I had purchased a mobile online from ebay on 20 feb 14 with order ID [protected].on 27 feb he send me message that your product couldnot be shipped by the estimated date so your money will be refunded in next 5 days. It is like a joke with me, i am waiting for mobile and he refused after 7 days. i had already paid for that. what is my fault in this case, why should i suffer. I spoke to its customer care but they are saying that i cant do anything for this. iwant compensation for that.

      I placed an order for a Gigabyte Graphics card 'GTX 760 4GB' model on 3rd January 2014 (Paisapay id-[protected], Item Number[protected]. After receiving the order on 18th-January-2014, I found that the Invoice of Rs.28, 828/- was missing with the order. As a first resort, I directly contacted the seller 'i2cworld_inc3' on 22nd January 2014 through Ebay.in but didn't receive any response. Then I contacted Ebay Customer care and they opened the claim for the missng item (ID 409265). But my mistake, I couldn't receive the call from them. I was also told by the claim department that my Claim would not be closed until I have received the invoice.
      I again contacted Ebay and the executive told me to send an E-mail to '[protected]@ebay.com', which I did. I am yet to receive any response from them as well. I don't want to take any more tension. Without the invoice I won't be receiving the warranty services of Gigabyte. My Ebay member id is 'saurabhk.763'.

        The Buyer did not respond late delivered item/ Sir, i sale my Sony PlayStation 2 Slim Charcoal Black Console #[protected] to Mr. pareswar2013 3 month back, i sent it via french express courier but they return to the parcel due to not serviceability area, so i sent it to professional Currier, but they deliver very late, i informed via phone to Mr.pareswar2013 if you get before the time line you receive or its came late don't receive, but he got return payment and also he received my item and using last 3 month, when i asking to him, he simply says.. you send money for the courier that only i will send, when i contact to him he says i am busy now when i am free i will try and also he asking double rate courier charge about 600 rs for orissa to Madurai. but in blue dart also higher amount is this location 330 rs only...i can send 600rs for but i can not believe him that why i am complaint here, please help me to resolve the problem, i am totally dis pointed with ebay selling...

        this is my complaint i sent it from me, but still no reply, lot of time i sent msg all the time no reply, they need income only, they don't want take headache, in my msg to all dont sell ebay.

          Sir, After conversation for a week with ebay customer care they are saying can't do any thing. they said "We understand you have issue and phone is complaint but they can't do anything they work with certain rules". Customer care conversation details: 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] issue : I had bought a phone [ http://cgi.ebay.in/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=[protected] ] on 11/12/13, i received it on 18th or 19th and i raised a complaint to them on 19-Dec-2013 [you can check my ebay messages with the seller], they promised me a new battery to check if its a battery issue on 22 Dec 2013, they didn't sent me and i again contacted them and they said they will sent this tomorrow and i never got it and i asked them and they never responded after that. After checking with ebay customer care they asked me to raise a claim, i raised claim on 03-Jan-2014, ebay closed the claim on 12-Jan-2014 saying i will get a battery with in 3, 4 days and after communicating with customer care for 2, 3 times i finally got battery 10 days from claim being closed on 22-Jan-2014, on 27th i got the battery and i checked and still phone is behaving the same. Customer care is saying 30 days is over and the claim i opened was not mentioning about any phone complaint and they don't even care to look at ebay messages to identify the issue. then why ebay messages are there ?? [i did all the communication through ebay], also EBAY only delayed this [ Seller delayed for 1 or more & after checking with ebay, ebay took 20 days to issue me a 600 rs coupon and i received battery after 25 days or so after claim was placed. Please refund my money so that i can buy a new one. PaisaPay ID:[protected] Item number:[protected] Please help me to get a refund..

            I had ordered Sonata Men's Wrist Watch - 8976YM06 item ID :[protected] but waht i received was a small ladies watch of sonata.
            In spite of raising a complaint no one is bothered to call & do the needful.
            I called yesterday & spoke to their exe & he kept me on hold for an hr & then told me the refund has been initiated & you will get the refund Req No : 1:[protected]). Today i called again to confirm & the executive is telling me that they tried to call me & i could not be reached. he is saying me the claim is still on hold & want the pic of the watch. I have sent him the pic also but i don't think they hav a proper customer service who can know the actual concern of the customer & try to resolve it.

              on 22jan2014 i purchased on serious mass 12lbs for rs.5200 from my fathers hdfc bank debit card, from ebay, on 28th they deliverd me fake product, i qucikly cal them nd registered my complaint but 2feb2014 they said its not our fault u have to contact the seller nd i called up the seller on this number [protected] for so many times but he did not picking up the phone since day 1...they r not replacing my product or refunding my money...e bay showed original product on net but after taking my money online they deliverd dupicate product and now saying they cant do any thing

