I have purchase celkon w400 mobile via ebay scyberplace Hyderabad mobile colour was black usually box accessories comes in black, so I never ask about it.but after delivery they chet me accessories are white, I unable to contact eBay.cyberspace replay we are not able to open box, finally contact celkon still no replay.I have rights to ask them because I am paying pls dont purchase online.go retailers 500 to 1000 extra no problem.

      hello, I recently brought IFB washing machine from gizmoforest seller. After 2 days, he provide tracking number as below Courier name: FEDEX Airway bill number: [protected] After few days, while tracking this number, it always shows same status of label created. Upon calling courier company, they told that seller just created this tracking number online and didn't provided physical item. I started to worry and tracking and calling daily shows same status. Upon calling seller's phone number, His number was always unreachable/switched off always. So I think he registered from fake number. I sent many ebay message to him and he never respond anything. I got help of ebay guarantee claim department. They still took 12 days and no resolution yet... Instead of taking any action to seller, ebay staff still are protecting him for selling more items.It will ultimately making more fraud to other buyers like me. I contacted ebay support team many times and always got answer that it will be resoluted in 2 days but after it, 12 days passed So never trust on ebay guarantee programme. This above is my personal experience. I am mentally really sicked after this purchase. So never buy anything from ebay if you want to suffer as me.

        I purchased a case for my mobile from ebay on 20th of december (PaisaPay ID [protected])..The product was delivered on 27th of december & I found that the seller had shipped a wrong item..I raised a claim in ebay (Claim ID - 815410) on the same day..The issue was resolved the very next day as the customer service executive promised me that they will provide me with a refund of 110% through ebay coupons which will be delivered to my email within 7-10 days..Its about 12 days since then & till now I haven't received any coupon..I called them over phone several times and they are saying "my problem has been escalated to the concerned department "..Please do something..

          I had purchased a case for my mobile from ebay.in on 20th of December (PaisaPay ID [protected])..I got the item on 27th of December only to find that it was actually a different model's case..I had raised a claim on the same day for a refund..The claim was closed on 28th of December with them agreeing to pay me 110% of the cost I had to pay ..They assured me that I will be receiving the coupon in 7-10 days..Till now I haven't received any refund in the form of ebay coupons..Its 12 days past now..So I humbly request you to do the needful..

                I bought a 8GB SANDISK CRUZER BLADE PEN DRIVE WITH BILL & WARRANTY from the seller eshoppe28 (6700)... I paid the amount through debit card on[protected] As the seller cant ship the item to my address he return the amount of 285 to my account on[protected] When again I saw the mini statement an amount of 285 is taken from my account from eBay dated[protected] Bank particulars are TxMDURF[protected] It was the not the right manner to take the money from any bank account without permission

                  I ordered New OEM Micromax Canvas DOODLE A111 | HIGH QUILTY COMPATABLE BATTERY 3000mAh (Item ID:[protected] on 27-Dec-2014 from the seller br_webtraders. The payment was made by net banking and the PaisaPay ID were [protected]. They shipped my item on 30-Dec-2014 with reference of DTDC courier ( AWB Number )Z37675034. But the DTDC AWB number was wrong and the actual AWB Number was Z37675101. On 06-Jan-2015 I received my item. The item is in Damaged condition and I contacted them via phone, but the number was not working and via email they inform me that they will send the replacement on 07-Jan-2015. But they dont send the item. Please do the needful.

But I haven't the received the product yet. They said the product has been shipped and provided the below details but when contacted aramex three times they said it has been delivered but I didn't receive it yet. Please help on this. The customer support support at aramex say the product is shipped to aramex nungambakkam, chennai branch. But who received it. They are not trying to resolve the problem instead they are closing the call temporarily. I even raised this complaint on aramex complaint forum. NO resolution yet.                       I have brought one Maybelline New York product order no.[protected] on 23rd December 2014 from ebay india. When I received the product, I got to know the product is totally fake as it does not labelled with Maybelline barcode. I have tried to contact lot of times to ebay team for the return and refund my cash but they are not responding my any call or any email. I only received their electronic generated email that "we will get back to you within 24 hrs" but they did not given any feedback till date. I want to return the product and en cash my refund on my bank account. ebay team is not cooperating with us. The service is very worst. Please do the needful.

                      always buy product from high rated seller
                      Because high rated sellers are good when you told about any item you purchase from them is having problem they will make you refund ...I bought two series from two are of them are not good .I contact seller and he told me to claim the refund and than refund process is initiated ..problEmus occur when we buy from bad sellers

                      don't contact e bay (they will contact you)
                      just go to your message area go to other action in your item and select resolve ...there you process or start your claim ..
                      once claim initiated than they will call you

                      but before claiming you must talk to seller via message and call whether he is ready to refund or not...than only proceed this method..(e bay is very cunning otherwise they will close your claim)

