        I bought BB Bold worth 8000 Approximately from EBAY. My Claim no 875520. The phone is not in proper working condition because of which i asked for refund, i was told to send the phone back, but when i contacted different courier service companies no one agreed to send the electronic item via courier. first flight agreed but they asked for form 403, As a consumer i can't arrange form 403 . I kept customer care executive in loop of Ebay at all the times, lastly i again called ebay customer care and told them that i am not able to do the courier request you to please pick the courier and i am willing to pay the charges. they said we will get back to me on this in 48 hours. its already been 4 days this problem been raised but no revert from ebay yet. seems like ebay is least bothered. i am requesting to kindly get this problem resolved chirag +[protected]

            Hi, I purchased Car tyre markers PaisaPay ID : [protected]. There are few facts which forced me to file for re-fund: 1. The product is giving very dull finish to my car tyres(Mahindra Scorpio) after applying it. The picture in the offer shows very bright finish. 2. In the description there is a not mentioned as below (this is copy/pasts from the AD on ebay) : << Note : You can use this for any marking purpose, For Car tyres, one pen can use one tire if the text is larger one, if you want to write for four tires of large text, you need buy about 4-5 pcs of pens. FOR EXAMPLE: "MRF" - YOU CAN WRITE TWO TYRES, FOR BRIDGESTONE YOU CAN WRITE ONE TYRE, PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY. >> 3. Each of my tyres has “BRIDGESTONE” and "DUELER" marking and has few more characters indicating tyre model (Mahindra Scorpio) . So going by above calculation I ordered for 4 sets (2+1 offer = 12 pens). 4. Now when I started doing the paint, all the 4 tyres were completed by 2 pens only. Now all the remaining pens are useless for me. So I raised claim to return 9 pens (3 sets) which was rejected. 5. My point is, why you are deceiving people by giving wrong information on site just to sell more quantity. This is false business practise !!! So I request you to escalate this and take appropriate action and help me getting my refund ASAP. Thanks, Amarjeet

                I had purchased SAMSUNG GALAXY S4 GT[protected]GB on 14th November, 14 through Paise pay ID: [protected] . In this regard I contacted you regarding the problem faced on 17th January, 2015 regarding irregularity such as that mobile suddenly stops connecting wi-fi. It got activated only after phone is restore to factory settings. In the process all the data is lost. Further, suddenly it stops receiving and giving calls and then you have to restart or shut down to make it working. In addition its battery was exhausting very fast This I was experiencing since I have purchased the mobile. You advise me to contact the seller on 20th January, 2015. As per your advise I contacted seller many times on mail but he never responded. In the meantime the mobile started suddenly switched off even if the battery is 80% say and then I have to connect it with power to start phone. Finally, I made a call to person named in invoice and explained the problems with respect to new mobile . He informed me that he will not be able to do much but still you send me mobile through courier as I was placed in Delhi and seller was in Mumbai. I sent my mobile through my friend to Mumbai but the person was not ready to accept the phone physically and told me to send through courier. I requested him to accept the phone physically but he vehemently refused to accept it and insisted only to be sent by courier.He further told me that my that my warranty is only for software and was not committing regarding how much time will be taken to send back the mobile to me. Finally I requested him to tell me that what is the problem with mobile and he asked me to change the battery and get the software updated from mobile shop. I purchased the battery at the cost of Rs. 1300/- and it appears that problem with respect to sudden switch off for mobile is sorted but I am not aware of other problems which may come over again. From whatever I have experienced, it is certain that defective mobile is delivered. You are requested to take up the matter with seller and compensate loss suffered by me.                           Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a Dell Laptop Model Dell Inspiron 3537 4th GEN i3 4GB RAM 500GB HDD WIN 8.1, for Rs.31, 783/- only, on 18th April, 2014 from ebay, my paisa pay ID: [protected], and sometime in 9th January 2015, it stopped working, after submitting to Dell authorized Service Centre, I came to know that motherboard has issued and need to be replaced. As the seller has not given me the manufacture warranty the dell service centre is refusing to give me the free servicing. I have made numerous calls to the seller and talked and requested he had agreed to help me and he said I will replace it, he wanted a invoice copy, I have scanned and send a invoice copy to the seller, for verification he has taken 2-days, again after 2-days I have reminded to him then he said your invoice is okay, I will replacedit within a week, again after 1-weak I haven given called to him, he said I am out of station I will come within a week, again after 1-week he said within 2-days, I come down to Hyderabad and meet to you, he has taken whole 1-month for replacement of motherboard, and yet so far I didn’t received the item till today, the seller is playing with my patience. What shall I have to do now? I am in great trouble the seller is not helping to me. I have log the complaint on 18/02/2015 through Ebay Guaantee, I am expecting ebay will replace the product or refund my money.                             Dear Sir, I had ordered external hard disc from Name- Ravindra pratap, house no 199, shukul kund road, khanna palace ambala 134003.(description-western digitalwd my passport ultra 2tb )through e-bay. The parcel was delivered by postman through speed post No EH[protected] IN.on 02/02/2015 The parcel contained two electronic magazines instead of hard disc drive. The cost of hard disc was Rs 6569/- which e-bay and the seller is refusing to refund inspite of complaining with them. I am thinking of going to press and consumer court. Thanks Sushil

