Im a new seller on Ebay, I trusted them because they are in the market longer than other online sites and they should be well organised because of huge investment. I started my selling on Ebay Dec 2014 and i never got paid for single item until Feb 2015 even though sold item delivery were confirmated. I called Ebay 10's of time to ask whats happening and i do understand its first time setup so it might take time for them. Then i have received emails in a row that the remmitance failed / account on hold and many. I spoke to them again and get everything they ask me to do and this time same thing happen. Everytime i call all i know is someone is going to ask me to wait for 72hours, they dont bother what you what to say they just say wait for 72hours. The story is very long and after so many 72 hours im now in the month of April 20th and still waiting for the payment. I just learned On Ebay not just Customers get disappointed, even sellers like me gets highly ill treated and not get paid. More over at one point i want to just raise a complaint on the phone support person who was ill treating me but the other senior support guy said there is no options for raising complaints on any one. Fine i though there are sites to complaint and ended up here. (Note: IF at all Someone from ebay reads this complain, track my case using 1- [protected] - i was speaking to Mr. bubandra yagav last who promised to resolve this issue in 72hours that was in March. )

      Ebay shopping is a real waste of money and time. These people do not verify the sellers authenticity. They support there sellers and buyers are just there for fooling. I had bought a projection alarm clock from ebay(order no. [protected]). I had bought the product for Rs 663. I thought that the projection light was the usp of the product. When i got the product i saw that the projection light switches on on a hourly basis and that too for 2-5sec. With this kind of projection light it was like any other alarm clock which i could have bought for 100-150Rs. In the ad description given by the seller he has very smartly hidden the detail that the projection light remains on only for 2-5sec and the timing can not be increased. I contacted the seller and very smartly he told that the item is as per described. He did not mention that it was partial description(seller-ubergadgets). The seller very well knew that ebay is going to support him so he did not reply further. I raised the so called ebay claim(968669) on 19th April stating that i am not satisfied with the product. On 20th April i got a call from ebay that my claim was rejected. They supported the fraud seller(ubergadgets). I thought let me move stepwise, so i called ebay and tried to speak to a supervisor(that is there next step) The guy on the other side Mr. Pushkar singh did not let me talk to the supervisor. He told that supervisor will do the same thing. Moving step further i will have to contact The greviance officer. Let me see what happens. Guys buying in FLIPKART instead of ebay is as smooth as hot knife on butter. They have very simple refund policy. You have to mention that you are not satisfied with the product and without further question and answer round (like ebay) they give back your money. Ebay is only for sellers. They are there to support them unlike there counterpart who support buyers. EBAY IS A SHOCK FOR BUYER. A HEAVEN FOR FRAUDLENT SELLERS. DO NOT GO BY THERE EBAY GURANTEE CLAIM POLICY. ITS JUST FOR A QUESTION ANSWER ROUND TO SHOW YOU THAT THEY ARE ON YOUR SIDE WHEN ACTUALLY THEY ARE ON THE SELLERS(FRAUDELENT) SIDE. Flipkart rocks with there easy return policies. DO NOT BUY THROUGH EBAY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET FOOLED. Few points that ebay india fools customer---- 1) There feedback form allows only 84 character if you give a negative feedback. You people can well understand that nothing can be explained in 84 characters. If you see review form in Flipkart, amazon, snapdeal etc. there is no such restriction because they want the clear picture of the seller to be seen by everybody(which ebay tries to hide). 2) There comment coloumn in facebook is disabled, i.e. you can see any comment on the timeline page. They want to hide there face.

      My complain has been resolved. They have provided me with coupon by which i can shop from ebay. The coupon amount is more than what i had spent while purchasing from ebay. They also did not ask me return the product. I had filed complain in consumercomplain.in and i had also sent a message on this link https://www.facebook.com/ebaydotin/app_142792929261005 After that they called me from ebay and provided me the coupon.         I ordered goods on 14 April a Mobile phone costing Rs 18, 252. i was under impression that my phone would reach me with 2-3 working days. Now it's being 6 days the phone has not yet been dispatched. Even if they dispatch today I have to wait for another 7 days to deliver before I can ask for REFUND !!! In all to wait for Aprox 14 Days to get your goods deliverd. I did big mistake bought goods on Credit Card where the money has already been charged to my account on 15 April and now I nether have authority to cancel my order or claim refund

