    I bought a Samsung galaxy grand 2 white smartphone from m.zahi0 i.e seller on ebay. The item was found defunct as having error in wi-fi connection, thereafter communication with seller and ebay, ebay directed me to send the item to the seller. The buyer sent the item to the seller after spending of rs.310/-as courier charge via DTDC to the seller for replacement.
    Thereafter Again seller sent me a default product as a replacement which does not match with their mentioned description (RAM having 870MB while describe RAM as 1.5GB).
    I raised a claim for the replacement on ebay because it has been paid through paisa pay id ID[protected].Ebay again told me to reship the item to the seller for replacement.I requested the ebay to provide me reverse Pickup facility for the replacement, but he din't provided this facility.I urge to the seller too for it, he promised me that I am in communication with courier fedex for it & your problem will be resolved sooner. Now he is making various reasons.
    Every time ebay directing buyer to reshiped the item to the seller for replacement which causes financial loss to me.Although, On direction of ebay (1st time) i reshiped the item to the seller (for replacement of the item having error in wi-fi connection problem) After having expenditure of Rs.310/- (apart from the amount paid Rs. 14500/- ) through DTDC courier. But again (2nd time) the item received were not found as it described (like RAM having 870 MB only which is lesser than what it was described i.e 1.5GB ).
    Please help me already it has gone apprx. 2 months in the conversation with all these parties’ i.e seller and Ebay. I am totally fadeup with the problem arises.

      I purchased a product from EBay on 1st January, at the time of payment I selected EMI option. The product was not shipped by merchant and automatically Ebay initiated my refund. When I received the refund nearly after 20 days, I found that Ebay has refunded the Principle amount of Rs 18, 399 but has charged me Rs 106 for the EMI interest. I have been charged for nothing. I have not received the Product. The product was cancelled from Ebay side then to they kept my money for 20 days and instead giving me the interest for the amount Ebay has taken the interest from me for keeping my money for nothing. Please help..

        Respected sir, I, dr. Jidhin raj had filed an complaint with eBay on 18 th December 2014 regarding the misuse of my debit card details for 2 purchases on eBay on 18 th itself.the two purchases were amounting to rs 14911 and 26214 for which i was able to get a refund for 14911.I had also registered a complaint with the police and FIR copy along with bank details and relevant documents were sent to [protected]@ebay.com and to [protected]@ebay.com.the amount of 26214 is still not delivered or refunded till today. I have been relentlessly contacting eBay through mail phone etc almost every alternate day for the past 2 months but I have deep regret in informing you that the approach I have received has been far from satisfactory. Other sr numbers allotted to me are 1-[protected] and[protected]. 2 weeks back I had approached a lawyer who is also my relative and she tried contacting eBay. She was able to get in touch team leader who informed her that on Feb 4, the refund has been sanctioned and will be delivered within 10 working days.since it has not been delivered on subsequent queries we were informed that they can't understand why the refund has not been delivered and was asked to inform the grievance department regarding that but no response from that department I am extremely disappointed in the response to such a serious issue from the whole eBay team who is considered to be well established international company with high regard for customer satisfaction and enquiries. It has been 2 months since the occurance of the event as well as the registration of the complaint but I have not received my full refund. I kindly request you to urgently look into this matter and give a positive resolution for my issue at the earliest Thanking you Yours faithfully Dr.jidhin raj

          I had ordered a product which wasn't as per the listing on ebay and on returning it back as per the call centre's procedure with a claim id 818535. i have returned the product which has reached the seller in January, the customer care hasn't been helpful they give false promise that the issue will be sorted in 48 hours and end up telling to contact the seller and settle the dispute. i have bought the product at ebay and its been more than a month since the product has reached its seller and the seller has blocked my calls. i want my money to be refunded and also want to register a complain for customer grievance over ebay.

            Hi All, Plz dont buy products on ebay.in...i bought 1 S4 with paisa pay ID [protected] ..seller Importedhub provided fake shipping details on 15th feb DTDC Tracking no : D20907308...i asked customer care a lot of time and always a new person talked and said that i will get refund till 27th jan...now still waiting on 13th feb...they saying seller has shipped the shipment with this tracking number and i saying same that this is fake details.

            If Ebay guys cant track on DTDC web then how they can say that seller has shipped it??

            BTW dont buy on this bulShi% website ebay.in...really messed up..

            Above was msg posted by me on 13th feb..eaby.in also told me that after 5 days i will get solution but on 6th day they just emailed that my duration for refund is over and they cant help me...

            Now my point is..

            This seller USED DTDC (and dtdc is not an official partner for sending goods, as per Customer care)

            Sender just gave fake details of tracking number which neither Ebay nor me can track>>>how can they belive to seller..

            ebay didnt asked DTDC whether this shipment was send from kolkata and reciever(me) recieved in ghaziabad (after all i pay 19800 INR) not a small amount to buy things..

            guys avoid Ebay...this is a bunch of fraud people...