                                i want to complain on the website - eBay... my claim id was – 844808 on which i had applied for the seller protection... i had applied for the seller protection in the same matter because i hadn’t received the product back and also eBay company had debited the amount of 26999 from my paisapay account and refunded back to the buyer without any kind of investigation with the seller…. and also always fake promising since last 1 month that the case is in under process… plz give us 48 to 72 hours at every time when i call in the customer support… i still haven’t received my sold product back and also not received the claim amount back by the website eBay… in behalf of the company website, for the seller money safety there is a policy available in the website named as – the seller protection….the huge amount loss, i am facing right now just only because of the company mistake… and to avoid the loss, company website is not taking any kind of actions seriously in this matter….

                                  I am Prajwal B V, an engineering student from NMAMIT, nitte. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I opened a "Item not working/broken" claim (claim=complaing in ebay terms) by asking for refund for the item I had purchased on Jan 30 2015 from ebay which was delivered on Feb 04 2015. The reason for opening the claim is because the item delivered was defective, and when I powered it on (by connecting vcc and ground) it didn't give a backlight which it is supposed to have given. Details of the claim are as follows Claim ID: 872615 PaisaPay ID: [protected] Item number: [protected] Seller ID: 14electronicbay Date claim opened: [protected] The claim was made before 15 days of delivery. It was made after 6 days. After opening the claim I had to send the "proof of item not as described" via email, for which I sent the pics of the item taken. I got a call from ebay on 16th Feb 2015 at 11:18 am and they had inquired me the reason for applying for refund, and they connected me directly to the seller and they inquired us both. The seller was complaining that it is not the module that was sent by him because it didn't have the pin names printed on backside of the module, he was saying that the item that I gave in the pics is different from what he had sent me. I said that there is no way for the misplace of the item because I had got a sealed package from ebay and while opening it I had made the video record for the proof. The ebay guy responded to this by asking the seller to send the pics of the item that the seller was talking about (the pics of the module which according to seller is the pic of the actual module sent). Ebay guy said that once he gets these pics from the seller he will resolve the issue. I got a call from ebay again on 19th feb 2015 2:39 pm. This time they told me that the claim is resolved and I will not be getting the refund because the claim I have made is not elligible for refund. They didnot approve for the request for refund or replacement, at the least partial refund. When I tried to remind them about the ebay policy according to which they are supposed to approve the refund claim, they were not ready to listen because they said that they have already taken the decision. As far as the ebay guidelines is concerned they are liable to approve for a refund or replacement because according to the seller eventhough the pin names is not printed on the back, it falls under the category "item not as described". I feel extremely sad because of this injustice. They usually keep a record of the call for training purposes which can be verified for the proof of my complaint. In the photo proof I have given the photos of the items delivered, proof of the call timings I mentioned, and their ebay policy according to which I can get a refund or replacement.

                                  Its been 9 days and still waiting for a solution. The ebay is not contacting me they are just giving a front that they are showing the response but each time this is all they send:

                                  "Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your concern with us.
                                  We are checking with the team regarding this issue. Kindly allow us some time, will update you soon on the same."

                                  No matter how many times I ask them they send me back the same thing. Its been more than a week. Please take some strict action against ebay, so that they really take this issue seriously.

                                  AND ITS SO ANNOYING when I finally realised it that it is the system generated message they keep sending me and not the one sent by ebay ppl.
                                  Now a days ebay people do not listen to the buyer as far as of the refund is concerned. Their customer care people try more to hush up the case by not agreeing to any refund. If refund is approved, it will increase their work and also more questioning from their management. I also suffered loss of money as my claim, item defective / non-functional, was NOT agreed to by their customer care executive, and all my money went into GKG. Today's ebay is NOT what it used to be few years back. So, be very careful while buying on ebay.
                                  I tooo lost money on ebay as they were not ready to approve refund for the wrong item that was delivered to me. Don't trust ebay.. even their product quality is bad now days.
                                  The ebay have infact contacted me through messages, but they didnot mail me to my gmail nor they contacted me through phone.
                                  They sent me Dear Customer, We have taken a note of your details and will get back to you with a resolution at the earliest. Thank you. on 22 feb 2015. and till now they havent done anything,

                                  If I ask them on updates regarding this issue all they say is Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your concern with us.
                                  We are checking with the team regarding this issue. Kindly allow us some time, will update you soon on the same.

