked for item. Clearly mentioned in all my mails and calls that I need the item and dont want the refund, as the seller doubled the price of the item Rs. 11, 163.87. Inspite of that, they refunded the amount on Sep 1, 2015. They cheated me. Help me to get the item at the same cost.

                        I ha purchased a lada eco money counting machine online on ebay.in but the machine was faulty when received i was told to courrier it back to seller address and i did so and sent them the scan copy of corriered slip.and also provided them with them with the receiving document of seller.they assured me about the refunnding of the amount 5550 they provided me with the refund appro id 1-[protected] .and told me that i will receive the dd with in 20 days but it dint happend i had returned the produt to the seller on 15/07/2015 and today is 7/10/2015 they now disconect the call after talking some time. they know dont address the problem. my name is bipin jaiswal

                          HI, I have ordered "HUAWEI 3G CDMA EVDO USB MODEM from ebay.in (PaisaPay ID-[protected] ) on 22th September 2015. I have not received the item before the stipulated date 1 October 2015. I have raised a request for refund on 2 October, 2015. The following is the message I received "You have requested for a refund on 02-Oct-15 since you did not receive the item by the deadline of on 02-Oct-15. Your refund will be processed within 5 days from the date of initiation." On 5 October 2015, there was an update saying "Your refund request has been put on hold by PaisaPay on 05-Oct-15 as the seller has appealed against this refund. PaisaPay is currently verifying the proof provided by the seller. Please contact eBay Customer Support for further clarifications, if required." When i call customer care every time they says eBay India Team will call you within 48 Hours with resolution. i did not received proper resolution yet. I am your regular customer i am not wrong then why you are Harassing me. i had already sent you many mail but you are not taking it seriously, i am not in mood to do more mails, reply me in a days. I have not received the item on or before 06th October, 2015 I am entitled for a refund.I want my money back back along with compensation for that I had to make and time wasted on this issue...

                            Hi, I bought Dell Laptop from Ebay.in Paisa Pay ID is [protected] and item id is[protected]. This laptop has lots of issue and it is not same as described in the site. I raise complaint immediately after receiving the laptop, So may SR has been raised please find the list of SR raised through EBay. 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] They people are just raising the SR but they doesn't initiated refund process after 35 days. I used to call the customer support every day, they just want the problem in details and say within 24 hours our team will contact you. every time i am listening the same response. I sent mail to [protected]@ebay.com also, they also created one more SR# thats it no resolution, I am loosing my patience with this faulty laptop. My work has stuck because of this faulty product. no one is listening from EBay team. Please guide me how do I get my money back. the issues are as follows: I received this item (item id :[protected] but I am very much disappointed as this is not as expected. Having many issues in it: 1. keyboard is not working properly 2. its getting hang frequently 3. no battery backup as need to charge it in every 30 minutes 4. screen display is very dull as having feel that its assembled. 5. Item is more than 4 years old and it is modified with the original hardware setting. 6. Operating System CD is pirated, Key has already used. All these details are not mentioned in product description, So I'd request you to please initiate the refund and let me know how can I return it. Please do the needful to me. Thanks, Saurav

                              Hi I bought a saree from ebay, the item which is delivered is not matching the description said on the website. In website it is mentioned that this is Silk saree, but this is cheap quality synthetic saree. i contacted the ebay refund department but they denied my claim. Also they shipped an used product.

                                The samsung mobile booked on 12/9/2015 was supppsed to be delivered on 21/9/15 but the material has not been delivered . for this product of worth Rs. 11399 has NO COD. the material has been ordered through Credit card. Due to he delay in shipment the product has been cancelled BUT THE AMT HAS NOT BE CREDITED EVEN AFTER 15 DAYS!! PLEASE ASSIST

                                  Hi Team, I purchased the Iphone 6 64 gb from ebay item number[protected]. For the same i have not received the product till date. I have also raised the claim to refund my payment claim id - 1174239 and as per ebay policy it should get resolved within 20 days. But since it has almost like 50 days but ebay is neither responding nor reslving my claim. I called them almost 20 times and evertime i get the reply that i will get a call from the claim adjuster in 42-72 hours but never get the call. I am in deep trouble and dont know what to do. Its a huge amount of 49500 which i am not getting it back from these people. Please help me. My contact details: [protected]

                                    I orderd a mobile zen 303 elite on ebay site and they delever the product they promise me the internal memory 2gb at advertisement of ebvay site and when i received the product and see the internal memory is only 370mb then i complaint at the company site for this cheating and they register my complaint under the number claim id no.1257033 after some day they said to me that you sand us the screen shot of that page where memory show and then i sand the screen shot to the company after some days ebay co. said me that your claim is rejected please settle my complaint . thankyou

                                      I have sold galaxy grand on ebay to a banglore seller. After receiving the item the buyer raise a claim he will not receive any courier and raise a claim : 1208170 . I have provided a pod copy to ebay.Then buyer saying that he received the item but the box is empty. Then claim adjuster call me on 22 sept 2015 jaiveer sayed. They want 3 documents from me and give me 72 hrs time. on 23rd sept i have send above said documents at [protected]@ebay.com. after i have called to customer care many but i have not received any resolution. On 30th sept 2015 claim adjuster call me and said they will receive any documents i told him i have send docs on 23rd sept 2015 by email. so he was checking the email when he got the email he will disconnect without saying and give a more 48 hrs time to buyer and said on ebay guarantee if buyer failed to provide any docs so he will close the claim after 48 hrs. From that day 120 hrs time left but i have not receive any call from claim adjuster and nor received any resolution. I am regularly calling to customer service but they are saying they are esclating the email to claim adjuster he will u within 24 to 48 hrs. but no call is come. the ebay and buyer are frauding with me i will provide all document for item delivery but they are nt closing the claim in my favor. they are only supporting buyer not seller. buyer told me that his relative or friend is working with ebay so he will get his money. my mobile and money both are in risk .I request you to provide me a resolution for that as soon as possible. with regards, SELLER RAHULSINGH NAGI CLAIM ID:1208170 [protected]
