I ordered the "ORIGINAL Samsung Galaxy Y S5360 Battery EB454357VU for Galaxy Y S5360, i5"[protected] but it is not working even after charging it for 2-3 hours. Initially the battery shows 0% charge, after 10 seconds it shows 100% charged and the phone switches off instantly. Pls get back to me immediately.
Ebay.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I had purchased New Wagon R VXi car Body cover online. But the product delivered to me is of old wagon R car body cover and its technical specification does not matches. There is a difference of Rs. 600/- in the same site. But when I complained, they asked me the photgraphs as an evidence. I had sent the photographs but they are delaying and through conversations, the intention seems that they will not refund. What should I do now.

      Hi, I am highly disappointed with my first experience in EBAY. I am sure, I will never go and buy anything from Online. I bought a Blackberry phone with specification of Non Camera after checking online. Black does offer so... I checked online and ordered it. However, it was very surprising that I on receival, the battery and back panel was Broken. There were sound issues as well. Called numerous times on number provided on invoice to customer care however, there was no satisfactory response. I sent phone back to address, shelling money from my side, however, changed phone was same phone only. It was really a bad experience, could not use that phone even for a day. 8000 Rs turned out to be a waste only at EBAY.

I have recieved my item 16thsep2013 but it was not working properly agin i submit my item and there is no update from the company. I tried to contact customer care several times but no use. They will always say they are looking into the complaint and it is in progress...now i don want that product i want money back thank you [protected]

          paisa pay id- [protected]...seller failed to deliver item before 15 sep...on 16th after asking ebay customer service person claimed for money refund...on 17th eBay put refund process on hold...I contact both seller and ebay and they told they are going escalated the matter to higher authorized person and would give a reply with 24hrs. What they never did

            Today I got my lock on 19-9-13 at 4pm and my paisapay iD [protected] and when I have open the Paige the lock was loos from the top and its not easy to open its not smooth to open and what I have seen in the add I thought it strong and easy to use but its not so I want u to give my money back or agest my money some where as I don't want this product at all
            It's very bad lock its look good but its very very bad

              I have ordered two items from eBay which were listed with free delivery option and now courier company is asking me to collect in person from their office which is not all possible. I have raised a claim for this and eBay customer support is also not helping at all. I have been in touch with eBay CS from the day I filed claim and everyday I have been given one answer by the Support team that you will get call from our end by the end of day and your issue will b e resolved. I'm just waiting and calling to eBay, nothing is going to resolve my concern. Today, I used the chat channel for my concern and the bloody agent said me that your cht can't be transferred as the supervisor is not available here. IS SUPERVISOR ALLOW TO GO OUT OF OFFICE WITHIN THE SHIFT TIME. OR THEY DON'T WANT TO RESOLVE MY CONCERN.                 Dear Sir,
                My name is Aniket Dive. I brought Micromax Canvas HD from eBay on 5th june 2013.While using my phone I found problem with charging of the phone(1. The mobile is not getting charged properly.It takes 4-5 hours for charging and gets discharged within 2 hours.
                2. IMEI bar code sticker is not available on the mobile box.Because of this my handset is not being replaced by Micromax people.) So I submitted my phone to Micromax service center on 15th June 2013. Since 3 months I am contineously taking follow ups but nobody is giving any response.

                  I had purchased Lotto Fuerzapura L500FG Football Shoes - Size 9.5 - White color through www.ebay.in on 07 Aug 13 vide paisapay id [protected]. The product was received by me on 13 Aug 13. However, the product recieved was not of good quality as the shoe got torn within 10 days o[censored]se. I had informed Ebay regarding poor quality of the product recieved on 25 Aug 13. I received a mail from www.ebay.in stating that a An eBay Guarantee claim has been opened for my transaction vide Claim ID: 266358. On 29 Aug 13 I got a mail stating that Ebay had tried to contact me on my Mobile which was coming switched off. I immediately provided them with my current Mobile no i.e. +91-[protected]. Thereafter I, being an Army Officer was posted in an area where there was no internet connection w.e.f. 31 Aug 13 but my mobile was receiving calls. I returned to Jodhpur on 13 Sep 13. It was then that I saw that www.ebay.in had sent me two mails. The first mail dated 02 Sep 13 stated that I needed to ship back the defected item to the seller. The second mail dated 06 Sep 13 stated that since the item was not shipped back to the seller, the said claim has been closed. I immediately called up Ebay customer services and informed them of the same. I also asked them that prior to closing the claim, they should have contacted me on my Mob No +91-[protected] which I had intimated to them vide my mail dated 29 Aug 13. To my horror, I was told that Ebay had tried to call me on this no but it was coming switched off. i then tried to reason out with them for 40 mins over telephone that my mob was not switched off and it is not possible and that Ebay should re-open my claim and refund the amount as I had received a faulty item. Ebay has now refused to re-open the said claim and are now asking me to contact the seller and settle it with him which is totally against the said norms as ebay is supposed to provide my service regarding returns and refunds

                    I had bought an HTC One X S720E 32GB on the 8th of March this year and the item number was :[protected]. However, within 3 months o[censored]sage the phone was dead. I called the seller (Mr. Sachin Dhiman) of Dhiman Infotech with username "surf2getonline" on ebay. His store page is: http://myworld.ebay.in/surf2getonline/&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2754 He asked me to contact the nearest HTC service centre to find out what the problem was. At the HTC service centre, they said that as the phone had been purchased from ebay, they would not service it. I got back to the seller and as per his advice couriered the phone back to him on the 5th of July. A couple of days after he had received the phone, I called him up and asked him what the problem was. He asked me to call him a week later by which time he would be able to sort out the problem. Ever since then, he either evades our calls, or if he does pick up says that he is still not certain what the problem is. Today, more than a month has elapsed and we were able to contact him, he refuses to take any responsibility and says that products sold on ebay do not carry a guarantee or warranty. He even threatened to send the phone back without replacement or repair, though his page clearly states that any hardware problem will be taken care of by him. Ebay says that the 30 days have already passed since I have received the item so ebay won't refund the amount! These ebay are people are cheats!

