I had placed an order for 3 (3 Quantity ) power banks of Rs600 each, on[protected] at 6.40PM, i have also made a online payment of Rs.1797/- for 3 power banks at the same time, the estimated date of delivery was 19-08-15 but i received the item on 25th aug-15 that too only 1 power bank, we had paid for 3 power banks. i have also written a complaint to the company mail ID only after i lodged a complaint i received 1 item rest 2 items still not received.
kindly do not cheat the customers like this, it is their hard earned money, u people attract us by giving offers on the product but this is a kind of response we get once we pay the money. u people are money minded this is a kind of theft you are doing. because of you people we have lost Faith in purchasing products Online.
Request you to send the other 2 items ASAP, else i will take legal action against you, i will also take this issue to the MEDIA since i have worked in the media field.
Take this a priority and resolve the issue.
