Dear Sir I purchased a mi power bank from ebay. this product is duplicate. i also add the refund request on 10th of march. my claim id is 917088 and paisa pay id is [protected]. My refund request is accepted but still i don't get my money back. i also got a phone call from seller they told me to refund my money but still no transfer of money. Then i got a call from ebay on[protected] at 12:05. At that time i am not able to receive the call because i am busy. after 10 minutes i got a mail that your refund request is rejected by ebay. How they reject my request on not attending the call. after 6 pm i am try to contact with ebay on [protected] they pick my call and told me that we solve the issue as soon as possible. Today[protected], again i call to ebay they told me that your request has been rejected. I[censored] want any query regarding this call to seller. when i call to seller they are not talking to me in a rude behaviour. They told me that they are not going to return it. Ebay send me duplicate product so i want my money back and i also send them request regarding this in next two days after receiving the product. Please solve my issue sir.

    Hello sir, Madam, I purchased a product from EBay website. The product doesn't fitted into our requirements so after contacting EBay help line and their sellers i returned the product with our own courier charges of 100rs. The seller also has received the product when I called after 4-5 days they admit it. They said they will refund our money after checking the product. But they are not responding me well after that. All time they making fake Promises. But now they have stopped picking my call from 10- 15 days. I Even dropped so many emails and contacted eBay help line. They are also Not responding me well as always used to say they will Contact after 24 Hours or 72 hours. Please Help me in this regard.             To start with I Placed a order for a HDD and then when it got delivered it was faulty so opened a claim under below details

            it took 10 days for Ebay to reply to me on this claim. finally i called them and they informed me to send the HDD tot the seller as they were not able to arrange a PICKUP from their end and Told me that the AMOUNT i Pay to the Courier company would be refunded in form of cunpon. After the seller received the faulty HDD the Claim was closed on at 12:55pm on 22/07/2014.

            I was told that i will get a Coupon for the Courier Charges(in form of Coupon) I paid and the Coupon i used while place the order within 7-9 Working Days. I sent them a email of the courier slip for couriering the HDD back to seller on 17 July 2014.

            i waited for 15 days and started contacting Ebay for the coupon and marking Email. I never Got a proper response they always said i will get a reply within 48 Hours. and this continued for over 30 times on till january 2015 and i started bombarding their Ebay and twiter which made them to give me the coupon on 2nd Jan 2015. after 6 months they finally gave it.

            But the suprise was waiting for me when i tried using the Coupon it started giving the error
            "This eBay coupon has reached the maximum eligible redemptions. Please use a different coupon or proceed to payment."

            after trying for over 4 days sent a Email to Ebay on 28 Jan 2015, before the expiry of the coupon and there on the Thing started again and still continuing. i have attached all the info to this complain.

            after writing them for about 20 times they did replied with the same thing they are escalating the matter to the team.

            after i started posting on twitter they replied to me and said that i will get the coupon shortly. But with NO surprise NO coupon was sent to me till now

            I am still waiting for my Coupon
            Courier Charges - Rs.191 (One Hundred Ninety One)
            Coupon used - Rs.2297 (Two thousand two hundred and Ninety Seven)


            i we do not pay or delay your fees for even even 1 day you'll ban or block our account.
            for this what we should do????!!!
            will you'll pay me interest for this?

            I need them to send it within next 48 hours.

            they sent me only one coupon of 191 Rs. only.

            their service is pathetic and after so many reminders they are even not ready to reply to a single email.

                I bought a phone Micromax Canvas A1 from Ebay India dated 11 March 2015.As per the Micromax gurantee they replace the phone in 7 days.But the phone works fine in first 7 days after 7 days phone battery backup is too worst.As per Ebay guarantee they replace the phone in 30 days after buying any product as itis not upto the description shown on their page.At their page phone's battery backup is 6 hours while using 2G internet but it is only 30 minutes on using internet.SO I need replacement.So I contact them for replacement but they just making fun of me & answered me that Ebay is shop & we are not responsible for that.The manufacturer responsible for that.As per in my case Ebay India is East India Company.