                        I have bought a TP-Link TL-WR1043ND Wireless N Gigabit Router through eBay. I called the seller before I placed the order to confirm its compatibility with BSNL internet connection. But it does not directly support with BSNL connection and it requires another modem to provide input. He suggests to buy another modem with the same speed. Cheated me.                           Hi, I purchased Samsung Galaxy S2 smartphone online from http://www.ebay.in/ on 28th June. Seller Name: DAKSHA R PARMAR Email address:[protected]@gmail.com Mobile No:[protected] Phone came with 30 days ebay replacement policy and 1 year seller warranty. After few days phone started showing many issues. Its headset stopped working, phone was getting heated , phone was not picking up the signal, phone was always showing memory full etc. I tried to contact the seller on both email and phone, initially he was not responding after few days he responded over phone and told me to send the phone to an address which he send as sms and he will refund or replace my phone. I sent the phone as DTDC courier to the address he mentioned on Aug 17 .He confirmed he received it and after that he was not responding to mail or call. I kept on trying his number and at last yesterday he picked up the call and told he is not ready to refund or replace/repair. I contacted ebay.in they are saying they cant help because they are only responsible for first 30 days. I am tired of running behind ebay and the seller. The seller is a fraud and he in no more present in ebay. I don't know what to do now. His mobile is still on and he may be cheating others with a different name.

                            Hi, I made a purchase on18 Aug 13 for Samsung Galaxy Mega. Till date item is not delivered and i am chasing ebay since 21Aug13 and the only response from ebay is they will send a mail to blue dart courier. Yesterday also 26Aug13 i called in morning at 09:45 and i spoke to sudha ebay customer care executive & she told me she has sent mail to the concerned department and will arrange a call back within 10 mins. After 1 hour at 10:45 i again called ebay & spoke to Peyush and requested to transfer my call to sudha but he denied to do the same. i again explained him the scenario he also assured me that he will sent mail to the concerned department and item will be delivered today only 26aug13. Today again 27aug13 i called ebay & again explained everything to shikha & she replied that this is not ebay fault, this fault is due to Blue Dart Courier company they are not able to deliver the item on time and asked me to do whatever i can do they can't help me on the same. i have made the payment of Rs. 22275/- on the time of purchase. from last 9 days not a single person from ebay informed me nor i recieved any sms regarding the same that your item is delayed due to whatever is the reason and when i call them the only answer i got is that they will send email.                             Beware from ebay.in which is a fake company which do not deliver products with no reasons.
                            I have purchased an item (Techcom Speaker SSD-1800 [1800 Watt] With Fm Multimedia speakers) on 13/06/2014 using paisa pay id([protected]).
                            But even after 14 days they have not sent my item to me and no responce from e bay seller also.
                            So guys take lesson from my case and never buy anything from ebay, because the item will never delivered to you with no reasons.

                            I order one item from ebay india and but i've not received it. When i checked my ebay account they mentioned that it has been delivered and received by SUHAS at reception area. I live in a DDA flat and there is no reception area and no one named SUHAS at my home. When i called Ebay they asked me to get the proof from the Fed ex courier service as they are responsible for delivery. I've been calling ebay for past one month. They told me they Fedex has delivered to my address and product is received by SUHAS. I asked ebay to sent me the report which they got from FedEx to me but they refused to give me. In the report which i got from online Fed Ex there is no address of mine on it, only New Delhi is specified on it. I've attached the documents.

SO TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THIS ONLINE SUPPLIER.

                                  I have got the Bajaj Grill Sandwich Toaster SWX4 but its broken and damaged. I have asked for replacement they have said it will take 20 days. I need the product urgently, why to wait for so many days. This is the very bad service and they do not provide any escalation desk number or manager number. I am not at all satisfied with the service.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I have purchased A micromax canvas a 116 phone from ebay using my debit card on 29th july 2013.I was given paisa pay id [protected], item id[protected] from ebay id vs_bhati) I received the item on on 3rd aug 2013.
                                    When I started to use the phone it suddenly went switch off.In just two days o[censored]se it went switch off several times.Therefore i removed sim card and discarded it.
                                    I raised a refund/ replacement claim on 5 th aug 2013 at the customer care of ebay and was given a claim no.255639.The ebay resolution center advertise that all the item purchased through online money transfer covered under 100% ebay guarantee.If the product comes with mall function and defect ebay will help to replace the same from seller or refund the entire money.But in this case both the seller and ebay is asking me to contact service center of micromax whereas ebay promised on its website that it gives us guarantee of replacement or refund.
                                    The customer care representatives are not responding in proper way, they are pretending and and spoiling my time. If a product is defective than it should be replaced or the money should be refunded.
                                    Ebay india breached the promise it gives to the customer and despite paying full amount in advance I was cheated.
                                    please help in this matter, otherwise i will have to lodge a complaint in distt. consumer forum or lodge an fir against ebay and the seller in the nearby police station.
