I have ordered GLOBALITE SANDALS size 8 with ebay.in on 31st August and the package delivered on 3rd spetember. I found the size 8 is not fitting and I have raised a claim for replacment on the same day. A ebay guarantee claim was raised and they advsd that this will be sorted out within 5 days. After repeated reminders - on 10th september there is a call from ebay stating that they are rejecting the claim as this is not acceptable. Now the sandal I bought is a waste. My regular foot size is 8 and the size 8 supplied is much smaller (pls see photo attached). Ebay has washed their hands and saying to go ahead and talk direct to the supplier - global reatils. The supplier is not responding at all - Ebay is not bothered about this.

Further to the above complaint - I'm sending further proof for the wrong size sandals received. I have been already using size 8 GLOBALITE SANDALS. Pls refer to the enclosed digitals showing the comparison between my earlier size 8 sandal and the new size 8 sandal supplied by EBAY. I have already sent these digitals to EBAY guarantee claim but till today no response from them

      Icrpc members,
      I shop for all my requirements online ever since i got paralysed and came on bed, this handicapped made me more and more close to internet to socialise and shop as well. .

      I recently purchased a intex manufactured mobile phone but to my disappointment the phone did not work properly on day - a, it reached me (It was not charging properly) and it seemed like manufacturing defect.

      Since i had relied one bay guarantee as i shop from ebay, i immediately on 2nd day raised ebay guarantee claim and asked for reverse pick up and asked for my refund.
      But i was astonished to see response from ebay that they asked me to get it rectified by intex service station and they denied by refund claim,
      I called up customer care and also wrote emails to ebay india and told them that it is not possible for me to chase intex service station for my mobile repair and i am not happy with this defective piece at first place and so i need my refund. . I request them but ebay continued to harass me.

      I am not only putting this as a blog on website but also requesting the reader to never buy from ebay and communicate this inethical gesture were ebay has done 2 bad things
      - ebay has sold a defective product to consumer and providing no refund now.
      - they continue to harass a handicapped person to get it repaired, by visiting service center.

      Please forward this email to your friends so that society know about unethical / cheating and inhuman company ebay.

      Christian missionaries and supporting social organizations, i plead you to please condemn bay for this poor action and teach them bay a lesson so that they do not do this to other customers in india.


      Please look in the trail email as below where ebay india is spoiling reputation of ebay by not refunding my amount
      And though i have mentioned that i am paralyzed person but
      - bay india cheated me by selling a refurbished (And not working) product as a new product.
      - not ebay india is asking me to take all the pain in visiting the manufacturer service station and chase them to get the phone repaired though it is challenging for me as a handicapped person. E - moreover why would i accept repaired product when i expect a brand new phone to work properly.

      I am not only going to report it si " handicapped healthy society in india" but also raise a consumer court claim with registered offices of govt of india. .

      For a petty amount of inr 3500, this will bring a lot fo condemnation and shame to such a giant company like ebay. .

      I have been shopping with ebay since i was in usa in 2008,
      And continued my shopping even after coming back to india.
      There are 2 reasons ebay should [process refund on thsi new profuct
      1. This is not a refurbished but a brand new product which i purchased from ebay, and i observed problem within few hours of opening the box as i tried to charge the phone the first time and i do not expect a problem in a brand new piece from ebay. This is not the reason to shop with ebay. That i have to roam around the service center to get this product. If ebay brand new products has problem like this, then i should publish this article on internet blogs that no one should shop from ebay.
      2, reason no 2, is that primary reason for shopping from online sites is that i am paralyzed and bed ridden and i am not easy with doing shopping from malls and shops going there physically. And i will mark this article against ebay on major websites including usa bay sites - how ebay harasses a handocapped and paralysed person by not refunding his claim.
      Bay has emailed me to get this resolved or manufacturing defect corrected through intex service centers. But i believe this is harassment as i want a brand new product in working condition and as thsi ws not true i want my refund from ebay.
      But before approaching consumer courts or social forums and internet media, i will like to request again to bay to reconsider and help me here. .
      I can send u my video and pictures to prove my handicap.
      And i do not want to defame ebay for this in ethical and inhuman behavior so please resolve my case.
      Moreover your competitive websites like flipkart, snapdeal and homeshop18 always support on returns of new products and do not embarrass customers like ebay.

