I have purchased "Water Portable Multimedia Speaker Mp3 Fm Player" on 15th January 2015 on eBay Website by paying 800 INR. And was informed that the product will be delivered to me on 26th January. On 16th January I received a call from Ebay that they don't have the same brand product available and will send me some other brand product. I agreed on that and waited till 26th January. I did not received the product on 26th January so wrote an e-mail on e-bay.They replied me that their product is in switched on condition due to that the complete parcel is stuck in India Customs. I raised a refund claim on 26th January and on the e-mail, They confirmed that money will be refunded but. Today when I spoke with their refund department they said wait more and they have not initiated any refund request yet. They are not providing me with any information and I cant take a product which is already faulty (stuck with customs because of switch on sound). They have blocked my money and harassing me all the more by not giving me any information. They are trying to sell an already faulty product which is why there is a sound coming from the parcel. No body contacted me for more delay in refund, They are not committing anything about How much time as a consumer I have to wait for money back. I am paying bank the transaction fee on the purchase which I am bearing because I purchased it through credit card. I want my full money INR 800 Back plus 250 Rs as the transaction fee which I am paying for the transaction fee. Also, INR 250 as everytime I call eBay and they keep me on hold for indefinite number of time wherein it is not my responsibilty to call them and pay telephone charges also. So the total of INR 1300 is required to be refunded to me.

    After receiving the product it not getting up means the Windows is not uploaded in the laptops and also they have not been provided the CD of the software to upload it and after talking to seller he was told to send the CD but till now not send and communications also does not happend the poor service being done by eBay seller Now I want to return the laptops it's my worst experience with ebay

      Dear sir, This is to inform you that I took part in the Azaadi Rocks Contest 2014 held in August 2014 by ebay.in. On August 5 2014 I purchased an item (item id :[protected] and the paisa payID of that purchase is [protected]. That, on 6th August 2014I was declared as one of the winner of the azadirocks contest 2014 for that day and I won Rs.5000 coupon.The link of the facebook page image in which I was declared winner is as follows (I am also attaching a screen shot of that page for your ready reference) https://www.facebook.com/ebaydotin/photos/pb.[protected].-[protected].[protected... But till now I didn't receive the coupon which was supposed to be given after 15th September 2014.I tried to write to customer service but didn't get any response except false assurances. Please see the matter on a serious note and take necessary steps to issue the voucher/coupon in my favour as early as possible.Any other information in this regard can be asked at any time.             Hi, The below claim was closed on 03-Jan-2015 14:50 with a commitment for a coupon and will be sent to me within 6-8 days. But already 24 days passed, no coupon was sent to me. ebay always gives fake commitment about coupon. Claim ID: 820813 PaisaPay ID: [protected] I have complained to eBay today. The reference no is 1-[protected]. But i am hopeless, eBay wont do anything as per process. They always wait customer to escalate then they send coupon. Thanks Subrata

                Hi Hi I bought an iphone 4s 32gb on ebay in oct'14. Paisapay id [protected] However the product i received is giving me big time battery issues already. Also the earphones i received with phone Are not genuine apple earphones. I request you to look into this asap and free us from al this inconvenience at the earliest. I have mailed the seller and ebay guys lot of times and yet no progress what so ever. I swear to not buy anything from ebay once this is sorted. Please help asap. Darshana [protected]

                  I participated in ebay India Diwali fest 2014 in month of oct, as per their diwali festival offer, highest spender of the day will get iphone6 and i was declared too by ebay and got confirmation mail too but since three months there is no clue of gift despite writing their highest escalation point and grievance cell. ebay india seems to be just publishing festival schemes but never handouts gifts to winner, seems they are fraud by nature Amit

                    Dear All, I have purchased a product from ebay.in on 10 Jan 2015 paid them the product was "Hard Disk 160 GB SATA 3.5 Inch Desktop Hard Disk Drive /HDD "[protected]" shipped after calling on 16 jan and received when calling many times to seller and courier company DTDC on 22 Jan, my PaisaPay ID [protected]. The product shipped was garbage(faulty and not working) and when I have raised replacement, denied, reason, the product is covered in manufacturer warranty and when I have searched on website of seagate it is not covered in warranty . and ebay says their Paisa pay policy cover only product shipping to you, You have to call personally to seller. I experience, is that seller is selling garbage due to ebay policies are protecting them, and ebay given a platform to the person to make money using unlawful practices. I have lost money but learnt a chapter that how ebay is working in India, But I will not let them go.

                      My name is Vinay Singhvi. I had ordered Microsoft Lumia 535 from Ebay on 25th Dec 2014 and i got the delayed delivery on 2nd Jan 2015. When i switched on the phone on 3rd Jan 2015 found that the top of the phone is getting heated very soon, hence switched off the phone and removed the battery for sometime, when i after some while i inserted the battery and tried switching on the phone. The phone was not getting switched on and the top of phone was getting heated. I called up Ebay but they didnt helped and asked me to contact the seller Electronic Seller for the issue, i did it but they also didnt helped and asked me to contact Ebay for the same. Again when contacted Ebay then they asked to follow with Nokia Care Centre for the issue and get the DOA as the prod is under manufacturer warranty. When Nokia Care Centre didnt provide me the DOA as they had 4 days policy and then Ebay has asked me to get the same repaired from them. I asked Ebay that the phone which i never used then why i have to repair but they didnt helped, i was left with no option and hence asked Nokia people to check. Nokia people checked and denied that the prod cant be repaired under warranty because the phone is damaged from inside and hence Ebay would only do so. But Ebay people havent revert or assisting me to get the issue resolved or get my money back. I have been chasing Ebay and also calling them again and again and also written them many but they didnt solved my query. My all SR raised has been rejected by them and didnt try to contact or solve my query. I need to solve this and get my product refund and also apology for all probs caused to me all

                            My Ebay seller ID :- nayakmart I have been selling in Ebay India from august, 2014. Have sold Item worth Rs 40, 000/- approx. Ebay have not remitted a single amount to me & have forfeited all my money . Everytime i approached there customer service department they come up with new things . They keep on asking new things after 5 months of sales. Its a complete fraud company & should be banned from doing business in India... they invite sellers to sell their product and forfiet entire money.. I have mailed, chatted, written many times but to no avail. Their escalation service system doesnt work.

