I have received a defective ASUS zenfone 5 mobile (paisa pay ID[protected]) whose display is not working right from the unboxing on arrival. Reported the Defective display issue to Ebay on 22.12.14 7:10 pm, Ebay raised a claim ID 807878 assuring me that refund will be issued to me. But ebay on next day has rejected my claim without giving any convincing reason. I am having horrible experience with Ebay in spite of reporting issues. Chronology of events given below Ordered on 14.12.14 on ebay seller mobile central (paisa pay ID[protected]) Dispatch deadline set by Ebay on 18.12.14, seller failed to honor the dispatch deadline Tried to contact seller many times through email and shared contact number ([protected]), No response on email and the contact number was not functional Requested ebay to cancel the order on 19.12.14 after seeing so many negative feedbacks from other buyers, Ebay refused (unlike flipkart and jabong ebay does not give a cancel order option to customer and I had to solely depend on ebay mercy to cancel the order) Dispatched by seller on 19.12.14 by bluedart (waybill No [protected]) Delivered to me on 22.12.14 (evening) Reported the Defective display issue to Ebay on 22.12.14 7:10 pm, Ebay raised a claim ID 807878 assuring me that refund will be issued to me On 23.12.14 somebody called from ebay that my claim has been rejected because the item falls in manufacturer’s warranty and I will have to go to manufacturer service center for resolution since I have purchased the mobile now. Ebay is just a portal for connection between seller and customer. Surprisingly she also told me that Ebay guarantee is not applicable for item which is under manufacturer’s warranty and dead on receipt. I disagreed but she abruptly disconnected the phone, saying sorry. Few minutes later I received an email saying my claim has been rejected. I discovered that invoice is issued by Sun Enterprises even address of which is not mentioned on invoice properly. When I had ordered the phone on mobile central then why somebody else should supply the item (that too defective) and I should accept it? Verdict (will you dare to order in ebay after this experience) Dispatch deadline set by Ebay on 18.12.14, seller failed to honor the dispatch deadline. Ebay failed to cancel the item on its own which is violation of its own policy. Ebay has allowed a different seller to execute the order Ebay has not cancelled the order even after my request on 18.12.14 on email Seller/Ebay made the invoice on 15.12.14 but deliberately dispatched the item late on 19.12.14 (received on 22.12.14) so that buyer cannot claim for dead on arrival, which is usually 7 days for ASUS When the shipped item is defective and I have not accepted the item right from word go, Ebay should morally hold responsiblility for same and refund the money under ebay guarantee. Otherwise what is the use o[censored]sing a fake word Ebay guarantee is it just to ditch innocent customers. I have had horrible experience with Ebay which has bent its own rules in favor of seller in spite of giving clear proof of every lapses ebay and seller has made.

        This is to grab your attention towards a purchase made by me from eCommerce site "eBay ". I had purchased a lehenga from reputed online store for which i had placed a refund request which is still pending.             My ebay ID is- sisirsharmaz87 PaisaPay ID: [protected] Company- www.ebay.in On 05/11/14, I had purchased "orifllame nature secrets fragranced body talc set of 2- 100g each" for Rs.106.49 from www.ebay.in. It seems ebay is least bothered, after selling products to it's customers. It's already 48 days and till now my money has not been refunded. Every time I get the same reply that we are working on it. Does it take 48 days to refund money...???? I got a mail from ebay.instating that on 06-Nov-2014, money was initiated with given details- Reference number : ASBI[protected] Amount : 106.49/- But till today, money has not been reflected in my bank A/C. I had even mailed my bank a/c statement to this email id- "[protected]@ebay.com" 2- 3 times. But till today no positive sign from them. I am fedup with ebay.in. Please do the needful so that my money is refunded.

                    Hi, I bought an iPhone 5 from ebay GEB . When I got the item the charger was not working I opened a case against that the details are given below . PaisaPay ID : [protected] Claim ID : 783693 I got a call regarding this claim and he told that he can only give rs.500 coupon on this case.And later when I checked the status it shows that buyer cancelled the claim. I didn't do such a foolish thing because an apple iPhone original charger cost around Rs.1500 then how can I close this claim ? From where I can get a charger for 500 . I found many duplicate chargers in ebay.in below 500. I didn't tell him to cancel the claim. I need a response as soon as possible . And I need a final decision from an higher officials . Please explain me why the claim was rejected wrongfully by giving false reason by the claim adjuster "ashish2010", Also can you provide me a copy of conference call on which I asked to him to cancel the claim as it is recorded on eBay servers ?

