I bought the usb cable of apple iphone on 15th march 2015 but it was not working properly and then i raised a comlain against that with claim id 921174 and it was rejected due to some reasons. I again tried to contact ebay and they told me to refund ur amount via DD but failed and again they told me to refund via coupon but i still dont get any response from ebay side.It has been 6 months and i'm still waiting for my refund...i just want to say that ebay team is making fool to people every time. Ebay should b closed because of its 3rd class service.Now i'm going to complain in consumer court abt this fraud. and i'm also going to share this with social media so that no one will make fool anymore.

      Regarding claim id - 1056708,
      Thanks to iccf that on 7 july i put my complain in iccf and on 17 / 7 / 15. Ebay credited full amount in my account.
      But still i am waiting for courier charge (I. E rs 1585) that i had paid to dtdc courier service for returning the good to seller's mumbai address and ebay team promised me as par ebay policy to return that amount in form of ebay coupon.
      I have already mailed to ebay necessary original bill on 11 / 7 / 15.
      I have contacted ebay customer care almost 3 times since 17 / 7 / 15 about my expense reimbursement. Everytime they end a call with new commitment (I. E sir you will get your coupon within 7 days)
      Now i feel that ebay people make fool of customer as before delivering goods they communicated to me that sir if courier expense will be less than rs 1000 ebay will return you using coupon but if exceed 1000 then ebay will return using dd in favor of you (I have talked to ebay customer care on 11 / 7 / 15 regarding this)
      I request you kindly do the needful and take necessary action to reimburse my expenses incur in couriering goods to seller's address.

        PRODUCT IS COVERED UNDER EBAY GUARANTEEE SHICH SAYS I[censored]SER IS NOT SATISFIED USER WILL BE REFUNDED OR REPLACED ON THEIR OWN COST.. I BOUGHT IT BECAUSE OF THIS GURANTEE ... BELIEVNG THAT A COMPANY WITH SUCH REPUTITION WILL STAND ON ITS GUARANTEE NOW THEY SAY YOU CONTACT THE RESELLER ON YOUR OWN :( HORRIBLE EXPERINCE..               Sir,
              We have purchased from ebay. In usb keyboard 10" case for samsung google nexus 10 leather cover stand tablet tab" (Item id:[protected] and which was delivered on 04. 08. 2015. Immediately on receipt of the product i have lodged the complaint that the product is not working and leather case is fungus affective. E - bay has reported filed the complaint and taken up the matter with the dealer and assured me under their e - bay guarantee scheme that complaint will be resolved either by refund of money or replacement of defective product. But feel agonised that after some i have received a mail that they have no arrangement to collect the defective product at my centre and advised me to send back the product through courier. As i am not in a position to to go courier on some health grounds therefore i requested through mail to send the new product and get back the delivered product but ebay refused to entertain hence rejected and closed the complaint unilaterally. I failed to understand that their plea that they have no arrangement to collect the delivered product at my centre while they have arrangements to deliver the new product which we understand that these companies have been defrauding / befooling the gullible customers by giving the lolypop of ebay guarantee on the site as to me. I have done as they required to lodge ebay guarantee claim but the site showing that no claim lodge found. In view of above i request you toarrange to take up with ebay for the refund the money incurred on this product.

                    I bought a Close up toothpaste 150 gms from ebay. It was listed at a selling price of Rs 165. When I received the product I found that MRP printed on it was only Rs 81. I contacted ebay about such difference and told them any item should not be sold at a price higher than mrp, it is illegal, but they refused to take any responsibility.                     Kindly Understand every Product under Rs.500 are Sold in all Online Shopping Stores along with the Shipping Charge.So that You cannot make a complaint in Consumer Forum.Similarly I bought Nivea Cream From Flipkart.Com and it Worth's Rs.180.But when I went to the Super Market, I was Shocked to see that Product worth's Just Rs.96.So Don't Try to Buy Everything From Online.

                      I paid Rs. 6443/- for a 2 TB hard disk from Infinity Retailers via eBay.in on 15/08/2015 and the due date for shipping was 20/08/2015. But then they asked for an extension of 4 days on 20/08/2015 requesting me, as they were not having the colour I booked that day, even it was showing more then 10 available when I purchased it.But I accepted their request and gave extension till 24/08/2015. Now again they are telling that its out of stock and they didn't shipped my purchased item which I have already paid for 10 days back from now. So now eBay.in cancelled my order today morning because "Infinity Retailers" didn't shipped my product before due date. And I can still see the same thing which I purchased is shown available on eBay.in site. Why are there joint venture fooling the customer if they are not having the product??? They have kept my money for 10 days without any reason with them and enjoyed the interest on my money. I am a normal living person and can't afford my interest getting wasted like this. As Rs. 6443/- is quite a big amount for an average income person. I want my money back APPLYING INTEREST of these 10 days please. So they will never repeat these for any other customer. Thank You! I request you to please take a serious action on them as the customer care was also not listening to me properly.

