Good Morning Mr. Abhijit,
Now you are the 3rd person who is responding to my emails. But now want give any information about my concern because it was already return on my previous emails.
I had simply asked for my money back and requested to take this product but Mr.s Afroz failed to provide me the resolution in time. Then I had waited, waited & just waited but no proper resolution. I consulted with my advocate with all the proof which confirms that eBay had cheated with me by sending wrong product. My advocate suggested me to give last chance and if still no resolution then to file a notice. I emailed to Mr.s Afroz to take this product and refund me my hard money with Rs, 10, 000/- compensation for the errors which was done by eBay. But Mr.s Afroz forcefully given me option refund and 50% coupon. Do ebay this that I am a beggar or what. Or I am looking for monetary profit. If ebay think in such way then you are wrong because I had never asked for. It's just the error done and then still no proper actions to resolve my claim + delay + no answers on my question which I had raised + I clearly said I want to speak with your MD to share my experience but none of the above points actioned by ebay.
Still I understand that this wasn't only fault of Mr. Afroz and I given option to refund my money + 200% but still he forcefully given me demand draft and Rs. 1, 000/- which I have not used and I wont.
Now I wont cooperate anymore and fight for amount. I also understand that there might be situations where you people can't take a call as per member but such delay and actions will come on your neck only. So I requested to get a call from your MD which never happened. This shows why there is a lack of services in ebay because if MD is so irresponsible and lazy because he never replied me back so what I can expect from CS team.
Grievance team meant to response faster & resolve the members concern but this time all the errors has happened from grievance team only then what member should do. Because your customer representative never given me proper response and always asked my to get in touch seller. I tried my best to get this resolved by my own with seller but your seller never responded. So I raised a complain at your MD. But I don't know why your MD is not responding to me. Because I don't know who is Mr. Afroz and what his designation Or whether he can resolve my concern. Though he tried but failed to give his 100%.
I want to give a lesson to ebay to make a fool of people and for there irresponsible response on members concerns. I am very much clear on thoughts but I think you are not so you are asking once again to my about my pending concern.
At the end I just want to say that I got my refund but awaiting for the compensation amount. I already claimed for it now you decide what to do. If you are not able to make decision then connect me with Mr. Nathani and leave on me.
I wish you all get a better opportunity so that you can go from this fraud company.
Thank you and just an advise think once again before responding to me.

Hello Mr. Lathani,
Since you have not responded to my any emails, I am assuming that you are too busy and not worthy.
Your team has forcefully decided the resolution and never responded me what I have asked.
For the error which was done by eBay, I faced issues to communicate with my beloved. Hence initially I had requested to give my money and take the product back.
But there was a delay in response. Hence I asked for the compensation of Rs. 10, 000/- for the same and raised my grievances. Also requested your team that I want to talk with you. Which never happen nor I got answers of my questions or proper resolution.
After this team has taken some seriousness to resolve this claim because I had mentioned that I am serving legal notice through my advocate. I think Mr. Afroz had already decided the resolution on my claim because he never answered on my questions which I has raised. But after that I understand that it wasn't his fault and fault of eBay. So agreed to resolve the claim but I had given them option as well. Hence asked for just 200% with item value. But Mr. Afroz forcefully just refunded my money and given my Rs. 1, 000/- coupon which I haven't seen yet.
This claim was very much simple but you & your team made it worst.
Now it's upto you how to resolve this claim or I will because I had already contacted my advocate.
I want what I had claimed for nothing more or less than that.
Thank u
Deepak

You had missed this opportunity to resolve my grievances earlier. I had given time to reply. But there wasn't any response from ebay.
Now I had already forwarded my case to my lawyer and he will take case after this. If you want to discuss this case, please email to my lawyer at [protected]@rediffmail.com.
This time I have to appreciate you for the prompt response but it's not worth because now when I had given you my lawyer info then you had shown interest.
I was really not looking any extra penny from ebay. But you forced me to do so. Hence now if you want to resolve the case you have 2 option:
i). Contact my lawyer to resolve the case OR
ii). My lawyer will contact ebay to get this resolved.
You had not yet answered my grievance and just replied that you are refunding my money and giving me 50% ebay coupon.
Actually I should say you are tooooo smart. First you have so laziness and now responded me with directly resolution.
OK no issue whatever happen let it go but I want to communicate Mr. Lathani to share my experience.
And you can refund me the amount but with 200% If you are OK then reply me back and if not then I don't want to hear from you after this. And want to talk with Mr. Lathani.
Thank u

