I recently purchased ON gold standard whey protein powder from ebay. Since I have been using the original Neulife import for years I'm sure that the product received by me is a counterfeit. The smell, water solubility and the taste are totally different from the genuine product. When I contacted ebay they requested to get a test result from the supplier stating that the product is adulterated. I contacted Neulife(one of the 3 certified importers of Optimum Nutrition products in India) they said that all the products that are sold in india comes with a Neulife 3D hologram. The rest are either a fake or is sold illegally. The product I received does not have the hologram. Kindly help on how to proceed.

    I purchased Tupperware water bottle from ebay.co.in on 28th Oct '13 On 5th Nov '13 at 8 am IST, I got a sms stating that the product was delivered. I haven't received the product. So I raised a complaint in ebay.co.in. But they closed it after couple of days and asked me to resolve with the courier service. The courier service gave me a photocopy of the persons' signature who received the product. But to my shock, it was some random signature which the courier person himself has signed without delivering the product. When I asked for his contact number, he gave some bogus number. I want this issue to be resolved ASAP. Let me know what is to be done from my end to get the refund. With regards, Saravanan Balaraj +91-[protected]
    I don't know why its taking so much time for you to resolve this issue?
    I don't need the product, refund my money back. I never such a service from great brand like ebay.
    The time i spent in raising complaints and contacting service center is meaningless.

            E-Bay People were cheating people other to ones staying in centre of cities terming as OUT OF DELIVERY AREA, HELD WITH LP. IF THEY ARE REALLY CONCERNED ABOUT SHIPPING THEY HAVE TO PROVIDE THE CITIES ONLY WHICH COMES TO THEIR DELIVERY AREA WHILE ACCEPTING THE ORDER. THEY are keeping the amount for not less than one month with them for their investment purpose WITHOUT INTEREST. People who will be promising some surprise/Guarantee for someone were just being meet as poppers'. Even when the Customer Support People were inquired with proceeds why its being returned without information, They are telling like time given for delivery to the seller expired and so its being returned to the seller. SO THERE IS NO COMMITMENT OF SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMERS. PURELY ON THEIR OWN BUSINESS OF CHEATING. THIS IS MINE AS WELL AS MY FRIENDS EXPERIENCE WITH E-BAY.

            I Request your good selves to look in to the matter in the earliest.

            Horrible service from Ebay. I have purchased samsung tab3 since 17-Nov -2013 I got a damaged piece.
            Ebay told me to wait for 48 hours todays in 26-nov 2013 when i called customer support again they are informing me to wait for 48 hours. I have paid the full amount i need a good product why should i pay the money and wait and wait. I know that they are not going to providing me with a new piece. Ebay are money cheaters don't ever buy any product from Ebay

              i bought a laptop from eBay India cost of 18000, the seller did not deliver the item to my address. so i raised a refund claim . eBay rejected my claim saying the seller has delivered the item. when i check the tracking id given by the seller it is shown delivered to some other place in Chennai and not to my location Kerala. i contacted customer care still noting happened. the claim has been rejected by the claim department. i need help.

                I Booked Sony XPERIA L - 8GB - Black Smart Phone on 10th Oct 2013 from Ebay after full online payment PaisaPay ID [protected] Received wrong product Sony XPERIA L - 8GB - White Smart Phone on 22nd Oct 2013 after a long wait & queries. This was promptly brought to the notice of eBay by email as well as on phone. Till date have not received refund or correct exchange unit. Also in their INVOICE and BILL they mentioned that the phone is "Sony XPERIA L - 8GB - Black Smart Phone". I need my money back, please help me.

                sir, they take a communication with me after i file this complaint, the call me by phone the company name is ELECTRO-VISION they ask me whots the problem, i said them that i recived a black phone, they told that they hav only stock with WHITE and RED also after a long conversation they said that they already made a call with me to say they have only white phone, and they said that i agreed with that condition, "BUT SIR I NEVER SAID LIKE THAT AND I DONT RECIVED A CALL FOR THIS CONFORMATION"

