I ordered CD case for Rs.180 in ebay shoppint site. The Amount was transactioned using my net banking but amount deducted from my account the same was not appeared in the ebay transactions list and booking list. Hence requested to solve the problem.

You are right. They have very bad customer care service. Below is my experience

I have bought HP Flash drive from Ebay.in (Seller was from Aligarh) item is covered under Ebay guarantee program. I have paid advance payment through Paisapay(Ebay’s platform to pay money). Unfortunately when I received an Item it was not containing Invoice. So, I contacted Ebay and they said to contact seller for the same. I contacted seller five to six times. Instead of sending me the invoice via mail or courier he sent me order statement from Ebay (Which was not containing any information about seller e.g. VAT/TIN no. but only name of seller). So, I have contacted Ebay Customer care again and the representative told me to raise a claim. (Since my purchase was covered by Ebay guarantee program). After I raised a claim a representative from Ebay called me and told me that I can get invoice through a link in their website. I followed his instruction but found no Invoice from that link but only my order statement. My point here is only as below. Since I bought an item from the seller “Harika Compu” I want an invoice having all details of them without that I won’t be able to raise any warrantee claim. I request all readers that please ignore buying from Ebay because a purchase without invoice is not eligible for any warrantee claim and it might be possible that the item is duplicate.
I have contacted Ebay india customer care executive and He transfered my call to claim department and after listening to my problem he also agreed to refund me the amount of Pen drive. This conversation happened on 07 March 2014, since my bank is Axis bank he told me that it will take three days to transfer money but that didn't happen. Even after waiting for 15 working days and so many calls I did not get any refund from their side, meanwhile their customer care representatives were giving false promises that I will be contacted by Ebay very shortly within 24 hours.
Today 25 Days have been passed but still I haven't get any response from Ebay. Its customer care representative always gives one reply. " We will contact you shortly within 24 hours." I have sent them my bank statements 2 times as requested by them but still they had not taken pain to atleast reply.

I deeply regret my decision to go and purchase item from Ebay and I pray to the God that other fellow consumers don't do that without getting assurance that they will get original invoice with VAT details.

    I’ve been an eBay customer since 2 years and recently, last month, I decided to register as a Seller on your portal. I listed my first item and also registered with PaisaPay giving all my necessary bank account details. In all, my first listing was put up on 18-Feb-2014 and since then I have sold 9 items successfully in a period of few days. All the items were delivered to their respective buyers and all the buyers have confirmed the receipt too. So, in total, my pending due remittance on PaisaPay account is Rs. 2337 which was due to be processed on 10-Mar-2014. However, on 8-Mar-2014, I got an e-mail from eBay stating that “Your remittance for PaisaPay transactions has been kept on hold. Any PaisaPay payments you receive will not be transferred to your bank account.” I have no idea as to where I was wrong. The remittance amount is my hard earned money and I believe PaisaPay or eBay has no right to keep the money for items with themselves. It is my first selling experience with eBay and to be honest, I feel cheated. I have never been disappointed with eBay before. The PaisaPay IDs of the 9 items I sold are: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. 3 of the 9 items that were sold were to be dispatched out of my own city and hence I used the renowned DTDC Courier Services for shipping the items. I have the AWB dispatch note of the 3 items with me and through online tracking it is evident that all of them have reached the buyer. The other 6 items were relatively very nearby to my location and in the same Pin Code and hence I decided to deliver them via my own start-up courier company. This company does not have an online tracking system but however, I do have all the 6 Proof of Delivery (POD) notes of all the products. I followed up with eBay Customer Support Representative "Urvashi C", Chat Transcript - SR# 1-[protected] and following my conversation with her, I was told to submit Proof of Delivery (PODs) [protected]@ebay.com. I did the same on 10-Mar-2014. However, on 12 March 2014, I got an e-mail saying: "eBay Bid Cancellation Notice - Item[protected]". I did not even bid for that item. I payed it fully as it was under buy it now. Minutes later, I got another e-mail saying: "Your PaisaPay registration is suspended". I logged into eBay and came to know that my eBay account was suspended too. I payed Rs 68.27 as my pending Seller Fees using CitiBank Credit Card but still all my accounts have been blocked. I have shipped out items worth Rs 2400 and all of them are with their buyers. But I have not yet received a single rupee yet thanks to eBay and PaisaPay. I called up eBay customer support once again and then I was told to mark a mail after 30 days of suspension to get my remittance. I kept quiet for a day and then I got a mail from eBay saying I need to submit a Reinstatement Letter and Proof of ID and Address to eBay. What sort of a process it this: --Once I am being told my remittance is on hold. --Next day the account gets blocked. --Next day, I am told that remittance will be given to me after 30 days of suspension. --Next I am told that I need to submit proofs of ID. --Then I am told that the amount will BE REFUNDED back to the buyers. Are these guys insane or what. If a buyer has confirmed the receipt of the item and he is using the item as well, how the hell are you supposed to send him money back. And how the hell am I supposed to collect money offline. Some buyers live 1200km away from me. These people have no right to keep any seller's hard earned money with you. I plan to book eBay and PaisaPay under the Information Technology Act 2000 and I will also file a complaint with the Consumer Complaint Board of India. Yesterday, I sent a Reinstatement Request Letter, along with my Proof of Identity and Prof of Address. But none of it helped. Even after sending 4 proofs of identity, they told me that they have decided to permanently suspend my account. And not give me my money ie Rs 2337/- I demand my account to be reinstated and all my due remittance money to be processed in the upcoming remittance cycle so that my hard earned money comes to my bank account. I am open up to any verification or checks required for the above. If necessary, PaisaPay or eBay may call all the respective buyers to confirm the receipt of the item which they have already done.     You guys have all the right to suspend it but I want a clear, written, elaborated and well documented reason for my accounts suspension.