As you are aware that the eBay’s website, www.ebay.in ("Site"), offers an online Market platform where sellers can list items for sale and interested buyers either bid for such items in an auction-style format or buy the same outright at a price set by the seller. eBay’s role is clearly limited to that of an intermediary and eBay does not own, stock, sell, distribute or in any manner come into possession of any items/products listed or put up for sale on the Site. eBay Guarantee program is designed to cover the buyers for valid and genuine claims for (a) Item Not Received and (b) Item Significantly Not As Described. Dear Mr. Afroz,
I really dont know whether you are able to read english or not. I had clearly mentioned on my previous email that I want a response from Mr. Lathani.
What kind of people you all are. Are you able to understand what mental harassment we are facing due to your fabulous site.
Also you are ordering me to return the product from my side which was wrongly delivered from your end. And if I fail then you will deny my claim, is it so ???
"I am waiting for that movement, please go ahead and try to do it."
Few points which I need to be clear from my side.
1). I wont return this watch from my side.
2). Collect it from your end and give me my cash back. As I had used COD through the product got delivered to me.
3). You delivered the wrong watch and I paid to you. So take the product back and give me my money handy.
4). If your so called seller is ready for refund then why he is not picking up my phone?
5). What if seller was ready to refund then that means you wouldn't have refunded my money or what. And you think I would have seated quietly?
6). I had shared the images then why I need to click the images one more time?
7). You gave me 3 days time to return your wrong product and then you will give me eBay coupon. So it means you want people should come once again to your fraud site to make purchase.
"As you are aware that the eBay’s website, www.ebay.in ("Site"), offers an online Market platform where sellers can list items for sale and interested buyers either bid for such items in an auction-style format or buy the same outright at a price set by the seller. eBay’s role is clearly limited to that of an intermediary and eBay does not own, stock, sell, distribute or in any manner come into possession of any items/products listed or put up for sale on the Site. ebay Guarantee program is designed to cover the buyers for valid and genuine claims for (a) Item Not Received and (b) Item Significantly Not As Described. I want to understand few points which you had mentioned on above paragraph.
8). You had mentioned "As you are aware that the eBay’s website, www.ebay.in ("Site"), offers an online Market platform where sellers can list items for sale and interested buyers either bid for such items in an auction-style format or buy the same outright at a price set by the seller. eBay’s role is clearly limited to that of an intermediary and eBay does not own, stock, sell, distribute or in any manner come into possession of any items/products listed or put up for sale on the Site." no I dont know who is seller nor I want to know it. I made the payment to eBay and it's your responsibility to get us correct product.
9). You had mentioned "ebay Guarantee program is designed to cover the buyers for valid and genuine claims for (a) Item Not Received and (b) Item Significantly Not As Described. While investigating a claim, eBay places fully reliance on the information provided by Buyers and Sellers." you mean to say I am doing a fraudulent claim?
10). You had mentioned "eBay observes a zero tolerance policy for fraudulent transactions or claims and reserves its rights to initiate appropriate legal action." then what % of tolerance we should show? Because I am having proof that eBay has cheated me by delivering wrong watch.
11). You had mentioned "We cover the buyer only for ( transaction amount + reshipping charges )." what extra I had asked from you?
Now I give you 3 days time to give me my money back and take this [censored]iiii watch which is lying on my shop. If you are not willing to do then after this I will claim in consumer forum and fight for my money with interest for keeping my money and also claim a high compensation for mental harassment.
Your time starts now...3, 2, 1...bowwwww
Thank u
Deepak

Hello Mr. Lathani,
This is ridiculous service from eBay.in.
This was my first purchase and I am feeling sorry that why I had made a purchase. Adding to this, soo much hassles.
I request you to look into this happening on your soo called fabulous website. I am expecting a response from your end and not from your team because I dont think they are not capable enough to understand the issue.
I think you can inform your team to read the email properly.
Yesterday I have received an email from one of your customer representative mentioning that I was not contactable. And he want the snapshot/images of the item and parcel with invoice copy. I just want to say that 1st point, in my previous email I had clearly mentioned that I am busy so might be not available on phone but I am reachable on email. And 2nd point was I dont know wht more proof is required to refund my money. i had already provided the images on my earlier email. Which was containing the images of the parcel, packaging, box, watch & invoice. Still your team is asking me images. Also stating that I will not respond to them with images (which I had already provided) then they will deny the claim.
Just to let you know that after this I wont provide any images for the same. Because I think you want a HD images which will help you to frame it on your home.
I dont want any call from your team. I want every thing on emails so that I CAN SHOW TO MEDIA how ebay manages their customers.
You can see the below email which I have received from Mr. Afroz (Service Recovery Team). First of all I dont know who he is and what his designation and what services he is providing. Secondly, please see the standard of email draft. I think there is no quality checks.

I think I made myself very clear. Refund my money and take this stuff from my home otherwise I have to take some action.
This is not a warning but an early alarm to awake you and you show laziness and press the snooze button then I think I have to bring a bucket of water to wake you up or to flushhhhhhh.
No more thanking
Deepak
