    i had purchased item from ebay, item no.[protected] and item description RO Water Purifier Complete Service Kit For 1 Year (Original Parts USA Make).on date[protected] and payment was done through HDFC bank Debit Card and PaisaPay ID [protected].After Some delay in delivery from onetouchshoping i had raised claim with claim id 799323.And claim was resolved.But when i have received item, i checked but item was not as described.so i have returned this item to seller through blue dart courier with reference no.[protected], date[protected]and seller has also received this item on date[protected] at 15:50 .After that i contacted to seller many time but he is not responding and also contacted chat support team of ebay 2 time but they are not answering properly.So when there is time of returing money to customer at that time they responding.So you are requested to needful as soon as possible.

        Sir I order for a rechargeable nova hair trimmer, but receive nova hair dryer which I not order. I raise claim for the same and customer care told me that they call me in next five working days. They not contact me and on forth day they close my claim, I inquire about why my claim is rejected, customer care told me that your phone is not reachable so we close your claim. I don't understand logic that they not even try for once to assist customer. Different product I receive is not my fault. I try many times to contact reseller but he is not pickup my phone. now I am struggling with ebay for such fraud. I am very much disappoint from EBAY and their customer care, they are very rude.

                Hi, This is to bring to your kind notice that I have ordered a note 3 from Ebay.in with the order id : [protected] on December 21, 2014. I have been immediately charged for the amount and was promised that the item would be delivered to me by December 26, 2014 first. When I contacted the seller about the order I was told the order has not been picked up by the courier company hired by Ebay.in from the door step of the seller. The seller however said that the order will be picked up by December 26, 2014 and be delivered to me by December 29, 2014. I just wanted to wait as I was assuming that the seller was trying to ship out the order. However when I contacted Ebay they say that the seller is not ready with the package and did not want to ship out the order and so the order was not picked up. However after waiting until December 29, 2014, I contacted Ebay and the seller. The seller refused to respond and has been cutting my calls and also been saying wrong number and does not even reply to my emails and I have all the proofs with screen shots of the calls I made and emails I sent to the seller. Ebay on the other hand refuses to help me out and in return shows arrogance and says do what ever you want to and threatens me to cancel the order which I never requested for. I have ordered this phone with a intention of gifting it to someone and Ebay and the seller have been cooking up some fraudulent activities. I request you to please file a case of harrasment and fraudulent activity against the seller and Ebay and ban them from selling and making customers a fool as they have been making until now. I am attaching the emails exchanged between me and the seller and also the confirmation email that I have received from Ebay after placing the order.. Thank you

                    Even after calling EBay Customer Service 25-30 times regarding receiving faulty product(Nexus 4 mobile phone), I am not getting any resolution of my problem and refund. The phone was promised to be brand new. However it is faulty and there is a constant crackling sound and gets heated up very quickly. EBay CS is just saying the claim adjuster will call in 24-48 hours, however, there is no claim adjuster calling me even after 1 and half month now. Also the seller is absconding and is not responding me. I had sent the phone back to the seller however, it has been returned by the courier company saying the seller has changed address.The eBay service ticket is 1-[protected].

                      Bought ebay.in/itm/[protected]?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649 item from ebay. This seller is a fraud. After I bought the item he asked me to send the e-sugam form. This was not mentioned in the item description. Anyways, I did inquire with the regional sales tax officer and bluedart regarding this. While the sales tax officer said e-sugam is not required. Bluedart clearly said the the seller needs to provide his TIN and other details and I as a buyer do not need to do anything. I sent the recording of my call to the seller and he did not respond and kept saying to cancel the order. I waited for the order to auto cancel but on the last day seller indicated that he has sent the item. But the tracking ID he provided was bogus([protected]). Since then he has been abusive using bad language on each communication and does not respond. This is not even the beginning of my troubles. Now, I can not even raise a claim on ebay. I will have to wait for another 7 days till the ebay time for delivery expires. Not even the mails sent by the fraud on ebay itself can convince those call center guys. And did I tell you, you would have to wait almost 1 hour to get through to them. Then they give you random generic answers. Anyways, after 7 days, you can mark that the item was not received by you. Then you have to wait another 5 days for the seller(fraud) - not sure what for. After those 5 days and multiple hour long calls - One Deepak Chaurasia(their call center ) tells me to raise a claim(Claim ID - 813278). Assures me that it will be escalate, action would be taken against seller and claim would be resolved in 72 hours max(3 days) and that he would call me personally next day to inform me about the status. Next day went by just like the rest and I did not receive any call. So, I called them up today and the call center girl tells to how it is a Sunday and Deepak Chaurasia is not available. After waiting for another 30 minutes and a lot of insistence, she patches me to her senior Saurav Kumar. This gentle man starts the conversation like a boss asking me when I raised a claim(as if I done a mistake calling them so often) and tells me the "process" is to wait for another 5 days to the claim to resolve and "then" only then, a refund will be processed. Actually getting money is further away still. All while the fraud seller has put this item in sell again to cheat someone else.