I do transactions very smoothly but recently i have received mail regarding my paisapay account is suspended and also my remittance due with them about rs. 91000 for four transactions . on chat with ebay customer care they have informed me that due to policy violations for one paisapay id they will refund to buyer and thenthen my next remittance will realese. But till today i have not inform about further information. I tried to contact with buyer for that but he declined he has not got any refund.                             I have bought a pair of shoes from ebay of size 10 but the seller sent a bigger size of 10.5 and now i am unable to wear the same. I have started a claim regarding the same on ebay.in along with the pictures of the product showing that the product is 10.5 not 10 as i have ordered and asked for replacement or refund of the same. But ebay has simply rejected the claim and how since last 5 days i am sending them mail and talking to them on phone and chating with customer representative but no one replies everytime they say that product is as described so they can not return or exchange now. I have talked to seller also and he is okay with the refund but the mediater Ebay.in is not interested in initiating the refund or replacement. this is total fraud and cheating and harassment. Everyday now its my job to call them write to them and chat with them but no one listens. I have to hold everytime for 15-30 minutes before and during the calls as their representatives are busy but yet nothing happens. This is mental trauma which they are causing to me along with inversely affecting me monetarily and mentally and causing me hamper my business. as everyday my 1-2 hours time is spent on talking and mail and chating to ebay regarding the same from last 6+ days. Its my humble request you to kindly get this matter resolved as i can not take this harassment any more. However, in this case the item received is completely as per description but not as per your expectation. So, eBay would not be able to intervene in this anymore as the claim falls under non-eligible criteria. We would request you to get in touch with the seller and resolve the issue amicably. My Reply to ebay: First of all i must thank you that you guys atleast replied back seeing a complain. I dont know how companies like you operate in Indian or anywhere in world. You guys dont have enough knowledge of the work you are dealing with. I am once again describing you and my fingers are crossed this time at you might understand this that i have ordered for a Size 10 shoe, whereas the seller has sent me size 10.5 (by mistake which he himself agrees, you can contact the seller on [protected] and confirm the saem with him), and also ask the seller what is the difference between 10 and 10.5 shoes if you dont know it. I am astonished how does its as per description? and hows it not as per my expectation when i said myself the product quality is ok but the size of shoe is bigger then what i ordered. You guys seriously need help about sizing. Its like a guy will buy an Air Conditioner of 1.5 ton and the seller will send 1.0 ton Air Conditioner and then ebay will say oh the Air Conditioner is as per description but not as per expectation...? Its my humble request to you to please attain some general knowledge about the products being sold on your website before listing them and before harassing your customers like this. My request to Consumer complaints website that please look into the matter and teach ebay people that what is the difference between size 10 shoe and size 10.5 shoe. As i have tried what utmost i could but ebay guys are unable or say unwilling to understand. There must be some malafide intention of ebay that is why they are doing so knowingly.                                     Hi, I purchased two Tupperware Tiffan box from ebay for 500 rs each( total 1000rs). But when it is delivered i didn't like the product. Because quality i saw in site is different from what I got. Lid of the box was not closing. It was too tight to close. So I raised return request. Seller mailed me to dip lid in hot water. I followed their instruction. They say it is common with all Tupperware products. But it is not the case with my other Tupperware boxes. I raised my concern again that I cannot keep this product since it is damaged. EBay customer care executive kept me in conference call with seller. She says I need to make the lid boil in water for 10 min and then i can use it. But I have already followed their instruction once again they are forcing me that product and they have not mentioned any kind of instructions in their site regarding this hot water story I would never purchase if they mentioned it. They told(shouted) that they cannot take the product back. The seller is very rood she stated shouting at me. When i told I will go to consumer court she told eBay complaints will not registered there so do what ever you want. I am really disappointed by their behaviour. They can directly tell that return is not provided instead of contacting that uncultured sellers who just fight and shout on customers. Bad culture of EBay.

                                      Hi, I have purchased refurbished iPhone 4s(RS 12, 680.00) on ebay from i2cWord seller. In product details page they mentioned "Replacement and refund for this product is covered through EBAY GUARANTEE". After i received the phone i realised that the phone is not original. And the batter drain outs in an hour. So requested ebay to refund money because its covered under "EBAY GUARANTEE". But they have rejected my request and saying it is a china iphone so we can not refund. They said to contact the seller and rejected my claim.. i emailed to the seller same thing.. they replied me the below [protected] We are sorry for the inconvenience caused, you are covered under ebay buyer protection please contact ebay support team [protected] for resolution. Thanks & Regards, I2c world. [protected] Again i called ebay customer services they are saying we can not do any thing because the claim was closed. Please help me out.                                         Sir I placed an order for an authentic iphone charger on ebay which turned out ot be a fake charger. I was told to resend the product back to the seller through courier myself which I did before the deadline. I did send them the courier copy to ebay before the deadline, inspite of that, they did not refund me the amount of Rs. 1300 claiming that I'd sent the courier proof to the wrong email id. The email id was not communicated through the phone and I was also not communicated on the phone when the claim was finally rejected. THis is a fraud activity by ebay. Best Akash Watwani