                              After too much follow up I am not able to get my money back from eBay and the customer service is worst I have ever faced in my life. I need my money back asap and need a action to be taken for the delay, problems I have faced with the customer service representatives.

                                So this is the height of patience i have held and its over now. I got an item which was defective and as not described, so I filed a claim with in 2 days after I recived the item.The claim is pending for last 20 days. Now i dont even remember how many calls have i made just for following up during this time, and every time I am asked to wait for 24-48 hours and promised that I will get a call or update, which I seldom got. And the greatest part is, in spite of all the conversation, the claim gets closed on 20-01-15. I had alredy given a warning the very same day but still waited for more next two days. Today again m asked to do the same. I doubt if I am going to get my money back ever. :/

                                  I bought a HTC desire 816g on ebay .in . I received a folty product. I am going to htc care center the give me a DO certificate for new phone but the condition is only seller can replace the product.then I start contact to ebay the give me a ID for sending the DO certificate .I am sent on same date the can process a claim But after 5 days the reject my claim due to a phone call not received by me because the call a no. that not belongs to me and my ebay account registered mobile no. Now thye suggest me to go HTC and clear my problem. But htc say we replace you device with new because you only have 13 days to bought.with a condition that only seller can replace the device.                                     Respected Sir, Ebay has closed my claim, they are not solving my issue as i have got a fake samsung Mobile. Please see the details. Email sent to ebay, All the details are der in this email. "My product details are, Claim id : 840168. Paisapay id : [protected]. Item no. :[protected]. Amount : Rs. 1699/-. I had a talk with the seller today i.e on 16th jan 2015 around 3pm and have explained about the fake product, seller has agreed to refund the amount, he has requested me to open the claim on ebay. Seller contact no. [protected] The product which the seller has send is duplicate. Its not a original. Proof : 1. IMEI (357050/05/050717/1 & 357050/05/0507189)ON Box is fake one. You can check it on www.imei.info. Its a LG Model showing on imei.info. Total fraud one. 2. No mrp price tag on the box. I am sending the pics pls have a look, as no price tag on whole box. 3. No Manufacture details tag on the box. Usually when we purchase a product there will be a tag, which shows manufacturer details, but here in this case no tag, pls see the pics for reference. 4. No imei printed on invoice. Pls see the attached invoice. 5. No hindi keypad on the mobile. 6. All accessories are fully duplicate. For the reference i am attaching the pics. Hope i have fullfilled the details. Anyhow there is no doubt, that its a fake one. By seeing the box one can make out its a fake one. My Kind request, please refund my money as soon as possible.                                       I have made a complaint in http://www.consumercomplaints.in/ @ 11:00 am

                                      Within 2 minutes after posting complaint, i got a call from (Anuj Garg [protected]).

                                      They said they are calling from www.ebay.com, they will refund my FULL amount by today evening 4pm.

                                      Over the phone they asked my Credit card number & expiry date.

                                      As next step, they ask me to calculate some number (say 6006 +1117 + CVV = XXX). They asked me to disclose the XXX number after adding CVV number. I shared the XXX number.

                                      Finally they asked me to add the 3D-Secure-Pin & asked me to tell the total.

                                      I realised these are FRAUD guys trying to get my Full CREDIT CARD details.

                                      I want to file a case on them.

                                      This is in reference to a call which I received today from a Person posing to be from website - www.Pepperfry.com and intended to solve my complaint which I raised with the website for a recent purchase.

                                      The person gave his Details as follows - Anuj Garg, Emp id - PE1189 - mobile - [protected] and asked for the details of the Credit card (number, expiry date, CVV number) which was used to make the purchase so that he can initiate a refund. He also asked me to calculate some number to disclose the CVV number.

                                      When I tried to call back this number - it continuously gave a busy tone. I called up Pepper fry and they mentioned that there is no such process and they cannot share the details but agreed that it might be a fraudulent call.

                                      He mentioned that refund would be processed immediately and tried to make a purchase attempt as well, but I did not share the OTP password with him and immediately blocked my card for security reasons.

                                      Details of the call are as follows-

                                      As per True Caller ID - number displayed was -Flipkart Case - Cell phone No - [protected] .

                                      Today again when I called on the same number - there was an IVR stating - SBI lost Credit Card Dept. - again asking for card details - when call was transferred to customer care - person posed as - Jitender Singh from SBI.

                                      PLEASE BE AWARE ABOUT THIS and DONT entertain such calls.

                                        I placed an order for a portable cycle pump and made the payment. The pump received was not working so I lodged a complaint with them. They agreed to may refund but not through cash but through a credit voucher which I could use for buying other products. Just in order to use that voucher, I placed an order for two tubes of Lakme Sun Cream. I did receive the sun cream but with an expiry date just three months away. I was left with no option but to use these large tubes within 3 months or throw away the unused. Ebay said that this does not entitle me to raise any claim as the product was according to its description. Next I ordered for Xiaomi Power Bank but what I received was a totally fake one. When I raised a claim on this, Ebay said that the seller had mentioned that it is OEM so it was not supposed to be original. It is shameful that Ebay allows fake products to be sold. Ebay says that there's an open market place and anyone can sell anything.
