        I've ordered a product from eBay India on 21st August & paid INR2, 278.00 through online banking towards the purchase. I've not received the product on time even after frequent calls to the Customer Care Unit. I made up my mind & requested for the "Refund" on 15th Sept. I was advised by one of the Customer Care Executive that I will get a call from the Claim Dept in 48hrs to confirm the refund. Though after many calls to them, I've not got a proper response till 22nd Sept & finally the product got delivered on the same day. But I'm not willing to keep the product as I've asked for the refund on 15th Sept & simultaneously I've a booked a similar product on the same day which got delivered on 18th Sept. So far I've received just a single call from them on 27th Sept & advised me to wait for another 48hrs time to consider my Refund request after waiting for more than a month (from 21st August).

          I ordered a HP 32gb class 10 95mb/s micro sd card but it was not delivered instead they sent to me a HP 32gb class 10 40mb/s which is much cheaper in the market from the amount i have paid, when i request the ebay team for replacement they promised me that they will replace the product within 4-5 working days on 15th SEP 2015, and still there is no response from the ebay team, and today 28th Sep 2015 when i contacted them regarding the same they said they havent got any claim id and will take more 20 days or so for the replacement, and the floor supervisor whose name was Abhishek Rana, talked rudely and was not helpful at all and was again and again asking me to wait for 5 days for the claim call and then wait for another 20 days for the problem to get resolved, and when i asked Mr Rana to provide me his managers name or let me speak to him he just said they are in the meeting. Already i waited for 18 days now and these people they want me to wait another 25 days, So I want to raise a complaint against this stupid company with its mannerless staff and pathetic policies.

              I made the mistake of purchasing a watch from watchomania at ebay.in on on 4 Sep, the product was working but strap was oxidized and the cushion broken. Highlighted to seller who asked me to raise a complaint. Since then i have been trying to get through to ebay daily. They have called me thrice. twice i hv confirmed and once i missed the call Their emails are not coming to my gmail ac, i checked spam too. They sit in ebay account where i cannot reply to them. Have chatted to their agents and have those scripts saved but no pick up has been arranged This is the 3rd duplicate product i have received through ebay and everytime their service is same Today i am told is to check the ebay ac and ship the product immediately or my guarantee is off. I am finding all of this ridiculous and need my money back. There is no way i can step out today as its Ananth Chaturthi and i stay at Versova This could have been conveyed on 8Sep when i filed the claim I have sent an email daily to these guys as reminder Sheer harassment by EBAY on every turn!

                I purchased a San Disk 32 GB Ultra Micro SD SDHC Micro SD Memory Card 48MB/s in 828 INR through my credit card but as of now i did not get my product delivered. ebay said we delivered it, logistic company (Aramex) says we deliver that back to ebay. Ebay cancel my product and take my money. when i tried to contact these guys the are not responding. i send mail more then 10 times but nothing happens, i call them so many times no one is helping me. The seller shipped through trackon (a fraud courier company) with tracking id: [protected]. The package came to Bangalore and went back to delhi as the cheater courier company said cant deliver to this address. I raised a refund request which is not rejected and the status says refund rejected with proof rejected. No communication is sent for this. I need my money back ASAP. They informed me to send the soft copy of the watch and i sent it then, they are telling we didn't get the soft copy but i have a auto generated copy which i have sent but it was not my fault it is there fault and i am looking for refund my money.

                      I have ordered Motorola Atrix MB861 on ebay.in on Sep. 20, 2015 and received the phone on Sep. 23, 2015. As the Phone had some issues as well as the remote not working I raised a complaint for cancelling/ replacing the phone as per the terms and conditions on this product once the same evening and the other complaint the next day i.e., on Sep, 24, 2014. Also, I have sent 2-3 emails to the seller copying ebay India regarding these issues. I even called the seller's number so many times the next day but there was no reply till late in the afternoon from the seller as I had stated that the contact details of the seller seemed to be fake and would report it to the cyber crime branch. The seller said that he is not responsible but ebay would be responsible for either cancelling/ replacing the phone and I called ebay.in over phone on 24-Sep and was told after explaining everything to the representative that as there was some technical issue he is unable to take my complaint and that I could either call them back again after 1 day to raise the complaint and also told me that as I had raised an online complaint within 24 hours I would receive a confirmation mail with an id to track the complaint. It is so unfortunate that I have not received any such id so far even after 48 hours or so and my complaint is not registered as well. I feel that I am being cheated by ebay and the seller for this kind of product that they have sent me and I would definitely go for a compensation as I am not only feeling cheated but feel that ebay and the seller e-forindia is harassing me by sending me a defective product which is work Rs. 4213. It is a mental agony that these people are causing me and I wish that this case can be taken up and refund/ compensate for the mental agony and torture ebay and the seller have given me.                         I bought a watch from Ebay which was not working. I raised a claim[protected] against this. Nobody responding to my claim. When I am contacting seller, he is saying don't call us, call ebay. When calling ebay they are saying our claim team will contact you. Everyday I am calling Ebay and getting same answer our claim will contact you. Its been 15 days since I raised my claim. Ebay does not know whats going on with seller and buyer. I have already returned back the product to seller. Ebay is so big company please make your service that big. Always think about your customer then only they will come back to Ebay again. Could you please update here your progress on this claim since last 15 days. Before I was requestting for a watch replacement. Now I need my money back and this was my last deal with Ebay. I will never buy anything from ebay. after service is so poor.