But i have not recieved the refund even after 5 months now, i have sent n number of emails, but they are not responding neither refunding the amount, i hate ebay

              i buy intex aqua m5 from ebay online shopping through cash on delivery. after received phone i checked its battery, display, speakers not working even voice not coming on call. then i called to ebay customer care they registered my complain. after 5 days waiting they refused to refund my money by saying your product is under manufacturing warrenty and closed my complain without even listening my side and without my satisfaction.then i called again and they said we need doa letter from service center for refund. i visited service center same day but service center failed to give me doa letter bcause they said your phone is not punching for doa letter bcause you buy it online. then i again called ebay customer care rep. and now she said take a written letter from service center mobile is not punching for doa letter. but service center not giving me written letter by saying bacuse of inter state issue and ebay said we will not refund without doa letter. i really stuck to buy product from ebay i want my money back. pls help me to refund my money from ebay as soon as possible.

                Claim ID# 925591. Raised complain on 20th Mar 2015, but finally they confirmed that they said they will not help in this scenario and asked me to contact the seller directly. You guys are playing very smartly with customer money. Paisapay ID#[protected] I had a last call today with Mahesh (Cust car exe.) and he said that no way that ebay is a reason for this. Ebay posted the armrest such that it will fit into Ford Ikon which is not true. Dont do such worst service. Be frank and open to the customer. Hate your either customer service or cheap very cheating online service. Good part is "I have the complete voice recording which happened between me and the customer care executive, planning to go with consumer court". Thanks for your worst product and service.

                  Hello sir I purchased one product from ebay.in PaisaPay ID - [protected] and made one transaction of rupees 649/- on 18/02/2015 from my RuPay Debit Card regarding the product { Arduino UNO R3 Board ATmega328P(Made in Italy)+Free USB cable without box pack}, but i don't received the product and request for returning my money. But still now (15/04/2015) i not received my money. And whenever i call them and ask for my money then they said we approved your refund on 08/03/2015, Reference no. is BURP[protected]. But i said them i not received money and also i sent them my bank statement which shows that i not receive my money, but they refuse to accept it and said it doesn't show DEBIT ENTRY but it is clearly visible that my bank statement shows both DEBIT AND CREDIT ENTRY, but still they refuse to accept it and forfeited my money. They harassed me so much for MY money. Now, i just have an expectation from you. Please, said them to give my money..

                    i had bought one Product samsung galaxy Paid 6200/- on 22nd May 2015. Today i Received Packet from Speed Post. When i open this Packet i found there is one cheep Wrist Watch. i sent mail to [protected]@ebay.com than i received call on 5th june from ebay they said resent same product to seller's mailing address, i ask to him i am going to Srinagar for holidays trip but i will try. there is internet services are not good so i can't check ebay's mail which mailing addess is mentioned. but when i come back at 13th june i received mail your ebay gurantee claim was close.
                    On 13th June i make a call to customer care i explained to him each and everything why i didn't dispatch product.1st i am not available at My home town i went to Srinagar for Holidays tour second i received call and Sms From customer end he said he didn't sent ant item to me so don't resend any item to him. (SMS and Call received from [protected]) . i have all call records data, if he want i can send to him .he said now no need to dispatch received product and will get solution within 72 Hours.
                    concern person said i am forwarding your claim to beckend team they will solve your problem withing 72 hours. I again make a call on 15th june than again concern person said yesterday was sunday so you will get call till tomorrow, but i didn't get any call i again make a call on 17th june Now customer care executive said we can't help you now your claim is close. Kindly help me i have all call recording of ebay and sellers also.

                    seller id is sha4506_ktuhph you can check customer remaks all remarks are negetive.

                      This is a complain about ebay.in website which deals with all the consumer and various types of electronic goods online. I made a purchase from this website where the seller provided with a coupon of cash back. but when i tried applying the coupon there was an error from the eBay website. I called up the customer care person as to how should i proceed. He assured me with that you proceed with the purchase and we will credit the cash back in three to four working days. Now when I didn't receive the cash back they are saying you didn't apply the coupon so we cant help it.what kind of fraud is this ?? So I suggest all please don't make any purchases from ebay.in as they themselves are a big cheat how can they assure 100% assurity of the sellers... PLEASE BE AWARE...