                        Dear Sir, i had purchased Gillette Mach3 blades on eBay on 11th April 2015 they charged my debit card and the message i got from them was i will receive my product latest by 17th April 2015, but i didn't received the same instead i got another message from them on 19th April 2015 that i will be automatically get my refund as the seller did not shipped my product, till date (25th April 2015) i haven't received my refund. Eventually they made me Waite for one week and after that they haven't sent my product due that i suffered a lot. I want a strict action against them.

                          I placed an order for 16 GB Sandisk pendrive and also made the payment with my card and got an ID that is Paisapay ID-[protected] and I have not yet received the product. I got a message that I will receive it by 16 Aug 2015. I tried to contact its customer care but never got through as it always says out of order. It is my first and worst experience with EBay. I will never make any purchase with them. Please look into the issue and resolve it soon.

                              On 11th Aug 2015, I purchased a Pen drive under offer for which I made a payment from my Paytm wallet. On 14th Aug 2015, they shipped my item with blue dart courier and provided me with a tracking no. and assured me that I will get my product delivered by 21st Aug 2015. But I didnot receive the product on the said time, so I raise a refund request on 22nd Aug 2015. And today is 25th Aug 2015, but I havent received my refund money. Also on the blue dart website while tracking my product now, it says that Returned To Origin At Shipper'S Request. If item has been received by the seller then Where is my money.                                     I ordered the below product and received it on 22jul. Read the below to know about the product and. We requested for an refund. We have been trying to reach ebay, since 28jul all what they inform is please wait for 24hrs to 48hrs to know the status, we don't receive any response from ebay. After be complaining to ebay in facebook they come back to telling you courier the product. The courier is been received by the seller, i have confirmed the same from courier company. But still today prakash from ebay called me and informed the product is not received by the seller. I am so much frustrated with this service.


                                    The seller has sold me a used refurbished iphone 4s with completely counterfeit accessories including the packaging. He mentions that some components might look different from indian models since this is imported. Who is he trying to fool? Do they think we have not seen an iphone before? See below for the indicators:

                                    1) the iphone came without it's screws. See the uploaded pic. Seriously?
                                    2) the charger is counterfeit and it reads "designed by abble in california" "abble japan". Check the pic uploaded. This is hilarious
                                    3) the rear camera looks displaced from it's socket and is slightly covered by something inside. Bad refurbishing
                                    4) every apple iphone 4s has it's serial number on it's sim card tray. This should be the same serial number as what is shown by itunes when you connect your phone. If the sim tray serial number is different, then it's simply another iphone's sim tray. Bad refurbishing by the seller and trying to sell the product as new
                                    5) old used and bent sim ejector pin (Check the pic)
                                    5) the packaging is locally made and the booklet is locally printed. The packaging does not contain any apple stickers that are given with all original iphones from apple

                                    I feel thoroughly cheated and i want a refund. I don't trust the seller and his products. I don't want a replacement. Please process my refund at the earliest

                                    Sent continues email after that no response from ebay.

                                    This is the worst level of support i have received from any company when that company has specifically sold a counterfeit and defective product to me claiming that this is an original product. It has been more than 2 weeks and you guys have provided me no resolution at all. If i don't hear about my refund from you i will file a case against ebay. I have no patience to wait for my money anymore. That seller is a scoundrel. When i checked with apple support today, you know what they said? They said that this iphone was sent for replacement by someone and that is the product that was sold to me. Are you guys really fraud? I will got to any length to get this right. Try not responding to me again. It's a consumer court case on it's way where i will claim heavy damages. Wait and watch. I am attaching the screenshot of the information from apple.

I don't want a replacement. Please process my refund at the earliest This was sent on 28JUL. SENT CONTINUES EMAIL AFTER THAT NO RESPONSE FROM EBAY. ON AUG 11TH I GOT TO KNOW THE BELOW INFORMATION FROM APPLE This is the worst level of support I have received from any company when that company has specifically sold a counterfeit and defective product to me claiming that this is an original product. It has been more than 2 weeks and you guys have provided me no resolution at all. If I don't hear about my refund from you I will file a case against ebay. I HAVE NO PATIENCE TO WAIT FOR MY MONEY anymore. That seller is a scoundrel. When I checked with Apple Support today, you know what they said? They said that this iphone was sent for replacement by someone and that is the product that was sold to me. ARE YOU GUYS REALLY FRAUD? I will got to any length to get this right. Try not responding to me again. It's a consumer court case on it's way where I will claim heavy damages. Wait and watch. I am attaching the screenshot of the information from Apple. .                                       Dear Sir/Madam, this is to inform you that i have purchased PS2 from ebay two weeks ago and i have paid Rs.6990/- after opening the box and connecting the playstation we found that it is not at all working . Immediately we called the number which was given along with the bill he said switch it off and reinstall it we tried but it is not at all working. Immediately we complained that person told us it is not my work you contact ebay for refund /replacement.                                         This is for your kind attention that I have bought a very popular brand anti aging cream from a very popular on-line site with very attractive discount. After receiving one product again I have ordered similar product. But when I compare both product I was totally surprised every code written over the packet is similar along with bar-code, expiry date and also other codes. Its just copy of 1st order. My question is that, Is the product genuine or not. If not then how is it sell from a renowned on-line store!
                                        eBay.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