        Dear Online Customers, I have recently become the victim of online fraud. I urge all the online buyers to be extra cautious while buying branded products online. β€œWhy?”. I have tried to detail all the issues and pain I had with recent online purchase of smart phone on ebay.in. The HTC Desire 826 smartphone that I bought from eBay on 16th July, 2015 is no more functioning. Touchscreen is not working at all. I cannot unlock the phone and hence cannot even type anything on the phone. I am not even able to shutdown phone once started. Problem started within just one month of the purchase. I had purchased this phone over ebay.in by paying Rs. 22596/-. I understand being long term mobile phone user that product could have malfunctioned. But when I had approached HTC Service Center in Camp area of Pune around 16th August, 2015 I was denied service and warranty of this phone purchased just a month back. HTC Service Center and HTC Customer Care had reviewed my phone, phone box, warranty card, invoice from eBay and actual eBay seller i.e. iKoncept after which they confirmed that the eBay seller named iKoncept is neither authorized nor registered seller of HTC phones. To my shock they have shown me complete list of HTC authorized sellers which does not include iKoncept. This list is also available on www.htc.com/in under "Buy now" option for HTC Desire 826 where you can search location wise sellers. I also have this confirmation from HTC Service team in email and they have provided all the sellers list to me from Delhi/New Delhi in PDF format which does not include iKoncept. On the other hand eBay and sellers invoice that I have received shows that iKoncept is seller from New Delhi. I have also recorded my audio calls with HTC Customer Care, Service team which confirm over the phone that iKoncept is unauthorized seller and hence my phone is warranty void. I have been following up with eBay and its seller iKoncept since 17th August, 2015 on this matter to refund my money as I am not interested in buying warranty void phones. I have already given them all the proofs including call recording, HTC email confirmation, PDF document received from HTC, HTC website details that confirms iKoncept is fake seller along with invoice copy, phone box image etc. But to my surprise global brand like eBay is not at all helping me out with eBay guarantee claim#1171583 raised on 17th August, 2015 thereby avoiding refund to me and encouraging such fraudulent sellers. After several unsuccessful follow-ups with eBay and seller iKoncept, I now have requested legal assistance from ICRPC (International Consumer Rights Protection Council). I understand that it will take around 20 days for ICRPC to send legal notice on my behalf to eBay and seller. I am hopeful to get refund of my money with penalty for all the pain that eBay and iKoncept has caused me. But meanwhile I have decided to make people aware of fraudulent business done by ebay.in with the help of cheap local sellers like iKoncept selling warranty void products to public. I hope this message when made social would caution people from buying anything on eBay and other online websites thereby reducing number of online frauds happening around with genuine buyers like me. I would soon upload all proofs and call recordings on social websites including the calls with eBay Customer Care. These calls would give you clear picture of how customers are treated and assisted by eBay. Their clear intention is to deny any assistance and make sure customer leaves behind his problem in frustration. Moreover to a funny extent now eBay in a call happened on 7th September, 2015 have made a demand that I should produce confirmation about seller iKoncept from HTC on their letterhead. Without that they would not even consider my case for further processing. This is all so strange and unprofessional from eBay as they themselves are not able to produce any proof showing seller is either registered or authorized with HTC on their letterhead or even in email with scanned documentary proof that I could take to HTC. Certain details are mentioned below for information purpose only and to show how formally the fraud is executed by eBay and its sellers like iKoncept. Mobile phone was shipped via "BLUE DART Airway Bill Details: [protected], PaisaPay ID [protected]. EBay guarantee claim id 1171583, Item number[protected].           This is Anil kumar shaw. I ordered an item (Paisapay:[protected]) from eBay on 17/08/2015 and it was about to receive on 23/08/2015 but due to some problem from company order was cancelled automatically then I called customer care regarding the issue they said "sorry I can't help you".Then I had to them if you guys couldn't help me then I have to help myself I have to register a complain in customer forum.They replied to this and told me okay let me check problem.After few days on 31/08/2015 I got a message from ebay your order had been shipped through aramex and sent me tracking id it was "Airway Bill Details:[protected]" and delivery date was 05/09/2015.But order is not delivered at my home till now telling that buyer cancelled the order that is not true .I have every details email from ebay about order and shipment. please have a look into the problem regards Anil kumar shaw

            I have perchased one item on 23-8-15 (PaisaPay ID [protected]) but the seller not shipped that item within time period and also not responded by phone also. so i have cancelled that order and Claim raised (ID: 1224248).After more than 10 days Seller shipped that item but i have refused to take and returned that item. Till now that Claim process is not complete.Whenever i contact Ebay Customercare They will tell within 24hr ur claim is processed, Same thing they will repeate. Pls give better solution where i will complaint and "Do not tell wait 24/48 hr we will process" Thank u.

              On 19th July 2015 I placed an order with ebay.in but the payment went missing. When i enquired on ebay customer care they said that they didn't received the amount but when i saw my bank statement it was clearly written that payment was made to ebay. On sending them my bank statement they agreed to refund the amount but still after 15 days the refund didn't came. Whenever i contact them they keep me fooling by ssaying it takes time or go to bank or send us your bank statements for last two months. This issue is pending from last two months. Daily i have to go to bank and then contact ebay to follow up my refund. In these two months ebay has mentally harassed me.