                      Got my money on 1-Jan-2015.
                      Thanks to Deepak Chaurasia. 1 point to Deepak and 0 to ebay (to still allow the fraud to operate, to not remove the filthy comments the seller gave me, for taking this long to return money).

                        My eBay username - coolsamm I registered a no. of complaints regarding my refund.. But you got a world worst refunding or logistic or customer support team.. How can se someone so cheap.. I am literally abusing you and your quality of services you provide to your customers.. How much one can wait for his refund.. I had contacted your team atleast 20 times they always fakely assure me that your money is refunded you will get the same in 6 to 8 working days.. You are thief.. You are fraudster... You are cheap...

                          ebay fraud sold me fake win 7 key . I has placed an order for win 7 ultimate microsoft office operating system with a cd. The seller sent me only a key and download key to install via internet. It corrupted my pc and i don't have any os cd. so i cant reinstall the os. They rejected my claim 769172 as a clim adjustor couldn't reach me . They said that a claim adjustor called me but no one called me When i asked them to let me speak to claim adjustor they said that they can't as he is in a mumbai and i'm in delhi they always promise that a . I spoke to a super visor on 26 dec ho promised me update in 24 hrs with servicve request no . sr 1-[protected] but he never clled me . So i'll have to wait for them to call me . I've waited for more than a mo nth and no claim adjustor has bothered to call meyet. . Due to this they cant do anything about it. Unbelievable! Bad practices . Ebay India ought to shut down their center in india as they are thieves looting us . NO SHAME, NO CONSCIENCE ABOUT THEIR DIRTY WORK AND SHIITY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

                              I had done online shopping of ASUS ZENFONE 5 A501CG 8 GB - WHTE on 18-Dec-2014 on official EBAY site and payment of the same was done through my Debit card and my Paisa Pay ID [protected]. Yesterday on 26.12.2014 after a week of no communication from EBAY, I was worried and called EBAY customer care after numerous attempts my call got connected and at the end they were acting surprised to know that the mobile is not been shipped yet and told me to wait for another 3-4 working days. The concern here is only when I called the EBAY people they were awaken from sleep. The only purpose to buy online was to save time and get a quality genuine product for reputed online shopping giant EBAY. Today, I have lost 10 days and still don't have my mobile. Reimbursement of my Money is what solution i may get, but what about my valuable TIME as a Promise made by me to my sister is on STAKE.

                                Today is 23/12/2014 & almost a month from the date I made the online transaction Every time I need to write a mail to Ambrane & eBay Team asking for my refund of money, Ebay team called me on 08/12/2014 and told that they had receive the material in a good condition and had asked the concern dept. to initiate for refunds and it will reflect in mine account in 7 - 10 working days, Today is 23/12/2014 and almost 3 weeks and I didn't got any mail or call from eBay regarding mine refund since 08/12/2014, It is almost three weeks from the day of the call regarding refund and I am yet to receive any formal call or mails from eBay I always do online transactions through various other social sites (Amazon/ flipkart/Jabong/ Snapdeal/ Myntra) but I had never faced so much problems ever, specially in terms of customer service, Everyday I need to login my account and check whether I got any refund amount from eBAY or not, This thing is really getting very irksome and pathetic Whenever I write a mail to them I don't get any reply, Whenever I call them, not a single customer representatives receives mine call!! This is mine final last mail on mine refund of Ambrane Power Bank - Paisa Pay ID [protected] I want an immediate reply from Team eBay & Amt.                                   I'm a seller on Ebay and work very hard to earn money As a seller we also need protection As One of my buyer named invin-ipv8r3 give me a negative feedback stating the item is fake and as per conversation he replied to me that item is okay but the equalizer effects are not working so i told him to reship my item back so that i can give u the replacement he agreed to do the same but after that its been 15 days he's not responding my calls and even not responding to my messages now i want ebay to remove my feedback because i can see that buyer is enjoying my product and even i think he may be a competitor seller who wants to ruin my ratings.                                         I have purchase one micromax phone from this site. Found its display unit is not working properly. I have reported this before completion of one month. But ebay is not ready to replace this product!!! As eBay says return period is one month. What is the meaning of return period is one month here? I am afraid to buy other product.