                Claim ID-394005 Claim Adjuster ID-anikets2010.eg my complaint regarding an Apple That i was sold recently to Mr. Narayan roy His Buyer ID-ncroy2013 Sir i contact to buyer before sell of item that. 1. battery is drain fast. 2. data cable not working properly. and i also tell him i send u new cable from ebay. mr.narayan got courier on 25/1/2014 and he contacted me and told me datacable not working and i told him that i ordered u new cable to ur address. but after one day on 26.jan.2014 he claim on me that he got damaged parcell. and all story. and when i contact regarding him for claim he said i dont want u r mobile. i ask he answered. Suddenly i go to mobile repairing shop and shows my mobile he told me thst around 3to4 thousand want for repairing. but when i send him mobile its in alright condition. and i know that mr. narayan changed some of parts and replaced it with broken one. and claim adjuster not call me. on 27jan2014 he call me. but for some reason i m unable to recieve. but after five minute i cal to ebay coutomer service and told him to transfer to claim adjuster but from that day till now 31jan2014 no call from claim adjuster. yesterday on 30jan2014 my claim was closed and go to buyers side. because he uploaded broken images of mobile. my only question is that is really claim adjuster is so busy that from 26jan to today 31jan daily i call severel time to talk to claim adjuster but some he is not present and all time Same copy paste dialog. all goes to buyers support. so what i do. i want to fill a complaint against claim adjuster -anikets2010.eg because not one time he call.

                  I had requested to cancel ebay powership services before 6 days from this date and every time i call to enquire about the delay they keep on delaying it and dont give a proper date of when the problem would be solved .
                  This is not it, thse guys delayed all the processes, such as registration, pickups, and delivery of packing materials.

                    eBay approved my refund on "Thu, Oct 24, 2013 at 5:05 PM" for 'item not delivered' but never actually refunded any money to my bank account till date. (Item ID:[protected] Claim ID : 290040). When contacted they provide a copy paste reply that refund will be credited in 3-5 days, on contacting again after 10 days they said refund is already processed and asked me to provide a copy of bank statement to [protected]@ebay.com which I provided. It clearly showed no said refund from ebay. I have not received reply to any of my future emails and phone calls after that. Their Customer support is polite at first but when they realize that they can't help me with the matter they simply cut me off the chat or hang up the phone despite me being polite. After spending about 3 hours on phone with their 'Customer Support' and writing about 50 emails I had to give up and forget about my hard earned money :(

                    Update:

                    eBay India actually took notice of my complaint here and acted on the same. I received the said refund today on Wed, Mar 05, 2014.
                    I also received another one of my refunds on eBay.in initiated earlier this month so I think this was an unintentional mistake on the part of eBay and not a deliberate act of cheating.
                    Although it was a demoralizing experience to have to wait for four and a half months for a refund but we all make mistakes so I continue to shop on eBay.

                    I also face same problem.

                    I buy Intel® Core™ i3-3220 Processor (3M Cache, 3.30 GHz)-3rd Generation 1155 Socket (Item Id[protected], PaisaPay ID- [protected], Claim ID : 2857957 ). eBay approved my refund on "28-Apr-2017 11:53" for 'item not delivered' but never actually refunded any money to my freecharge wallet. Also customercare advice me to email [protected]@ebay.com. I want my money. What can I do?

                      i have ordered for smartphone (samsung s duos 2 mobile on 19th December 2013). i paid the full amount by using my debit card of INR 10, 177.00. i got the receipt and order no of the order from ebay. on the next day ebay told me that due to seller unable to ship the product, they initiated the refund of the same amount on 20.12.2013. but till now i didnt get the refund. i request you to take necessary action and repay the refund amount.i had contacted to ebay people for this issue many times, i cant get the solution. all goes in dump.

                        ordered a LED tv on 5th jan 2014 through ebay and the cost of the tv is 50000. after the placing the order received and info from ebay product will get delivered after 15th Jan.Based on this info called the seller to confirm the status on 7th jan. But seller denied he can't ship the product as his account was blocked by Ebay. Raised a claim requed on 13th for a refund and recived confirmation mail from ebay that refund will be credited on 17th jan. waited till 17th surprisingly recieved a mail from ebay and mentioned time was given to seller till 22nd if he fails then refund will intiated as per system on 22nd jan. waited till 22nd Jan evening then called customer support on 23rd to know the status. again same feedback as per system refund will get initiated by end of day. 24th morning called customer support again same feedback. Ebay received my money 50k on 5th and they kept on hold for more than 19 days. i supposed to pay my credit card bill on 29th is the due. without receiving the product i need to make the payment to the bank Also i dont have any hope when i will get my money back from ebay. please support find below the details claim ID : 383216 Item ID :[protected]