                    I have purchased a sealed cover pack of foreign coins from e-bay and made the payment online. The goods were received in broken condition. A claim was lodged which has been opened as eBay Guarantee* claim - 858885. On the request of company snap shots of the broken product, packaging and envelope was also attached with email. However the company instead of refunding my money and taking the product back is indulging in anti-consumer and monopolistic acts and omissions. After having delivered broken goods, and acknowledging its fault (all evidences are in my possession) the company is harassing me whereas the Seller is merry making. The unscrupulous Seller is being protected, who has already made an illegal gain. The Seller despite knowing that the item was brittle has only wrapped it up in a newspaper. It has charged Rs. 90/- towards shipping but has spent only Rs. 39/- which is very much apparent on the envelope, and thus pocketed Rs. 51/- thereby wrongfully enriching himself by Rs. 51/-. No action ostensibly has been initiated against it. On the contrary I have been coerced to spend more money for dispatch of the item back and then be at the mercy of the seller and e-bay. This would amount to jeopardizing good money after the bad money: I have already burnt my fingers and my money is in soup. E-bay is coercing me to spend more good money after the bad money by spending on return postage which will entail expenditure on postage and time and money in travelling to the post office. I have asked you to pick up the item from my address to which they are not agreeing. To add insult to the injury, they have stated in their mail that the shipping charges would be refunded to me by e-bay coupon. That means that only way of realizing that money would be to further purchase goods from e-bay and possible pay more money to them. Thus I will suffer harassment and e-bay would further make profit out of it. This is clearly restrictive and unfair trade practice whereby ebay would make profit at the expense of the consumers. If I do not comply with their illegal dictates, e-bay has threatened closure of the claim. It is illegal, arbitrary and anti-consumer. Hence I am writing this complaint. I want that e-bay should refund my payment with compensation for harassment; take action against the seller and the damaged goods be collected from my address by e-bay itself. Companies with such policies are a serious threat to consumer movement in India. I am writing this so that the public may be on guard against such tactics.

                    e-bay has done what had been apprehended--it has unjustifiably and arbitrarily closed the claim. THUS IT HAS PROTECTED THE UNSCRUPULOUS SELLER WHO HAS MADE UNFAIR PROFIT BY SAVING RS. 51/- FROM THE SHIPPING COST--PACKED THE GOODS ONLY IN A THIN NEWSPAPER WHICH CAUSED THE GOODS TO BE BROKEN IN TRANSIT. E-BAY WILL NOW FULL ITS POCKETS AND ENJOY THE COMMISSION AT THE COST AND EXPENSE OF THE CONSUMER WHO HAS BEEN SADDLED WITH WORTHLESS GOODS.

                      I had ordered an item no.[protected] from ebay using paisapay on Jan 20th. my paisapay id is [protected]. As per paisapay if a seller doesn't ship the item in 3 days then customer has the right to cancel his/her order. I got a shipment message from ebay on 23rd but till 30th i didn't get my product. when i inquired then i got to know that seller didn't ship the item on 23rd. He had provided the fake shipping information on ebay and to my surprise ebay doesn't verify if the shipping details are authenticated or not. I have lost my money and didn't get my product as well. ebay is encouraging cheat and fake sellers on its site. I am getting threat calls from seller when i told him that i am going to complain against him. Beware of Ebay as its not safe to shop from there. think before buying anything.

                      hi dear..me too lost 19800 INR..ebay canceled my refund request just bcoz i didnt picked a call...shipper send me fake details..even ebay customer care acknowledge in past but they have limitations...i will not buy anything in future and will encourage everyone to be in caution while buying on ebay...fake sellers listed and just [censored]ng attitude by Ebay.in..

                          Dear Sir, I had paid Rs. 13721 to buy Micromax Canvas Gold on 18th January 2015 (Product Code:[protected] to be delivered to Nagpur Address. The Ebay Seller ID was justbuy_2014. (Located in Chennai) As per the timelines the product was supposed to be delivered to me on or before 29th January 2015. Further when it followed up with Ebay it was told to me that the product will be delivered by Bluedart. On 30th January, Ebay cancelled my order without stating any reason and initiated the refund process. On 4th January (today) the refund process was approved. The refund will be paid back to me in 7 days. It is my apprehension that the seller or ebay has cancelled this order because the prices of that particular model of mobile have increased since 18th January 2015. The hike in prices is substantial enough for any seller to cancel the earlier locked lower price to earn higher benefit. As per contract act when buyer and seller have agreed and when buyer has paid for the amount then seller has to perform his obligation. In this case the seller and ebay have not performed their part of promise just because the price of the mobile has increased before the delivery date. In this whole process, i made the payment for the mobile by my credit card and as my credit cycle was nearing, i had to pay back to credit card company. Thus even if i get the refund back in the credit card account, i will not be refunded the payment already made to credit card company. As such i have to compulsorily spend that amount to make the balance zero. Following are my grievances: 1) Thus Ebay or Seller has in this process used my money for more than 21days without any benefit to me. 2) I did not get the mobile in the price which i locked on 18th January 2015 (As the prices have increased now.) I had made several followups in the above matter, but neither ebay team nor seller provided any kind of resolution. They only blamed bluedart that they could not pick up the parcel. I now need resolution in this matter by way of compensation in money or discount in the mobile price below the locked in price of 18th January 2015 i.e. Rs.13721. Thanks Chinmay [protected]
                          This kind of cheating by E-commerce website should be restricted by Law.
                          There should be strict action by levy of penalty on Seller and EBAY
                          Ebay has even now allowed that seller to cheat more people.