                  To, The CEO of EBAY, sub; Claim id 1203828 Paisa pay id: [protected] I have purchased asus Zenphone from your website and after got delivery of my mobile I found the product is faulty and I raised complaint on 26/08/2015 and after that I have continuously follow up with your customer care executive and the supervisor as well. I have spoke with Rohit, shiv kumar (supervisor), saurav singh, swastika tomar (supervisor), pramod, rohit singh (supervisor), shibli and sagar (supervisor) and all have assuse me that they will escalated this issue to CET team and after struggling a lot yesterday i.e, on 09/09/2015 they sent me a email stating that "after investigating the claim we are rejecting your eBay Guarantee" as the mobile having 1 year Manufacture warranty. Soon after that I have visited asus a service center with is around 8 km from my place and service center refuse to give me service as I have purchase it from online and even they refuse to give DOA letter as its more then 7 days. So its your fault because I have raised complaint within 2 days of delivery and you have rejected the complaint after 15 days, So it will take 15 days for the CET to investigated and revert me back. as per your ebay guarantee you should provide resolution to customer within 20 days and I never expected this type of response from your end, where you suddenly inform us that the ""after investigating the claim we are rejecting your eBay Guarantee""" Si I want resolution from e bay a I have take this mobile from you . Looking forward for your response

                            Title: my refund declined by ebay and ebay continues to harass despite reporting that i am handicapped and paralyzed but ebay chaeated me by delivering a defective mobile and then asking em to go to service center to repair it, but i need my refund and nota defective piece from ebay.

                            Ebay india spoils ebay reputation around the world for harassing a  handicapped / paralysed person dependent on online shopping for his needs by rejecting an ebay guarantee claim for around 3500 / - inr)

                            E bay cheated by delivering a defective product and then harassing em for last 10 days by rejecting my ebay guarantee claim and asking me to resolve directly with product manufacturing company named intex despite me raising an alarm and request toe bay that i should be refunded because
                            1 - a customer is not responsible for a defective product delivered and this makes no sense for ebay guarantee and shame on ebay poor scheme on ebay guarantee, , ,
                            E bay guarantee is a joke which is just for fooling and cheating customers of india.

                            2 - ebay is very inhuman and selfish organizational from usa, as they as a paralyzed handicapped person to get the mobile repaired by going to service center, and instead of making life easy they are asking me to follow up with intex for this defect.

                            But i have paid 3300 / - rs to ebay and should get back my refund for this defective product. ,

I had Order uv lamp for ro from ebay but when i received its not working condition My Claim ID : 1235453 PaisaPay ID : [protected], i had already contacted seller they told me to file a claim for refund also agree to refund my money but ebay india rejected my claim without any information totally cheated all customer . i will highligted the issue in social media and consumer court . i want my money back

                                I have made payment on eBay to place an order for a cellphone. But the order was confirmed and amount of rs 9918.09 debited from my debit card of Indian overseas bank. I registered a request for the amount of missing transaction on 11 August. On 12 August I got a msg from eBay that I will get my refund in 6-8 working days. But I haven't got my amount yet. Also I am not get postive reply from eBay.

There are 2 reasons ebay should [process refund on thsi new profuct 1. This is not a refurbished but a brand new product which i purchased from ebay, and i observed problem within few hours of opening the box as i tried to charge the phone the first time and i do not expect a problem in a brand new piece from ebay. This is not the reason to shop with ebay. That i have to roam around the service center tp get this product. If ebay brand new products has problem like this, then i should publish this article on internet blogs that no one should shop from ebay. 2, reason no 2, is that primary reason for shopping from online sites is that i am paralyzed and bed ridden and i am not easy with doing shopping from malls and shops going there physically.                                       I orderd a product on 31st jully bt not recived.I raised a claim (claim id[protected] in which I claimed the product but they were not able to process the request, after the resolving date crossed I called the customer support regarding my claim and they told me that due to some issues they cannot send me the product and will refund the paid money and the COUPON ( paid Rs100 by card and 250 by coupon), so i agreed on this terms.But they delayed the process, 31st August recieved the Rs 100 as refund bt not the coupon then I again called there customer support and they told me within 4th of September or on 4th I will receive the same ( I have the recorded call ) but not recieved on 5th September I called them again and they told me that I will not get the coupon. This is simply misguiding by ebay support team, they made me approve the refund process by that terms ( coupon + money). This is a horrible experience for a new customer . Ebay cheats with their customer and harass them. ebay mail Id [protected]@gmail.com registered name Ashima paul. Please take some serious actims against them.
