I purchased HTC amaze from eBay India, which was worst nightmare for me. I sent that phone immediately to the seller via courier spent my Rs.620 and filed claim under eBay guarantee. The claim got resolved after 10 days and refund got approved but till date I have not received the refund. This is one of the criminal offence please look into the matter and do the needful.