Seeing its key feature like: 1. Pocket friendly design- small enough to fit in your pocket, create a wifi zone any where 2. Convert LAN( RJ45) connection-, 3G/2G( GSM) data card into Wi-Fi Network 3. Muti user support upto 20 users can connect through Wi-Fi 4. Compatible with EVDO & 3G Dongles- Connect dongle and create your wi-fi hotspot 5. Friendly User Interface to browse and access sharing content 6. Plug & Play Ethernet (RJ45) Port : Support DHCP, static IP network mode and the automatic dial-up progress for ADSI, CATV broadband WLAN. 7. Compatible with HSPA/HSPA+, WCDMA A/B and TD-SCDMA wireless network, card dial-up and bandwidth sharing I went for purchase of the above unit. I received the packed unit on 14/10/2013. After going through the literature provided I wanted to test the same. Initially I could not understand how to use as the literature given could not be understood even by some users in the line of Router. Then one day I talked to the seller on phone and followed his instruction. I also oberved that it was transmitting but I did not get any output on my smart phone carbon A 9+. I was using the data card of MTNL. though My impression was that I can use the router for conneting the computer as well other devices for internet on the first day the seller Shri Shivanash Kumar told it can not be used in desk top rather i was happy the probably through micro port it will get supply from computer and also give internet connection back to computer if we put either RJ45 connection o[censored]se any data card. The testing hardly made for three occasions and on fourth occasion I found the router is not responding at all and I did not find any light. I discovered that some thing is loose inside the router. I asked for the correct address by which I can return back the unit so as to get it repaired or replaced as the unit was a new one and hardly used for two to three occasions. On getting the address I promptly sent the unit to Delhi as per the address given to me by shri Shivnash over mibile. But to my surprise even after 10 days I did not get any confirmation of receiving the defective material by him. Subsequently I inquired with post office and found it has returned back because of insufficient address. further I again talked to Shri Shivnash and resent again. He confirmed me on 15/10/2013 that he has received the defective material. Now my concern is even after receipt of the defective material the seller is not giving the replacement. He is arguing that inside the unit the microUSB port has broken. He gets every thing imported and he can not give me any replacement. After a few argument over phone he stopped responding and now he is not even receiving any call from me. To be precise I had telephoned on 21/10/2013 at 14:24 hrs and on 22/10/2013 at 16:34hrs but the person did not attend to my telephone. In view of above I am feeling helpless and seek you help to resolve the issue. To me it appears that beststore_2013 is a fraud one. It takes the help of ebay in cheating people. He has brought some leaflet and product from china, without understanding its intricate details the seller is trying to sell to get more money. It is also defaming the name of ebay. I have concluded because of the following reasoning : 1. The product supplied has not been properly tested. 2. It is not a robust product otherwise just by use of the micro port for two to three times it should not get defective. for example this type of port is provided with karbonn mobile phones for battery charging and data transfer but I have seen even though they are used for more than years and used to get charged at east once in a day they are not failing so often. 3. A good supplier would have tried fro immediate replacement and to find solution for the problem where as the seller beststore_2013 is silent on this issue. 4. if we see the address for shipper address and the address given to me for giving back the defective one is different. as in one case it is written : Shainash Kumar, A-175, new Ashok Nagar, Delhi-110096 in other case whre I was told to send was " Shri Shivnash Kumar, plot no. 333/b, C block, near old Mother diary, new Ashok Nagar, Delhi 110096. Where as the telephone no. mentioned was same that is [protected]. 5. I was given the address initially as Shri Shivnash Kumar, 333/b, C block, near old Mother diary, new Ashok Nagar, Delhi 110096, to send the material but the material got return back because of insufficient address. Now my appeal is 1. To give me back my amount spent on this item Rs 1299/- 2. To debarr beststore_2013 for doing any business with ebay. 3. To initiate criminal action against beststore_2013 Regards.                     one item i purchase through e bay, purchase date 2 oct 2013, then i dont recive product so i claim my file on 10 oct 2013, my e bay claim no :299802, then e bay sent my item on 14 oct 2013 but product is wrong, my item was indain designer saree, that colour was yello & blue but e bay sent me black colour saree, then i contact to e bay so ebay custmore care is not helping to me, they always say me your problem is solved for 24 hour but still today my problem is not solved so plz help me, my ebay item no :[protected], you can see product colur.

                        Pathetic cust service. What happen here is, they called me someday( i don't know exact the time) and i didn't pick up the phone so they have put restriction on my account. I cannot login to my account or buy anything. And more over they have awful cust support people who don't know what cust service is. After waiting for 25 mins on hold when i asked for team lead or manager or sme they simply declined They dont know whats going on. they have no understanding of words like expedite, escalate etc. I am with ebay since 2008 and my feedback from sellers is 100%. But this is really upsetting that just because i didn't pick their call (like i've their no.saved on my phone ) and because o[censored]seless verification my account is not accessible now. Its Ridiculous I never seen such a pathetic customer service. What the hell they think that we wake up in the morning just to wait and pick their phone. we don't have any other work. I am really upset with this Ridiculous customer support. and definitely want to move to some other like flipkart.. (there are 1000s of better options)

                          I orderd few old coins from ebay and all were old indian coins with few silver contents. Total weight of the package has not exceeded 120 gram. I received a letter from customs ahmedabad to submit few documents. I went to ahmedabad and submitted the documents but then the Superintendent of FPO denied to provide me my package. I said I had already provided you the supportive document and ready to pay the duty (if any). What I know is that there are no issues when you import to a certain limit. I said I have gone through the rules and regulations and there would not be any problem. He said I will niether give you on any condition nor I will send it back to the seller. He has used some abusive words while having conversation. Then he told me to wait outside. I was waiting for 2 hours and then he came and told me to go home and I will send it to your address. Then I came back to vadodara and called him after 5 days, he told me that I will not send you this parcel. I said I'm ready to follow the procedures and based on all rules and regulations available on customs website I should get my parcel. He told me who is going to explain the rules to my boss what is the proof for those rules, proof is required for rules and rules doesn't matter. If you want parcel then give me 5000 rupees and I will release it. I told him that I borrowed some money from my friend and ordered this for diwali purpose and it is not for selling or commercial use, , This is what I was planning to give to my family members on this occasion-Dhanteras.