    If I want to use eBay, how do I create a new account with my name, address, phone number if one account containing those information has already been blocked by you guys.

    My user id is Honeycollection14 in ebay, I have all the proof, they have suspended my account and now I dont know anything about my remittance, even they have deleted 1 of my transaction
    ebay is a cheat fraud & scammer i am also having 1, 20, 000/- approx pending in my ebay account what was my fault by mistake i updated incorrect airwaybill no.for minor typing mistake but the buyer has received the item & he is satisfied with it but suddenly for this 1 reason they blocked all of my money of several transactions remittance on hold & now they want a proof of delivery why the hell they can't directly call the buyer & confirm the item as received or not & I have submitted the proof of delivery so they can even track by the original airwaybill no. or they can contact the courier customer care but this useless ebay just find a reason to scam our hard earned money without any intimation nothing they are blocking accounts they are putting our hard earned money on hold ebay should be banned for its non-sense idiotic policies

      Dear sir/s, I have given an online order for Samsung Galaxy Mobile Phone (Model No:YGT-55360) to E-bay, India on 6th November 1213.Unfortunatly The company cancelled the order due to the delay in supply by their authorized stockist and they informed me that the money will be credited in my account with in 5 working days.They mailed following details 1) claim ID -330040, 2) Paisa Pay ID as [protected] as their office record detailes . No refund reached in my Federal Bank Account at Pokkulangrag.Trissur District Kerala and iI send my last mail to them on 6/03/14 and they didn't respond to the mail.         I made purchase PaisaPay ID [protected], on 14/03/2014, the MOBILE worth Rs.7599.But I was not able to get the benefit of the offer, I tried to select the mobile phone bought from the list but I was getting the message "Please try tomorrow", but now I tried to search the same wheel for my luck. but it is unavailable. giving me option to Spin the Wheel for getting additional Coupon. I MADE PURCHASE TO SPIN THE WHEEL & WIN PRICES, BUT AT LAST IT TURNED A TRAP AND FRAUD FROM EBAY. Please Support.

          Paisapay id-[protected] I am having a problem regarding Samsung SD Memory card, as the shipped item (shipped on 5-feb) was not functioning Properly.I have contacted the seller Mr Sukhwant Singh (ace.[protected]@outlook.com) seller told me to sent the item in his location(emailed the address), but now he is not sending me the new sd card not even he is replying to my mail and call(he received item on 5-Mar), so its a humble request to to help me in this concern by refunding me or by sending me a new sd card..                 i'm online order in www.ebay.com at 7th feb 2014 and there is delivery time 10-12 days ( but not show on website) m daily mail to ebay after 12 days than i know delivery time 10-12 days, but today is 1 month 6 days but my product is not delivery ebay as me my product is delivery 23th march and 23th as not conform.

