I've purchased Sony Xperia M4 Aqua from E Bay on July 10th 2015 by paying Rs. 20, 594/-. After using few days I realized that that the phone has some flaws (Camera problems, SD card slot broken, Wi Fi connectivity, hotspot errors). I have contacted E Bay ( after the 10 days of my delivered date)saying the same and asked for refund of my money. They transferred it to E bay guarantee claim and said either you can get refund/replacement which was followed by a call from the representative within 4-5 days. I did not receive a call for one week, I've sent many mails in that and never got a reply. After a week they sent an e mail recklessly stating that your equest for replacement/refund was rejected and you have to go for a service center for the repair.

They informed that replacements and refunds are allowed for one month from E-bay guarantee claim. How can I go to service center for the newly purchased mobile? They have to taken care of everything for the faltu product delivery. This product also looks like some cheap product and not from Sony. This was totally unfair and I need justice for the large amount of money I have paid.

      I had order One More product from eBay.in and made transaction through Payumoney wallet and the money is deducted from the Payumoney Wallet account but ebay is showing no confirmation and that product is still in the cart and PaisaPay is showing no transaction. i m worried about my money .I had already contacted many time to eBay support centrer but no one taking responsibility on this also no reply my email. Kindly see the snapshot of debited amount. and please do need full as soon as possible . If you are not able to book my order then credit back my money in 48 hour then i will file a case in consumer court for my right. i will never buy any products on you website and stop other to. I hope that I do not have to take these steps and look forward to an amicable resolution of this issue.       Same here, i used payumoney gateway on 21st on ebay, yet nobody knows whats the status. Will it be refunded or will order will be booked? Its close to 72 hrs now and no positive response from ebay or payumoney until now.

        I placed an order for Red gear wireless controller Item ID[protected] on 10th AUG 2015 and the item was defective so I raised on claim on the same day I received the product on 15th Aug 2015. Ebay made me go through a lot of hoops and finally agreed to have my item returned to the seller and book my shipment for return on booking ID[protected] through FEDEX on 31st AUG 2015 (it took me 15 days to convince ebay for return) but to my amazement no body came to pickup the item so I called FEDEX and they told me that Ebay did not complete the process and they though sent me an AWB number they have not informed FEDEX about the same. So I called ebay to have the pickup arranged properly on 1st SEP 2015 and they said my claim adjuster will call me in next 48hrs to resolve the problem. guess what, nobody called, .
        I called again on for help and again given a timeline of 48hrs again no one called.
        I called again after waiting for the second time and I was told that my issue has been escalated and we will take care of it in next 48hrs and my claim adjuster will get in touch with me. Again no one called.
        Now when I ask to talk to a supervisor during above calls, no one bothered to talk to me and I was always told that supervisor is busy on another call and can't come to the phone.
        I escalated the case through ebay online matrix and finally got a call and he again promised me a call in next 24hrs, still no one called.
        I escalated to the next level, and no one responded, I Escalated to the country manager level and no one responded and its almost 40 days without resolution now.
        I don't know what ebay is upto but this is a complete service and ebay should not be allowed to do business with such practices.
        The attitude of agents towards customer is pathetic and service is non-existent.
        Kindly help me get my money back

            I bought domo tablet from ebay and it was faulty. I complained to ebay and they told me they would contact me in 7 working days, it was under ebay guarantee. After ten days of complain they call me and say they cant replace my tablet nor they can refund because they are just a medium to sell goods. Why is there ebay guarantee then ??
            I m pissed of and i want an action against ebay.

              This is with response to my claim ID 1268287. I have been an ardent user of eBay and have purchased many products all these years. So far I have had a delightful experience, which made me recommend this site to many of my friends and relatives as well. However, I am utterly shocked and dismayed with my recent purchase experience of an iPhone 6 from your website. I have shelled out around Rs. 40000 on buying the phone. But when I unpacked it, I was shocked to find a used phone, with numbers, images and plenty of messages already stored in it. Furthermore, the accessories were also fake. The product purchase ID is Item ID:[protected] from seller "lowpriceshoppee". I am afraid if this is the kind of service I receive from eBay, and that too on a product like iPhone, then I would be forced to take legal action and move the consumer court.                 I have placed an order of Samsung Galaxy J5 on 20th August 15. It was supposed to be delivered by 31st August 15. I never received the product. On 31st August I raised a refund request and it is still not dealt with. Claim Id : 1223514. When I call them to check on the status the customer care is very rude and ask to wait 24-48 hours every time I call them. I request Deccan chronicle to help me in this matter.