                          I bought a TV in 10th June through Ebay and the received product was not working and as per Ebay Guantee procedure i contacted and as per their advise i returned the product. Thu supplier took nearly 20 days to reverse pickup the TV back. After multiple followup with the supplier and Ebay guarantee I was getting different updates and no clear clue what i am going to get back. The customer was trying to cheat me in terms of delaying to return back the TV by saying lots of stories that due to heavy rain he cannot send the material, After that he was saying the material was shipped but the material was misplaced by Courier(Blue Dart) and finally he said he cannot reship due to TV cost is higher now than i purchased, so finally i asked them for return back my money. He was cheating me on different different options that he asked me my Citi back account, I gave him he was saying that he credited the amount. After multiple followup i dont see the amount got created then i contacted the supplier he said the amoutn was return back. Then i Gave my ICICI account and he said the amount was transferred and again after 1 week the aomount was not credited. So again i contacted supplier he said he is going to deposit the cheque, and gave me the cheque no. So was waited one week again nothing happend, finally i asked him that my friend is in Delhi so i will ask him to contact you personally so that he can return money, Then only he credidted the Cash back to my account after deducting 6.5% as ebay commission.

                          The question here is

                          a. Why should i waste 6.5% money
                          b. What way Ebay is concerned about my purchase
                          c. What is the support procedure ebay follows. After multiple followups with Ebay i coundnt get any response, but they promised they will contact after 48 hours but i was not getting any updates.
                          d. for a simple resending material it took 105 days and i didnt get the material and the money i got only after deducting 6.5%
                          e. I wasted lot of time in contacting Ebay support and the Supplier.


                          Can you please help to register a compliant on behalf and i am ready to give any such document / emails and SMS proofs and My mobile bill proof for contacting Ebay / Supplier.

Got reply that please reship item to sellers address and eBay will send u the shipping address through email and also bear the cost of shipping and will send the link to upload the receipt of shipping. BUT NO EMAIL HAS BEEN RECEIVED EVEN AFTER 48 HRS. Again 24th sep 10:54am - asked for the email that I haven't received. Got the reply that they have no right to send email. Please tell me how will I get refund? Why should I ship the item? Why not the pick up service should be provided by eBay? Logged request on 7th September.                                 Dear Sir/Madam, On dtd 16/09/2015, I have ordered (Ordered No-[protected]) one micromax canavas xpress 2 mobile from Ebay.in through online.On dtd 21/09/2015 i have received the mobile at 6.00 P.M and paid Rs 6, 999/- to Ebay Service Executive.When i checked the mobile it was not working.At the same time i have informed it to shipper (ANIl R LAHORI) address mentioned in Ordered statement.The shipper told me that there is a minor problem in every mobile when it was purchased through online, don't worry just show the mobile in Micromax customercare service centre.So 22/09/2015 morning i have gone to micromax customercare service centre and show the mobile.The micromax customercare executive told that the display and Power button was damaged.On dtd 22/09/2015 i registered a complaint that i don't want this mobile and request for refund the amount.The Ebay customercare executive told that they have registered my complaint and refund my money within 5days.On dtd 24/09/2015 i have received a call at 6.38 P.M from Ebay office that they have rejected my complaint and not refund my amount because the mobile is with 1 year manufacture warranty Therefore i request you, kindly consider my application and take necessary steps for refund my amount Regards Umakanta Bag [protected]

                                  I have ordered Netgear Universal WiFi Range Extender WN3000RP through Ebay on 13.09.15 and delivered on 19.09.15. I have ordered qty - 2 but received only 1 qty. I have take the photo shot of received product along with the packing BOX. the packing box was hold only one item & more than one it is not go inside the packing box. Also i took the photo shot product box size and Qty label... they are not refunded or provide the product till now... Invoice & Box label mentioned as 2 qty but packing box can allow only 1 qty... so clearly cheating by this ebay ... worst ...cheating...

I have purchase a product for ebay 1 phone 4s, 2 moths before and product was damage. I am very frustrated. I am poor person and my money is blocked from last 2 moths. I have Order a cell phone model I phone 4s through ebay ORDER NO.(PaisaPay ID [protected]) on 13th august 2015 and paid the amount through Credit Card. I received my product after a long time on 26th August 2015 in evening. I saw the product on 27th morning. The product was breaked and damaged and in very bad condition and its body was already added by gum or feviquick. I have reaised a complaint in same time on 27-august-2015 and received claim ID -ID 1207643 . form 27 august 2015 to till date I am doing daily follow with ebay on his customer care no. but I did not received my money yet. each & every day ebay customer care person is saying me for 48 hours but that 48 hours did not come yet. I am very frustrated. I am poor person and my money is blocked from last 2 moths with ebaby, I have done 50 phone call to ebay in between. I want your kind attention in my case. its also very strange these kind of foreign company doing this this with customer. so indian government should make any Hard action in this regard on companies like ebay. ebay is taking the money of New product and sending the second hand product to customer, I want your kind attention in my case

                                        I have purchased a mobile from ebay.in on 2 ept-15 and the item was delivered to me on 18th sept-15 which is totally duplicate from the purchase I have ordered a Apple iPhone 5 - 16GB Black (Unlocked) as descripted in order but the item which I received do not have logo of apple or name of company ebay is doing Froude with Indian people and after doing such thing they are not even responding properly more then 5 times I have talked to costumer care every executive is giving false detail and today on 11:20 PM & 12:06PM the have disconnected call without giving proper response. Also I have mailed the incident on 17th sept-15 but nothing has done so far.