                  On 25 Feb I was trying to buy something form ebay.in . I had 2652 points in my payback account and rest account I was planning to pay by my HDFC CC. But due to some issue I was not able to make final payment and transaction got canceled. But my payback points deducted but till now there is no refund. I am following up with your customer care refund of my payback points and every time I am told it should be refunded in one or two more days but its 16 days now and no refund. Don't know if eBay have any intention to return my points ( aprox Rs. 650 ) Following was the trx details from payback.                     I had purchased an iphone 5 from ebay in september 2013 with apple india warranty and it is in warranty till 1st july 2014.
                    Below are the details:

                    BRAND NEW BOXED iPhone 5 16GB WHITE & SILVER (APPLE INDIA REPLACEMENT WARRANTY)

                    The usb cable and headset for the phone has stopped working a month back hence i went to apple store and they mentioned the accessories are duplicate and not the original one and they would have replaced if it was original. They also mentioned even the box is duplicate.They performed some basic checks to identify that the accessories are not original.

                    Did not expect such a fraud from a top rated seller from ebay, as i was buying a high price product i thought i should go with top rated seller and product with india warranty only for which i even spent more than what other sellers were offering, but this is what i experienced, now I want replacement of the usb cable and headset with original accesories but the seller is not responding my phone i trying his number, he only picked up once at the start and mentioned will dispatch an replacement with original accessories but after tht he is not answering my phone since days.

                      I have bought a Blackberry Z-10 mobile from e-bay.com with one year warranty. After 6 months when mobile stopped working I have sent it back to the mentioned address. Company name is Sarf Trading who is taking care of repair of mobiles purchased from ebay. Now it has been more then 20 days but i Haven't got a satisfactory reply from them about the mobile. Every time I call them they say will get back to you in couple of days. To my surprise they said that the mobile was water locked which is not at all possible at my end. When asking for the proof about water locking they refused and rather said to visit their Chennai office if I need proof.

                      I brought blackberry Z10 on 1st august 2015 and within three months I found that the speaker of my z10 phone isn't working. As per the warranty card I called the sarf trading customer care and they asked me to courier it to them and they will repair it and send it back to me.                       I have bought a Sony Xperia C4 mobile from e-bay.com with one year warranty. After 3 months when mobile stopped working I have sent it back to the mentioned address.But sarf trading give me very BAD service.                       I got myself a Xiomi Redmi 3S from ebay (PPID:[protected]). The Phone was not charging and won't start . According to the rules of ebay I reshipped the product back the sellers acknowledged the arrival of the shipment via a phone call. its been over a week now the sellers won't answer the phone .This seems like a case of fraud and I request necessary action be taken aginst them.

                      I bought 1 phone "Sony Xperia- XA F3112/F3116" from E-Bay on 24-Mar-2017 and the seller is
                      SARF Trading, Address: 20/43 EVK Sampath Road, Vepery, Chennai 600007, opp: St.christopher college of education. Their Tin registration details are : [protected], CST:1001171 Date :24.02.2010.

                      The phone which I received is not working at all since it was delivered and I visited at many authorized Sony Service centres in Gurgaon (Delhi/NCR) and they said the phone model is not of this country. I even tried to contact at the service phone nos[protected] and[protected] as mentioned in seller's invoice (attached) but there is no response, they never pick the phone. I had purchased this phone for INR- 13, 360/- and I am cheated for sure.

                      For your reference and perusal, I have attached the Ebay Order screenshot and Seller's invoice.
                      Kindly help me out in getting the phone replaced or serviced.

