Sir, I made an online order on 12th jan 2015 on ebay.in. i have already paid my money and i was promised i will receive my order in 4-5 working days. now its been 8 days since ordering my product, ebay has not dispached my order and nw when i am asking them they are asking me to wait for 24 hrs from last 8 days. if you ebay ppl can not send my product so better refund my money, but ebay doesnt want to refund my money.i hv done online shopping from many websites and i really appreciate their work, i received my orders in 4 days but lazy ebay nt able to dispatch my order in 8 days.. now i want my poduct or refund my money. contact me on :[protected]

    Dear Sir or Madam: I bought home gym equipment from www.ebay.in for Rs. 4, 374/- on 25-Dec-14. It was delivered on 03-Jan-15 and was supposed to contain the following: 1. Rubber plates in a combination of different denominations from 2kg to 10kg totaling to 100kg i.e., 4 plates x 10kg; 6 plates x 5kg; 4 plates x 3kg; 4 plates x 2.5kg; 4 plates x 2kg = 100 kg) 2. One pair of hand gloves 3. One skipping rope 4. One 5-ft barbell straight iron rod 5. One 3-ft EZ iron rod 6. Two 14” dumbbell iron rods Although the rubber plates were received as per the denomination given on the website, yet the total weight of the rubber plates when weighed on two different scales came to only 86kg and not 100kg as listed on the ebay.in website. The reason for this is that the 10kg plates are not exactly 10kg, but approximately 8.6kg each, similarly the 5kg plates are approx. 4.3kg each, and so on and so forth. A difference of ½% to 1% could be understood and tolerated by the customer. However, a difference of approximately 14 kg i.e., 14% is too much. Again, out of the above-mentioned plates one 10kg plate, four 5kg plates, two 2.5kg plates, and two 2kg plates have several cracks on it. Thus, the undamaged plates received as per description are 3 x 10kg, 2 x 5kg, 4 x 3kg, 2 x 2.5 kg, 3 x 2kg totaling to 63kg. Considering that these too weigh 86% of their total denomination, I have received only 54kg (i.e., 63kg x 86%) worth o[censored]ndamaged rubber plates, while I have already paid for 100kg. Accordingly, I wrote to ebay customer care, and they accepted my claim. However, the customer service executive (CSE) who got in touch with me informed me that if the seller were to ship for the remaining 46kg, the total expenses would amount to approx. Rs. 2, 000/- and consequently, he will have to incur a loss in this transaction. Similary, if ebay.in were to give me a coupon for Rs. 2, 000/-, they too would incur a loss. Therefore, the CSE requested me to ship the item. I agreed then, as I did not know the cost of shipping this item from Mumbai to Jalandhar, Punjab. However, on inquiry, I have found from a few courier companies that the cost of shipping approximately 100kg (including the rubber plates, iron rods, etc.) ranges from Rs. 2660/- to approx. around Rs. 16, 000/- through road transportation. If ebay.in wants to safeguard the interests of the seller and of themselves, then why should I not safeguard my own interests? I am pretty confident that supplying damaged equipment cannot be construed as a fault of the buyer i.e., me. Then, why should I be compelled to incur a loss of Rs. 2, 660/- for a product that cost me Rs. 4, 374/-, and that too when it is not my fault? Most importantly, on calling them on their toll free no. and on writing to them on several occasions, they have not even bothered to reply to me. Moreover, they have informed me that they would close the claim by 19-Jan-15, if I fail to ship the product by that date. Therefore, request you to treat this as urgent, do the needful, and oblige.         ebay is completely fraud. They cheat people.. never buy anything thru ebay. My HTC desire 816 dual sim is purchased thru ebay which stopped working. on contacting the supplier as per invoice they did not lift the calls(Tiwari Mobiles Mumbai). Later on contacting ebay they gave some other supplier name (Reshma supariwala) and mobile number. On inquriring about it ebay said Tiwari Mobile has purchased from reshma supariwala so they are the seller. cant understand their dealings in getting cheap items and making people fools. Now Tiwari Mobiles says mother board is gone. In a sum, if you buy anything thru ebay, either the ebay or the suppliers are not taking responsibility. Please be away from such frauds.