                                I ordered an iPad Air cover in eBay on 8th Jan (PaisaPay ID:[protected], Item number:[protected] and supposed to have been delivered on 13th Jan. Early morning on 13th Jan (7 am) I got an SMS and email from eBay saying it was delivered! I was shocked and checked with my watchmen and neighbors and confirmed that NO PACKAGE was delivered. I then called the seller twice and he expressed his inability to do anything. I called FEDEX and one CSR told me that the Fedex internal system reporting the status was in a state of flux for the last few days and it has been reporting status incorrectly. He further told me that FEDEX relies on an agent of theirs to deliver to my pin code and that I wait for another day to get my package. I also sent an immediate email to eBay saying I had not received my package yet and followed that up with a call to them, upon which eBay asked me to register a claim. When I went to their website to raise a claim, id did not allow me to do so, since it said one had to wait for 3 days from date of delivery to register a claim!! So after 2 more days, on 15th Jan, I registered a claim on eBay (Claim ID:841801) and further called eBay to enquire about it. Finally, on 23rd Jan I received an email from eBay saying they had REJECTED my claim since the status showed the package as delivered!! I then called one "Anupam" (supervisor in eBay) and asked him for POD - he promised to resolve it but then vanished. I called eBay again and spoke to another supervisor and was given the name of a grievance officer (Saurabh Shankar) and his phone number[protected] and I have called him 4 times and noone picks it up! This is pathetic customer service from eBay. The iPad Air cover is worth Rs. 599 and I paid using my PAYBACK points for the same. Please help me in escalating this to the highest level possible.

                                  At Last I got the coupon after calling and mailing ebay.in several times. There might have been some technical problem regarding issuing the coupon and that is why It was getting late I think. Thanks Comsumercomplaints.in and ebay.in.

                                        Hello, This is regarding my order with Paisapay id [protected]. I had ordered for 2 watches from the same seller 'frankdeal2012' on 7th Jan, 2015. According to ebay guarantee the watches should have reached me by 17th Jan'15. But till today(30th Jan'15) I have not received my items. According to the tracking details the watches were delivered on 12th Jan. When I saw this, I immediately contacted the ebay customer care on 14th Jan'15 and informed the customer care executive about the same. Upon his suggestion I contacted the seller and requested her to look into the matter. She told me that she will provide me with the Proof of Delivery within 2 days. Since she failed to provide me with the same, I opted for ebay claim for both the items with claim IDs 844242 and 844239. After a week of filing the claim I received a call from ebay claims department stating that my claim is in process and will be solved within 15-20 days. On 24th Jan'15 I received sms and email from ebay stating that my claim is rejected because according to the courier tracking details the items were delivered on 12th Jan and I raised the claim on 17th Jan. I immediately called the customer care once again asking for a resolution, but in vain! I again contacted the seller and requested her to solve the issue and provide me with the POD. In the mean time she also told me that she was working with courier company(DTDC) about the same. I too made several calls to the local DTDC offices in Guwahati to inquire about my consignment but no body knew anything about it. Finally after many days of communication with the seller I succeeded in obtaining the POD from her on 27th Jan'15. To my astonishment the POD which she provided to me and based on which ebay rejected my claim, does not have my signature or my family member's signature on it. In fact according to the delivery sheet the consignment number that was provided to me was in the name of some random person and hence was delivered to some random person. Now I want an answer from ebay how can you reject my claim based on a document which does not even have my name and address, to which the delivery was to be done, leave alone my signature. Does this mean ebay paisapay guarantee is a scam??? Does this mean I pay and order for products and my claim is rejected/invalid even if it is delivered to some random person???? Even after multiple calls to ebay customer care, seller and even the courier company I received no resolution even after 2 weeks. Should I consider my money and products gone and me as a buyer trapped and cheated by the false ebay guarantee? I hope this mail of mine reaches some genuine person who understands the problem and situation and thoroughly investigates the matter and not just closes it because you have some random POD with you. I am also attaching and marking the details at the POD which was provided to me by the seller for your reference. P.S: According to the POD the consignment number M[protected]which was provided to me by ebay and the seller) is in the name of some SK Agarwal in the sheet and signed and received by some Navin whom I don't know! I made the order in the name of Mr. PJ Hazarika (my father) and the order was to be delivered to him. The so called 'Proof of delivery' does not have my or my father's signature on it, on whose name the order was placed. I don't understand how you consider it as proof!