                  Paisa pay id:[protected]. item ordered is nikon D7100 DSLR camera price is:68173/- I ordered item on 8th august.The item not deliverd and i raised refund on 29th august. so far i didn't recieve refund.During the ordering time the delivery date shown by the company was 13th august and that itself was cheating. i placed oreder because of delivery date. but immediateley after placing the order they mailed that its need an approval and the order was placed on 10th august. After that so many times contacted the seller for shipping the item. the seller given a way bill no and changed the status to shipped the item. but after two days its came to know from courier agent the item is not despatched really by the seller.After countinous follow up the item despatched and the item is strucked at selam deot of the ourier service. they failed to deliver the item and send back the item to seller depot(way bill no:[protected]). On 29th I raised refund(claim id:1217268). I didn't receive the refund so far.The service is very bad they are not ownering the delivery date shown at the time of ordering.they cheating the people by showing with wrong information and they are not satisfying their claim protection.

                    Incident happened 26-Aug-15 against a failed Order PaisaPay ID [protected] (due to ebay server error).Since then no one has even tried to solve my problem.I had requested to do so through SR# 1-[protected], SR# 1-[protected], SR# 1-[protected], SR# 1-[protected].But none has solved the issue.I've asked to refund my 700/-coupon since 26 Aug 15 More than a month yet no results.

                      I ordered few products from ebay during a promotional offer on 15th august . The products i ordered included one Nike Branded slipper, one Kamasutra Deo combo pack and few other things. The slipper which was mentioned to be imported Nike branded slipper on the ebay site has proved to be a fake slipper. The normal slipper would be a better one then what i ordered as the slipper started fading its colour in a day. The deo delivered seems as if it was one of the refilled one. The fragnance not even lasted for an hour and the same deo i bought from the market was far better then what i bought from ebay. My overall experience with ebay was really bad. What i believe now that ebay deivers fake products . The products are not the same what it is mentioned on the website. I would never again shop anything on ebay. This is what ebay does. This is how it is making money by delivering fake products. I will further complaint about the same issue to some other forums and to the human rights associations as well. EBAY IS FAKE.

                        I had orderd a TV stand on 9th august and paid for it online (PaisaPay ID [protected]). The order was supposed to have been delivered on 13th August. I did not receive it and then they said 27th August and then 1st september, so I asked ebay.in for a refund and then I get an email from the seller that the address was wrong. How can the address be wrong when Amazon.in have delivered numerous orders for me at the same address. I have sent in many emails and requests to ebay.in, but have not got a single reply as yet. To date I have not received my money back ...which is absolutely pathetic service from ebay.in

                            Respected Sir, I am struggling to process my refund via E Bay.My Claim ID : 1268288, Claim ID 1255577, I got a call from ebay claim department they told me your claim is approved you will received confirmation email from ebay soon, I did not recived any confirmation email from ebay Please Process My Refund as soon as possible, Whenever I give call to customer care, either I am kept on hold for so long, so i disconnect call or they are disconnecting themselves. Never expected such service from eBay. Other eCommerce sites are much much better.                               Bought a mi selfie stick on 09 Sep 2015 item id :[protected] Claim ID : 1265459 PaisaPay ID : [protected] buyer id : pvak3875 Seller ID : crazy.deals.shop i guess the product which i recieved is not the same what i expected or shown on ebay here are some differences the orginal box has a plastic in it in which the stick is sealed and the MI is graved on the box which i had recvd was not in a plastic seal it was just in the box with a MI sticker on it the original product has a plastic tightening clamp or key which i recvd is half plastic n the other end is some steel screw the original item box has instruction manual over it which i received does not have any instructions the original stick shown has a different camera button fully white which i recieved has a chrome or silver colour ring on the button even the images clicks by itself while expanding the stick sometimes even when the bluetooth is off when i expand or extend the stick the bluetooth starts by itself the images are attached the three are which i have recvd and the other three are which are shown on the website please chk the difference so overall i think that its not the original selfie stick which the seller has claimed and i need a refund of the same. i am ready to despatch it to the seller again.                                 I bought a Mobile Phone ZTE CG131 from online store ebay on 1st Sept 2015 but ebay delivered me a defective (non working) mobile phone, I contacted to ebay over phone and shared about the defective mobile delivery next day also I demand refund too as well as I updated to ebay by email too. I contacted to seller M/S Think o[censored]s many time on advised by ebay but seller refused to replace Mobile than I updated to grievance cell of ebay by email than ebay reverted me and suggested that I have to visit any of service center of ZTE mobile in my city Delhi than I visited 2 different service center personally on suggested address by ebay and found there are no service center for brand ZTE mobile than I checked again other center and know that all the service center which ebay provided a list all service center has been deactivated for brand ZTE mobile than I updated to grievance cell ebay too, However, I tried to many time on given no telephone nos of grievance officer but phone was ringing only, not reply, during these 17th days has been passed but solution is zero from ebay, Mohd Aslam Saifi [protected]

