i am praveen from chennai, i had booked one product from ebay on 2nd, and also payment had been done.The product is supposed to deliver on 5th sep but still not delivered. But i cant able to receive the product due to sudden official work, i vacating the current place. Then i had called ebay customer care for cancelling the product but there is poor response from them, they telling me to contact certain nos but they also not responding....

I had ordered a ktm tank pad from ebay. They informed they will ship it through on dot courier. They did not bother to call me and sent my product back without refund. 1) Does not charge properly despite of charging for hours at stretch.
2) The [hone has glare which does not give clear screen.
