This complaint is regarding an ebay order with Paisapay ID [protected] placed on 24/8/2015 for an Apple IPhone 5S 16GB with seller I2CWORLD. Before placing order with ebay for the same on 24th there was an issue with the posting, there being no applicable shipping option available for the same at my location in Kanpur, UP. Also I had a few doubts about the condition of the product which I intended to purchase at that time(the product which i ordered and with which i am now facing issues). So I called upon ebay for clarification and whether the product could any how be delivered at my place. They further directed me to contact the seller i2cworld for apptopriate clarification/details and shipping options. Thereafter I contacted the seller for the same who upon my request furnished me with the details of the details of the same. Also they updated thè post to include my place under the deliverable areas assuring me the delivery of the same as per the description. According to the description furnished to me on phone(customer support line) the handset was to be a brand new one with all the original accessories in retail box and the possibility of a broken seal/opened box as the handset is supposed to be an imported one which goes through customs clearance. Also the specific post on ebay was for a silver coloured handset but my personal preference was for gold to which they amicably replied that the colour was not an issue and after my successful placing the order on ebay they will update the colour of the product to be shipped under the order as per my choice. So after all the detailed description provided to me and all the assurances given regarding the quality and colour, I had no doubts about its condition and originality. So I proceeded with the order and finally placed it with shipping being made available at my place. Now today (i.e. 4/09/2015), after such a long wait I finally received the product but to my surprise in a pathetic condition completely different from the description provided to me before placing the order. Leave aside the broken/open seal, the product was loosely packed in a sub-standard pain white box wrapped in a bubble sheet. Also the in box accessories were fake sub-standard chinese and not original as assured. I also doubt the handset to be a chinese replica which nonetheless is roughly used with major and minor scratches all over its body.This sort o[censored]nethical behaviour is completely unacceptable and uncalled for. These fraud sellers by such means try to deprive us of our hard earned money. I no longer trust the seller, for all the miscommunication by them are an ample indication of their intentions. I need help from your forum in this regard for speedy and amicable resolution of my grievance and in putting the perpetrators to task. Since the transaction is covered under Paisapay Protection by ebay, I hope that the refund will be processed at the earliest and the product reverse picked on urgent basis. But for all this to happen I need your help in this regard in pushing my case against the seller with ebay. The fraud done by the seller has put in danger an amount of ?21315.48/- (ordered value). Please help me get my funds back on urgent basis as it has long been blocked for no use. Also I would like to update that the handset is defunct and doesn't switch on no matter for how long it is put to charge. I came across this fact when I decided to check the product further as there has been no response from ebay on the guarantee claim filed on their website even after so many days. I just keep on receiving sms from them that ebay claim dept will contact me within the next 2 days but to no avail. Please take the matter up with them seriously as I just came across another stunning fact that i2cworld is a part of ebay itself and not a separate entity. It is a department of ebay itself that sources product from US i.e. Import wing of ebay.As soon as I put the phone to charge it displays a battery icon on screen, thereafter it displays the apple logo with white screen. And within seconds it switches of again and repeats the cyle indefinitely unfilled removed from the charger.

Also I would like to mention that I placed order twice on ebay for the same product. The other order was also placed on the same day under the Paisapay ID [protected] and I haven't received the parcel as of now nor do I intend to accept it in case it arrives at my place which I now doubt will ever arrive. But as an indication of their fraud the product was marked as shipp do on ebay on 4th September, 2015 it being the deadline for shipment as per ebay policies else the order is auto cancelled and refunded. But if try to track the same on iccworld.com one gets to know that the AWB No does not exist so how can the product ever arrive. Had they not fraudulently updated the shipment info atleast the refund would have been initiated for one of the two order by now. But for their fraud my money is still lying blocked with ebay. Help keep get refund for the above mentioned order as well.

    i am praveen from chennai, i had booked one product from ebay on 2nd, and also payment had been done.The product is supposed to deliver on 5th sep but still not delivered. But i cant able to receive the product due to sudden official work, i vacating the current place. Then i had called ebay customer care for cancelling the product but there is poor response from them, they telling me to contact certain nos but they also not responding.

        I ordered an Alfa trolley bag (Alfa Trolley Bag (Ambition)) on 1/7/15 and made the payment online(paisapay id-[protected]).They informed about the shipment of the product on 2/7/15 through first flight courier and provided the tracking number.However, I never received the item.The tracking no. was also of no avail as it did not provide any relevant information on courier company's website.When concated, even the courier company couldnot trace the whereabouts of the item.I filed an ebay guarantee claim but the claim was abrubtly closed saying that seller has provided the shipment proof and that the item was delivered and hence refund cannot be given.This is absolute nonsense on their part.When I contacted the seller(Rahul Traders)they instead informed that item was lost in transit.So, when I again contacted the ebay, they assured that they will look into the matter.Till now they are doing nothing but giving assurances but NO solid step.Have almost given up on them.