                      Hello folks, I am not sure how many of you have seen this, but I have come across multiple cases where ebay is no longer covering cases for our accounts and helping resolve issues. Instance 1 & 2 I have had orders where I received items broken, ebay chose not to help with the first order because I have had several accounts in history (THIS ISSUE WAS NEVER HIGHLIGHTED IN THE PAST THREE YEARS OR MORE) to not help resolve a claim. Plan of action: So, I have chosen to open yet another account to make purchases so they cannot trace. If they act smart I know exactly what is the best resort. instance 2 broken item photos sent but still closed my case giving an excuse for me not being reachable. It did not take them any time to not follow their regular protocols. EBAY YOU WILL LOSE BUSINESS OVER OTHER WEBSITES if this continues, as nobody wants to believe in Ebay or Ebay guarantee if they keep finding reasons to close cases instead of looking into the reason why case is opened. Lastly, they are not giving what you should get, like coupons etc for the claims that were approved. So, 1> APPROVED CLAIMS NOT BEING WORKED UPON 2> CLAIMS BEING DECLINED FOR IRRELEVANT REASONS. After burning hands I know its going to be hard, but I strongly believe ebay should be taken over by some company like Flipkart or someone more professional in their approach. It is one thing that we as consumers misuse and get punished, but another if you have clean hands and your rights are being snatched away, I would never recommend Ebay to anyone. Only foolishness leads to dealing with them. My experience has been this after being a long time member for over 7 years, its sad how they play a game which is mostly on their side and not in consumer favour. They think they can get away with anything. NOT FOR LONG!!!

                        I have purchased Item the PaisaPay ID is [protected]. I have got a mail on 11th December 2014 that the seller has shipped the item through DTDC via airway bill Z40264308 and will be received by 18th December 2014 But still, I have not received the items till time. I have tracked the airway bill through by PaisaPay ID and found wrong information that it is tried but weekly off. How funny it is Wednesday declayred as weekly off, as my weekly off on Sunday. In short I have not getting the exact status nor receive yet purchased items. It is really very bad experience with ebay. What should I do Please revert back per return. I escalated 2 times, but ebay just make customer fool saying it has been escalated and customer just suffer. Today (12 Dec 2014, 1:15 PM) Mariam from escalation team gave me below reference no that both the coupons will be delivered to me in 72 hrs. Why do you always cheat customer saying 7-8 business days coupon will reach to us but actually coupon never comes to us automatically. Id customer doesnt call back, you never deliver coupon.                               I have ordered a product from ebay.in on 10 Dec 2014 u have given estimate delivery time 15 Dec 2014 but I have not received order yet. since, last 3 days im calling Ebay And aramex Logistics company. I have called t ebay more than 10 times every time they said we are delivering your product through aramex Logistics company. for shipment details pls contact to aramex.                                 I ordered an item named- Everyday Gifts V Love Gift For We Fit Perfectly M-VL-29 [protected] on 13th December 2014. But eBay has completely cheated me. While viewing the order status I found that the item is not yet shipped and there is no record on the item . I need my money back . This is the second time this is happening to me .                                   Paisapay id [protected] bought on 5 nov but seller cancelled order and refunded money on 6 nov..till today 19th december money havent credited in my account. i had spoked to them for 6 times with half an hour waiting for someone to pick call. send account statement of 24th november said it will take 5 days for refund then called them on 5th december some Lady executive told that i had put the request and it will take 2 days another call made on 8th december with Priyesh Singh - he told very angrily that you are exclating the issue thats why our team is unable to call you and let us 8 days and we will clear your issue after that its 19th december now Pardeep Tiwari picked up saying i ll follow your request and more 2-3 days required . who will pay interest on my money and give refund. Fed up of waiting so long tired now calling them someone please help me put a legal case onto them to pay harrassment money.

                                    I bought a HP 32gb pendrive, paid the money thro online transfered while placing the order, Nobody contacted my mobile number or delivered address, after 3 days status in ebay site shown delivered, requested many times provide me delivered person, they dont have answer, contacted 12 times to seller and many times customer care, Worst experience with customer care people), finally claim raised thro ebay site, after one week, automatically they closed the request as closed, never seen such worst experience with ebay. dont buy any product from ebay site. cheating the people.

                                      I bought Vguard stabilizer, it was damaged and warranty seal opened when i receive, i reported with ebay then they ask me to resent.i did but it crossed 50 day the problem not solved. I ordered Date : 13 Nov 2014 Received Date : 21 Nov 2014 Reported Date : 22 Nov 2014 Note :Myself only calling and ask them to resolve the problem.but they not interested.                                         Dear Sir We had booked a MICROSOFT SURFACE PRO3 TYPE COVER on 21st NOV 2014 and the Paisapay ID [protected] We received the same on 9th Dec through Aramex courier. When we opened, we were shocked to see that you have sent the Type Cover for Surface Pro 2, whereas we ordered for Surface Pro 3. Please note that Surface Pro 2 is 10.6" screen and Surface Pro 3 is 12" screen. Pic enclosed for your ready reference. On receipt of this wrong delivery, we immediately called Shop Your World number +[protected] as printed on the invoice and spoke to Mr. Rohan. He simply asked us to write an email to [protected]@gmail.com. A copy is sent to them too. This is completely wrong and not expected of ebay to send a wrong item nearly after 20 days. We cannot accept the same. We request you to kindly send us the SURFACE PRO 3 TYPE COVER WITHIN 3 DAYS or else refund our money back to my credit card. This is MOST URGENT and we need the delivery of the right product WITHIN 3 DAYS. Hope ebay wakes up now and keeps an eye on its vendor who are trying to take eBay customers for a ride.
