I PURCHASED A DELL INSPIRON LAPTOP BATTERY THROUGH eBAY, BUT IT WAS'NT GENUINE SO I RETURNED IT BACK TO THE SELLER THROUGH eBAY GUARANTEE CLAIM. SELLER HAS RECIEVED THE PRODUCT BUT I DIDN'T GET MY MONEY BACK, WHENEVER I CALL THE SELLER OR eBAY CUSTOMER CARE THEY DAY THAT I WILL GET REFUND IN 2-3 DAYS BUT ITS BEEN 1 MONTH AND I STILL DIDN'T GET MY REFUND.       I’ve been an ebay seller since 3 years wasn't active that much earlier, recently 2 months back i decided to again start selling, and since then i have sold 10 items successfully in a period of few days. All the items were delivered to their respective buyers and all the buyers have confirmed the receipt too, even i got ebay powership activated so, in total, my pending due remittance on paisapay account is rs. 60000 approx which was due to be processed on 9th march. However recently, i got an e-mail from ebay stating that “your remittance for paisapay transactions has been kept on hold. Any paisapay payments you receive will not be transferred to your bank account.”, they have suspected an issue with my paypal account which i later resolved on the same day, after resolving the issue my ebay got unrestricted from selling but remittance is still in hold condition, the remittance amount is my hard earned money and i believe paisapay or ebay has no right to keep the money for items with themselves, to be honest, i feel cheated. I have never been disappointed with ebay before. I followed up with ebay customer support representative, i called up ebay customer support and they said me i will be getting my money on next remittance due cycle and paisapay will be unholding within 72 hours, i kept quiet for 3 days and no response from them till now, i am contacting selling department, trust and safety department on daily bases but no response from them upto now, its been 10-12 days already are these guys insane or what. These people have no right to keep any seller's hard earned money with you. I plan to book ebay and paisapay under the information technology act 2000 and i will also file a complaint with the consumer complaint board of india. I demand my paisapay should be reinstated and all my due remittance money to be processed in the upcoming remittance cycle so that my hard earned money comes to my bank account. I am open up to any verification or checks required for the above. Hoping for a supportive response to my concern.

        Hi, My account ( vservbpo) was suspended by Ebay stating some activity is going and we will close your account and all payments will be paid. It 20 days all my account transaction are deleted by them and they are not paying me my pending payments. I often get mail from them to contact our account manager and every time we call our account manager Mr Prashanth he don't pick our calls. we tested by calling from unknown number he picks and reply that he will get back in 24 Hours but till date he has never called. Ebay talks about rules, regulations and policies for banning account but does see they themselves really follow his own rules. Any activity done on ebay should be warned or notified but Ebay straight away closes any account. Any ways India is open market with many E-comm sites. There is total of 6, 00, 000/- pending in payment which are held by ebay in my account which were promised to pay but neither the Trust team nor the account manager has reply when they will be paid. I need my hard earned money or else will go legally for the monopoly rule by EBAY

          I PURCHASED A MOBILE ON E-BAY[protected] BUT THE MOBILE TOUCH IS NOT WORKING FROM 1ST DAY I CONTACTED TO SERVICE CENTER AND THEY SAID WE DID NOT SERVICE E-BAY PRODUCTS. I CONTACTED TO E-BAY THEY GIVEN SELLER NUMBER BUT IT WAS NOT WORKING AGAIN I CONTACTED TO E-BAY CLAIM AND I RAISED A E-BAY CLAIM. AFTER TWO DAYS THEY MAILED TO ME PLEASE TAKE DOA COPY FROM SERVICE CENTER AFTER THAT PLEASE FORWARD THAT DOA COPY TO US. AGAIN I CONTACTED TO SERVICE CENTER THEY SAID WE DID NOT GIVE ANY DOA LETTER AND WHAT THEY SAID IS THE E-BAY PEOPLE AND SELLER IS FRAUDING YOU. AND IN E-BAY GUARANTEE POLICY ALSO THEY MENTIONED IF ANY DAMAGED ITEM RECEIVED WE JUST REFUND OR REPLACE THE ITEM. IN THAT GUARANTEE POLICY THEY DID NOT MENTIONED IF THE DAMAGED ITEM IS ARRIVES WE WANT DOA LETTER ETC... IT IS CLEAR THEY ARE TRYING TO ESCAPE AND CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS ISSUE

                I purchased an item from ebay on 6th of January. The seller provided me with tracking details after couple of days which were dated back to 5th of January (The day before placing the order). I really don't know how this shipping works!!! When I checked with the seller he had answered me differently each and every time. Once stating that the shipment already left from his place and the other time it is not shipped yet. He even asked me for my address again to ship. After couple of days, to my surprise, the status of the tracking # provided (FEDEX) shows that it is delivered. However I have not received any. I then raised a claim with ebay who seems to have resolved with no resolution and not even checking with me. I called them back and had escalated the claim. Its been 2+ months since the claim was raised and escalated. There is still no response or resolution on this. My mail transactions with the seller were forwarded to ebay team, however there is neither a response nor an acknowledgement. I tried to reach the Grievances team and the country head of operations as well with no luck. Every time I call up the customer care they stick with only one word that the issue would be resolved within next 48 hours. Forget about the resolution I don't even get an update on the status many a times. Some of the reference numbers of the calls and the persons I spoke with my remarks next to them.                       We recently brought a roti maker from eBay which was damaged at the time of delivery. We informed the same to eBay and raised the ticket. They promised to resolve at the earliest but zero action has been taken. The eBay Guarantee* claim SR# 1-[protected].                         I had ordered a gym bench from ebay on 27 Feb 2014 however the seller has delivered me gym plates instead. Now i have been following up with ebay to get my refund but all i am being told is until the product is not shipped back to the seller i will not receive any refund. Now the seller is not bothered to get the product picked by and the ebay call centre people are least bothered and are just lying and asking me to wait. Now I haven’t received what i have ordered and my credit is due. Ebay is just lying and delaying the my refund. They are just bothered protecting the seller by ensuring he gets the product back but are least bothered to refund my money ASAP. The ebay protection is hoax.                                 Dear Sir, I have purchased mobile Spice Stellar 518. I have received mobile box but Seal is broken of mobile box. As per mentioned mobile box flip cover include in mobile box (photo is attached for your ready reference )but i have not found flip cover in mobile box After that immediately I have logged the complaint at ebay.in website. Yesterday I have received the call from ebay india customer care executive (Mr.Vivek) is informed me that your claim is under non-eligibility criteria so that ebay india is rejecting your eBay Guarantee* claim request. Therefore, I want to ask ebay as per your company norms (ebay.in guarantee) if company provide mobile with flip cover then why you are not giving to me. I am requesting to concerned parson, kindly provide me proper solution on this matter.

                                      i ordered an electronic item from ebay which gives ebay gurantee for items' genuineness. The product turned out to be a fake one and i complained this to ebay. i also talked to the seller and he told me that it's not banded but copy of that. later on ebay assured me of befitting action against the seller, but next day i received mail from ebay that my claim is rejected having contacted the seller. now i want strict action against ebay india for harassing the individuals. And i also would like to get my money back. I'm attaching all the communication with ebay and the seller.

                                        I have purchase BL - 4D battery for Nokia E5 from eBay which I have recd on 10th March.After using this item I have found that this not working and mail to eBay on yesterday and ask about replacement but I am not recd any positive reply from eBay.Item is under warranty and validate next six month. Please advice me how I return this item to the seller.
