Respected sir/madam Sir we have receive an email from ebay.in that 10% discount of all samsung mobile. I have plan a new lowest price mobile so open the mail and click to open and chose mobile option then open new all category then filter 500-1500 range select all brand mobile show like sansui nokia samsung .i am shocked that touch screen sony xperia z2 mobile only 999 rupees now select mobile but when select buy option then show display that sold out this product so try other mobile then same model mobile only 1197 Rs only i will try same procedure and finally booked my item and after few second i have recive a sms and e mail that confurmed your order .today morning a sms or email receive that shipped your order and track 24 to 48 hour.but next 2 or 3 hour later an email receive that send a link by ebay.in or seller when click which link.link open and found that this link is amazon.in I feel that totally misguide and cheat by ebay.in or seller we have all documents regarding this order like sms or email snap shot.

In the beginning Sony Ericson Z3 mobile picture was shown with very low price to intentionally fraud us. So hence we thought that the mobile was offered at a discounted rate.             Sir, i have purchased an item from eBay Paisa Pay ID [protected] on 21/01/2014 but the item was not described by the seller and i have informed eBay about this.They send have communicated me that return the item to seller within seven days and the seller will refund the item.Hence i returned the item to the seller addres on 24/01/2015 and i have shared the details with the seller and eBay also but till date there is no response from both of them and i have sent so many messages to the seller.I request you to consider my case and resolve it at the earliest.

              This is to inform to general public and on-line buyers of ebay to avoid buy Sandisk micro SD memory card by ebay seller royaltouch_2014 (Anaan Patni, mobile no. [protected]) because of the following reason. I had purchased 32GB Sandisk card from this seller on 8th October 2014 (Paisa pay ID: [protected]). Within 5 months of purchase the card stopped working. When I contacted Sandisk customer care for replacement, I was surprised to know that card was fake. When I contacted the seller and forwarded the email of Sandisk, first he denied that since he had sold several such cards without any complaint, his card cannot be fake. Then he asked for written information on Sandisk letterhead that the card was fake. Then he demanded possibly we are cheating him and trying to prove fake card purchased from other source as his card. The intension was quite clear that he was just playing with us without any good intention to replace. I then wrote to ebay customer service and forwarded the seller’s version and request action. It is good sense of ebay that they understood my genuineness of complaint and refund the full amount through ebay coupon. So beware of this fake seller and avoid doing any transaction with him. He is still selling SD cards in ebay with same ID. SO BE CAUTIOUS.

                I have placed an order and the order details are as follows. Paisapay ID: [protected], placed on 16th Feb 2014. As the product has got 1 year seller warranty, I contacted the seller on 29th Nov 2014 and requested for replacement. The seller has agreed to replace with a new one provided I send him the non working battery and I have sent the battery to him. And after he received, he is not answering my calls or mails for sending the replacement. If I call from another mobile number, he will answer and then he will block that number as well. I request you to kindly resolve this issue at the earliest. I tried talking to your customer care and also the floor manager one time. It's very disheartening with the kind of answers I got from them. 30th March, 2015: 1-[protected], Mr. Shivam 2nd April, 2015: Ms. Suman 4th April, 2015: 1-[protected], Mr Akshay and his floor manager Mr. Abhishek Akshay and Abhishek: They kept on saying, call from your friends number and get the details sir. When I said the seller blocks every number I call from, he says call from another number. The answers are completely arrogant. The one thing I don't understand is am I supposed to call from every possible number or is the seller supposed to resolve the issue? eBay may hear to the conversation with the service request number given. Also, I have attached call log from my mobile. Unfortunately I missed the call log for November and December. But you can see the call log recorded from January till date. Please resolve this at the earliest and free me from this mental stress.

                  Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchase a handset of Intex Aqua Speed on 1st of April. This set is Defective. So I raised a complain to ebay on 2nd April. He rejected my complain for refund my amount and told me to contact the seller for further information. then I have complain to seller that handset defective its camera is not working. I want to refund my amount. He was saying to contact Intex service centre. He just deny and say we are not responsible for this. Now I am totally frustrated and I want to refund my amount.

No solution for my case - no remittance money - i have been ill treated by your support team - im ashamed to be a ebay seller. Its my hard earned money Pay my money back or take it as my charity for your

                            Online payment has been taken still item was not delivered. Asking for refund also still payment has not been received. But Ebay claiming that item was received.which is doing fraud with me. Means the item was not with me also and not the money is refunded.

                                I Have Bought A Phone From ebay Panasoni c P55, PaisaPay ID: [protected]. In This Phone There Are Some Major Problem Which is i face like as... some times when I Transfer Data from My Computer the data has not copy in this phone but same data i transfer another phone or SD Card the data has transferred and Also when i call another person some times call have received by other person but in the phone no i have not information for call receiving.In the Phone Rom is Only 2.41gb But in the Description they mention 4gb.Hanging problem in the phone, some times Apps are suddenly stopped working. Touch not working as i Expected. Camera Quality is Also Low. Battery Issue in when battery is 15% after 3-5 min phone has shutdown. Also I Have Claimed in ebay my Claim ID:931017 But my Claim has Rejected, they told you can go service center also give add. but that service center have closed, Now I Am Totally Helpless. Return Policy Mention As:- Received a damaged/ nonfunctional item? Don't worry, you can reach out to us for a refund or replacement. As part of the process, we will ask you to ship the item back to the seller with the original packing and invoice. In most cases, we arrange a pick up from you, else, you can courier it directly to the seller and we will cover the return shipping cost.                                   I purchased HTC desire 620 G from ebay and one the very first day after opening it it did not power on. Charger also was not in a working condition. When i called ebay they raised a claim for me saying that they will refund the whole amount. After few days they resolved the issue saying that its a manufacturing defect and asked me to go to HTC service and ask for repair. Also they issue a voucher on forcing worth Rs.450 saying that get a new charger from their site.The voucher has not yet arrived after waiting for 14 days. Today (3/31/2015) i called them again and the said that they cannot help me anymore. They clearly mention that you need to go to service centre for all the formalities just indicating its a manufacturing defect. They didnt even checked and took a decision from their end. Need help in refund.

                                    i bought nexus 5 on 9dec.but it wasn't seal packed but i didn't replaced, i'd have replaced that time.but after 3 months(26 feb) it had hardware issue.when i contacted seller he said u have only software warrenty.but on bill there is no description related to warranty, no EMEI on bill is present, when i went to lg service center, technician said no EMEI no near battery area.when i checked my eBay purchase account there is no history of purchase;now i feel like i got used mobile

                                        Respected authorities, I'm Syed From Karnataka, I purchased a mobile Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and i tried to get update that from Jelly bean to Kitkat but unfortunately mobile have been useless and I tried to made it correct by EBay seller person Naveen Takkar who is in Delhi i waited for 2 months then also my mobile not get corrected, then i came to know that, mobile was not original and that is not even imported also, that is full duplicate handset which I came to know by Samsung Service Care of my local place, now i want back my money or want to replace that mobile into original handset. Kindly advice the same, or else I place complaint in Consumer court. Thank you.

                                        I suggest you take this matter to ebay dispute resolution. if you can prove the product is not original ebay can force seller to return your money. in case nothing works you can move forward to consumer court and i also can support you by providing a case where ebay seller sold me a fake product and i proved it to ebay. ebay is just registering cheap and fake sellers without caring for its consumers.
                                        i am also facing the same problem, i bought nexus 5 3months ago, now its having mother board problem when i contacted seller he said u have one month warranty but actully no description of warranty is present on bill and also no emei number.please help me through this problem