                                  I purchase the product from eBay on 4 th September and it should be deliver on 8 or Th September. But after waiting a long I fill the feedback form in which i write that you failed to deliver it on time and i don't want my product now.
                                  After that I get call from seller that sir i got your mail that you disappointed and fill the negative feedback form which is given by eBay. He said sir i am apologise for delay and please remove the feedback and with my apologise i am sending the product at free of cost.
                                  Then after two day i get the delivery boy at my house but in that delivery boy ask me for payment and i said it should be free of cost as per the seller . Then i call 2 to 3 times to seller but he didn't pick my phone, in same time delivery boy called him then he pick then seller said deliver it on free of cost but as per Aramex(logistic company) policy seller have to mail to Aramex to deliver it free of cost .Seller said OK i am mailing and delivery boy waited for 30 min s he can deliver it to me after confirmation mail
                                  But he didn't pick any mail, then i call lots of time to seller but he didn't pick my call

                                  Then i mail him that i am fully disappointed by you and want to complain agaibst you in ebay then he said i don't care, you can do what you want(the reason he said so because you can only remove the feedback only one time which he used trick on me and remove the negative feedback by me, this i get to know after ).

                                  Then i call on ebay and tell all things but he said sir this is between you and seller and we cant d anything in this.

                                  i have records of converstions nad want to complain against the ebay and seller (Dhanraj Verma)

                                    This is regarding paisa pay ID: [protected] .I bought this item from ebay under ebay gurantee, First I got the delivery late but finally I received this item which was xelectron uc 30 mini projector . When I turned on this projector it was showing blue screen and it worked properly for the next 2 to 5 minutes and suddenly started showing white screen .What kind of new product will give you such issue within 5 minutes of working, so I contacted the seller and told him about this issue he told me Not to worry and he will sort out the issue so I didn’t commented anything about the product neither I gave any feedback as they have already mentioned in their product page that it affects their sales, but I was unsatisfied with the product so I registered claim on ebay under ebay gurantee for my refund claim id 1220395, every time when I had word with the customer executive of ebay they clearly told me not to worry, you will 100% receive your money back as you have register under ebay gurantee . On next day when I registered my claim I received a call from xelectron service center and they told me that they will arrange pickup for replacement ? I clearly told him that I have applied for refund not for replacement then he told me that, he has been told for replacement and he will send me the format which I have to attach with the product and after we will sort out the matter I thought they are trying to support me and thought once the product has been received by them they will refund my money but I was wrong after almost 15 days I received the same product again and the big thing was the product was having the same issue showing showing only white light nor keypad working nor remote and another surprise was waiting for me I received call from ebay stating that they are closing my claim because they cant do anything I have to deal with the seller and ask him for refund because I have been given one year warranty for that worst non- working product and when I called the xelectron person he told me that it is impossible that the product still exist it has been rectified . Ebay has clearly cheated me by giving fake assurances and fake promises and when ebay people have to sort out the issue they raised up their hands stating they can’t do anything and showing me their policies. When I raised the claimed that time also policy exist but why they gave me 100% assurances of refund and why that useless product has been resended to me again . This is clear that they don’t want to refund my money and are trying to fool me . They closed the claim without having discussion with me the person called me and informed me that your claim has been rejected and we are closing your claim we can’t do anything contact your seller. Kindly help me to sort out this issue .

                                        Gdrmrg I ordered the order of value rs 1953 including 4 items on 15 sept 2015 but after the transaction of money also no order was created.