                  Hi Team, Regarding "PaisaPay ID [protected]" . Today i got an e-mail that my product will be shipped on 1st of April. Is that some joke ? I already got an e-mail on 24th march from e-bay "A refund has been initiated for your PaisaPay Id ( [protected] )" . So i considered it as it will be refunded and already purchased pen drive from some where else. I do not need your pen-drive anymore. Please cancel it and refund my amount.                     I had purchased Herbalife Cell Activator from ebay.india on 15.03.2015. They despatch the item via Track on Courires.As per tracking record of Trackon Couriers, the item was reached Ernakulam (50 Km away from my address) on 18.03.2015, But it was delivered to me only on 23.03.2015 evening.The parcel cover was sealed firmly, so I accept the item. But when i opening the parcel, the cap of the bottle was seen separated and broken in 2 pieces, seal of the bottle was seen removed and almost all tablets were seen lost (7 tablets were seen inside the bottle and 5 on the parcel cover). It was a shock for me, not only for the damaged parcel but also my belief in ebay.                         Due to MissingTransaction on 18th March on Ebay ..my payment of Rs. 4519 /- made vide vide Bill Desk order #BPT[protected]thro` PayTM wallet ( PayTM cash transactionID:A81EB14E6925100A) rejected at gateway. Since 18 March I`m in constatnt follow up with Ebay…every time they Assure me about my REFUND… Lastly on 26 March, Yesterday, I got a call from Mr. Ganesh Gowda from Ebay team confirming that ( call frm [protected]) he assured me that my case was referred to higher authority ..and it has already been resolved ..so REFUND will be deposited to my PayTM Wallet within 1 day. Sorry to say but..on checking today Payment still not REFUNDED !!. Pls help to resolve my case and help to get my REFUND.

                          I tried to buy a ML-L3 remote from ebay and received a fake counterfeit. I have attached the Item listing and ebay response and the support call I have with ebay. Ebay claims that as the item description specifies item is made in china so, it's ok to sell on ebay. I spoke two supervisors and both of them are answering that as the seller has mentioned that it is not original and made in china in the description it is ok to sell on ebay.                             I ordered 'Transformers Emblem Badge'and 'Tyre Marker Pen' on 17th march at 10:10pm.I paid through my paytm wallet.Ebay site showed that payment failed but my paytm wallet was reduced to the order value.kindly resolve this problem.I have sent many mails to ebay.But there is no action from them.More importantly for this purchase I got cashback Rs.73 from ebay.Without placing the order how will I get cashback?I have screenshot of my payment and cashback.If required I will sent it.Please resolve this problem.

                                  Dear Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice the high handed and rude behavior of ebay.in who has ripped me of Rs.1024 (949 + 75).I placed the order for an insect killer sold by gupta_enterprises on 21st of Feb'2015 by paying Rs. 949 online. I got the product in a few days but it was a defective product which was not doing its intended task. Hence I complained it to ebay india and raised the guarantee claim to get the product replaced or refund to be processed.I later got the intimation from ebay that my guarantee claim is being processed and I will have to ship the product back to the seller and email the proof of shipment to ebay. Although it was busy mid week's 3 day window that was given to me to get the product shipped back via DTDC CN No.Z50855873 to the seller but still I took an off from the office to properly pack the product back again and ship it back to the seller.However in this entire process I forgot to send the courier receipt to the requested email ID [protected]@ebay.in and just replied to the email sent to me for the claims and it went to [protected]@ebay.com which happen to be a global email ID of ebay.Afterwards I received the intimation from ebay that my guarantee claim has been denied since I did not send them the courier receipt in time. I immediately called the customer care and told them the entire story and this is where I learnt that rather than replying to the email sent by ebay, I was supposed to actually send the proof of shipment to [protected]@ebay.com. I promptly did the same and intimated the customer care about it but still ebay denied my claim! Now, what has happened is that I have sent back the product to the seller, he is not responding to any communication of mine and ebay's but still ebay is taking the side of the seller and still denied my claim.I request you to please instruct ebay to help me out of this issue since I am the one who has been cheated by the seller and still I one the one who has suffered the most for more than a month now.It feels as if the ebay customer care is sitting there just to pass one sided blind judgments on behalf of seller and ebay rather than even trying to help the customer who has lost more than 1000 Rs. due to no fault of his. I am a busy man who is constrained of time and this is the reason that even for petty things like an insect killer also I have to hunt on ebay. I ordered it at ebay but a defective unit landed at my place. I raised a claim for replacement (not refund) but the seller does not reply to ebay's and my communication and ebay goes ahead with the claim.My only fault is I did not send the proof of shipment to the requested email ID but I did send it to the REPLY TO email ID along with the proof of shipment. Later when ebay denied the claim, I promptly called up the ebay customer care and then sent the proof of shipment but still ebay denied my claim. Why?Now, I have lost Rs.949 for the product which I have sent back to seller after spending another Rs.75 in courier and still I don’t have the replacement and ebay is not even willing to listen to me and so is the seller who has remained mute during this entire episode but ebay is still taking his side.I request you to please either instruct ebay to again go ahead with the claim process or ask the seller to send me another replacement cause any which ways I have sent it back to him but he is not replying.A really frustrated buyer, Suraj Kumar Mob - [protected]