            I ordered one product with paisapay id [protected] on dt.13jan2015. neither seller ships the product nor ebay returns my money that they deducted my bank account of Rs.354.00. Ebay cheats its customer and makes money fraud by deducting money from customers bank account and not shipping the product.Their policy shows on there website that they give the seller to ship the product with in 3days of order confirmation if seller fails to ship the same then the money will get refunded to the original source of deduction. but while calling at their help desk they simply avoids the policy that they mentioned on there website and tells a different story.               I have purchased one 'New Acupressure power mat with Magnets Pyramids for Pain Relief Magnetic therapy' which was received in damaged condition (damaged two corners, may be because of improper packing). I have contacted the seller. He replied to approach 'eBay Guarantee'. The, I have contacted the 'eBay Guarantee' over telephone on 30/12/2014 and 13/01/2015. Claim ID: 813883 and Service Request No. I-[protected]. Both the time, I have received the answer that I will receive a call from eBay within next 48/ 72 hrs. But I have still to receive any call. I am highly dissatisfied with the eBay Guarantee/ eBay customer service and same was not expected from eBay that it took 20 days to process the dispute.

                The phone I got was in a used condition but working. So i let it go. But now suddenly it has stopped working. After researching about it, I found out that it is a refurbished and reassembled unit. The software has been tampered with and indicating a model number which it is not. I saw this sellers feedback and many other users are also reporting the same thing. Please provide me a refund or a replacement.

                  Sir, I ordered black colour Sony Xperia Z ultra . The colour of received mobile is white. But i ordered black colour. And inside the mobile box, billed amount by SARF trading is Rs.18049 (this amount for white XPERIA Z ULTRA). But on the envelope the total billed amount is Rs.19550(this is for black colour XPERIA Z ULTRA). I paid the amount for black colour mobile, but i received white colour. I don't want replacement for this product. But i want refund the amount of Rs.1501, which is the extra amount i paid for XPERIA Z ULTRA WHITE. I request you to refund the amount in my bank account. I already raised the complaint in ebay.in. My complaint Id is 793490. But there is no response for my complaint. I had sent the images of the received mobile, but when i contact custumer support they are saying, "we cannot receive your images, so please resend that images".                     I purcahsed product from Ebay- came without Invoice. The seller is nm_techno. After several mails and compalint here, they sent me an unsigned, unstamped (NOT Computer Generated) paper claiming to be an Invoice!!! This is my 2nd such experience with Ebay.

Seller name : kumama-rotpyfcwu . I tried to reach it to this seller id but everything was fake. I did online transaction of 993 rs. I have raised issue against refund of my money . I am following up with ebay customer care but those are useless fellows they are telling we have escalated this issue and you will get your money back under ebay guarantee, but its around 2 months now, they have not refunded my money. Most useless and pathetic ebay service and most useless customer care of ebay. I just want my money back