                                  and then practically do nothing at all. Its been 8 days since they first sent me a message. No actions have been taken till now, I am begining to doubt whether they will really resolve the issue! or just keep pushing things forward.

Then I purchased an ‘Auxus NOTE 5.5 OCTA CORE Smartphone FINGER PRINT SENSOR 2GB RAM NFC HD iberry’ from ebay.in on 29/08/2014. The Item code is[protected] and the paisapay payment id is [protected] under which an amount of Rupees 12, 163.25/- was debited from my bank account to ebay. The seller’s detail is given below ( Third Party seller selling under ebay’s brand name ) Seller:Name: Kamaraj Kamaraj. Email: [protected]@yahoo.com Phone: [protected]. After a long wait of 20 days; I received the product finally on 18/09/2014 and to my utter dejection, noticed that it has the following defects:- 1) The major defect is that it is not supporting the ear phones. There was big amount of voice disturbance on plugging the ear phone and the music or voice not audible. I tried with my own ear phone (seinheiser) and the same problem was existing. So it seems the jack of the phone was having some defect. I am on road most of the time and it is difficult to use phone without hands free. 2) The battery was discharging so fast, cant' believe it is a 3200MAH battery (Hardly 2hrs of talk time or screen applications usage). 3) The flash light of camera is not working. 4) Over heating on using the phone for making calls or simply browsing. Can't place the phone on my ear nor use hands free!! I immediately informed the seller of these issues, but the seller told me that I need to get in touch with the manufacturer iberry to solve the issues. I called the iberry call centre and they told me that I have to send the phone to them for repair and I have to borne the courier charges. After constant hankering of almost 40 days and escalating the grievance with the ebay.in; your grievance support people told me that I can now send the phone for replacement to the manufacturer. So I immediately did so through DTDC courier K76859575 in its original packing on Nov 3rd 2014. On Nov. 5th they (iberry) confirmed the receipt of the same and said that there is some kind of physical damage to the phone and so the warranty is void. Then on Nov 17 2014 they said that I had to pay Rs. 9000/- to make all the repairs on the phone. They said that the screen was damaged and it will cost Rs. 8000/- plus to repair the audio jack Rs. 500 and service charge of Rs. 500. This was completely unacceptable to me, as there was no damage to the screen while sending it in its original pack. It was a clear ploy on the companies part to not provide a replacement. Soon 14/11/2014 I asked for a grievance escalation to the ebay.in head of india CS and was given a serial nos SR# 1-[protected]. They said that the serial number will be updated in two working days and I shall be able to get in touch with the person. After two days I tried the serial number and it did not work. I kept on trying for many days and the service representatives kept on dilly dallying and I could never get in touch. They said that some representative will call and sort this matter out. Then on 25th Dec 2014 a representative called and said that I should have kept a snap of the phone before sending. I said that it was not physically damaged so I didn’t keep any snap. Otherwise if there was any physical damage I would have taken a snap and informed them. I request you to do justice to my case. I have been a genuine buyer and I am being harassed for no reason by the iberry company. It is just not possible for me to pay 9000 for a phone which I had bought for Rs. 12, 000/-. The company should be honest and send the replacement. Please intervene and do justice to me. Another issue is that I have lost faith in the transparency of the E-bay system. I had given a negative feedback on the seller with the details of the problem that I am facing with the phone. I was shocked to see that it had been removed by your company the next day.                                     I am suffering the same treatment from Iberry, ebay and Kamaraj Kamaraj. therefore launched a complain in consumer forum and not planning to register a FIR against Iberry and Ebay as the transaction took place in Raipur Chhattisgarh . I would request you to do so as early as possible . These people should not go unpunished

                                      sir i had purchase a solar charge controller on ebay.in in november 2013... the device was malfunctioning...i tried to contact the seller and tried to resolve the matter through ebay guarantee... but failed... sir my rs.3340 have gone waste... i m totally frustrated but finally i found your online complaint site... i am writing to u anticipating that the matter will be resolved to my satisfaction... help me please...

                                        I ordered an item from ebayindia. I received a faulty item. On contacting eBay they agreed to give a copoun. Now its been over 20 days I have not received any copoun. I tried contacting customer care but they are give false promises. They are just playing with our hard earned money. They don't want to help. I would request you to take this matter and get this issue solved. Also I would like to take this opportunity to request people to boycott ebayindia.