                          I had purchased an order from ebay in february.Got wrong order. So I made claim for refund. They told me to reshipped my order and I did that. I even provided them with a proof of dispatched copy. The seller informed me that he has received my order and has asked ebay to give me my refund. He even took my account no and bank details. But its almost 3 months and still have not received any refund. They every time say that they will contact me within 48 hrs. But not once did they do that. Now I am really tired and frustated. I want my refund as well as my shipping charges back. I am not even asking for any compensation. This is really bad as they are such a reputed organization. I hope you will help me in that matter.                             eBay.in is not ready to return my three missing transactions that i did on 6th of january 2015.I have contacted ebay more than 10 times regarding this matter, they never responded with correct answers. My three transactions were done from my State bank of India(Budge Budge Branch).                               Hi, i am a seller on www.ebay.in. And my account details are:- Email- [protected]@gmail.com, I was supposed to receive two remittances on 31/03/2015. One amounting to Rs. 1364 and other amounting to Rs. 3675. While registering with paisapay i had by mistake entered wrong account number and i had to submit kyc documents, which i did and i was informed that i would get all my remittances on Monday, the 30th of march. But i have not recieved Rs. 3675 nor have i recieved any information from ebay regarding this. So, when i contacted eBay customer care, i was told that eBay has sent both of my remittances, but i told them that i have received only Rs. 1364. so, they asked me to mail my bank statement for last two months to this email id. And, so i am sending this mail and attaching my bank statement. Please give me my 3675 rupees. Thanks. service request number - 1-[protected]

                                dear sir/madam i have purchased lumia 532 from ebay.in on 27 with paisapay id [protected] but the seller has shipped blank box and i complaint that on ebay when i received the item with claim id 939078 and they by 2nd april i will get the resolution and now its 11th may but till now they are not giving my money back but only making excuses please take some action against them.

                                  Hi, I sold an item on eBay. The product has some problem so buyer opens the eBay Guarantee Claim but claim closed in my favour because of the product is under Manufacture Warranty. I requested to buyer for the return and after the return on the 31st of Dec 2014 I mailed to eBay cc for a refund, but on 4th of Jan 2015 eBay message me (From eBay India Customer Service) that my PaisaPay account has insufficient balance so I manually transferred the required fund to eBay via cheque, demand draft or NEFT. So on 14th of Jan 2015 I manually transferred the required funds to the eBay account via NEFT and next day, 15th of Jan 2015 I mailed eBay cc again for a refund with Bank e-Receipt but eBay forget the everything and on 23rd of Jan 2015 eBay recovered the refunded amount from my eBay PaisaPay account. Now from 27th of Jan I'm struggling with eBay cc for refund, but recovered amount not credited back yet. Complaint no. SR 1-[protected]. Please tell me what should i do now.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam I had purchased a mobile handset XIAOMI MI3-16GB online from Ebay India site in the month of January-2015.Now my mobile is showing some problem so I called with Ebay customer service but they said after sold of product we are not responsible about the product, The seller which had sent you the product he will be responsible (Seller contact no-[protected]) Than i called to the seller(int1333_8szurt) but seller also not respond of my phone calls many time the phone is switched off.Than i contact with XIAOMI Service centre Ashok nagar( Bhubaneswar) they said that we are not responsible because XIAOMI have no collaboration with Ebay. After i search in GOOGLE about the seller (int1333_8szurt)i found the seller is a fraud kindly check in google, After know about the seller how can Ebay trust him and attach with Ebay site. Sir/ Madam kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                        What worst experience with Ebay. Asked so many time to cancel my Order, but as per your Representative, nothing is in your hand. Now when the order not Shipped, Refund initiated...!!! You should have better control over these kind of Fake sellers. It only Hamper Ebay's reputation. I don't the Seller but I know Ebay & know I'd a very bad experience with Ebay. Next time I have to think twice before shop from Ebay. Atleast other Shopping Sites give us(buyers) much freedom. Which Ebay can't..Because Ebay is totally Seller based & Seller biased.