                              I ordered one product from ebay i had to pay it as cash on delivery was not available its been more than 2 weeks i havent received the product the ebay customer support is awful they were able to provide me courier details and told me to contact seller for refund ebay on their website provide seller guarantee .When i contacted bluedart courier they had no idea where the product is they gave me one number i contacted the person has no idea why he will deliver the product .To all future ebay buyer please dont buy product from ebay its a cheat company and steps should be taken to shut down its operation in India and management should be booked for cheating and embezzlement.The product which i ordered was of less amount what if i had ordered a costly product.?                                 Dear Sir, I have bought HP Flash drive from Ebay.in (Seller was from Aligarh) item is covered under Ebay guarantee program. I have paid advance payment through Paisapay(Ebay’s platform to pay money). Unfortunately when I received an Item it was not containing Invoice. So, I contacted Ebay and they said to contact seller for the same. I contacted seller five to six times. Instead of sending me the invoice via mail or courier he sent me order statement from Ebay (Which was not containing any information about seller e.g. VAT/TIN no. but only name of seller). So, I have contacted Ebay Customer care again and the representative told me to raise a claim. (Since my purchase was covered by Ebay guarantee program). After I raised a claim a representative from Ebay called me and told me that I can get invoice through a link in their website. I followed his instruction but found no Invoice from that link but only my order statement. My point here is only as below. Since I bought an item from the seller “Harika Compu” I want an invoice having all details of them without that I won’t be able to raise any warrantee claim. I request all readers that please ignore buying from Ebay because a purchase without invoice is not eligible for any warrantee claim and it might be possible that the item is duplicate. I request administrator to help me to get my invoice or my hard earned money back.

                                I have contacted Ebay india customer care executive and He transfered my call to claim department and after listening to my problem he also agreed to refund me the amount of Pen drive. This conversation happened on 07 March 2014, since my bank is Axis bank he told me that it will take three days to transfer money but that didn't happen. Even after waiting for 15 working days and so many calls I did not get any refund from their side, meanwhile their customer care representatives were giving false promises that I will be contacted by Ebay very shortly within 24 hours.
                                Today 25 Days have been passed but still I haven't get any response from Ebay. Its customer care representative always gives one reply. " We will contact you shortly within 24 hours." I have sent them my bank statements 2 times as requested by them but still they had not taken pain to atleast reply.

                                I deeply regret my decision to go and purchase item from Ebay and I pray to the God that other fellow consumers don't do that without getting assurance that they will get original invoice with VAT details.

According to eBay Process they have a PaisaPay as a payment option in which the sales revenue are credited and then transferred to your bank account. After selling very good for one month I realised my bank account registered with eBay PaisaPay is old one which was not active anymore. I tried contacting eBay customer support and they guided me simple steps to change your Bank details. However I tried several times doing that but due to some technical error on eBay India website, I was not able to do that. I tried chasing eBay and PaisaPay customer support several fruitless times for many months but have not had single response or resolution. Every time I call them I am put on hold for long duration and then advised that "we are sorry sir for the glitch, this will be resolved and you will be able to change the bank details after few hours" but every time same problem since 2 years now. The First time my order was cancelled due to Document problem then again i paid for Same amount and then the order was cancelled bcoz Seller Didnt shipped the item. So both times my order amount of rs 31600 was debit and only once refunded. Now ebay Are saying that they Have refunded both the amount but it isnt credited in my account. Its been 3-4 months i m chasing bank and ebay both. No one is compromising.plz look into this matter.

                                        I placed an order for CK perfume on 19th February 2014 on ebay (Paisa pay ID [protected]) for which the expected delivery date was 21st February 2014 and the last day for delivery was 27th February 2014 but when i called the seller on 24th, he said that the he has shipped the product and aramex (preferred courier partner) is responsible for delivery now therefore i contacted the customer support center of aramex and they kept saying that their system is down and i should try after half an hour and i ended up calling about 8-10 times but everytime i got the same reply.Then i called aramex on 25th and i was told that the product is with delhi hub and will be shipped to me the next day but again it wasn't delivered so i waited till 27th and then on 27th night i got a text from ebay that the product was delivered so i called ebay customer support on 28th morning to complaint, the executive told me that it was a automated text and my complaint was filed and she also told me that someone from ebay guarantee department would contact me regarding the procedure and the refund would be completed within 4-5 working days but when i didnt get a call back, i called again to enquire about the status and i was told that i would be contacted within 7 days and the refund would then be processed within 15 days .Now, after complaining with ebay and aramex since last 3 days I haven't got any reply from either of the company and my money has been blocked and i've to go through this frustrating procedure.My ebay complaint number 421748 and aramex complaint number is Del/0214/35159 I request you to take the strict action against ebay and aramex for harassing customers like this Arun Singh [protected]