                          I had placed an order for 360 Degree Rotating Smart Leather Case Cover for Asus Google Nexus 7 Tablet on eBay on the date 17th January 2014 and made payments through Payback and ICICI Bank after which I received a mail stating that it will be processed in 24 Hours. It has been 7 Days now and the payment has still not been processed. I have called them once everyday and after long holds all I get to hear is that " We have sent a request and the technical team will update by tomorrow so please wait till tomorrow." Everyday the same statement! On requesting to speak with the Manager or the technical team they refuse to comply. I have spoken to the bank and even provided them with the BAIL Ref. No. which confirms that the payment was made the same day and has been given to eBay but they have still not confirmed the same.The staff is just uncooperative and negligent to the consumer grievance and asks me to wait one more day every time I call them. Neither have i received my ordered product nor any update on the payment.

                            Ebay Returned the money back to my A/C after lot of communications because of consumer Dept. They delayed to return money but several attempts at last I get my money back

                            Your Answer was like an automated system response...I got this response from your support center for last couple of weeks..everybody said they were escalating...but no refund...May be it is your company policy to hold the money and invest that money in somewhere else and Ebay india is profiting after stealing the money from customer in this way.

                            If you have some solid reason please provide me with some evidence.

                            I ordered items on 12/12/2013.Payment done at instant through credit card.

                            Your team failed to provide the items to me even after 1.5 months despite of complete full address.

                            On 27 Dec 2013 it was told refund will be done within 3-4 days .

                            Today date is 13 Jan 2013.

                            May be your team do not know the value of time.They have lack of knowledge what 3-4 days mean.

                            Could you please provide the reason why it will take so much time as everything was done perfectly from my side?

                            May be your team should know that payment was done through credit card.So there is some late fine(Interest) if payment will not be done from my side within 20 th Jan 2013.

                            If Refund not done from your side and if I have to pay late fine(Interest).Then it is obvious that ebay have to provide me the compensation charge Plus the amount to hold the money for 2 months. and that will be quite high.

                            So be prepare for it.

                                I placed an order on ebay on 21 july 2011.Talked to them million times still didn't receive any refund or the product.It's hard to digest I wasted 29 dollars on ebay.Seriously I recommended everybody in my college not to buy stuff on ebay and as this product has to come from customs, it should be late i understand but 2 years is so late don't you think.In India if ebay is expecting to go it should take care of it's customer care.one customer care even scolded me for asking refund.The WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE.I have never faced this distress in my entire life from people who i paid and asking for the product.If ebay maintains it's customer care like this god help you pierre omidyar and I don't know how paypal guys accepted your deal.So sick of ebay.Please don't come to India.WE are sick of you.btw I am attaching my receipts in the below image.

                                  Dear sir/ Madam, I have purchased Compact flash card and adapter from ebay.in, on 30-dec 2013 . For which i have paid Rs.995+55 but when i have opened the packet, the actual price on item is found Rs.900(MRP inluding all taxes), and on another packet of card reader the price tag is tampered.                                     E-bay India is not processing my approved refund since last two month. I have purchased 32GB Class 10 items on 25th Oct-13. Neither Item nor refund received by me. I tried to contact Ebay through web, chat, mail and phone but no response from them.                                       I bought a mobile from ebay Brand New Samsung Galaxy Note 3 N9002 16GB BLACK DUAL SIM SUPPORT.Seller didn't shipped in shipping time frame, so the refund request was automatically created.Now after that seller called me 5-6 times a day and messaged me also.

                                      So after thinking sometime i accepted the request and cancelled refund request as he don't have negative feedbacks that time 99.9% feedback record.
                                      But now seller has turned a fraudsters as he sold mobiles worth crores.I also didn't know at that time by cancelling the refund request it means items recieved.ebay is also not helping in this case.

                                      He has sold approx 200 laptops around note 3 and 200 iphone 5s and he told all buyer to cancel the refund request.He used a good strategy to fool us as he increased the price by 6000 on every item so every one cancel the refund request.He was a powerseller so his remittance is proceesed at the fastes probably next working day.

                                        Ebay has turned into a big cheater. Their customer care has no solution at all. They are busy in givnig false assurances. copy the web link of your this complaint and paste it on their facebook page 3-4 times. And do not stop for their useless suggestion to wait as they are not doing anything to resolve your issue. This practice will compel them to think about your problem as they are concious about their reputation. It worked for many you should also give it a try.