                                    Dear Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice the high handed and rude behaviour of ebay.in who has ripped me of Rs.1024 (949 + 75).I placed the order for an insect killer sold by gupta_enterprises on 21st of Feb'2015 by paying Rs. 949 online. I got the product in a few days but it was a defective product which was not doing its intended task. Hence I complained it to ebay india and raised the guarantee claim to get the product replaced or refund to be processed.I later got the intimation from ebay that my guarantee claim is being processed and I will have to ship the product back to the seller and email the proof of shipment to ebay. Although it was busy mid week's 3 day window that was given to me to get the product shipped back to seller but still I took an off from the office to properly pack the product back again and ship it back to the seller.However in this entire process I forgot to send the courier receipt to the requested email ID [protected]@ebay.in and just replied to the email sent to me for the claims and it went to [protected]@ebay.com which happen to be a global email ID of ebay. Afterwards I received the intimation from ebay that my guarantee claim has been denied since I did not send them the courier receipt in time. I immediately called the customer care and told them the entire story and this is where I learnt that rather than replying to the email sent by ebay, I was supposed to actually send the proof of shipment to [protected]@ebay.com. I promptly did the same and intimated the customer care about it but still ebay denied my claim! Now, What has happened is that I have sent back the product to the seller, he is not responding to any communication of mine and ebay's but still ebay is taking the side of the seller and still denied my claim.I request you to please instruct ebay to help me out of this issue since I am the one who has been cheated by the seller and still I one the one who has suffered the most for more than a month now.It feels as if the ebay customer care is sitting there just to pass one sided blind judgements on behalf of seller and ebay rather than even trying to help the customer who has lost more than 1000 Rs. due to no fault of his. I am a busy man who is constrained of time and this is the reason that even for petty things like an insect killer also I have to hunt on ebay. I ordered it at ebay but a defective unit landed at my place. I raised a claim for replacement(not refund) but the seller does not reply to ebay's and my communication and ebay goes ahead with the claim.My only fault is I did not send the proof of shipment to the requested email ID but I did send it to the REPLY TO email ID along with the proof of shipment. Later when ebay denied the claim, I promptly called up the ebay customer care and then sent the proof of shipment but still ebay denied my claim. Why? I have purchased an item from this seller(Ski Dawat Stainless Steel Insulated Casserole - 2000) on[protected] but still they have not shipped nor ebay has not refunded the amount. as per ebay rules if the seller didnt ship within 3 days the amount will be refunded, as i contacted ebay the said for waiting. This is the attempt to fraud. What should i do

                                        I bought nokia lumia 930 from ebay, and got a product which worked only few days properly. i called but nobody took interest and no feedback from ebay. i paid 27500 rupees for that and ebay provided me defected product.When i saw advertisement it was written that it has 3 months warranty and when i got the bill which was whole computer generated and seller wrote with the pen, only software warranty.. This is the worst service from ebay. I will not prefer anyone to buy any product from ebay as it is fraud. Now its touch is not responding, it respond for few minutes and hangs for hour.its a software issue and its under warranty but fraud people are not interested.