                          I don't know exactly what he is trying or what he is planning to do my package because in the file (record file of mine) there was a form called Examiner Report- In the examiner report which is used by customs, it was clearly written over there as "Old coins" nothing else.

                          I know there are several acts and rules when you export but didn't find any for importing numismatic collectibles.

                          Can anybody please help me on this? Also please guide me on this -how to get my package?

                            I had bought an Armani watch online from Sushil Jain on 1st July 2013 for Rs. 6800. The watch was running slow. So i filed a complaint on ebay and they agreed to refund if I showed proof that I had returned watch to the seller within a week. I was unable to send the proof to [protected]@ebay.com . I was facing hassles from the courier service stating that I have to remove battery before sending. When I went to local shop they said battery cannot be removed. So I sent a mail to [protected]@ebay.com requesting extension of time(1 day) to send proof. I sent many mails and recieved no reply from them for same. Then I get a mail stating that the case is closed as I hadnot produced the dispatch details. I was able to send proof details of shipment a few hours later. I then contacted ebay on toll free number and they accepted that I should be getting refund and a personnel will contact me in 2 days. No one called. I filed again and again but they said personnel will call. I faced a lot of mental torture and agony and kept contacting them.They refuse to forward call to higher authority and make me wait on hold for half hour under pretense of forwarding. This happened many times. Then they later said that it will take one month to process and they will refund. It been two months now and when i contacted them the said no such claim has been filed for investigation and that my case has been closed and hey will look into it. Then I again contacted them and they said they should get confirmation mail from Sushil Jain (seller) that he has recieved the watch. Sushil had also sent the mail that he has recieved watch in good condition. Still no contact from ebay.

Every time I talk to some person they give different solutions and just keep extending time. They donot also provide information of their superiors nor do they give me their mail id or contact numbers.

                              i had purchased mobile ebay through but due to some reason i was cancle this product for purchase but all customer care representative telling me your amount will be refunded 2 to 3 day and some representative saying process of refund payment is 45 day and aslo another saying 15 days so i have confuesed and i have to refund my payment than i will purchase new item on ebay through SO kindly give me solution and refund my payment im my account

                                hey, i ordered an item from ebay and i did not receive the same item which i ordered its significantly different. i ordered "spearmint" hookah flavor and got "mint" flavor and that too of some different brand. moreover the hookah coal i got is damaged badly i did not get the item in usable way. the coal is badly crushed when got via courier and hence it is not usable now for the same i filed a claim for which the ebay has rejected my refund request. i do not know once i did not get what i ordered then also the claim is been rejected. i am totally dissapointed with seller as well as ebay. i asked for the refund since i got the different item moreover in broken condition and ebay cancelled the refund request by not even calling once on my mobile phone.

                                    I order one HP laptop (20450 rs) from ebay (user id mintu369 ) on 23rd of sept ebay msg me to last date for shipment is 28th sept when till 27th my order not shipped i call to ebay c care any every time they ask me to wait 24 to 48 hr to get shiping detail after 5-6 times call on 7 oct they cancelled my order by just saying that product it not available and it will take 15-20 days to get your money refund. I just want to say you take 15 day to know weather product availabale or not it is totally cheating by ebay. And again today i got a mail that your refund onhold what the hell it is again it (ebay) take some time to release my money without any reason.

                                      Hi Team, I have ordered a products in ebay and the product has been delivered delay as per their promised timings & even the product which I received is not working. So I approached ebay customer care members to refund, then they asked me to contact Phillips customer care, so I even approached phillips customer care where they say that they wont give warranty on online purchasing. neither of them are resolving my issue.
                                      I purchased new pioneer g4 from e-bay. After receiving item i found that music system is not working properly when i insert the headphone in it.

                                      I raised the ebay guarantee claim and they rejected it as the item is under manufacturing warranty.

                                      According their web page if i am not satisfied with the product i can return it back.but now they denied to refund /replacement for product.

                                      I felt they are fraud, they gave me 2nd hand phone and i m not satisfied with the service provide by them as they cheat me by givivng faulty piece.

                                        I brought a Laptop from EBay http://www.ebay.in/itm/Dell-Inspiron-3421-Core-i5-3rd-Gen-750GB-HDD-8GB-Ram-14-L... When I got the Laptop, it was not getting on itself. On the same day in which I received the product, I raised a claim in Ebay. After almost two weeks I got the following reply from Ebay " I have checked the details of your claim and have noticed that the item purchased by you is under duration of warranty Manufacture warranty and hence excluded from eligible transactions for filing a claim under eBay guarantee. Therefore, the claim filed by you falls under non-eligibility criteria. As a result, we have closed your claim and your request for refund has been rejected." So even if the product is not working, Ebay has no responsibility. I purchase this product on 11/09/2013 and still I am not able to use the laptop. Seller brought this item from Thailand so dell will not give any laptop replacement. So we are forced to use a product which is not working eBay is a not a safe place to shop online.