                          I have raised the below mention claim to eBay multiple times but they have not responded and restricted my account from selling on eBay, I cannot update my listing all because eBay has entertain a claim ID: 14127173 after 36 days stating that the customer received an empty parcel. How can someone wait for 35 days if he/she received an empty parcel? Please check the below mention complaint made to eBay: COMPLAINT NO: 1 I would like to bring to your kind notice that buyer Raki81rakesh has bought some cameras from me with the paisa pay ID:[protected] & [protected] and i have already email the proof of shipment to insellerverification team. I contacted the buyer few days back inquiring about that whether he has received the parcels or not and he told me that he received the parcels on sunday i.e. 14th Dec 2014 at his office premises which he told me is a Bank.He provided me wrong information because the product is delivered on 3rd december 2014.Then he said that he received the parcel but there is nothing in the parcels except garbage/waste material like wood etc.First of all I would like to mention that banks are closed on sunday and speed post offices are also closed on sunday hence he cannot receive the parcels on sunday. I highly doubt the intentions of this buyer and want eBay to take strict action against this buyer. I also have the photos of the products which i haev sent to the buyer which i can share with eBay, Also i have asked the buyer on the same day on which he has received the parcel to share the photos of the packet he has received but till date he did not called me up or shared the photos of the parcel. Kindly take strict action against this buyer. COMPLAINT NO: 2 I raised a complaint against a buyer with buyer ID raki81rakesh that the item his order(paisapay ID:[protected]) has been delivered to him and now he has raised a claim after 35 Days that he has received an empty parcel, But the parcel has been delivered to him on 3rd December 2014 with the desired item that he has ordered and it is showing online on speed post website. Also the images has been attached. Please don't get confused with the details entered online on ebay for this order as there was some technical issue with DTDC so i got the parcel back from them and shipped it again through SPEED POST. Now my concern is that due to his complaint my account has been restricted from selling on eBay, is a customer eligible if he raise a claim after 35 DAYS of receiving an item? Since the selling team has forwarded incomplete information to the trust & safety team that is why my account got restricted. I am requesting you guys to re-activate my account or i will SURELY got to Consumer Court for this and sue eBay for violating their own policies. I have already raised a complaint for this buyer previously and informed eBay about the same But no action has been taken from eBay since then and instead of taking action against the buyer the have restricted my account. I am really pissed off with this kind of support that eBay is providing to the person who has delivered more than 600 orders successfully, I will definitely file a case against this issue in consumer court. These are the complaints that I made to eBay but they have not taken any action on it since then, instead they restricted my account from selling on eBay when the buyer raised a claim on 8th jan 2015 which is 35 days after 3rd december 2014 when the item was delivered to the buyer.                             Hi I purchased one product (night vision glasses) through ebay. I was very disappointed to receive the product as it was made of very low grade (worst available) plastic and it was not at all upto expectations. However, I was sure that ebay provide customer guarantee of refund or replacement and what they claim is 100% satisfaction to their customers. I sent an email describing my problem and I was shocked to see their response. Ebay says you should contact the seller only for amicable settlement. I mean, I dont know the seller who is sitting somewhere in Tamil Nadu, I knew ebay only, which provides so called "100% satisfaction guarantee". The conversation with ebay people really disppointed me.                               [protected] Is the eBay transaction I'd. I had placed an order for a iball original tab cover and received after four days a faulty cover. One side of the plastic cup clip does not sit in place and pops out. I paid rupees 799 for this. I raised a complaint with eBay and they made two calls so far stating their vendor seller is not responding I am holding a new iball tablet and unable to place a protective cover due to this faulty item which I stuck with me without a refund confirmation. it is irrelevant for me to wait for an eBay vendor to revert when the responsibility is ebay's EBay is conveniently Saying that their vendor is not responding Pls intervene and help me get a confirmation on refund so that I can go to a local IT market to buy a productive cover foRr my tab

                                  PaisaPay ID [protected]. Ordered Mobile phone on 18th Dec ►Branded Nokia X2 Black Dual SIM 5 MP Camera Dual-Core 1.2GHz Android Phone► . Same day they suspended my account . I didn't receive item for next 9 Days .Raised refund request and they rejected it saying account is suspended. I am since then contacting them for refund, even the seller has given in writing to refund the money . Now they say we cant refund you money even if you didn't get the product also this is ebay policy. PS: I have asked them reason for Account Suspension and they say we cant disclose the reason for account suspension for security reason. Ebay has till now replied with only 1 email and it says please share Proof of Identity (provide any one of the following)PassportPAN CardVoter’s Identity CardDriver’s License Proof of Address (provide any one of the following)PassportAadhaar CardDrivers licenceVoter identity . AM I DOING ONLINE SHOPPING OR APPLYING FOR GOVT JOB? that they are asking me to furnish this details.

                                    Sir, My paisapay account and ebay id is suspended du to some policy violation as per your policy. But i don't know what violation. Due to thia my remittance for paisapay ID [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected] OF about Rs. 91000 is due to you. Sir i have been member of ebay since very long and do my transactions regularly. Recently i start to selling with ebay. Due to this issue my hard earn money is stuck. And i am in very bad financial position. I tried my hard to contact and resolve any issues with ebay.in but i didn't get proper answer from ebay customer service team. Please lee know how can i get my money.

                                      I had purchased item from ebay, item no.[protected] and item description RO Water Purifier Complete Service Kit For 1 Year (Original Parts USA Make).on date[protected] and payment was done through HDFC bank Debit Card and PaisaPay ID [protected].After Some delay in delivery from onetouchshoping i had raised claim with claim id 799323.And claim was resolved.But when i have received item, i checked but item was not as described.so i have returned this item to seller through blue dart courier with reference no.[protected], date[protected]and seller has also received this item on date[protected] at 15:50 .After that i contacted to seller many time but he is not responding and also contacted chat support team of ebay 2 time but they are not answering properly.So when there is time of returning money to customer at that time they responding.So you are requested to needful as soon as possible. There is no any "Ebay Guarantee" they only just do for marketing purpose for their business. Previously i had posted complain but they are replying just like it will take time and customer care executive will contact you and we investigating for your issue. But when, we ask them regarding how much time will be taken for resolve this issue, then they are replying only one message it will take time and customer care executive will contact you and we investigating for your issue.