            I had ordered a ktm tank pad from ebay. They informed they will ship it through on dot courier. They did not bother to call me and sent my product back without refund. Instead of calling me they were calling my dad (whose number i had provided on an earlier purchase). I have attached a snapshot of order details which clearly mentions my shipping address and contact nos which is [protected]. I really have no clue why were they calling the number provided on my earlier purchase(more than a year back)?? When I called them at [protected]... a lady picked up the call her way of speaking was very unprofessional and rude... she said its my fault... so i said i dont want the product. This was the reply she sent "U had provided your father's nos on ebay which is your mistake. Pls provide correct info, do not fool others" Note: A person does not always shop online for himself..but also for friends..family...others...who might be at a completely different location and ofcourse with a different contact...So do you call the buyer or the recipient?? I did not argue as she was not technically qualified to understand or resolve my problem. So guys beware... never shop anything from ebay... they will take payment and not deliver the product...this is very shameful and a serious offence...Please do no play with the sentiments of your customers...I am really disgusted with my experience from ebay...               My registered id on ebay is nikhil.[protected]@gmail.com I bought qa battery about 2 month ago but it was not working so ebay gave me a coupon of rs. 350 in compensation but now my account is suspended by them and I am not able to use that coupon for which I had paid my "hard earned money" I already contacted with eBay but they are not helping me please help me...!!

                I made a transaction of a total INR 45, 581 on Ebay.in for a laptop on 26th August. The transaction was debited from the account on 26th august for no order placed from Ebay. On 28th August Ebay told me to send a bank account statement which i have sent on 28th August itself. There is no action taken till date, Ebay is not refunding my money.

                  I am struggling to process my refund via Ebay, I purchase a item. the item no is[protected] and paisa pay id is [protected]. the purchasing date of item is 03/08/2015. But the item is not recevied. Then I a raise a claim on 11/08/2015 and the claim id is 1156747. I have called thrice to the customer service toll free but everytime I receive a same answer that I will receive a call from EBAY in next 48 hrs and the refund will be processed, I am highly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service.                       Sir, I have called a number of times at helpline no. 18002093229 and I have sent email at [email protected] but till now I have not received any positive reply from ebay.in and now a days their customer care executive and senior officers are not supporting and they are disconnecting my email. I want to replace the mobile sony Xperia M4 duel due to the same has been dispetched in broken condition. it is very astonished that neither replacement my mobile nor information has been given against my complaint. Sir if my complaint has not been resolved with 12 hours from 03.09.2015, I would send company's claim status in facebook, whatsapp and number of social networking site.                       I am calling continuously in the company and have lodged complaint in your office and yesterday I gave 24 Hrs. time for revert my complaint status. but I have not received any reply from ebay company till time 12.04 PM today on 04.09.2015.

                      So once again I will give more chance for updating my complaint with 12 Hrs. if I donot received any reply within period, I will take necessary action against your company.

                        Well I had bought CCTV KIT from the abroad even though i paid extra 500 rupees because of remit charges .
                        basically placed order on 5-08-15 & the order supposed to delivered on 10-08-15 as was promised by Ebay but it did not happen when i phoned i found that there was issue with post, i was asked to give some more days to be delivered to my door so finally the parcel arrived on 17-0815.as soon as i opened parcel what we have found that the item was broken and literally different than what i had place order did speak to seller had not received appropriate reply, even i was told why did you opened i was shocked to heard this .
                        after this just went to the ebay and filed a complaint against seller spent lost time jst got one reply wait 24/48Hrs your claim is under proses it has been almost over the half month do desperate just want to fild the complaint in consumer court .

                            The order i made on ebay.in (Item Id:[protected]was not delivered, hence my refund claim was approved by ebay by their mail dated 14 August 2015 with reference to Claim Id:1160967. I was assured through the mail that money will hit my bank account within 6-8 working days, However it is not credited yet by Ebay. Hence I request to register my complaint against Ebay and I Pray for the refund along with the interest.

                              I have ordered one laptop worth of Rs. 44000 (by debit card payment; no COD was there) from Ebay which was supposed to be delivered on 13th August 2015 which was 1 day delayed and the Blue Dart courier boy handover my parcel to any unknown person named Abdul. I had complaint that in ebay & they havent replied anything to me. Later I had buy another product & this time I have ordered with COD. It supposed to get me on 27th August 2015 but I still havent got it. The Blue Dart website has updated in their site that I was not present when the man came for delivery. Again, the guy hadn't call me when he came. This is the complete irresponsible way of dealing products & this is the joint scam/fraud done by Ebay & Blue Dart Courier.

                                Sir, i bought a silver bangle from ebay for my sister for Rakhshabandhan. As the size was mentioned in the description of the product, i still ordered it, as i gave it to my sister on occasion of rakhshabandhan, as she tried to wear it, the size was small and would not fit in her hands, so i raised a ebay gaurantee claim and told to make them a refund of my amount, but my claim was rejected stating that size issues does not come under their gaurantee claim policy. I even contacted the seller for it, and they told me that nothing can be done now, as the claim was rejected. I talked to ebay executives and they told me that now they cannot open the gaurantee claim again and nothing can be done now. Sir my money has been wasted and i can't use that product, so what can i do now for this matter. I would like to file a complaint against ebay India for harassing me and not resolving my issue.

                                The ebay people have double standards as earlier also i had ordered a tool box whose size was mentioned in the description still they took a return for that and refunded my money but this time they have rejected my claim for refund stating that ebay gaurantee claim policy does not allows for size issues of the product
                                Till now even after a month their has been no update from ebay about the complaint lodged.
                                Ebay guys called me once and as i was busy with some work i told them to call me after 1 hour but i didnt get any call, then i recieved a mail to give my alternate no and at what time i can be contacted, i gave them everything still i am waiting for the call

                                  The issue is regarding eBay Guarantee claim for a defective piece of moile,
                                  The Intex pro 3 G phone delivered by ebay
                                  1) Does not charge properly despite of charging for hours at stretch.
                                  2) The [hone has glare which does not give clear screen.

                                  I opened a following EBay guarantee claim on eBay however it shows a replacement claim whereas I had chosen for a refund..
